Hi there, my name is Emma and I am fresh out of high school and headfirst into uni. I love music, relaxing days and also going out. I'm a chill gal who is a non-drinker and non-smoker. I am a fairly quiet person so there is no worry for other potential housemates :) I am looking for a couple of housemates who are clean, tidy and friendly
Hey! I am a young, easy-going professional looking for a place to call home, not a party house. :) I work in marketing whilst studying an MBA. My hobbies include pole dancing and watching trashy TV shows, and I have the (unfortunate) tendency of crying when my favourite Bachelor contestant is sent home. I am looking to move in by mid-January. I also want to make sure that I am living close to public transport, preferably a train station, and I have my own furniture so am looking for an unfurnished apartment. If this sounds like the right fit for you, please do not hesitate to reach out. I look forward to meeting you! :) Sasha
Hi, I’ll be staying between this place and my place out west. I’d probably only stay for 2 days per week and live at home for the rest of the week. I work a busy job in Macquarie Park and would basically only stay on days that i don’t want to travel west. Happy to pay even when I’m not staying. I play alot of sport in night time competitions so I’ll hardly be around.
I work full time as an IT student at Macquarie University as well as part time as an office clerk for Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology. How do I cope? I don’t know but a place that will allow a sweet, gentle cat will keep me going. I’d prefer a place that is large enough for the cat to move around.
I love to cook and will always help out doing housework. I’m a student but not a huge party animal, however I'd still love to be able to have friends come by sometimes. I’m friendly and love meeting new people! I'm working part time in Gladesville and am currently enrolled in Macquarie University, in the middle of my second year - I'd love to be able to find a place with relatively easy access to both.
Hi ! We are very friendly couple ! I am Viviane, student in Macquarie University, and my partener Martin will be in Working Holiday Visa but will not be a backpacker. We are looking for a good place to live during my master degree. We are funny but very respectuful of the privacy of other. We like the shared areas are clean. And for the party ? We prefere go to the bar to take a beer with friends. So we are looking for a place not so fare to macquarie (more closer possible) and with easy access to central. Our budget is $400/week all bills included (Water, gas, electricity and internet) and we cannot put more. Please be free to begin a chat with us to know a little bit more about.
I'm moving from Brisbane to Sydney to work with SBS News as a Cadet Journalist. I'm hired straight out of university, having previously freelanced with Channel 10. I'm on a 12-month contract to start from February 4, working regular full time hours Monday to friday, although my shifts will likely change as breaking news occurs, and I'll be spending stints in Melbourne and Canberra as part of my training. Unsurprisingly, I do watch and consume a lot of news, both national and international. I'm also a big sports fan, really into Cricket and Formula One and always keen to go for a match. I'm also geeky about pop culture, movies, comedy and videogames. I play the drums, piano and guitar (although I'll only be bringing the guitar down from Brisbane). I can sing but will only do it when you're out of the house (unless you don't mind it). Music taste is firmly rooted in Classic Rock. I am hoping to take my car with me (it's a Hyundai i30 wagon with an absurd amount of boot space and would prefer a place with off street parking. A reasonably fast internet connection would be nice as well. I'm a quiet person at home who likes my personal space but am always keen for some conversation at the dining table or in the lounge. All in all, I'm a quiet, chill, gay, christian male who doesn't drink, smoke or swear. Ideally, I'd like someone who shares some of the same interests as me in their 20s who is happy to live with a friendly nerd like me.
Love going gym, footy, boxing, dont mind a few cold ones on the weekend when i have time, most the time im never home. I work from mon-fri in construction, i was born and raised in Sydney. And just looking mainly for a studio, granny flat or apartment.
I'm a rural student from Port Macquarie, moving to Sydney in 2019 to start undergrad Psych/Law at Macquarie Uni. I'm clean, studious, artistic, active (I love long distance running and hiking), and quite health focused. I'm looking for likeminded flatmates, and a preferably furnished room — in a sharehouse with 4 or less people. I'm not shy, but I'd prefer a quieter place. Also, as I live a long way from Sydney at the moment, it'll be difficult for me to arrange a viewing. I won't unless I'm quite serious about the place.
I'm Malin from Thailand. We are 28,my BF is working and I'm a master's degree student at Macquarie university. one more thing, we are really clean, tidy ,respect for privacy and really friendly. I'm going there on 24 Dec,now I'm in Thailand. Could you please tell me your number, whatsapp or E-mail. Look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Sumarin.
I am a clean and tidy person working full time in business transformation and ICT areas. I have recently moved back from overseas after 3 yrs and have lived in North Sydney & St Leonard's before with my family and worked in Sydney City, North Sydney, Macquarie Park area.. I love northern shore and am looking for a shared accommodation here, until i make arrangement for my family to follow in 3-6 mths time.
