I am looking for room in a flat or house in Chatswood. I am IT professional. Working full time. Neat and clean. Easy going and minding own business. I don't cook so no Kitchen access is required. Looking for long term. I am happy to team up as well.
We are looking to move into our new home in mid to late February 2017. David is an accountant who will start working in the cbd in March 2017. Tegan is in her final year of law at university and works part time in a law firm in the city. We are both from Newcastle originally and are moving to Sydney for David's work. Tegan currently lives in Sydney in the inner west. We work late during the week so will largely keep to ourselves then, but are up for socialising on the weekend. Even on a weekend, we are still relatively quiet and low key. Our ideal housemates will also be young professionals who won't want to throw regular crazy parties and will generally be a good housemate (the basics, paying bills on time, cleaning after yourself), as we will be. We are interested in either the inner west or lower North shore close to a train station (less than 10 minute walk) and half an hour trip in total to the cbd to make those late work nights easy.
I work in North Sydney looking to find a place on the Lower North Shore. I'm reliable, open minded and easy going. Ideally looking to team up with someone (M or F) and start a new share place, also happy to consider an existing share opportunity. Any questions happy to chat.
Hey I'm Anton 25 working full time as a Surveyor. I moved over from Perth a few months ago and am looking for new accomodation with some pretty social housemates hopefully as I do enjoy to go out for a drink or two or a gig on the weekends. During the week work keeps me pretty busy, I'll most probably be gone before you wake up. And after I'll normally be at the gym or hopefully trying to get down to the beach for a quick surf.
My name is Alanna, I am 27 and I am a full time professional. I enjoy a drink, a laugh and particularly a laugh over a drink. I appreciate both company and solitude. I would ideally like to live with one other female.
I am a professional engineer running my own business from overseas. For project work I need to stay in Sydney for a few months. I am a clean and tidy person, who has lived in share houses already. I ma not a party person but I am very social and love having a chat with anyone and do not mind having a Friday night drink either.
I am a respectful and easygoing person. I work and study a lot and so spend a lot of time at my computer but I am happy to have a chat or a game every now and then. I enjoy surfing, bush-walking and video games. I am open to sharing some food but would generally prefer that food is managed individually. I am looking for housemates who are also respectful and easygoing.
Sane and sorted professional guy recently separated. I'm very outgoing, in my fifties and keep fit. Love food and wine. Have lived in the area for 20 years so very "acclimatised" and have lots of friends in Mosman/Cremorne. Looking to move immediately. Haven't done the flat share thing for a long time but I'm very house trained. Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers Ian
Hello there! I am Andrew, a business development/account manager who has just moved into a different industry. The new job is CBD based so i am looking to move closer to the city - currently I am based in the hills district which means I am spending more commuting than I'd like. I used to work in FMCG so have a pretty good knowledge of bars and restaurants in Sydney. I also like music, movies, conversation, .......the usual good stuff. If you think we'd be a good fit and like to know more drop me a line. Ideally I'd like to have something locked in by the end of 2016 and preferably sooner.
Hello my name is Issy, I'm 21yrs of age. Looking to find a new place to live close to cafes and shops and not to far from the city. I receive consistent pay and have a bond prepared. I'm a quiet reserved individual with a good attitude, very laid back, open minded and tidy and I'm comfortable with most things.
Heya I'm Emily, i've recently returned from traveling around Europe and am looking for a place for the new year. I will be commencing my masters studying public health at Sydney university so ideally would like a place close to city or with good public transport access. I enjoy having chats with housemates around the kitchen with a few drinks but can also appreciate having alone time and personal space. I tend to go out with friends on weekends and attempt to keep active and enjoy the outdoors. During the week after work and study i tend to relax with some quality netflix time. As a housemate im clean, tidy and respectful. I appreciate a clean house but a few dishes arnt the type of thing to bother me.
Hey I'm Leon, I'm usually social and outgoing, but I can end up spending heaps of time writing and reading, working on scripts and editing, practising cinematography and directing actors. Dance monkey, dance! I keep fit and healthy - I don’t drink or smoke anymore, and I no longer see the weekend as a 2 day bender - I’m focusing on other goals. But I still love to have fun and do adventurous stuff on the weekends, its just shifted slightly, more to nature and outdoors, rather than those ol' smoky bars and dance floors. In between film work I work contract IT jobs for those gold doubloons. If you like escape rooms, then please swipe right :) Looking forward to meeting you.

I'm in my late 20s, working full time in HR. I am also studying post-grad law part time. I'm laid back, always up for a chat (but also respectful of privacy) and a beer / wine after work. Enjoy travel and exploring new bars and restaurants.
Hi I'm Robbie. I'm 32. I'm a friendly, down-to-earth, easy going, super fun-loving guy with a very infectious laugh who likes to keep active, stay fit and I'm incredibly sociable. I'm still fairly new to Sydney as I only moved here from Adelaide in August this year to kick-start my career as an Architect. Up till now I've been renting a studio on my own in St. Leonards - but I'm now looking for a housemate/s to move out into either an existing place with or to team-up and find a new place to move into. Even though I'm a busy guy and I work pretty hard, I also know how to have a good time and I like to surround myself with like minded people. I like to spending a lot of time with friends and family, entertaining & dining out, checking out new bars, cafes and resteraunts, watching movies, music, cycling, the beach, swimming and formula one. If you think we would be good housemates shoot me a message or feel free to give me a call.

