Hey guys, I’m 23 years old and currently working nights at Sullivan Nicolaides pathology in the city. I am a laidback type of person, always keen to chill or just do my own thing. I am clean and respectful and understand privacy. I am very reliable when it comes to paying rent and bills (my current roommate can vouch for me). I am looking for a place to live with a private room that has an ensuite or at least a private bathroom. I currently live on the sunny coast but looking to move closer to the city as that is where my job is. I am not into partying anymore but don’t mind a drink every now and then. When I am not working I am visiting my family, watching Netflix or studying medical science online. I would prefer a house (at least something with a little bit of grass) over an apartment as I have a small well behaved and clean Maltese cross dog who just loves people and anaimals and would be great if she could live with me. If you think I might suit you or your room let me know. Cheers
Professional, sensible, courteous, clean and responsible male. Just moved back to Brisbane and will be buying a house in the next 6 months but am looking to share or get my own place to rent while I settle back in and get used to Brissy again. Find our the best suburbs, cafes, restaurants and lifestyle here. I work out at the airport but don’t necessarily need to live that close to there. Have a small dog and do a lot of outdoors stuff in my downtime including in rescue ops on weekends. I have some furniture and things in storage but ideally looking for something furnished however can get my furniture out of storage. Hope this helps Regards Sean
* 21 In a few months! * English Female on a working holiday visa * Wanting to live in a social house hold to meet new people and have fun :) * I'm super friendly, sociable, clean and tidy (enjoy living in a clean house!) * Have my own car, so would need to park it somewhere. * Want to be close to Public Transport to get into the city. * I love GyG Burritos, Cars, Dancing, Snowboarding, Skating, Netball, Art, & Music. * Australia goals: Surf, wakeboard and play beach volleyball :) I have been staying with family friends near Albany Creek whilst job hunting. Now I've started working I'm looking to move closer to the city. Looking to start off staying around 3 months, and if work is going well then for longer as I can stay and work until December 2019.
Easy going gal, currently working in a bakery and studying horticulture at tafe. I have a big cuddly dog Cora, she is a boxer x staffy, very playful and loving. I'm a bit of a mix between and extrovert and an introvert, I love to socialise but also enjoy my own company. When I’m not working or studying I enjoy taking my dog for walks, reading, doing anything creative like painting or drawing and taking care of my groovy pot plants. I am clean, tidy and respectful, I am only asking the same of others.
Hello! I'm looking to rent a fully fenced house with a back yard for my lil fella Benji (8ish year old Border Collie cross) preferably in the inner northern suburbs and close to a train station. Benji is a trained indoor dog but I work in the CBD Mon-Fri roughly 8-6 so need somewhere with a yard that he can hang out in while I'm slaving away for the government. I enjoy reading, brunching, hanging with Benj and eating family sized bags of chips. Looking to live with 1-2 chill people who are tidy, friendly, know how to recycle and won't judge my laziness/eating habits. Also Benj doesn’t like to share so I’m looking for somewhere/someone that doesn’t already have a dog or cat. I’m open to teaming up and finding our own house as well. Send me a message!
Hi I've just recently moved to Brisbane from Auckland looking for a place to stay. It's my first time moving away from home so it's definitely scary but exciting! I work as a Landscape Architect mon-fri and currently fill the rest of the time learning code and other things at home but I'm keen to fill out the time with whatever! I'm a bit shy but generally outgoing and easy going with things. I do my part of the house cleaning - actually sometimes a clean freak and will clean the flat most Saturday mornings. I'm generally open minded and will keep to myself if need be.
Hello, my name is Sarah. In 2009 I will be studying full-time at ACU and working part time. I’d like to live as close to the university as possible as I don’t have my own car. I’m a fairly tidy person (read: sometimes obsessively so), I’m vegetarian, I’m a pretty decent cook and would be happy to cook for my roommates (bonus points if we can cook together!). I’d love to have roommates who can be my friends (if you love board games or philosophical discussion then I’m keen), not just people to split rent with. I have a young Labrador named Mylo who is on track to be legally certified as an assistance dog by early 2019, so he and I come together as a team. As such, it’d be really great to have a backyward, although he is mostly an indoor dog. Mylo gets along well with other dogs and cats, so living with other pets isn’t an issue. By law, we can’t be refused accommodation because of Mylo, so he won’t pose an issue in terms of finding a place. I’d like to move in together no sooner than January 2019, and no later than mid-late February. Thank you!
