Hi my name is sophie. I'm 29. I work full time with children. I'm clean, tidy and considerate of others. Im the active type and enjoy fitness. Social but happy doing my own thing. I have two dogs. A cavalier King Charles spaniel named duchess, she is 8 years old. I also have a Doberman named Lexi, she is 5 years old and very friendly. Ive worked in canine behaviour before, so both dogs are well trained, Quiet and obedient. Both dogs are desexed and microchipped. They are up to date on all vaccinations, worming and flea treatments. They are indoor/outdoor dogs, sleeping on their dog bed inside at night. Happy to supply references for the dogs.
I work full-time as a nurse so I do a lot of shift work and will hardly be at the house. I currently live in Perth but recently visited Sydney and enjoyed myself so much that I've decided to move there. I am looking to move over towards the end of July 2017 as I dont want to break my lease. 6months is my minimum stay as I dont want to relocate whilst starting my new job. I would really like a furnished room but I can buy my own furniture if necessary. It would be nice to live with someone close to my age and doesnt mind showing me around Sydney. I respect personal space but always up for some banter if needed. I keep things clean and like to cook so you can enjoy a few nights off in the week. I'm usually at the gym before or after work or catching up with friends. I'm easy to live with and have been renting for 5 years with other tenants. I know it can be difficult sharing so I like to keep things straight up. If I do something that bothers you then approach me all feedback is good.
Hi guys, I'm a recent graduate and a full time employee in Sydney. I have been living in Sydney for two years and I am planning to move into one of the suburbs near my office which is in Macquire Park. I'm an easy going and fun loving bloke who wouldn't mind catching up on a drink or cook a meal for my dear house mates over the weekends. I am looking for a share house with matured, full time working and understanding housemates who have the same mind set. Embrace me in the right way to find my lovely housemates! Cheers.
Hey there. I work full time for a car manufacturer in Artarmon, I take pride in my work, am clean and tidy at home, and not looking for a party house. I'm a social guy though and enjoy the company of others, but chilled alone time is always great too. I'm the adventurous kind and to keep my work weeks from getting too monotonous I try to get out for a walk / bike ride / roadtrip when possible. Always an optimist, and if you've got a sense of humour we'll get on great. I have an 11 year old dog called Otto who is very friendly - he loves people and other animals too. He is a Lagotto (Google it!), who doesn't shed any hair, and spends his days mostly lazying around until it's time for a daily walk. I'm moving from a terrace in Kirribilli so he is used to being inside during the day while I'm out / at work. Looking to move now-ish but I'm not cemented on a date at present so taking my time to choose a nice place with people I click with.
ISFJ - petite, full-time, working at North Ryde. Quiet indoors person, found mostly eating or sleeping or gaming in spare time. Would enjoy living near a train station. Preferably within walking distance. ❤ Need a queen sized bedroom with built-in preferred. Would also like to pair up and start a new contract for a new home if possible. I generally like to keep to myself. Super chill and super hard to find things that bother me. I am very empathic and patient.
I'm an software engineer working fulltime in CDB. During the week I mostly disappear into my room after getting back from work. During weekends I mostly stay in my room with my computer coding, or go bush walking so won't bother anyone. I'm kind of an introvert but also easy going and friendly. One commute to Sydney CBD(George Street) is great. If your place has NBN that would be awesome.
G'dday mate :D I'm a teacher just moved from England to Sydney, looking a nice room in a friendly and clean shared place. I'm sociable and looking forward to exploring my new city. I like to cook a bit and happy to share meals if people want that, or just leave people jealous if they don't ;) Would be good to get to know some new folk :) In terms of what I like to do for fun, I like to swim, walk, and am up for anything that will get me on the path to physical fitness. Love eating a bit too much, like the movies and the occasional drink out. I've never surfed or dived, both of which I'd like to try sometime.
My friend and I are moving to Sydney in the second week of June. We will be pursuing our masters at Macquarie. We're looking for a decent house with friendly flatmates. Very easy going ,Tidy and open minded people. Open to teaming up also!!
Hi, potential future roomies! Allow me to introduce myself - I'm Mark, I'm 31 years old, I'm a doctor by trade, and I'm looking for a couple of sound professional types who have their own sh*t together, but who are open to creating a happy home environment. Thinking one girl, one guy might be a good mix. Due to the nature of the job, my hours are probably a little more erratic than most, and I've got some things I need to finance later this year, as well as a professional exam I need to sit at the end of the year, so there may be good chunks of the week when I'm busy, but still, when I'm around, I'm tidy, easy going, and generally good value. I'm entirely happy doing my own thing if people have got their own stuff to do, but at the same time, I'd like to live in a place where we do more than just give polite hellos to each other every day. I'm not really up for all-night raves at the flat, but I'm sure we can fit in the occasional late night chat over a bottle of something. What else to tell you? I tend to read a lot, I can cook pretty well, I play the piano (don't worry I've got headphones for the keys I have), I'm sociable but don't really have the time or stamina to party like when I was young, I don't smoke, very much a dog man, and I've started running quite a lot recently as well. If you want to know anything more, just ask.
