Hi! I work full-time in digital marketing for a global brand. I love going out to eat, shopping, going for walks, reading and watching sport, movies and TV. I'll mostly keep to myself, but certainly up for a friendly chat/meal/drink/outing if you are. I like to keep common areas clean and tidy but I'm not neurotic. I'm out of the house a lot and also may have a friend over from time to time (and definitely don't mind if you host the occasional soirée). I'm looking for a place in Sydney's North Shore only, as I love the area and have lived here all my life. I'd like to share with just one other person at the moment (no couples), preferably someone close in age. I'd need to have my own bathroom, a built-in wardrobe, internal laundry and be walking distance from a train station and a supermarket. A balcony and a parking space would be a wonderful bonus as well - I don't have a car but borrow one occasionally. If your place matches the above and you're looking for someone quiet, tidy and considerate with experience in shared living, please feel free to message :)

Hi, I’m 25, i’m moving to Sydney for work and needing an affordable, clean and reasonably modern place to stay in a safe neighbourhood. Will be working full time and will also be travelling for work on some weekends. Looking to share with someone who is social, happy to have a chat and share a meal but also doesn't mind if alone time is needed from time to time. In my spare time i enjoy hanging with friends and keeping active, as well as some couch + Netflix time. Do have a little dog that i would love to bring over eventually.

We have been in Sydney for 2 years now. I work full time and my partner is a student and works part time. We're quite flexible with the location of the accommodation. We love binge watching tv shows and maintaining a nice and clean house. :D

Heya! Coming back to house-hunting again - this time with Bella the staffy-mastiff! I'm a pre-school teacher that works full time now but will be going back to uni when the semester resumes. Bella is my 5-year old rescued dog that is a sweet big girl who enjoys cuddles and handshakes with people. The house has to be absolutely pet-friendly as Bella and I would be a bundle-deal. Here to stay for long-term but would like to start with firstly 6 months to see if we can get along well. Look for a studio or a room to rent with either landlords or other young professionals. No all-male rooms please (but ok with all-female or half-half guys/girls). I have a car and some furniture and would be great if I can bring them along but open to discuss.

Hi! My name's Geoff, I'm 28 and from the UK. I've been in Australia for over 3 years, working mainly in higher education. At the weekend I enjoy spending time outdoors; hiking, camping, road trips, etc and spending time with friends/family. During the week I generally work office hours and either study or go to Krav Maga in the evening. I'm sociable but also like time to myself after a long days work. When the weather picks up I want to take up surfing :] I'm looking to move in around 22 August, so no earlier offers please!

I’m a quiet, responsible and clean working professional and have a well trained and friendly cattle dog. Ideally looking to team up with someone to rent a house around the lower north shore or inner west. I’m on the quiet side but also friendly and happy to have a meal or some wine together. I’m currently working from home due to Covid and expect I will continue working from home at least a few days a week ongoing. I’m looking for a likeminded professional who is open to sharing a place and living with a dog. My dog is very well trained and obedient and gives great cuddles!

I'm an IT professional working full-time in the city and also studying in uni part-time. My current lease finishes mid-August 2020, so planning to move then. I work the usual 9 to 5 mon-fri and depending on uni I have classes either in the evening or morning. After work and class, I spend my evenings mostly relaxing, watching a tv shows, or videos on youtube, reading blogs and catching up on studies or working on my own projects. I'm up for a chat or cooking a meal together with my housemates. I like to keep things clean and organised so they are ready to be used again and like to keep my surroundings neat and tidy, and hope to find flatmates who feel the same. During the weekends, I would be mostly be busy with uni work or working on my personal projects. I enjoy a good party, but prefer to not have one near exam times, and will join in for a drink. I'm also looking for flatmates to team up with, so if you think we'll get along well, shoot me a message. Would prefer a 2-3 month lease with the possibility of extending it.

I’m an easy going guy been in Sydney for 2 years after moving back from the UK. I work in marketing and can be relied upon to pay bills and generally be a good sensible house-mate. I’m pretty work focussed and like to go out and run or workout at the gym, but I also don’t mind an occasional beer. I’m generally happy to have a chat - I think having a flat that has a bit of a homey feel would be ideal, but I also like some space to either read and chill out or to do some work. I have kids who live interstate and will spend time visiting them some weekends. I’m a non smoker myself. Let me know if you would like to meet and discuss vacancy