Hi everyone! My pug and I are looking for our new home 😊 I’m 26 and work in HR, Ralphie is a pug. We work full time and on weekends like going to the beach, movies, dog parks etc. I’m not a smoker or a big drinker but happy for a chat. I’d like my own space so preferably a master suite in a pet friendly place, if not my own granny flat/duplex/unit. If you have anything suitable please flick me a message! 😊
Mature aged male who keeps fit and enjoys cooking. Happy to vacuum, clean toilets, clean bathrooms and generally just like things clean. Early morning starts for my job where I’m up at 355am but out of the house within 20 minutes. Very quiet and understanding.
Hey I'm steph! I'm 21 years old and working full time at H&M chadstone in Melbourne. I’m looking to transfer to Brisbane in the near future and hopefully share a place with someone easy going like myself. I’m laid back, clean (maybe not in my own bedroom) and easy to get along with. I spend my days either at work, in my room reading or out with friends or family. I’m not a loud or disruptive person and most of the time you wouldn’t even know I’m home. I’ve spent the last year living alone and tend to do my own thing. I’m really social and want to feel like my house is a home so I’d want to get along with my flat mates and be able to watch a movie or have a glass of wine from time to time but looking to move in with someone who won’t judge my laziness/eating habits. I have a cat named Thea she is less than 1 year old. She’s very friendly and social. Good for cuddles or if you aren’t into cats she would be happy to just hang with me. She’s very easy to love, easy to look after and only naughty on occasion. She would be fine with other pets after a warm up introduction but she’s got a pretty laid back personality so I wouldn’t see any problems. I’d be working full time and visiting family on the Sunshine Coast most weekends so just need somewhere I’ll be comfortable and feel at home :)

*** Update 16/08: I have recently teamed up with another girl from Flatmates and we're currently seeking either 2 spare rooms in a share house, or 2-3 other girls to join us in establishing a new share house. Please contact me to discuss :) *** Hey! I’m looking for a room in a share house located within 15 minutes drive to the Chermside area. I currently work full-time on the Northside of Brisbane. I will be studying full time at ACU and working in 2019. I'm friendly, respectful, clean, love a chat and also enjoy my downtime. When I'm not working I like to exercise, read, travel, socialise, visit cafes and churches, and volunteer. I have a sweet 3-year-old dog who is very loving and offers many cuddles. It would be great for her to move in with us but I understand if it's not possible! I'm flexible with move-in dates and care more about joining or starting a house with the right people and a great house dynamic :) Also open to team-up with others to find a new place so don't hesitate to contact me if you'd like to chat further! Thanks :)
Hello! I’m looking for a spatious share house that gets a lot of sunlight throughout the day. I always clean up after myself and expect my housemates to do the same, so not one person has to clean and tidy everything and there is no need for a schedule. I like to make smoothies and play music in the morning, so if you don’t mind a small amount of noise or you are an early riser too, then we’ll get along well! I am respectful about noise in the evening and night, but I will usually also come home late from work, uni, the gym or dance. Ideally, I would like to live an equal distance between DFO Brisbane Airport (my place of work) and QUT. Jaimee :)
Heyyy!! I'm doing my masters from JCU and a part time job in Pinkenba. I am friendly, helpful, tidy and respect the fact that everyone requires their own personal space. Looking for an accommodation near CBD. Regards :)
I’m a pretty easy going, tidy and respectful housemate. I would choose dinner and a few drinks over the party scene now. I’m quite into my health and fitness and work full time office hours in the city. Enjoy getting out doors and catching up with friends and family on weekends.
My name is Ami and I will be studying a bachelor of Nursing in the Brisbane area next year:) I have recently worked part-time with children and am currently a Barista. I'm pretty chill and down to earth and I love a good time with good people. I am a musician in my spare time and am all for a kickback and a gig or just a good chat! I am from the Torres Strait Islands and I have lived in a bunch of living situations and I am very easy to get along with, especially if we share an interest for music ;) another random fact, I am also currently learning Italian. I love looking out for people and I think it's important to think of people you live with as good friends. I am able to pull my weight around and I'm not very messy. I spend my time studying, workin on my music (99%) and making the most out of life the other times, I'm very friendly, easily compatible and not to pat myself on the back but I reckon I'd make pretty narly flatmate... Would love to hear from you!
Hey guys, I'm a 28 working full time and a little bit of a clean freak. I love seating back with a drink at the end of the day but also enjoy my alone time. I'm the type of housemate that will cook dinner for the household. Hope to hear from soon.
