I'm easy to get along with, happy, clean, respectful and pay rent and bills on time. I work full time as a gardener and play in a few bands. I love live music, all things outdoors, drinks with friends, cooking and sharing a meal. Also like downtime too. :)
I'm a mature age student studying AOD (alcohol and other drugs) at RMIT with hopes of becoming a support worker. I come with two lovely, well behaved pooches, Wolfgang and Loki. Both are well behaved and very relaxed. I work fulltime hours on Sydney road whilst studying fulltime so I am fairly busy. Looking to find a relaxed home to settle into.
I'm 25. I am originally from Lismore, far north coast NSW. I'm a dual citizen of Australia/Ireland. I've been living on Napier St in Fitzroy for the last 2.5 years; very keen to be in close proximity to the ACU campus. I study 3rd/4th year occupational therapy at ACU. I play weekly ultimate frisbee in brunswick! I can attempt to show you how to forehand throw a disc. I love long distance running (half marathons), cycling, rock climbing, mountain biking and trail running. I am an avid traveller, I love backpacking and I've been on a few trips to Nepal and India which both hold a special place in my heart. I love watching footy! One of my favourite things to do in Melbourne is a day trip to St. Andrews markets. I work as a disability support worker (DSW) for Independence Australia; providing clients living with spinal cord injuries/cerebral palsy with in-home personal care support. I also work as a DSW for Scope and City of Port Phillip providing support in creative activities/community access for people with disabilities. In this work I also get to provide support at Holiday Arts programs, a community kitchen and community theatre. Disability support and occupational therapy are my life passions. I'm clean, easy going and super reliable with rent (thank you Youth Allowance). I have been living in sharehouses since 18 - and as a result I respect and value shared areas and open communication. I'd love to meet you and your housemates! Cheers, Leigh.
I’m a 23 years old girl from Denmark, I will start study at Swinburne university for one semester. I just arrived in Melbourne. I would really like a room and are ready to move in as soon as possible. I can come by for a talk when it suits you. I know how to clean up after myself and I respect house rules. I have lived in an apartment before for 2 years together with one. I like to cook a good dinner, drink wine, have a good talk, go out for drinks but I also respect privacy. It is important for me to have a home to relax and where I can get of after a busy day. I also hope to find some sweet housemates to share a meal, a drink, watch a movie with and things like that sometimes. I will be going to the university doing the week and I hope to travel a bit around in Australia in the weekends and just have the best time of my life 😀 I hope to hear from you!
I’ve lived in a flatshare before so I know what’s going on. I’m respectful of other people, their things and noise. I clean up after myself and I want to become friends and not just be flatmates. I’m currently trying to find a whole property to rent so will be needing 1-2 flatmates depending on the bedrooms. I’m after a non smoking female with no pets. 😊
I have lived in quite a few sharehouses over the years. I am friendly, clean and respectful. I am a writer and study creative writing at RMIT. I am vegan but not fussed if you aren't.
Hello! I'm moving to Melbourne from Sydney in late August/early Sept. I’m 28 and work full time for a non-profit institute. I’ll be continuing in the same role in Melbourne. Excited to explore a new city and meet new friends. I'm an environmentalist who likes to cook and get involved in the community. Probably spend more time bingeing Netflix though.. I've lived in several share houses, and would now like to live with one other mature person somewhere more homely. Happy to start in a fresh new rental or move in to an established place where I can contribute to the house (have furniture). Prefer own bathroom (flexible) and a reasonable size bedroom, also need access to an outdoor area for my cat Lilo and all my plants so a house or ground floor apartment is ideal!
I am finishing my PhD in Cognitive Psychology at the University of Melbourne and am looking for to share a friendly and quiet environment with, preferably, like-minded people who are either professionally employed or are full-time students. Given that I have recently sold my car, I'm looking in areas around the uni, as close as possible. I normally never have guests, am fairly quiet, tidy, love occasional chats and socialising, enjoy knowing about other cultures. I will be spending most of my daily time at uni even possibly on weekends, either working on my thesis or teaching. What I normally do in my spare time is going to the gym and watching movies (an old hobby).
Hi! I'm a happy, outgoing 23 y/o Danish girl, looking for a place in Melbourne to call home from NOW until the end of November, as I'm going to be an exchange student at UniMelb, Parkville! So preferably a place close to either uni or CBD (or both!) I have previously lived with 60 American students, so I am definitely house trained 😉 - I know how to live with other people and I know how important it is to keep things clean and tidy. I also love being sociable; having movie nights, brunching (apparently, that's a verb now), having a cup of coffee, going out for a couple of beer, throwing a great barbie, or just hanging out - you name it, I'm down. That said, I'm also a big fan of personal time and respect that everyone need their privacy (myself included). Aside from that, I love food - It makes me happy - and so, I cook and bake a lot (if you haven't tasted Danish sourdough ryebread yet, now is your chance! And I make exceptionally good pancakes 🥞). I go on the occasional run - mostly to burn some of all the calories from the food - and I walk or bike everywhere if possible. And I love plants! I also adore animals (all kinds!), so if you pooch or cat is in need of belly rubs, I'll happily volunteer! I think it's really hard to describe myself. But I'm GREAT! I Promise! Really! So basically, I can cook and bake, and teach you naughty words in a language that only a few million people in the world will understand - preferably not at the same time, but hey, I'm flexible!
