During my free time I spend time reading, watching movies/series, shopping and socializing with friends. I am respectful to other people's spaces, usually I keep to myself. However, do not mind sharing a light chat with my flatmate. I like keeping my home clean and tidy. Would prefer to share the place with female flatmates.
I don't have a time limit for the room. I've travelled quite a lot in the last 5 years. I'm originally from Argentina, been living in Australia for a year now. I'm out of the house a lot during the week, so I like being able to chill and relax when I get back home. I'm trustworthy and responsible with rent paying times. I like keeping all common spaces clean and tidy. I'm very considerate with noise too. I've been going camping a lot during the weekends and drawing a lot.
My partner and I need a room only 2-3 nights per week so if you want to get some extra money for your spare or small room please message me. We are in our 40's, and we have a long commute so I need the room just for the evenings and ocassional weekend night. Maximum of 3 nights per week. We don't mind that the room is small and sharing a bathroom. We are tidy and non smoking. Interested in a pet-free, non-smoking, clean house for approx 6 months. I work and study part time and have several IT projects I am working on. I am looking for a friendly and clean house and I would like my own room with space for a bed and a small shelf or wardrobe. If you have a lovely place with a spare room that would be ideal. We are clean, respectful and friendly. Happy to share a meal and wine or do my own thing.
I'm 24, pretty chill, and enjoy spending time at the beach! I work in hospitality, so I work early mornings and get home in the mid afternoon. I am a musician and a writer. Hi ! I am Camille, a french architect on a Working Holiday Visa who recently got a job in Sydney. I am open-minded and outgoing. I like to live in a nice and tidy place and to share time with my roommates. I love walking, running, cooking, reading but also watching series and movies. I like to go out sometimes but also to stay comfy at home and enjoy a quiet evening !
Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for flatmates who LOVE DOGS. I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station as I don't drive. Sorry, I am not looking to share with any smokers. I'm a 28 years young full-time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm a non-smoker and born in Sydney. I am honest, responsible and clean. I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy. I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to keep to myself as well. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as a good night's sleep is very important to me. During the working week, I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. On the weekends, I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook. I'm looking for flatmates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) My interests/hobbies include going to the gym, skateboarding, going to music concerts, taking my dog on mini outdoor adventures, watching movies, film photography, board games, and arts and crafts. My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone. Sorry, he is not cat friendly. He loves going for walks, playing ball and following me everywhere around the home. He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. He is very protective of me, and becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively.
I'm an easygoing and considerate guy who enjoys the outdoors, cooking and browsing local markets. I've always lived in Sydney and work in the health sector as a social worker.

I'm looking forward to settling in Sydney for a good while and I'm keen to explore the city and state, meet new people and make new friends. I've lived with housemates for many years here in Perth and consider many of them amongst my closest friends, i'd love for that to happen again. I am an easy going, fun loving guy who prides himself on being clean, fair and good fun. I like nothing more than some time outside in the sun, a good laugh, good food and good people.

Hello future housemate :p I'm Ari, originally from Mexico but currently studying my Masters in Marine Science and Management at Macquarie University. I'm 25 years old, with a steady income. I'm very clean, have been living with housemates since I was 18 so I'm adaptable, sociable but also enjoy my independence. I moved to Sydney about a year ago but I have been living in a northern suburb so now I want to move closer to the CBD. I'm looking forward to meet my new housemates and be part of a little family.

However, I do have rent money! I work as an Aba (autism) therapist part time and I am studying speech pathology full time at Macquarie. I am applying for lots of places today for 2 people and I am looking for someone(s) who thinks they might be into some of the things I'm into to live in the other room! Please hit me up!
Hey friend! I'm from Sydney and currently working as an in-house designer and illustrator in a small studio in St Leonards. I'm a very sociable, bubbly person and always make sure to clean up after myself, and be organised and tidy :~) In my spare time I'm definitely playing video games, cooking delicious food or going for a run.

