I'm easy going! I like to think I'm pretty funny, I clean up after myself, always pay my rent first and on time. Quiet, except I sing in the shower haha. I work late part time so I come home, eat and sleep, but I sleep like the dead so you don't have to tip toe around. If I'm not working I try to get out of the house so alot of the time I'm not there on my days off. I do go out on the weekends occasionally, but always considerate of my roomies. Im a picky eater so I won't eat your food Hahaha I'm just looking for a like minded person who's easy to get along with, likes to chat but also likes their privacy. Male or female doesnt bother me, and I get along well with most ages.

Hi. I'm My. I'm a student in UTAS. I am friendly and loves cleanly living. I mostly keep myself busy with studies and works. I am looking for a furnished single room near bus stops, shops and supermarkets. My budget ranges from $150 to $200 including water, internet and electricity.
I’m super easy going, always super tidy, happy to have a chat but also happy keeping to myself! I work in a cafe currently but will be studying nursing next year, am looking for a place for me and my 14 year old golden retriever. She has great rental references and she’s honestly so chill she just sleeps all day plus she is super cute.
I am Griffith University Post graduate seeking short term accomodation for a 3 week block of placement between 7th July and 28th July. I am a 21 year old male studding Exercise Physiology on the Gold Coast and are searching for sociable, friendly housemates to help me enjoy all Launceston has to offer. I have a passion for exercise, sports, great food and the outdoors in general. I have always been considerate and tidy despite being a quite layback individual. Weekdays will be spent working out of the Newnham UTAS campus but will be desperately seeking to make friends to share this once in a lifetime experience with. Any accomodation offers provided will be much appreciated. Feel free to contact me within the coming weeks and would be more then happy to organise even a video phone call to set aside any worries.
Hi there! I am a 21 year old student in my third year at UTAS. I am a very easy person to get along with (not a big party person) I love a good chat but love alone time as much as the next person. Incredibly clean and respectable
Hi, I am Alice! I am looking for a place to stay for 6 months in Launceston, Tasmania, starting from around the 24th of June. I work in the hospitality industry and I will be starting my new job soon in the Hotel Grand Chancellor, so my preferred location would be near the CBD. My hobbies include, reading, programming, listening to music or just learning something new on the internet. I am happy to stay in my room and do my own thing without much interaction, but I am also up for drinks and hanging out with my flatmates if they are up to it as well! (I am truly an ambivert xD) I am very respectful and I always considerate other people's needs and privacy, so I am very easy to be around! If I sound like a good flatmate for you please do not hesitate to contact me!
Hi, my name is Hayley. I am 18 years old and am studying year 12 in Devonport. I'm hoping to study English at the Newnham UTAS campus next year and am looking for a place to live. I'm very friendly and easy going. I love to read and write. I'm very clean and tidy and am more than happy to share cleaning and cooking responsibilities. I'm just looking for a welcoming house with warm and friendly people to share it with.
My name is Justin Dalby, I sometimes go by my middle-name hence why may profile says Aki. I'm a 26 year old doctor who is moving to Launceston at the start of August for 6-9 months to work in the Intensive Care Unit at LGH. I'm looking basically for a furnished bedroom room to stay and other than wifi, some sort of shared kitchen and somewhere to wash my clothes don't really seek much else. I have no pets, I don't smoke and don't drink much outside of socially and the only big object I own is my car which is just a normal sedan. Hoping to find a place within 30min walking distance of the hospital ideally (but not essential). Hope to hear from you soon. Justin Dalby