I am a 22 year old Danish exchange student at University of Melbourne. I'm here to study and experience the city and the people. I love sports in general, particularly soccer, and I love music and movies. I will be a very chill and quiet housemate, I am clean and stand up to my responsibility and won't be in your way.
Hey there pals! I'm looking for a private room to move into before September 10. I love the Moonee Valley area and would preferably like to stay put around here or somewhere nearby. I just left studies in creative writing at La Trobe and am working as an administrative assistant and developing my own business selling prints of my art. I spend a good deal of my spare time at home in my own space, painting and drawing. Because of that, I might be wrongly perceived as reclusive to some but I always love having a good chat and am always up for doing things as a house. It'd be great to find a place with roomies who are likeminded and also enjoy that sense of company and actually being friends with who they live with. I also love yoga and am learning guitar. I'm a tattoo addict and Seinfeld is my go-to show. I appreciate a clean house and am very respectful and I always have money for rent and bills in time. I don't have pets but would love to be pals with yours if you have any! Excluding rats and mice and ferrets and shit. Not into that. Message me if this sounds like I'd be right for your place :)
Neat and tidy, friendly and aware of your space, fit and active, vegan and non-smoker. I am currently training for a full ironman so you'll hardly see me between study and training and working, but when you do I can whip you up a meal and have a wine and a chat. I dont have a car, just need some room for my bike and all the triathlon gear... So much! Great listener, better cook, master of corny jokes.
I (Wesley) am a part time student at RMIT working 2 jobs, close to full time. My partner (Lisa) is working 2 jobs as well, full time. We have lived together for the past 2 years and are looking for a new, long term place. We're a social, easy going couple who love to have a laugh, a drink and open to virtually anything/anyone.
Hi, my name is Barthélémy (people use to calling me Bart), I’m 20 and I’m French. I think I’m great to live with because I’m easy to live: I’m really nice with everybody, very curious and I love to speak and to learn from other persons, I also love doing things. I can speak french and spanish very well and I can speak well (but not more^^) english.

Hello! I'm Lucy and I'm 25 years old. I currently live in Adelaide but am looking to relocate to the big smoke in Melbourne! I have spent the last 3 years working for a state Member of Parliament (a lovely progressive one), however due to unfortunate election results I am now out of work. This seemed like an ideal time to relocate as I am confident it won't take me long to find something new. For the time being, I have a healthy savings account so money is no problem. I'm easy going and sociable but also enjoy my own space. I love a good crafternoon and generally have a project on the go. I tend to be out and about on weekends at local gigs or having a beer. I'm looking for a friendly share house with people who are up for a chat and cuppa from time to time. I would also like a place that is kept relatively tidy and where people clean up after themselves. If I sound like I'd be a good fit at your place, please send me a message.
I'm a 22 year old female from Norway studying industrial design at RMIT. I like to keep my environment clean and tidy. In my spare time i enjoy running, hiking and going for a ocean swim. Open to rent both 5 - 6 months or a full year.
We are so easy going and respectful to others, very clean and tidy and like place that common areas are like that spotless . we like to share a drink when the schedule matches and respect other space. we would like to hear from you as soon as you can.
I’m Jemma, I’m 28 and I’m looking for my own room in Melbourne. Im quite open to areas but would prefer to live close to the centre so it will be easy enough to use public transport to go to work. I’m a professional, but outside of work I like to run and go to the gym I like to keep active and explore. I read but also enjoy catching up on Netflix! I like going out for food and drinks but also enjoy an evening in. Preferably furnished and a sublet or something for 6 months with the possibility to extending. Please please someone house me 😇 Thank you! xxx
I'm a professional in my 20s and have just relocated to Melbourne. Looking for: - Either a Private room with private bathroom OR Ensuite room OR Studio/1 bedroom apt/granny flat with ALL Bills Included, - Furnished - Near public transport with easy access to the City or Near Enough (Preferably around 20-30 mins max) I am social but also like to have my own space at times when I'm working on my projects. An occasional glass of wine or desserts over movies and checking out new places is what my mates and I usually do. I'm always up for Roadtrips/Long Drives, Exploring & Brekky for Dinner or anytime of the day! :D As I am relocating, I am more than open for suggestions on places to check out in Melbourne- and you're also welcome to join in on the fun if you're keen on such things!
