Hey there, I'm Jayde. I'm a Sheetmetal Fabricator by day and a trained Dancer and Entertainer as well. Great banter and easy going kind of gal. Not opposed to a party or a late night, actually clean up after myself and can cook a mean meal. If you need your space I respect that and if you have a pet that is great news and I'm totally cool. I enjoy a good craft beer or wine I cant afford. Also really enjoy live music. As for Logan: He is practically my best friends and is also currently looking for a place so we thought why not team up! He is great value and shares similar views to myself although he cannot cook... Also doesn't mind a boogie and pets. He can also sleep through an atomic bomb so if you're a loud person/people that's perfect!
I'm Alex. I'm writing my PhD in international relations and tutoring undergrads at Uni of Melbourne. I am from the UK/ NZ and have lived in Australia for 2 years. I am looking for a long-term place to call home. Something 1 year+ in a Melbourne inner-city suburb is ideal. Brunswick, Brunswick East, Princes Hill, Parkville, Fitzroy North, Fitzroy, Carlton North, and Carlton are ideal. I'd like to be able to walk or cycle to the university campus within 20 minutes. A bit about me: I like films/ cinema outings, reading, board games, learning Arabic, hiking, camping, wine, beer, cheese... I enjoy conversations about politics/ IR, sociology, psychology, science, films, books - most things, really! My schedule can be pretty hectic - particularly during teaching periods - so I'm sadly not the best fit if you are wanting to create a *very* social house, but can still commit to an evening or two a week for housie activities. I'd be happiest living with like-minded people who are politically progressive, working, and 25 years+. Bonus if you would be up for the ocassional cinema/gig/comedy outing or going hiking together! I'd be extremely happy to live with a dog. Admin-y things: I'm financially secure, very dog friendly but sadly allergic to cats, and would like to sign onto the lease. I own bedroom furniture already. I also travel interstate and overseas fairly regularly for work and to visit my family.
We’ve have recently moved to Australia on a working holiday Visa to explore the beautiful country and build on our work experience. Were tidy, fun, positive, proactive, sociable people looking to find a temporary home in Melbourne to kick-start our adventure!
Hi there! I'm looking for a new home (long term) with some cool people in Fitzroy/Carlton/Parkville/Collingwood/Brunswik East area. A bit about myself: I'm 23 years old, originally from Russia, been living in Australia for 5 years. I really love to laugh at myself and love people who have good banter and don't take life tooo seriosly. I'm very open minded and love everything creative, arts, photography, good music, unusual movies etc. I'm pretty busy, but when I'm not pretty busy I love going to gigs/markets/doing crafts/eat cheese/drink wine/drink beer etc. I also enjoy talking about deep stuff like the universe, planets, power of mind and why we are here🌍:)) Workwise: I work full time in financial planning industry & planning to start my masters in a year. Can help you to become rich. Roomwise: I'm a big fan of natural light and plants. I can bring you the plants, but I don't have my own bed and wardrobe, so looking for something at least semi furnished. I'm not rushing to move out, just want to find likeminded people and a nice place!:) (somewhere in July-August would be great). Let me know if you have something suitable! If you need to stalk - insta: ulianakusik Thanks, Uliana
I am an Italian girl, I am 26 years old and I work full-time as a student advisor. I am a very quiet and clean person, I enjoy spending time on my own but I also like going out, having dinner with my friends and housemates. As I work Monday to Friday, office hours, I would like to share a house with someone with a similar time schedule. During the week, I spend most of my time outside because of work and gym but on weekends I also like staying home, cooking and relaxing.
Hi all! My friend Kim and I are both here in Aus on working holiday visas. Looking for a private room that can accommodate both of us! We are very adaptable and flexible :) We like to buy take outs for dinner and just chilll over netflix. Please contact me if you are looking to rent out your room!
Hi, Manon and I (French and Australian) are looking for two rooms. We dont mind if it's in a share house or entire house. We are working together in a restaurant in the city. Manon is a sommelier and I am a supervisor. We will have no issues paying bond, rent and bills on time. We love our music, food and wine and good company. We enjoy going out, however appreciate quiet nights at home also. Manon loves yoga and bike riding and will be away at a winery any chance she gets! I enjoy weekend adventures, markets and travelling. In the house we will be respectful and tidy. Look forward to meeting you :)
Hi, I’m Sarah, I’m 26 and originally from Queensland but have been living in the UK for 12 months. I’ve lived in lots of sharehouses before and I am friendly and very easy going. Looking for a small apartment, preferably furnished and somewhere close to Melbourne CBD.
Hey everyone, I'm Seb and I've recently moved to Melbourne. I'm looking for a place to call home. hopefully somewhere close to the city. I think you'd love to live with me because I'm clean, and quiet, but I'm also super friendly and I'm always down for some drinks or a movie night - anything fun, really. Feel free to contact me about any living situations you have to offer, or may be putting together. Thanks!
