Hey, I’m 22 and I work two jobs; one as a preschool teacher and the other as disability support worker. I’m currently studying early childhood education and care. The lease in my current share house is ending at the end of December so I’d like move a couple of weeks before then. I’m mainly interested in teaming up to find a new place as I would like to start afresh. However, I am open to moving into an already leased house. I’m pretty busy and often also stay at my boyfriend’s place so I won’t be home every single day and night. I like to have my own space and am not keen on a party house but am also up for a good chat/glass of wine and a few friends over. If someone is interested in teaming up to find a place I would like to start looking in mid-late November/early December just so there is plenty of time to decide and get things organised.
Hey! I'm a final year Irish student studying nutrition and dietetics. My friend and I are coming to Adelaide for 4 months to do our final year research project at UniSA. I'm a great person to share a place with, very clean and tidy. Always up for fun but not here just to party. Interested in doing some weekend adventures around the area. Love the beach!
Hi everyone! My name is Miriam, I'm currently doing my Masters in biomedical engineering at the TU Delft in the Netherlands. I'm looking for a place ASAP and it will be until the start of January, because then I would be flying back to the Netherlands. My internship is at flinders medical centre, & flinders at Tonsley. so a place that is kind of close by would be great! I'm easy going, social and love to meet new people! Always appreciate a good glass of wine, a beer or a good cup of coffee:)
I am a good cook! I like to keep my environment tidy and I am considerate and sensitive to other peoples needs. I understand the ebbs and flows of a share house situation and the balance between privacy and conviviality. I work as a geologist but I am also a part time muso and DJ. I also love board games and books and have a big wine collection I like to share.
Hi, I'm clean and sociable. I work in theatre and performing arts and love spending my down time cooking, watching movies, reading and spending time with friends. I have lived in share houses for a number of years and understand the importance of neatness and communication but also of giving people their space. However; I am generally up for a good chat whenever I am home.
Hi Im currently working fulltime as a secretary/bookkeeper and have been living with my partner in Hope Valley for 1 year however i feel that it is too early for us to share a house and im looking to move somewhere where i can have my own space and potentially branch out my network :) Prior to living with my partner i rented a large home in prospect for 3 years which i sublet to other short/long term tenants that i found through this website, so im completely respectful and experienced towards the expectations of subletting eg financially and around the house. Im a 27 female, thank you :)
We have both just recently moved to Adelaide and are looking for accommodation up until late December. We are both quite social and would love to meet new people, however also very independent and happy to keep to ourselves. We both will be working full time also.
Hey Potential House mates, I am Arjun (AJ) and work with the Red cross. Moving to Adelaide after 4 and half years in Melbourne. (Got a promotion can explain in detail if we plan on getting a place together :) I am clean and always pay the rent and bills on time can give you references if it helps. Looking to get a house with like minded people. Age, gender or orientation does not matter to me. I love traveling, binge watching TV series and cooking. Don't mind pets, Love dogs. Bit of a beach bum would love a place close to the beach if possible but not too fussy :) The doggo in my profile is not mine. Don't know what else to say on here as I don't want this to sound like a dating profile. :) Hope to hear from you soon. AJ
Quiet, mature, vegetarian, non smoker. Just back from overseas. Not sure where I'll base myself long term. Have agency nursing work in newcastle and adelaide. Like to keep fit. Hope to get back on my bike and trying to start running. Love the bush. Garden and chooks a bonus.
25 years old, full time podiatrist working mainly in public hospitals. I enjoy going to the gym, swimming, hanging out with mates and cooking. I'm clean and respect people's personal space.
I'm a chilled, outgoing, red head who needs a nice, tidy place to live! I'm tidy and organised, happy to help out around the house. I'm quite sociable and outgoing, love meeting new people. Not a party animal, but don't mind a cheeky red every now and then. :) Originally from the Barossa and needing a place to live as I finish my degree this year and start full time work next year as a radiographer. Would love to hear from you! ALSO, if you have a dog/cat, it's an extra win!
I’m a super easy going, friendly 21 year old (although I’ll be 22 in Nov. if that matters haha) I’m starting my study at Adelaide Uni next year in Crim and Psych in my endeavour to work for the police force but at the moment I just work at Escape Hunt (as a Game Master...there’s not many opportunities to brag about your job title so I’ll take this one haha) in the CBD. I also run a subscription box called The Book Forest Crate which I have 2 more boxes left before I close down to start studying. This will take over my room for 2 weeks every 2 months and I become a sleep deprived, crazy business fairy but it’s great haha. I’m living in the hills at the moment which is far away from everything in my life: work, uni, boyfriend, gym so that’s why I want to move a bit closer to the city! I really enjoy my solid me time but I’m social and I hated living by myself so having others around is always really lovely! I’m down for a Netflix binge or chat or sharing meals! I’m vegetarian but super easy going about it and nuggets are known to be my weakness. I’m not a huge party person but I do love having work friends over for board games and wine. I’m very respectful and can be quiet at first but I’m passionate about a bunch of things so I can talk a lot. Once I’m comfortable, I can be quiet bold and not afraid to laugh at myself or be a fool. I play the cello (and I’ve mastered 1 Christmas carol so far and it sounds GREEAAT haha) which is possibly the one reason you may not want me to move in but I promise once I get good I’ll serenade you and I only practice at midnight when it’s a full moon. (Jk seriously I’ll make sure I never bother you with it). I do have a cute boy that I’d like to have over for sleepovers so we can braid each other’s hair and other frivolities, so I’d need a house comfortable with that. He’s the easiest to get along with though so he would never intrude. This has been an essay, sorry. Basically, I’m tidy, respectful and easy going. Hope you want to live with me after this! I look forward to hearing from you!