Work and study both full time so usually quite busy but also sociable and enjoy a relaxed environment. Neat, responsible and looking for similar :)
Hi. I'm a journalist working for SBS in Artarmon, looking for a single room in the area. I'm friendly, respectful, quite, and with a great sense of humour.
Hi, I am a third-year uni student at Macquarie and I need to find somewhere to live that's closer to uni, I live on the Northern Beaches now and travel is quite inconvenient. My hobbies include gaming and game development. I am a software developer and programming tutor and so my lifestyle tends to lead me to stay inside at my desk constantly. I am looking for a space with a bed and room for me to bring my own desk and computer. I am tidy and respectful of privacy and also very friendly.
Howdy! I'm from Atlanta, GA, USA and I'll be moving to Sydney in March 2019 on a working holiday visa. I work remote as a marketing specialist. I keep to myself, I'm clean, and the only noise I might make is singing in the shower. I don't smoke, own weapons, do drugs or drink. I prefer to stay with people who also don't do drugs and don't own weapons. I love traveling, dancing, relaxing by the beach, yoga and other normal people stuff. I'm only looking for a flatmate for a temporary period of time. Once I'm actually settled into the city I'd be getting a realtor to find my own place. Hopefully that doesn't take too long. I look forward to meeting whoever you are! Hope we can share laughs and life stories over good food and netflix.
Easy going group of friends that study education at Macquarie. Looking for a fourth roommate to move in with us mid to late January in the Marsfield-Epping-Carlingford-Ryde area. Must be clean and considerate. We each have full on work/study schedules and enjoy our personal space but still enjoy a good laugh and a few bevy’s at home. The only furniture you will require is for your room as the rest of the house will be covered. Rent and bills all split evenly between the four of us.
Hello! I'm Haris. I'm a 25 year old uni graduate from Pakistan. I love meeting new people and making friends. I'm very open minded, I respect people's own space and privacy, but I love getting to know everyone and contributing to a homely house environment too! I'm looking for a private room to move by 1st January 2019. Preferably closer to the airport as that is my daily commute, but am open to any location as far as Parramatta to the west, Castle Hill to the north or Hurstville to the south. Thanks for taking the time to read this. I look forward to meet you as my future flatmate! :)
Hi there, We're a young couple from New Zealand coming to Sydney to play hockey for Macquarie University. While in Oz we'll both be working, Danielle in retail and Sirac as a hockey coach and in hospitality. We're looking for a place until mid/late September that's close to public transport as we won't have a car while we are over there. Somewhere in the Macquarie Park or Pennant Hills areas would be ideal as that is where the hockey team is based, however we are willing to look elsewhere. We are not a party couple but are not apposed to a social gathering every now and then. As Sirac is aiming to go to the Olympics most of our free time is spent doing hockey related things however we do also enjoy spending time exploring and cooking together. We are both very tidy and are more than willing to help out around the house as needed (especially if it involves looking after your fur babies😊). We look forward to meeting you and creating memories together. - Sirac and Dani 🇳🇿 - - 🛫 - - > 🇦🇺
Hello! I'm an undergraduate student studying at Macquarie University. I work part time at Coles. I'm easy to get along. Love making new friends and hanging out. Love to play soccer. Just looking for a separate room for myself.
I'm currently looking for a double/queen private room in the Ryde area that is big enough for a bed and desk (preferably furnished) but you probably won't see too much of me. Most likely it would be a short term stay (2 to 6 months) however I would give plenty of notice of my intentions. My fiancee and I have been living in West Ryde for the last 2 years and we recently moved to Newcastle. For now I'm still at my same job working as a Business Analyst in Bella Vista and so I do the long commute during the week. Right now I usually drive down from Newcastle early on a Monday morning, stay 3 nights a week in Sydney and drive back home to Newcastle on a Thursday evening. I then work from home on a Friday so I probably won't be around that much. It would be rare for me to be staying on the weekends but I would just like somewhere to base myself in Sydney and I want to set up a computer to undertake some studies in the evening. On the odd occasion my Fiancee might stay a night or two as well. She works from home but she has a few clients in Sydney and it's easier just to stay with me when she has early/late meetings. We're both 30year old professionals, own our home in Newcastle and we own an investment property and understand the importance of respectful and clean tenants. We're very down to earth, respect privacy but also happy to have a chat and be social. We're really into travel and we've recently come back from finishing the Camino de Santiago in Spain. Hoping to find something in the Ryda area and close to a train station if possible. I'm hoping to keep my membership going at F45 West Ryde/Macquarie Park.
I'm quite, clean and respectful. I've been living in Sydney for almost 4 years and have always shared either my room or my apartment with someone. I work full-time hours so won't be at home that much. I'm looking for a place (close to train station) to stay until mid-April when I go back to my country to start a new chapter of my life.
