I'm a French female PhD student at Monash Uni, I'm currently living in Fitzroy North but I wish to move closer to campus asap to avoid spending too much time commuting. Over the years, I have shared around a dozen of houses or flats in France, Britain, Spain, Singapore, Shanghai and Australia. I am clean, tidy and very friendly :) I work a lot but I very much enjoy spending time with my flatmates cooking, playing or just watching Netflix. Hope to meet you soon !
Hi I am a non-smoker and dont have any pets. I am a very tidy person, quiet and non-party person.I am also studying at Monash university at CL and CA campus. I am also open for teaming up with other students and people to look or move into a new house also. I am not hard and fast with duration of staying at your place. I'm flexible with it.
Hello. I'm a kiwi over for a working holiday. I'm a friendly, clean, fairly interesting person. I'm very flexible in terms of accommodation . I enjoy all forms of outdoor recreation, particularly those that include the water.
I am looking for a house that I can call a home and not just a share house! I work part time in Moorabbin and also am studying graphic design. I am respectful of others space and own time but also would love to form friendships with housemates. Always down for a drink or cooking meals together. Have previous house sharing experience. Must be a pet friendly house as I have a dog with me :) need to find a house ASAP
I'm a hygiene freak. I'm friendly, very open minded, cool headed, and hate drama. If you give me the space and privacy I need from time to another, and not bother my quiet time, I am your friend. I also smoke indoors when I'm writing. Please do respect my needs, I will, surely, respect you back. Looking forward~
We're a married couple from Vietnam. My husband is working full-time and I'm a full-time student at Monash university, working part-time. We're very friendly and respectful.
I am a responsible, flexible and a respectful person whose careful and is respectful about others’ time and space. I am a person whose willing to communicate and work toward compromise, even in the midst of active conflict. I am very polite and easy going. Love meeting new people.
Hi all! My name is Alberte, I am 25 years and from Denmark. I am in Melbourne to study at Monash Uni, Clayton for 3 months (end of April to end of July). I am hoping to find somewhere permanent to stay at for this period of time. I am very focused on my studies but I also like to go out or staying at home watching movies. I would love to work out while I am here and a workout-buddy would probably make it easier ;) Anyway, I am very openminded and tidy - pretty easy to live with. Hope to hear from you. Best, Alberte
Need to move in on or before 01/06/2018. The place I'am currently renting is up for sale. A bit about myself: I am a generally quiet and a very introverted person but still enjoys the occasional chat. I am a bit of a freak and OC when it comes to cleanliness and would usually go on a cleaning spree, sometimes in the middle of the night (I find it therapeutic hehe). I am also considerate (so I won't go on a cleaning spree at night if you're home and trying get some sleep, you have my word). I value and respect privacy and hoping for mine to be treated the same. Also looking for an LGBT friendly home. I have asthma and although it's well controlled, a smoke free environment is still preferred. I do not drink alcohol (Asian Flush Syndrome) but I do not mind people drinking around me. I am Filipino and have been living in Australia for few years now. I am a nurse and I work early shifts during the week. I work in a busy environment and so if you do not see me at all when I am at home (I'm okay :), I am just in my room, having a downtime. If you have a room to offer, please drop me a message. Thanks!
Hey guys, my name is Kimberley and I'm interested in joining someone on a lease to get an apartment! I have eyes on a few apartments, hit me up if you're interested in that! I'm a full-time computer science student, part-time pool lifeguard. (If you ever need cpr, I got yo back) I enjoy cooking, binge watching new tv series and making new friends. I am very self-aware and pick up after myself. I can be your friend or simply just your housemate. All I ask is that we could be friendly faces around the house and not having to be hesitant when leaving the room. Although having a friend to go for brunch with sounds awesome, I can total respect your wishes! :) Also, I am looking to live with someone who is okay with my bf staying over part of the week as we alternate places. We are likeminded people so definitely no drama there. :)
Uhh I got a PlayStation and projector, a pretty awful sense of humour...uhhh...I’m pretty easy going, I’m fairly into but snarky about TV/film/music...I will let you eat my food without harbouring resentment. Always on time with rent. I’m not messy in common areas.
Hello! Pauline and I are looking for 1 more lovely person to join our household in an amazing 4 bedroom townhouse in Clayton! It's ~4min walk to Clayton train station and ~2 min walk to buses to Monash Uni, Coles and shopping precinct. We're in our 2nd year at Monash and are both friendly, independent and clean people who enjoy quality banter, adventures, and memes haha. Here is some more info about us: - I study Engineering/Arts; love to cook, play video games and do film photography whenever I get the chance! - Pauline studies Genetics; She works part-time in retail, enjoys an occasional night out, loves Netflix and board game nights in! We're both really easy to get along with, love meeting new people and know to respect your privacy and personal boundaries. Also both pet friendly, having grown up with animals so feel free to bring ya furry friends! We're interested in teaming up with 1-2 other people wanting to start a new sharehouse, however, we're not fussed so leave us a message if you're interested!