Hi, I'm Steph :) I'm a 27 year old professional, who loves yoga, Netball, reading and travel. I am moving back to Adelaide after living interstate for the past year and a half. I am looking for somewhere to live in the Bowden, Brompton, Croydon, or Norwood area, with a lovely housemate/housemates. I am friendly and enjoy having a chat but also like to have some down time to read a good book or to watch Netflix. I am considerate and tidy, and enjoy living in a welcoming and well-kept space. I would like to live somewhere where friends are welcome but not a party house. I love my sleep, so I am looking for a place respectful of noise levels. If I sound like a good match for your place, please get in touch.
I'm currently studying Marketing at UniSA. I'm very neat and like my own privacy but I'm also great to talk to. I like to cook, go hiking and gym pretty often. If I'm not in class, I'll usually be studying in my room/on campus or hanging out with friends. I usually keep to myself but I'll enjoy sharing a meal or catching up once in a while. My budget for rent is around $150 - $190 and the contract for my current accommodation will be up in on January 7th. However, I'm willing to move in a week or two prior to that.
I work full time and come home and just like to chill.. I keep it pretty low key most the time but don't mind a drink here and there.. can cook when I can be bothered, just tend to buy food a lot it's easier, I got a dog 1 yr old kelpiexcollie (mac)he's amazing and so smart! Send me a message if your interested and we'll have a chat :)
Hard working, easy going, clean, reliable with bills, considerate and responsible.Am a smoker, outside of course...am looking to get a small dog in the near future..would be interested in a share with only one other person..work shift work, so up very early sometimes. enjoy a social drink..and not into a party house share..
Hi, My names Nath I'm 28 and I'm in Melbourne atm I'm looking to move between the 4th/10th Nov (flexiable), I've lived in Adelaide before when I was 20 for 2 years, I'm an animal welfare inspector (investigate cruelty) atm but moving to become a senior investigator in another field :) I'm just a normal guy I guess but I am looking to make friends while there I'll be flying back to Melbourne abit, I'm into summer festivals and I train at the gym, I'm really tidy and respectful and lived in a heap of share houses (currently living with 4 friends)
I work in a Hospital full time, and casually work in events on the side. I am looking to get a place by around mid-November that is possibly pet-friendly, as I want to get a doggo at some point. I have the house necessities, such as a washing machine, couches, fridge (If it fits) etc. I dabble in writing music as a singer/songwriter, and love a good beer on the weekend. I am a happy, sociable, respectful and clean guy! Happy for you to be locked away in your room or to be having some friends over. Let me know if it sounds like you could be a good team-up!
If you're looking for a clean and tidy, non-smoking, quiet flat mate who works 55+ hours full-time per week then hit me up! Must be near the city or near public transport to the city. I don't party, but don't mind a couple of drinks here or there. I need car parking... on street is fine. Also, would prefer a room near public transport to the city. Can bring my own furniture for the room. Happy to share a bathroom! Love travelling, watching sports, plane spotting and thunderstorms!
Hi I’m Jess 😊 Just your average 25 year old who works too much so I do enjoy to kick my feet up at the beach or at home have a cup of tea or wine and relax. I’m pretty easy going, tidy, respectful and enjoy going to the gym. Looking at house sharing with someone like minded but different. I enjoy company and look forward to meeting new people but also like my own space from time to time. Working as a Functions Manager I’ve learnt one of my greatest talents is talking. I’m outgoing and not shy to dive deep into a convo over a glass of vino or two.. in saying that I also give great advise and listen well. If you want to know more about me or have any questions about house sharing my ambitions or intentions please feel free to msg me 😊😊 Thanks, J
Hi friends! My name is Meg and I'm 23 and a theatre professional- I'm looking for accommodation during Fringe. My dates are the 4th of February to the 22nd of March and I'm keen to come back to Adelaide again this year. I work long hours during the fringe but I am very social and love to have fun- I'll respect your space as much or as little as you want. I'm originally from Brisbane but I currently am based in Sydney while I travel the world for my job as a stage manager. I'm truly flexible about everything regarding the room, I've stayed in all types of places and lived out of a suitcase for a long time, so I'm clean, know what it takes to be a good housemate, will care about the vibe of the house and will always pitch in with chores. You might go for days without seeing me if we're on different schedules but I'll make sure to do the dishes for when you come back ;) Hit me up if you've got something for me- I come with all the free fringe shows you could ever want!
