Financially stable English guy here to work in the tech industry, enjoy weekend beers (maybe a couple mid week?). Looking for shares where we'd be friends as well as roommates as I'm new here, but I also like/respect personal space. Looking for 3 - 6 months. Preferably furnished and utilities included but I'm willing to budge a fair bit for the right place. Has to be either in the CBD or with a super easy way in for work and social activities, I don't fancy cold 10-15 min hikes each day.. I think my budget is fair with this request. Get in touch if you think you're a fun household, and you also don't mind if the odd friend comes over. I'm super respectful and clean, don't mind splitting chores & cleaning expenses etc. Bonus points if you have a games console, I'm starting to miss mine. Sorry this has gone on, and I've not even done it in a comical fashion.. shame on me! Cheers, Steven
22yo English/Aussie gal working in a restaurant and occasionally temping in admin. I'm looking to start a course in social work next year (fingers crossed). I'm happy to do less than a year but I plan to be in Melbourne for a while so I'd love to find a place to call home. I moved to Aus from London in September, and I've been in and around Melbourne since November. I'm living in Fitzroy North at the moment with a family friend and I've completely fallen in love with the area so I wanna stay as close as possible. I was born in Sydney, so I've got dual citizenship which is pretty cool and means I can stay forever and I won't bugger off after a couple of months cos my visa has expired. I'm super easygoing, I like to bake, go to gigs/galleries/gay bars, drink coffee/wine, hang out with dogs (cats are cool too but pups have a special place in my heart). I love to party (although I don't want/need a party house - I like to keep it chill at home) and go on adventures. I love to hang out with friends/family and I tend to leave my door open.
Hi there, A bit about me... I'm Maddie, 30 years old and working in government communications. I'm new to Melbourne from Hobart, via five years in London. I'm friendly, neat and tidy, non-smoker, love to cook, walk and travel, and I'm always respectful of other people's space and belongings. Love to chill on the couch with a hot chocolate and questionable box set, or gossip about said box set over a vino or two. Right now I'm really looking for a pal to discuss all the gaps that resulted from the conclusion of '13 reasons why'... After six quiet months in Tassie, I'm looking forward to being a bit more social in Melbourne and getting involved in all the fun the city has on offer. I'm a very chilled flat mate, and hoping to find a friendly flat to call home around Richmond. I've got a few friends in the area and I can't wait to explore all the cafes and bars on offer.
Hey there flatmates, I'm a 26 year old easy-going Canadian on a working holiday visa. (Currently looking for a job) I'm super neat and organized. Love to keep things tidy! I've spent the last 5 years as a mother's helper/housekeeper, so I know the ins and outs of keeping a home maintained and livable. The way to my heart is through good/nutritious food, great beer, and excellent company. I love a good day/night out here and there, but there's something quite wonderful about staying in, watching a good flick, reading a good book, or just chilling. My passions include health and fitness, food, exploration, and water filled beach days.
Hey! My name is ika and I'm a nutritionist. I'm setting up my own business in consulting but in the meantime I work from home (buying/selling items). I'm not a party animal anymore so I won't be doofing on Saturday nights. These days my preference is kicking back with good mates. Spare time is all about food, cooking, markets, my veggie garden and my recent new hobby- sewing. I'm a massive animal lover. I have 2 budgies: they're pretty cool although one has a attitude. I also have a 3 year old Maltese dog. His name is Harvey and he is the cutest, lovable, affectionate fluff ball (Maltese dogs have hair not fur so he doesn't shed and there shouldn't be issues for allergy sufferers). I guess that's a brief summary, there's plenty more. ✌
Peter and I are coming over for a year on a working holiday visa on the 27th of April. We recently left our full time jobs back in London to travel round India, Sri Lanka and Bali and are very much looking forward to settling down in Melbourne for year to meet new people, get new jobs, work on our business plan while seeing what life's like on your side of the world... We're clean and tidy chilled out people looking fo a place to call home for 6-12 months
Hey! I´m Tuni, from Uruguay. Im 26 yo fashion designer and also have a degree in management and business administration. I´ll be living in Melbourne for at least 4 months, maybe more, and hopefully working full time soon. I´m easy going and have a great sense of humor. I´m also responsible, respectful other´s stuff and space, and very neat. I like staying in and watching Netflix but as I´m new to the city, I´ll probably want to get around and try restaurants and cool bars. I´m looking for a chilled and relaxed place to stay while I´m here so hopefully I´m a good match to any great housemates out there!!
