Hello! :) I'm a 27 year old professional female, working a 9-6pm job, Monday - Friday. I am looking for a new place to call home and hopefully there is someone out there with a suitable room/place for me. I'm a very clean, tidy, respectful, and trustworthy person. I'm also very social, quite fun!, and I love meeting new friends. I have been in my current role for almost 3 years, 5 years in Melbourne, and I'm originally from England. I would love to find a place with my own bathroom or ensuit but if I'm sharing with another clean female then that would be ok too! Please get in touch if you think I could be right for your home! :)
I am a hard worker , keep things nice and tidy and i really like books . I am either working , in my room reading , or trying out some amazing food at a nice cafe.
Hey Im Ethan, Iv just moved here from New Zealand as a chef. I'm quiet but easy to get along with and down to earth. I like to spin a good yarn and am keen to make friends in Melbourne.
I'm looking for one person to join myself and my friend in a house share. I run two businesses and have two jobs, one is full time 40+ hours weekly in Richmond for a digital marketing agency, though I often work from home. I'm looking for a 'normal' household without any issues, everybody cleans up after themselves, no stealing, no excessive noise etc. I was born in England and have an accent but I've been here for 7 years and consider myself Australian - I'm a citizen. I like the outdoors and I like technology; I used to run a computer store in the South East. Ideal budget is $250 per week inclusive of bills, shared between 3 - 4 people. I have a friend who will also move out if possible, he works a very similar job, has the same budget and the same morals. If you already have a place and need two people, that's perfect. Message me for anything, I'm open to any offers.
I'm Ryan, 25, full time electrical engineer working with robotics startup. I like music, going to gigs/festivals, having beers and hanging out, looking to move into a fun sharehouse where everyone gets along. Looking to move immediately for the right room! Some things that are on my wishlist but aren't deal breakers: -NBN or fast internet -Garage/Shed for tinkering Some things that are important to me: -Unfurnished room - I have my own stuff -Parking (permit/off street or quiet street)
we are a hard worker couple, pretty busy so we are not home really often but when we are we like to relax and spend a dinner together Clean and tidy, we are expecting the same from our roomates no smokers no pets ( but we'd love to join a house with existing pets !)
Hi all! We're Ash and Matty, both from the UK and are being put through our 457 visa's at the moment. After travelling around Asia/Australia we're a couple of mates looking for a place to settle in melbourne. A 3 bed house is ideally what were looking for so if you're looking for a couple of others to join a share house we'd be up for it! We're viewing 2 bed and 3 bed properties at the minute but if we can find someone to share a 3 bed with that would be perfect! We both enjoy our footy (soccer...), the occasional after work drink mid week and going out on the weekend. We make time for road trips to see as much Australia as possible on the weekend. Give us a shout if you're working full time, up for a laugh and wanting to live in the St Kilda area, we'd be keen to speak with you!
Hi, my name is Malisa. I am a 27 year old architect from Perth! I have recently returned to Australia from London and am relocating to Melbourne for a new job in Fitzroy, which starts mid June. I am friendly, tidy and sociable housemate and have lived in share houses for several years so well house trained. I am also ideally looking for a furnished room with a double bed in a friendly share house. I love checking out exhibitions, seeing live music, cooking, trying to grow plants and travelling! I am hoping to find a friendly share house with a nice living space and perhaps even a courtyard or garden, which will be available by mid-June! It would be great to find housemates that like to share a glass of wine or have a house dinner every now and then! Please get in touch if you think I would be great addition to your house or if you are looking and think we might be able to team up! Thanks Malisa
Greetings, fellow wanderer of the earth! I'm Tayler, and I'm looking for a place to stay closer to the City and to my uni (RMIT) to make commuting (and life for that matter) a little less painstaking. I'm currently studying Live Production and hope to work on the lighting and audio systems of the biggest festivals and live shows in the country. As for my personality, I'm frequently appraised for having a great sense of humour, whilst being extremely mature when necessary. I usually expend most of my extroverted energy during the day, and I treat home as a peaceful sanctuary to wind down, so a quiet dwelling area is ideal for me. My main hobbies are; Video gaming, motorcycling, reading, programming and cooking. Hit me up if I fit your quota! I'm happy to answer any other questions you have to ask and would love to meet-and-greet!
I'm new to Melbourne and I'm currently staying in CBD. I'd like to move into an apartment by end of June or first week of July. I'm a graphic designer from New York. I'm working part-time and freelancing the other days. On the other hand, looking for a full-time job.