We're together since 3 years with no kids. We don't drink, smoke or have any pets. While selecting our residence, hygiene and cleanliness will be our priority. We prefer studio flats, granny flats or a private room with ensuite washroom. We love traveling, reading, dining and taking part in various sports and volunteering activities. Rest assured, you would love to have us around :)

We have landed from over the pond a few weeks ago and are looking for a nice, friendly and relaxed room to rent from start or mid of December until start/mid/end of Jan - very flexible! We then plan to look for a more concrete base so would be willing to negotiate staying longer if it worked for all. We are here for the year to carry on our past professions of engineering (James) and charity fundraising (me). James is very sporty and loves sailing, cycling and being outside and I am attempt to be a runner and like being out on the water too. We are looking to find a nice place near the sea/harbour or close to town with a good transport link. We are free to come and meet/view rooms any time week commencing 28 November.

Hey, my name is Peter and I would describe myself as a very career focused person who spends a lot of time on study/work. I think I am pretty social, laid back and will occasionally unwind by binging on netflix :). Enjoy study and just finished a bachelor of IT in July and considering starting masters mid sem 2017, but will see how I feel in 6 months. On 28/11 I flew from QLD to Sydney for a job in the city. Currently staying at an Airbnb property (and breaking the bank lol), so I am seeking a more suitable long term solution to help settle into Sydney and my new job :). Also love to ride motorbikes and was hoping to get my motorbike sent down from Brisbane so... If there is secure parking, a shed or somewhere out of sight to park a motorbike is a bonus!
Hi, I'm Ary! I work as a product manager for a tech startup in Sydney, which basically means that I spend my days planning, designing, and building new online services we provide to customers. At home and in the office I'm known as the guy you go to when you need help with something, whether it be personal or work related. I'm quite laid back and I have a natural tendency to want to make people laugh - I get along with pretty much anyone and anything. I'm a tech geek, an NFL fan, a tennis player, a PS4 owner, a Marvel fan, and a clean freak (if I need to be).
I am a long haul flight attendant. I am a non-smoker, I don't throw parties. I respect privacy and personal space, due to work schedule, I need a quiet place to rest during day time to recover myself after I come back from each work trip. I love good food, wine, coffee, fashion, art. I do some Asian cooking sometimes. I don't mind a chat but I don't rumble. I am mature, well present and I love to maintain my place very clean and tidy. Allergic to dust and mess. I have some simple furniture - a double bed, a small size 2 door fridge and some boxes. I have a lovely fur baby, a 9 months old kitten, he is so adorable and gentle, toilet trained since day. He doesn't scratch furniture, I only keep him indoor, he is very clean and well maintained. If you are a non-smoker and you are happy for us to share the place with you, I look forward to hearing from you. If you have any concern, happy to meet up first and start from there.
I am 37 years old, from Barcelona and I have lived in 5 countries. I love learning languages and cultures and that makes me a very open minded person: no judging! I am very respectful and considered to others but I am also very friendly and sociable. I used to work in Marketing but I have recently moved to an Engineering role in a Pharmaceutical company based in Sydney. I wanted a work-life balance without so much traveling. My hobbies are motorcycle riding, music (listening and sometimes I play classical guitar softly), technology, reading and I am definitely a pet lover: I love all animals but I have a soft spot for cats, so if you have any I would really appreciate their company. I also enjoy healthy cooking and I make a pretty tasty paella. Food is meaningless unless it's shared. I am quite clean and organized and although I'm quite flexible, I prefer to share a place with someone similar in this regard.
Hello future flatmate/s! My name is Shaye, 20. Just a bit about myself - I'm a very friendly person. I'm clean, tidy, respectful of other people's personal space. I'm currently in Canberra and I've just recently been offered a grad job in Sydney - looking forward to making the move up there! Shaye

Hi, I'm Joanna, 27 years old. I work a 9-5 job in the City. I'm moving up from Melbourne to Sydney for a bit of a change in scenery in January 2017! During the weekdays I like to exercise after work and chill at home or with mates. On the weekends I like going out for brunch and trying new places. I love socialising (but respectful of people's personal space too), learning new things and being adventurous! I'm looking for socialable housemates who don't mind having a chat. I'm tidy and respectful of communal areas so I expect my housemates to be the same. I want to live with people who are honest, chilled and caring. I'm happy to cook communal meals or occasionally go out as a group.

