I'm Jess, a 30 year-old Aussie working full time, and about to become a Lawyer. I'm very excited to move back to my old stomping ground in the East, with all of the amazing food and coffee, and proximity to the Tan. About me: I'm a friendly creature and enjoy creating a warm and welcoming environment at home, with the occasional shared meal and vino. 😊 Like everyone though, I like my space and am respectful of everyone's down time. I’m tidy and appreciate those who feel that a clean shared space (kitchen, bathroom) gives the place a nice vibe. I'm an avid yogi and runner and completed my sixth half marathon on the Great Ocean road in May. I would be interested to meet with any like-minded, potential roomies.😊
I'm Rohan. looking to moving into a place around the end of February start of march. I'm a pretty chilled guy who enjoys the outdoors, hiking, rock climbing and the beach. Im sociable and enjoy a night out or a night in. I enjoy hangout with my house mates but also like to have my own things going on. I'm fairly clean and tidy. After uni i've just gotten a full time science role with ARPANSA. I've rented for 6 years so know my house mate responsibilities. I think I will bring positive vibes to the house. Hey guys! I'm Alex :). My home is in Singapore, and I came to Melbourne to study at RMIT University majoring in Finance and Economics. I am half Thai and half Danish, but my first language is English. I speak Thai a bit of Spanish and very moderate Danish. I am very easygoing and friendly- occasionally organizing outings with a couple of friends during the weekends and I like creating an all-inclusive environment with the people around me. I am quite athletic and I take part in Soccer training with RMIT FC on Mondays and Wednesdays and I try to head to the gym 6 times a week. I am very respectful of personal space and I clean after my own mess. I rarely use the kitchen during the week as I usually create meal plans for myself that would last me around 5 days! So a dirty kitchen won't be an issue. You would usually see me in my room watching TV shows, reading a book or studying. I rarely leave my room so if you're someone who doesn't like face-to-face interaction we'd suit each other very well!
I am French and in my late twenties, and I just moved to Melbourne to experience living in Australia for a year ! Leaving my job in Paris, I'm now currently searching for a job in the event industry here. About a room ! I am searching for a private room in the center of Melbourne : Fitzroy, Carlton, South Yarra, Prahran, Windsor. For a rent around 6 month I guess I am easy to live with. I like things to be tidy and clean at the house and I would say I'm organised. after that, I love having a chat around a drink and I also appreciate having some alone time.
I described my self as a neat, clean, respectful and peaceful person. In my own time, I would love to cook, practice yoga, watch a movie, coffee-hopping and visit a gallery or just laying on the grass. I love bread, sunset, sunrise, and doughnut too much. Can't help myself. Interested in art, design, photography, traveling, health and well being.
Hi, Im a Biotech student from Adelaide moving to Melbourne for work. I am easy going and pretty quiet mostly. With work and study I won't be home much but am definitely down to hang out and have some tea or a drink depending on the atmosphere of the house/ people. I love pets and gardens. I have a car so if there is off-street parking available that would be great, but no big deal if theres not. I look forward to meeting potential housemates :)
We are two easy-going and fun Ecuadorian friends who are currently studying and working full-time and part-time. We are keen on finding a house or two separate bedrooms, our budget would be $480 combined, bills included. We consider ourselves very tidy, clean and organized. Our hobbies include: Playing tennis, working out outdoors, doing yoga and having a glass of wine with friends. We'll stay for another two years at this magnificient city and we'll looking forward to finding a cozy place we could call home.
**I promise I’m not as grumpy as I look** Hi, I'm Jacob, I'm 25, studying Nursing (in my final year) and I work part-time as a Disability Support Worker. I'm a pretty quiet and laid back person. Always up for a chat over coffee/wine/beer/food/netflix. I like having some time to myself but I definitely don't plan to be an invisible housemate. I always clean up after myself, especially in communal areas like bathroom/kitchen/lounge because I understand what that can get like - I've lived in share housing for the last 2 years. I love watching good movies and TV shows and listening to music (with headphones of course, or when I drive) and I have a small record collection. I love cooking when I have the time between studying and working. Also, I don't smoke and don't have any pets. I'm looking for housemates who are nice, easy going, not party animals, relatively clean and LGBT+ friendly (and friendly in general). Please send me a message if you have any questions, I'd love to hear from you. Also, I'm available to move out ASAP (simply needs to be before September 14th).
20 years old, brazilian, studend and working in hospitality. easy going, looking for non smokers, clean and nice flatmates. i like socializing but also enjoy my privacy. my mom is coming to visit me in october so i need a place where we would be welcome to stay with me for 3 weeks.
- Recently moved to Melbourne from Adelaide for a job in international development. - Outside of work I enjoy coffee, brunch-ing and yoga (although still can't touch my toes!). - I enjoy quiet nights in with a fine wine and good people. - I am a lover of puns and dad jokes. - I am an expert listener and pourer of wine for whenever the need arises. - I value my own space and the space of others. - I like to get to know the people I live with and invest in creating a supportive and harmonious home environment.