Hello there! My name is Jess and I'm 23. I moved to Melbourne just over a year ago from QLD and love it here. I'm a full-time worker and study online at the moment. I do enjoy the occasional drink however I'm not into the party scene. I also have a love for coffee. I am currently looking for a place 6 months at the moment. I enjoy my spaces being clean so I am looking to live with someone with the same mind frame. I would like to love in apartment/house with a max 3 bedroom place. I respect everyones privacy and alone time but also would like to be friends with the people I live with. I have my own car so long as there is street parking would be a bonus! Please feel free to send me a text message with any other questions you may have. Looking forward to meeting you! :)
I work in retail in the city and also am in my last year of a musical theatre degree. In my spare time I'm usually at a dance class, playing piano in the uni practice rooms or writing. On weekdays I'm rarely home in daylight hours, but when I am home I love getting to know my housemates. I have rental history, references attesting to my chillness, cleanliness, friendliness and general fabulousness (and obviously my humility); and five years of share house experience.
I am moving to Melbourne from Sydney for work and am hoping to find somewhere with a min stay of 2 moths to start and the option to stay longer if I stay in this new job. I work in the gaming industry and love board games I enjoy a casual chat but also love quiet time to myself. I am tidy and clean. any questions just ask.
Hey, my name is Natascha. I am 24 year old medical student from Germany and doing an internship at Royal Melbourne Hospital in September and October. Therefore I search an accomodation for relaxing. I am open to get in contact and meet new people, discover the Australian life style, Melbourne and the surrounding area and learn about the Australian healthcare system. I am thankful for your advice and help!
I am a beautiful, warm-hearted and friendly young lady from Zambia. I just completed my studies at the University of Melbourne and currently working part time on weekdays and every weekend. I am very easy going, tidy and clean. I highly respect other people's property. And I am not a party animal. Enjoy travelling thus am hardly ever at home. Very responsible and believe that sharing a house is made much easier when bills are paid in time.
Hey! I'm a tradie, aged a little too close to 30 for my liking. I'd say I'm a friendly fun person, super tidy for a male and am a generally happy person. Pro's: I can fix things, have a slight New Zealand accent, am social, and shower daily. Con's: Struggle to function prior to coffee, have a slight New Zeaand accent. Hobbies include - hiking, snowboarding, keeping fit and trying to pet other people's dogs. I enjoy having drinks with friends on the weekend but am quiet during the week.
Hi! I'm George. I'm a 28 year old barista looking to move to Melbourne from Newcastle around the 10th or so of June. I work full time hours at the moment, and while I don't technically have a job yet, I've got a few connections and lots of experience, so hope to find one pretty quickly, and then will hopefully work the same sort of hours once I'm down there :) I have a border collie x kelpie puppy (currently 5 months) called Monty, who has been described as "the Brad Pitt of dogs." Monty is a typical puppy, but in saying that is very well behaved most of the time. He's gentle with other animals and has been well socialised/I'm pretty obsessed with training (I'm going to also be studying dog behaviour with the Delta Institute when I get down there). I take him out lots and spend heaps of time with him, which means he is pretty chill when I'm out. I too have been well socialised and am pretty well behaved. I am looking for housemates who I am mates with, and sometimes hang out/debrief my day with, but I also understand the need for our own space. Definitely not keen on a party house. Other than that, I like to read, drink coffee, laugh at memes, be outside, and would (optimistically) love to have a little garden project to help out with. Anyway, if I sound like someone you would like to live with, get in touch. Thanks, George and Monty :)
I'm 25 and work as a graduate lawyer in the city. I'm easy going, pay bills on time, love being active but also enjoy a cheeky vino or two. Love being social with housemates but also happy to do my own thing. Preferably looking to move out with people aged 25-35, would prefer to be close to public transport and to have a car spot.
Hello :-) I am seeking to share with somebody similar to myself, (sharing preferably with one other person) in a lovely, cosy and clean home. I am 38 years of age, and work full-time as a registered nurse at the Epworth. My job takes up most of my day and life. I am a huge foodie and I love to cook! I'm a very private person, but also enjoy a meal and a wine with my house mate at the end of the day. I am extremely easy going, very respectful of others and live clean. I would appreciate this in return. I am currently residing in Parkville, paying $1500 per month and living on my own. Please say hello and tell me about you! Cheers. Valentina ;-)
I'm clean, tidy, keep to myself but happy to chat and chill out together. I eat far too much junk food and go to yoga. I work full time in a butcher shop managing online sales and like to read, watch movies, go for walks and talk over a glass of wine or beer or a good cup of tea.
I'm Kat from the UK, I have been travelling around Australia for the last 3 months, now settling in Melbourne. As I am new here I love exploring cool cafes and bars in the centre and love the quirky suburbs. I am here on a working holiday visa, working as a nurse in Richmond (so the house is in a perfect location!). I plan to cycle to work. I am extremely laid back, I have been living in house shares since I was a student (I am now 26) so I am well house trained. I love a beer after work and trivia nights. I really want a chilled homely house, living with some independent but social housemates. If you are still having viewings I would love to have a look!