Hi there! I'm 24-years-old, from America, and will be beginning grad school as a full-time student in February. I'll have a pretty heavy study load and will also be working part-time, so I'll probably be keeping to myself quite a bit during the week. However, I am a very social person, so it would be great to make friends with my flat mates and be able to occasionally cook or share a glass of wine together on week nights. On the weekends, I like to go out to the beaches and socialise with friends. All in all, I'm a pretty laid back person and get along with almost everyone. I'm also extremely tidy so you'll never have to worry about me leaving a mess around the house. If you think I would be a good fit for an open room in your house/flat, please do not hesitate to message me! Megan

I am an easy going, great cook, full time employed person, that loves a tranquil home space. Love the beach and nature. Don't want a party atmosphere. I have a small extremely gorgeous pomeranian dog ... so the most important thing I am looking for is someone or a house that would like a small dog. I'm from the Sunshine Coast moving down for work for a year or so (maybe more). I will be working in retail homewares full time, and hang out with my grown up daughter in Sydney, and also love being outdoors and walking my dog, so won't be hanging around that much. Im 48, but have a very young personality, so don't mind living with younger people. Like a tidy house though.
I'm a happy, friendly and easy-going type of person. I enjoy spending time with my friends on the weekend and live a pretty active life, but do like a bit of down time. I love going to the beach and out to little cafes and restaurants for a treat! I work full-time as a pre-school teacher and really enjoy what I do. I'm neat and tidy and am looking for a comfortable and relaxed place to unwind. I'm always up for a chat but am respectful and considerate of others. I've lived in Sydney my whole life and love it!
Hi there, I'm a friendly easy going guy and I work full time. Looking a for a nice place to live with nice people. I'm clean and respectful of others and enjoy being social whilst respecting others privacy. Look forward to talking with you. Michael
I'm a student at Macquarie Uni coming to the end of my degree and looking for a share house/apartment from the end of January 2017 that is easily accessible to public transport as I don't drive. This is crucial as I need to ensure I get to my retail job and classes on time. I am a pretty down to earth and outgoing person and would love to get to know my roommate(s) over a couple of drinks and a meal. Very capable of keeping both personal and mutual living spaces tidy. I love watching films, going out, trying new things and always up for a cheeky dance or karaoke sesh (at home or otherwise)! Feel free to get in contact with me!
Hi, I’m Alec, I’m 20 and a web developer from Hervey Bay, Qld. I’m relocating to Sydney at the end of the year and will be working from home full time for my current employer. I’m also a runner and lead a fairly healthy lifestyle with training most days. I love to be outdoors whether that is running, hiking, biking, traveling, kayaking… Anything adventurous that gives me a break from working on the computer. I’m looking for a place which offers a reasonable sized room and flatmates that don’t mind me getting up early in the morning. As for location I’d prefer to live in North Ryde or in one of the surrounding suburbs as this is where I’ll be training.
Hi there, My name is Vashi and I'm a female working full time in the CBD in the medical health profession having recently moved over from London. I'm currently living in Crow's Nest and I love the vibe of North Sydney so it would be great to continue living around this area. My ideal scenario would be close enough to the beach and have a decent commute in to the CBD. I'm looking for a place to stay from the 7th January after returning from Christmas in London. I'm a very friendly, relaxed, easy going, neat, respectful and reliable, no dramas flat mate. I'm not a neat freak- but I do like to live in a tidy environment and think as flatmates we should all be happy to pitch in towards creating a nice vibe to live in. I enjoy chilling out, discovering Sydney, going out for dinner with friends, being outdoors, going to the gym/ dance classes- I guess in some ways the use of the word 'normal' here would be good :) I'm quite an optimistic, positive thinking person I enjoy developing my spirituality and enjoy yoga, meditating (as and when I can)- although I am no expert on any of the above! If you'd like to know anything more feel free to drop me a line and we can always potentially meet and see if we click and would like to live together. Cheers and look forward to hearing from you :) Vashi
Hi! So I'm 24 y/o, working for the Australian Red Cross full time, Irish. I'm easy to live with, looking to share with people who work similar 9-5 hours who like socialising/ having fun at the weekends!
My name is Laura, I'm 22 years old and a recent graduate of a BA/BBus in Marketing Communications. I'm eager to kickstart my career in broadcast media in Sydney. I love polkadots, reading books and chocolate brownies. I promise to be a clean and hygienic housemate, willing to help around the place and get to know my housemates. I don't smoke or drink alcohol. I'd just love a place to stay and chill out after work! :)
Hello! My name is Tom, I'm a male 29 year old non-smoker who has recently got a job with Oracle in Sydney and have to find a place to live so I don't die from exposure. I am looking for like minded people with a room available from early January. Melbourne born and raised. i’m likable, fun and a nerd in many ways. I no longer able to survive the hangovers from crazy partying, so I won’t be stumbling home at 3am every Saturday or Sunday (maybe just once in a blue moon). Instead I prefer catching up with friends, trying out a new restaurant or having a nice glass of wine whilst watching Netflix. In all honesty, I get along with pretty much everyone so as long as we click, the rest is pretty much filler. I also love learning about new things music, fashion, art, nerd stuff and even sport. I enjoy the challenge. In short, it’s nice to meet you.