Hi! I am postgraduate student, I work in pharmacy and have a steady income. I am a friendly, reliable, tidy and considerate individual. I enjoy spending time outdoors and love hanging out with friends whether just chilling at home or heading out for a nice meal. I also enjoy playing team sports such a touch football and planning travel ideas for when I finally graduate : ) I would prefer somewhere within walking distance of train stations. Thanks!
Hi! I'm an incoming post-graduate student in Macquarie University. Filipina, knows how to cook and bake (but loves baking more), loves dogs and easy to get along with. It will be my first time to go to Australia, and to study out of the country. :)
Hey dudes, my name's René. I'm 23 which is old as for a student these days. I'm starting my masters in Sydney this year, and this particular flavour of masters focuses on radiation physics in medical context. So like cancer treatment, imaging technology and whatnot. I been out of uni two years now, did the BSc at the University of Auckland and finished up there end of 2014. Since then I've worked a number of different jobs saving those coins. So that's sorta where I'm coming from on the academic side of things. As for me personally I'm pretty relaxed on just about everything. Or think I am at least. I've grown up a wee bit since undergrad and I can't really be bothered partying hard like I used to. I'd rather get stuff done ya know? A few cheeky beers every now and then doesn't go amiss though. I'll probably be out of the house most of the time I guess, between coursework and sporting commitments, some kind of employment and whatever other social opportunities crop up. So if unobtrusive flatmates are your thing I'm your guy. My sport of choice is weightlifting so I got decent at cooking since one of the things we in the community like to do is eat a lot. One-pot wonders are a specialty and a couple of them I have whittled down to an art form. Feel free to ask me about anything else I may have missed in this very general summary!
I currently work at channel 9 in the city doing advertising and sales. I also will start working part time for Football NSW at the end of March doing some writing for them as well as studying online through Australian Institute of Fitness this year. I am looking to move closer to work from my current living situation. I am a very easy going person and easy to live with. For fun I enjoy sport as I do play soccer, going to the beach, going out on the weekends and socialising.
Hi I'm Jess I am looking for a share house for med-long term. I am 26. I work full time in Sydney CBD in a 5 star hotel chain. Monday-Friday. Very neat and tidy (actually a bit of a clean freak) love doing a bit of interior decorating. I have a fair bit of furniture which I am happy to bring along. Great cook and love to host a dinner party here and there (Vegans probably would not want to live with me as I do a great roast dinner) Use a lot of my spare time at the gym, yoga or shopping. After work I like to try different restaurants with my colleagues or just chill out with some trashy tv. I can be a bit shy sometimes but you will see my sarcastic humor come out once I get to know you. I would prefer to have bills included with the weekly rent.
I'm a relaxed young professional, working full time as an engineer. I love sport (particularly volleyball) and music, and like to bake occasionally. I love a good drink and a chat to unwind at the end of the day. I'm looking to move out of home to live closer to work and transport.