Alex and I are very experienced in living in collective households. We love creating a sense of community and family in our homes. We are both cheerful beings who enjoy having weekly board game nights, video games, reading etc. (So, we're pretty much big nerds!) Not to worry, we are ambiverts. We love to socialise to a responsible extent. We are both great people to talk to with a cup of coffee. We love to listen to people and we do our best to support one another. Alex is a computer engineer at Airtasker. He is amazingly sweet and great for decorating the house with useful gadgets and LED lights. He is also a Sydney native. 他会说中文·。 I am an English Teacher and Mental Health Counsellor by profession. I come from San Francisco. I train in the circus arts. Furthermore, I was actively involve in Human Rights groups back in the USA. Puedo hablar Español. (I can speak Spanish) 我也会说一点点中文·. Oh yes, I can cook Mexican food!!! Side note: We would prefer an unfurnished room.
Hello I'm an easy going and tidy 26f professional who is looking for a furnished private room with internal washing machine, dryer (or a corridor/backyard where I can hang clothes) and wifi. I work as a nurse in a hospital so I will have shift work but no graveyard and rarely weekends. I enjoy having my own privacy, I can be fun but can also be very quiet as I do respect other people's space. The main thing that I am looking for is the location. If possible a close walking distance only to work. I hope I find a convenient place and friendly housemates here preferably female, or mixed gender in the apartment. Feel free to message me! Thank you! :)
I am currently working as a Registered Nurse in the country and planning to go back in Sydney sometime in June as I have a job offer in a major public hospital. Looking for a place which I can stay long term. A place with a garage as I have my own car as well.
Hi, My name is Elizabeth. I'm 24 and I'm just moving to Sydney to begin fulltime employment as a teacher. I am sporty and love running, netball and touch footy. I also enjoy watching sport, although I don't do it a lot. I'm pretty easy going, I like being social but also really appreciate down time and a sleep in every now and then. I will happily have a chat over a glass of wine (or not) if you like but also will respect your space too. I am moving to Sydney for the first time but I do have friends and family in Sydney so wouldn't expect you to babysit me. I am keen to find somewhere pretty quickly as I am starting work in a few days. Cheers! I hope we get along well!
Hi! I'm a full-time software developer / guitar player / music+science+philosophy geek from New Zealand. I'm making a move to Sydney and am really looking forward to it. Georgia is a close friend of mine, she is an actress/dancer/artist about to graduate from her performing arts degree in New York I have just arrived in Sydney as of May 21st. I'm looking to find one of the following: - A 2 bedroom apartment lease to take over, or similar - A place with 2 rooms available for rent within our budget - A large room in a sharehouse or flat with a couple of others (not too many) we are least likely to settle for one room but will consider options An important consideration for me is public transport, because I will be working in the CBD. My rent budget is around $400 Georgia's is between $250-$300
A bit about me: Just moved to Sydney from Austin, TX to start off my new adventure! Studied, worked and traveled in the States for the past 4 yrs. Work full time in an infrastructure development firm in North CBD, so most part of my work days will be spent there. Weekends - enjoy exploring cuisines & drinks, sports enthusiast, like instrumental music, traveling, hiking!! Besides, enjoy a good night's sleep (Lol but no seriously haha!!), prefer peaceful environments, generally jolly, humorous and sarcastic! very organized and analytical (now sounding like a Resume..oops) Living with me should be a fun ride :) Cheers!!
I am a young professional, working as a consultant in Sydney CBD. I am friendly, easy-going and respectful. I value my personal space but am always up for a good chat. I also like to maintain a clean and tidy living environment at all times. I tend to hit the gym or catch up on my favourite TV series in my free time and, having just moved to Sydney recently, I'm also keen to explore as much of the city as possible!
Hey I'm andrew! I work full time as a sound and lighting guy in st Leonard's. I smoke but not around the house so it isn't an issue. I love music and am a very easy going person. Can be very fun and social but also cherishes my alone time :)
Hi friends!! We're two easy-going individuals, kind of dorky but good dorky you know? I'm currently a full time accountant (wow exciting right? HAHA) and Kyle will be moving over from the US (just finished Uni doing an Environmental Studies major). We love a bit of a fun but our fun isn't really 'throw a huge house party and vomit into vases' kind of fun, more like 'board games and alcohol with friends' kind of fun. A hot pot or yakiniku kind of party yeah? I do work full time so I won't be home ever during the weekdays, and most nights/weekends I have bits and bobs going on - I love to dance (hip hop is my thing but I can't wait to take up any latin dance styles!!); my crew training take up a good 6-8hrs of my free time, and when I'm not dancing I love yoga and food (cooking and eating!! YAY!). Kyle will be here on working holiday so probably just a part time job and just exploring Sydney. We're both relatively social but do really enjoy our down time reading/stretching/eating cake on a Friday night by ourselves. We do love to travel so we're probably not going to be around the full year - there will be weeks we're out and about, but I'm sure we can sort something out!! Let me know if we seem like your kind of people - we're looking to find a place by July :) !! (Will trade a good deal for dance lessons/food HAHA) Cheers, Joy
Hi there, I'm Anna. I'm in my mid twenties and work full time in Macquarie Park. I'm a self confessed food and I got to Messina at least once a week. I'd love to share a home with people who enjoy a beer and a laugh but who also respect each others space. I'm ready to move in from 4-June but am flexible with the date. Looking forward to hearing for you!