Hey there! My name is Dee! I am a 22 year old trans girl, I have been living in Melbourne for the last few months and am looking for a long term share house to live in. I am currently receiving Centrelink at this point, but will be commencing on going full time employment as an administrative assistant on the 27th of August. My preference in terms of areas is somewhere around or near to the CBD, as my work will be mostly focused around there and the north western suburbs. For a bit about me personally, I am pretty easy going and quiet, probably would be classified as a social introvert. I am not much of a cook, but I do like to order food every so often and I enjoy sharing it with other people. A drink here and there is also something I enjoy, so a sharehouse that is alcohol friendly is always a plus, especially if the housemates enjoy drinking, too. I'm a pretty tidy and neat person in terms of shared areas, cleaning up as I go and making sure to not leave a mess behind. I'm completely fine with living with guys or girls, pets, etc. There are no real issues there at all. The only requirement I'd have is people who are trans friendly. Aside from that, I'm easy. Please feel free to send me a message if you would like me to take a look at your place, or if you would like to ask some questions. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hey guys, I'm originally from Brazil, been living overseas for the last 13 years and Melbourne is now home. I’m a Personal Trainer and work full time between most mornings and a few evenings. Around the house, I'm very clean, tidy and considerate of other people's privacy. I enjoy sharing a glass of wine and a meal every now and then but mostly happy to do my own thing. I’m looking for a quiet house as I start very early most mornings. As for hobbies, I love cooking, reading, exercising, going out for dinner and drinks with friends, to watch a movie or a play / exhibition / comedy show. If you think we would get along, please send me a message and I’m more than happy to answer any questions you may have before booking in an inspection. Cheers Shirley
Hi there, I am a full time employed Accounts Officer, quiet and clean with a wonderful smart cuddly dog. The dog needs the backyard and I need a room:) I love my plants, baking and going for a jog. I am not a party person and seek a clean house. The dog will add an excellent layer of security to the property, barks very little, only when something's not right:) Please message me if something like this available: clean, private and affordable. Moving due to a breakup in relationship. Cheers Ana
I'm a full time worker in his early thirties from Wagga Wagga, NSW. I'm moving to Melbourne to start a new job in local government. Some interests of mine include keeping fit, seeing live music and eating great food. I have a somewhat reserved personality but I really do enjoy socialising and getting to know people. I consider myself to be very considerate and no hassle whatsoever to live with. I respect people's space and have no problem pitching in with housework, but I'm also happy to have a chat and hang out when the opportunity arises. Occasional parties are fun but I'm not looking for a 'party house'.

I have the following key good-roomie attributes: - uses headphones to listen to music - washes own dishes, takes out trash - shares food - doesn't walk around nude - not an axe murderer 29 year old advertising professional originally from Singapore. Looking for a place 3-4 months to start, possibly up to 2+ years depending on work gig. I’m a clean, quiet and considerate housemate; respectful of others' space and enjoy having my own too. Mostly spend my free time outdoors / reading / exercising, am always up for a chat and a cheeky wine but very happy to do my own thing as well. Hit me up if all this sounds good. Thanks!
Hi all, my name is Harriet. I am a fun, outgoing 18 year old who loves meeting new people and is looking for a place to call my own. I am currently working in the city and have been looking for a nice place to share with likeminded people. I love my own space but also am always up for a chat! I work full-time in hospitality and in my spare time focus on fitness and socialising. Contact me if you think you have a room that I would be suitable for! Thanks :)
Hi Everyone! In mid/late-September 2018, my housemates and I will end our lease together on what has been an awesome home in the heart of Preston. While we’re all moving in different directions, I’m looking to stick around either the Inner North/Northside up to Reservoir, or somewhere close-ish to Carlton/Parkville with the hope of securing a private room with some quality like-minded people in a share-house. I’m currently a full-time PhD student at Unimelb researching medication to manage behaviour in health settings, and I also work there part-time on a variety of research projects relating to mental health and the law. Additionally, I produce electronic music (with headphones on mostly) and very occasionally throw down a few tracks here and there in darkened clubs and festivals around the place. In a home, I look for a warm, friendly, respectful vibe with open communication and value people who generally care about the world and themselves. A bit more about me: 39, male, non-smoker, creative, LGBTQIA+ friendly, tidy, introverted-ambivert (i.e. social, yet values alone-time), and mellow. Interests: music, foreign/indie films with a touch of sci-fi, health & well-being, cooking, gardening, bicycles, art/design generally. I don’t have any pets, but I think dogs and other animal companions are ace. Thanks for reading and good luck with your searches!
Hi, i am 21 years old, I work full time so i won’t be around during the day, I just need somewhere to sleep and chill on the weekends I am respectful to rules and I am reasonably tidy, and I am easy to get along with