I work full-time for an IT firm in the city. Looking for a furnished private room with own bathroom in apartments with no more than 3 people living in it, would be great if it has indoor swimming pool facilities. Area of particular interest is in lower North Shore (St Leonards, Crows Nest, North Sydney, Artarmon and Chatswood). Ideally would prefer the apartment unit to be north-facing, must have easy access to public transport (preferably train) and excellent amenities (walking distance to decent sized supermarket, shops, etc.). My budget is $350/wk including bills (water, electricity, gas and wifi). I am a 40-year-old professional, mature and responsible, at the same time, respectful, friendly and easy-going. I am meticulous to cleanliness and would do everything to look after the property as it is my own. I need my own privacy and will definitely respect yours. Would love to share flat with someone who is like-minded. If you're looking for a responsible long-term flatmate/tenant, you won't be disappointed with me.
Hi, I'm Arika from Japan. I've been living in Sydney for less than a year but more than 6months. I am a full time professional working in the city. I enjoy travelling, sharing a glass of wine from time to time or just having a chat. I've been living in Australia for 9 years. I'm easy going, organized and sociable. I respecta others space as well as common areas.
Hi, I'm from Melbourne and moving up to Sydney for a new job in Macquarie Park. I love to travel, embrace pop-culture and I l appreciate a pun-tastic joke. I do have limited flatmate experience, but from these experiences I've learnt to be diplomatic, friendly, understanding, clean and I'm always up for a good time.
Hi! I am a 27 year old student at Macquarie studying to be a secondary school teacher. I am looking to find a place to live that I can share with at least one other person. I will be studying for 6 months and then re-evaluating my living situation. Look forward to meeting some like minded people.
Hi, I'm Victoria, a mature professional looking for a secure, clean, comfortable place to call home. Ideally a room with a view (trees or sea) as I work remotely once a week for the business I work for in Sydney (for this I will need a high speed Internet connection). I'm respectful of people and property, I have been the sole lease holder for the last 12 years apart from the temporary accommodation I'm in at the moment where I have been for 6 months. Over the last few years I've had some interesting flatmates - from International visitors to Australia to Students coming to Sydney from around Australia. I'm fairly easygoing, I enjoy cooking a good meal at least once a week and, as I work for a wine company, I can always suggest a good wine to go with a good meal. Whilst I'm quite private and appreciate my own space I also appreciate others needing theirs. I'm also sociable and enjoy in engaging in real conversation. However I am looking for a quiet space that every now and then enjoys blowing off some steam. I enjoy the Blue Mountains, being in the bush, I appreciate the sea and I love art, creativity in all forms. Ideally I'm looking for a stable environment with my own bathroom and privacy. If you have a space that sounds like that please contact me. All the very best Victoria
Hi! I'm Hugh, moving to the Lower North Shore from the Gold Coast for a new graduate job I've landed in Macquarie Park working in IT. I'm a clean, friendly, person who loves to hang out and do all sorts of things. I like to keep fit, enjoy a good feed and I make some mean fried rice. I'd like to live somewhere that is close to work, public transport and in close proximity to shops and restaurants.
I'm the marketing manager and bookseller at a Sydney-based independent bookstore. As happy as I am to chat at the end of a long day, I'm just as content sitting on the couch reading a book. Relaxed guy -- I go running 5 nights a week as I gear up towards "marathon season" (which isn't really a thing, but sounds impressive...) and I love to stay as active as a 9-5, Mon-Fri job allows. I'm not much of a cook, so can't promise to introduce any culinary genius into a household, although I'm trying to improve, and am always looking for guinea pigs to sample my dishes!
Hi my name is Zein. I am looking for a tidy furnished room in a house. Am very sociable, easy going, helpful and clean. Am great with kids, pets etc. I work as a garden maintenance/ landscape labourer. And also do domestic and commercial cleaning on the side. Will be great to hear from you.

Hey there! I'm Monique, a 22 year old working professional as a Marketing Manager in Crows Nest. I'm looking to move closer to work to save my 4 hour commute i'm currently doing daily. Finding a place in Crows Nest/St Leonards would enable me to walk to work (would be a dream!). I am easy going, very clean and tidy. During the week I usually just work and make time to go to the gym. On the weekends I enjoy catching up with friends, having a wine with dinner and a movie and just chilling out. I enjoy time to myself as well as socialising, and am looking for someone with similar interests as myself. Hoping to move within the next few weeks (sooner if the opportunity arose). :)
I am easy going and organized. I am delighted by intriguing and fun conversations, and by things that challenge me intellectually. I am friendly and can communicate in English, Portuguese, Spanish, Bulgarian, and a little of French and Russian. I am a Ph.D. student in violin, and a violin teacher at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music ( University of Sydney). I am social but also appreciate some time to myself and I know how to give people space. I am very independent, I pay my bills on time, don't smoke. I enjoy some cheeky wine from time to time. I usually go to bed around 10-11pm and wake up at 6am. :)
Hi! About me: Clean, tidy, respectful. I love cooking, socialising and being active. I work full time in St Leonards, Monday-Friday. Weekends I love to get out and about! I've lived in share apartments for many years and understand the balance of being social yet giving each other space. I'm looking to live with one other flat mate (or couple), preferably someone my age or older who works full time. I'd like to have a large(ish) bedroom that can fit my queen size bed and a few other things, a good sized wardrobe and also off street parking, hopefully a garage or something similar. I have a house full of furniture in storage but am happy to move somewhere that the common areas are furnished. Let's chat if you think we could be flat mates!