Hi all! My name is Chelsea and I am a 25 year old female looking for my new home. I am a social worker and work full time for the Department of Health and Humans Services. I am currently living at home with my Mum and sister but have previously lived in Bendigo in student share house accommodation. As such, I definitely understand the importance of being a consciousness and proactive house mate. I am a fun- loving and sociable person but also love and appreciate my own space and chill out time, as everyone does. Please feel free to contact me at any time if you feel I will be a good fit. Hopefully I will hear from you soon. Thanks for your time! Chelsea :)
Easy going chilled out person. I am a great cook, and very clean. Enjoy company but also don't mind being private. I keep active during the week to drink on the weekends
Hiya! We are Cecil (the cat) and Emma. I have been renting for the last 5 years and it's that time again to find a new home. I work in Port Melbourne as a service coordinator during business hours and can be a bit of a recluse when home. I love meeting new people and am happy to contribute to the home, but I do also value my own space. I'll help in keeping the communal areas tidy, but I can be a bit lazy with my own room. I have coeliac disease so I tend to prepare my own foods and with my own cookware, but am happy to cook for others on the occasion. I love all things food and coffee, walks and the outdoors. I have a vast array of plants and herbs, and am a serial Netflix binge-watcher and interwebs enthusiast. Cecil is a friendly boy, he is an indoor-mostly or outside-whilst-supervised kinda guy. He is easygoing and quiet, and has only ever destroyed cat toys.
My name is Adrienne, I am a 26 year old female working as a Practice Manager of a Collins street Dental Practice. I am a very clean, respectful, mature & friendly person & would want my housemate to posses these traits too. I would prefer to live with someone who is aged between 23-35 & do not mind whether my housemate is male or female, however I am not looking to live with a couple. I am open to moving into an existing property & I am happy to supply all of my own bedroom furniture. I would be looking to live in a property that provides me with a private bedroom & either my own bathroom or en-suite, to ensure that I have my own space & that you have yours :) I'd be happy to pay between $200 & $300 each p/w for rent, not inclusive of bills. I am very much into keeping healthy, cooking, baking & during the week I will either be at work or at Yoga. On the weekends I am often catching up with friends, family, cooking or having a Netflix/Stan binge! I would love to share a home with someone who would like to go out for the occasional meal & drinks & is looking to form a friendship, as well as being roommates. Last but not least - I do own a pug named Marley, so whoever I move to a place with must be comfortable around pets! Marley is completely house trained & very affectionate & basically just loves anyone who will give her attention! Ideally I would love for the property I move into to have a court yard or a small yard for her to have some space to run around on the days when I'm not home & she's not at doggy day care. It would be an added bonus if there would be another dog living at the property too, as she would love to have a little playmate. If all of the above sounds good to you - I would love to hear from you! - Adrienne

I am a friendly, easy going, tidy housemate who is working full time (8am - 5:30pm) in Melbourne for the final 6 months of my two year graduate program. I am looking to find somewhere that is centrally located in order to enjoy all of what Melbourne has to offer, but also relish quiet down time as I have always lived in regional areas. I pride myself on being easy to get along with and maybe to share a drink with but also on being understanding of people needing their own space. I love adventuring and outdoor activities along with sport and a touch of socialising. I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi I’m Tim. Moved down from Brisbane in February for a new job opportunity. I work in investment banking full time usually 8-6 Monday to Friday. I go the gym and go running most nights so get home a little later in the evening. Love watching sport and going to games. I have a few mates in Melbourne I catch up with on weekends.
I'm a graphic design student from Sweden who loves to be outdoors. I'm looking to share a home and everyday with easy-going people in their late 20's to late 30's. I like to have it clean and ordered where I live. Love plants, decorating and coming up with new easy food combos, not a big fan of scary insects and I'm allergic to those cute furry friends (a.k.a cats and dogs) unfortunately. Peace!
Hello! About Me: I'm an outgoing, creative working in the freelance field. A naturally social person who enjoys good conversation about almost anything. Left leaning politically with a keen interest in music, art & social justice. I have small, shy cat who I'd prefer to come with me, so looking for pet friendly accomodation. My social life consists of brunch hangs with friends, op-shopping adventures, dance classes, Netflix binges and sharing a stories over a cup of chai tea and tim tams. I'm straight edge, so that means no drugs, no smoking, no drinking. House Stuff: Looking for a bright, clean and tidy place with close proximity to the cbd. Budget is upto 250pw (would prefer a monthly rental inc. bills) I'm Ideally looking to share with 1-3 people with outgoing personalities and individuals who want to create a happy social atmosphere with the occasional shared meals during the week. Similarly neat and house proud folks, as I'm big on cleanliness. Looking for people who have respect for people of all genders, races and sexual preferences. (a misogyny free home being a must!) My Stuff: I have my own bedroom furniture, but I'm completely flexible with furnishings. So a furnished or unfurnished room works for me. If you have something suitable, please email me with info and available inspection times, I'm looking for something ASAP and I never flake on plans. Cheers, Chloé
Hello! Good guy here looking for a place to live on the Northside (Thornbury/Northcote/B East). I have been travelling Europe for the last 5 months and will be flying back to Melbs on 9th July. I've been in hostels for so long now and I'm busting to have my own room again! Please save me! I work fulltime doing IT/IM for the Fire Brigade during the day (one RDO off a month), and after hours I'll either be drawing, painting, gaming, going to gigs, trying to get fit, or out with mates somewhere. I'm friendly and always down for a beer, coffee or dinner. Also mindful of others space. Very adaptable and can fit in anywhere. Respectful, creative, clean, and always on-time with the bills. Smoker but will be quitting soon ($3 packets in Turkey reeled me back in unforts). Let me know if you have any questions or if you think I'll be a good fit in your home!