I am an out going Aussie/American Citizen working in the Hospitality industry, running a bar in the Melbourne CBD.I am very clean and tidy. Love have a chat but also love my own space. I work a mix of days and nights at the moment so you might not see me for a few days, but then will be home most Sunday and Monday nights. On my Days off I enjoy hanging out with my friends or relaxing watching Suits or Brooklyn 99 (or something of that nature) and taking it easy. I currently have all of my old apartment in storage while I look for a new home. Looking for either a furnished or unfurnished apartment. I am looking for something at least 6 months length or longer. I am looking for a house mate who is down to earth, easy going and like minded.

I work full time in the city during the week, and generally start my days pretty early getting into town on the push bike (weather permitting). Im pretty clean, relaxed and easy to live with kind of guy, ive been in a few share houses before so im aware how important respecting each others space can be. In terms of a home, I'm seeking a relaxed, friendly, fun and clean house with respectful and social house mates. Would like an outside space, sharing with two others, male or female, somewhere around my age. Well, this has been great, get in touch if you’re feelin’ my vibe! Juzzy.
I am looking for a room in an existing share house in the South Yarra area. Looking for social housemates that are happy to catch up over a glass of wine or share the occasional meal. Not looking for a party house but want a place to call home rather than renting a room with strangers. Ideally the room will have built in robes and a decent size. Move in date is flexible (May or June) - just looking for a place that will be the right fit. A bit about me: • 28 year old female • Full time professional • Fully house trained • Espresso Martini enthusiast • Netflix addict • Occasional gym goer If you have any questions feel free to shoot me through a message
Heya, I'm Loki. Currently working in Melbourne while freeloading on a friend's couch. Would like to find somewhere smooth to stay and pay while I save to go overseas. I'm super minimal, the move in and out will be easy, pretty much rock a backpack and that's it. I'm out as of Aug 13 so would be a short term gig. I like comedy, MMA, being out of the house and fun Get at me Peace
G'Day! I'm a 29 y.o. mechanical/aerospace engineer who has just recently moved over from Adelaide to take advantage of the better job market after a bit of travel (and my girlfriend lives here too, so that's a plus). I'm clean, sociable and respectful. I cycle and rock climb for hobbies and am looking for a place to call home in Melbourne. Love a good chat and a beverage but understand that work comes first during the week (or weekend...whichever). I'm currently working hospitality while I wait on a few offers to come through but have a stable wage and consistent hours. Would love to catch up for a coffee to see if we gel and then go from there. oh...and I'm a badass cook too. Hope to hear from you soon. Cheers, Nate.
Hi.. I am Elen. I originally come from Indonesia. I am on my final year studying master at Swinburne. I am a friendly and easy going female and love to travel. I am looking for a single room, has to be has a living room and near public transport. Prefer to share the house with females. I am a pretty tidy person. I like to socialise but sometimes i like my own time. I have been living in a share house for about four years. I usually pay the rent on time, wouldn't mind to share meals or have drinks on the weekend too or go to bars on the weekend if I have time.. I am looking to share the house with people that I can call friends and whom I can get along with.
I'm a friendly, well-travelled and curious person who loves to learn more about the world and the people who inhabit it. Currently working and studying part-time, I enjoy martial arts, cooking, footy, photography, travel and socialising. I'm a clean person, respectful of other's space and views, and have no problem chipping in where necessary. Hoping to meet some likeminded people who I can hopefully be friends with, and not just housemates :)
My name is Ash, 30 yr paramedic student, work as a chef in a cafe, looking a great house with great housemates with similar mindset, enjoy burgers and beers and socializing with housemates and having friends over, can cook and clean and considerate and don't mind the odd mid week family dinner. Try and keep fit with boxing and other activities and make myself feel better by going for the odd run every now and again.
I am a Thai male student aged 28, studying project management in Melbourne. I'm looking for a temporary, fully furnished place to stay in the meantime! I'm quiet, busy with studies, focused on work and am very clean/tidy. I'm warm and welcoming and don't mind a glass of wine in the evening. Hopefully chat soon :)