Hi, my name is Nicole and I am from Malaysia. I am someone who cleans up after myself and I can never deal with too big of a mess (unless it's my own room). I also keep to myself, but that's only when people don't talk to me, so if you talk to me, I'll definitely be able to keep up with the conversation. I enjoy a few drinks every now and then, but I definitely do not like to party - I really like my peace and quiet. All-female unit please.
I’m friendly and I mind my own business. I work full-time and I’m mostly out during the weekends.
I'm a Vietnamese student, doing my first year bachelor degree in Engineering at Monash Clayton. I also have a part-time job at a restaurant in Springvale. Relatively quite and tidy, willing to do chores. Planning to stay for a long time

I work as a Massage Therapist and will be attending a few school courses in the near future. I am positive, friendly, clean, reliable, easy going.. to name a few. I live a healthy lifestyle and am mindful and respectful of other people’s privacy/space
Howdy friends, My name is Emily, I'm 19 and I'm studying a Bachelor of Management at Deakin in Burwood. My landlord has just given me notice so I'm looking to move into a new place within the upcoming uni break (I *may* possibly find time to move out sooner, so if you really love me let me know and I'll see if I can swing something!) I work Monday-Friday mornings in Hughesdale and could not possibly fill my time with more AFL than I do at present. I play, umpire, watch, and work at Etihad and the MCG so it's pretty full on but I do really love it. If you also love the weird ball sport we will get along splendidly. What I was mainly trying to get at was that I work enough to pay my rent and bills on time (my landlord can attest to that) but now you know a little about my greatest hobby. I'm either looking for an existing sharehouse or to start a new place with similar friends. I can only sign a 6 month lease because all things going well, I'll be taking off end December to the USA for a trimester abroad. I'd potentially be open to resuming a lease at the same place upon return if we get on like a house on fire (pun intended but can we not burn the house down for real that'd be alright). I drive so the place needs to have some element of parking, off street would be dandy but I'm not fussed. I also love PT and convenience so I'd love to be close to a train station/bus route that takes me to work/uni, but I'm good with logistics so I can always sort something. I can't afford more than what I'm paying now, so the most I could go to would be about $200pw including bills (or less excluding). Location doesn't bother me, I have quite a broad scope. The above listed suburbs are a general reference so if you live anywhere in the vicinity of the inner-ish south eastern suburbs please sing out! Keen to find a new joint with a rad fam. Look forward to hearing from you soon xo PS. the pet is a maybe and it's a frog. I haven't gotten her yet, I've been trying to get her for a year now but getting her set up is more expensive than I'd accounted for. She would live in a tank in my room/communal area if allowed and I'd be completely responsible for her. Your pets are fine with me too!
Well.. I am an extrovert who loves to make friends and meet new people. Always up for a drink or few beers .Recently moved to Melbourne and working as s System admin with a MnC i Mulgrave. Looking forward to share my out of office hours with a like minded..
I'm a new postgraduate student at Monash, I'm currently living in Sydney but would like to move to Melbourne in late May or early June. I will respect your privacy but will have a glass of wine with you if you wish to. Clean, quite, and will generally use home as a place to rest and get work done so you wont have to worry about me having any loud gatherings

Easy going, clean and tidy guy who likes to have a laugh. I have just completed my biomedical engineering degree on the Gold Coast and have found a job that requires me to move and work in Mulgrave, Vic. Being new to the area, I am keen to meet some new friends and require some furnished accommodation relatively near my new work place. I also enjoy music, surfing, wakeboarding and snowboarding.
Hello! I am moving down from Brisbane to Melbourne around the 10th of May. I'll be moving down to start a full-time position, so I won't be around during the day. I also expect I'll be a bit busy as I settle in. Otherwise, I'm quite laid-back, very clean and respectful. I do enjoy sharing a meal, or relaxing with roommates but I'm also conscious of other's space and privacy. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, watching movies/tv and reading. I'll probably also spend time exploring the city, and catching up with friends. I don't currently own a car, so I do need to be within walking distance of particular train stations and a shopping complex, with Coles/Woolies. I'm looking for people who are social and don't mind hanging out, but not always. I would prefer those with similar expectations in terms of cleanliness, privacy and shared responsibilities. I realise it's a bit tricky because I'm currently in Brisbane, but I am happy to chat/call/Facetime! If you think I'd suit your household, I look forward to hearing from you :)
