Hello I'm a professional Technology Architect who have just taken on a short term 3 month employment in Canberra near the Canberra Airport. I'm a Non Smoker and like to keep things around me nice and tidy. I'm currently seeking to rent a place with 10-15 Kms radius of Canberra Airport from 11th January onwards. If this fits your rental criteria then please let me know. Thank you Best Regards, GurMohan Singh
I'm organised and tidy, mainly because I'll be out and about most of the time! I'm an athlete moving from Brisbane to train at the AIS and would therefore require these characteristics inorder to maintain such a busy schedule! I'm easy going and open to meet new people and hopefully generate lasting friendships!
I am looking to move back to Canberra to pursue a part-time career and to be close to my fiance. I was previously a student at the ANU from 2016-2017, however, left for personal reasons. I am looking to spend a year focusing on myself and my relationship, and build a better me. I enjoy spending a Sunday afternoon reading a good novel (sometimes an already read novel) with a cup of peppermint tea or a glass of white wine. I am from south west Sydney - I am currently living in my parent's house as my contract came to an end at my on campus accommodation and I was yet to come to a decision about my living arrangements.
I'm currently living in Melbourne, but am looking to move to Canberra sometime in the new year to complete my Master of Dietetics at the University of Canberra. My ideal housemate(s) would be someone that is up for a chat and enjoys going for meals/drinks together on the odd occasion. I'm hoping whoever I live with will become a friend rather than a housemate. I'll be busy studying and need a household that is respectful of this, just as I will be respectful of your personal space. I am very clean and tidy and always clean up after myself. I don't enjoy living in a dirty/messy environment and hope my new household feels the same way. I enjoy watching Netflix, reading a good book and anything outdoors. I enjoy the gym (sometimes) and taking long walks, so a walking buddy would be a bonus! I intend to bring my car with me so easy parking (on or off-street) is a must. I'm looking for somewhere within riding distance to the University of Canberra. If you have any questions feel free to message me! :)
Hi, I am a young professional looking for accommodation for 6 months from mid-Jan to mid-Jul 2019 in Canberra. Very clean and tidy, easy going and looking to explore Canberra. In my time away from my home town Melbourne, I will be looking to rent out my own home, so I understand the value of finding a tenant who can look after a place like it's their own.
Hello :) My name is Manjari, originally from Melbourne, and I currently work full time in the Public Service. I'm friendly and social but like my own space and respect the privacy of others. I'm clean and tidy by nature. **Warning: coffee snob, laughs at lame dad jokes and enjoys a netflix binge :)
I live in Sydney and commuting to Canberra to work full time for a Government company at Belconnen - Canberra. I come to Belconnen on Monday morning and going home on Friday in the afternoon. I am a cheerful, friendly and helpful person. I like tidy and clean house, I don't mind to share a room with a smoker, as long as this person does not smoke inside the house. I respect other people privacy and expecting the same. I like to share the house work with my flat mate. I can cook Asian cuisines. I am a healthy and happy man. I am looking for place which is closer to Benjamin Way, Belconnen, so I can walk to/from work.
I am clean and tidy at home. I am new to Canberra, relocating to commence a new role in the public sector on 7th January 2019 so looking for accomodation from 5th January 2019 for six months initially. I enjoy the company of other people as well as some down one on one time. I also like a glass of wine every now and again as well as yoga, meditation, natural therapies and walking.
In a nutshell, I'm pretty chilled out, I enjoy travelling and have done a fair bit, also I don't mind heading out for a social drink and chat. Im studying post-grad at the moment while starting a new job in the ACT. I like to cook and keep a super clean house while always paying bills/rent in advance. I'm looking for a similar housemate/sharehouse that doesn't mind a chat and a wine/beer on the weekend. Also big on personally space and keeping common areas clean :)
Looking for a place to live while I study my masters at UC, I come with a gorgeous little kitty named Richard Parker. I am a very healthy active individual that loves an adventure. I like to socialise and have the occasional drink but I'm not a big partier.
I will be moving from Wollongong to CBR to study a master of science communication outreach at ANU in 2019 and am looking for a place near the university to reside next year. Beside study and part-time work commitments I enjoy being outside and staying physically active.
Young professional couple from Brisbane who have lived in Canberra for 12 months. We’re pretty easy going and like to keep active and socialise. Looking for some like minded housemates :)
I am looking to move to Canberra from NSW Central Coast. I have recently been employed by the National Zoo and Aquarium. I'm tidy and often happy to cook for myself or others. I am independent at times while also enjoying the company of others at times. I am looking for a room, ideally with a separate bathroom but not essential. Parking would be ideal.
I’m 20 just starting uni after a couple years working full time. I’ve come to learn my responsibilities and I am a pretty quiet person to live with. I love cooking and animals and generally get a long with everyone. I’m very clean and spend most of my time studying working or at the gym so you will hardly notice me. However in my time off I love a bit of Netflix or sharing a meal or two :)
Hi, I’m looking for long term accommodation in Canberra as I’m moving from Adelaide for a job. I’m clean and responsible and a whiz in the kitchen (future flatmates may be used as cookie taste testers). I enjoy both a shared meal/chat and alone time. I’m a lover of Netflix, books, and casual games. Pet friendly but currently pet free (if you have a dog it can expect many belly rubs).
Looking for a place for at least 12 months. Hobbies include sports and other recreational activities, I have a cat named Mac who’s very low maintenance and sweet. Enjoy riding my bike everywhere. Like to socialise and cook but also enjoy alone time every now and then :))
Hello there! I’m moving to Canberra to study at UC next year and am looking for a room in a share house around $150p/w. I’m planning on driving across from Perth late Jan but am happy to start paying rent earlier so I have a place to go when I arrive haha. I’m a very clean, tidy and organised guy, early to bed and early to rise. I’m pretty active and live a very healthy lifestyle. Love a good healthy, weekly meal prep and don’t often drink (unless everyone else ). I spend quite a bit of time with outdoorsy pursuits hiking, running, camping etc. I have been living in share houses for a few years now with many other housemates so I know how it all works. I’ll also be bringing my doggy with me. She’s a small/medium mixed breed mutt who is super affectionate and friendly. She has a big personality will work her way into your heart (guaranteed). She loves nothing more than to curl up next to you on the couch at the end of a long day, or a short day – pretty much anytime really. She’s house trained and very obedient. I would love to find a house where she can stay inside during that day because I don’t reckon her short hair and slim frame will lend itself to the frigid winters. I’ll be studying full time, working part time and walking the dog part time but when I’m not doing those things I’ll be exploring Canberra or hanging out in the communal areas of the house. I’m pretty social, always up for chat and a yarn - I won’t be spending much time hiding in my room though I do respect peoples need for personal/quiet time. I would love to find a house with peeps I can be friends with and can do housemate activities with. I enjoy living with social people more than anything! Won't be bringing much with me so a furnished room would be ideal but I'm not fussy. Thanks!!
- Moving from Melbourne in Early/Mid January to start a full-time job in the public service and currently looking for a room in a share house. - Pretty active, enjoy watching movies, reading, always down for a relaxing drink - Relaxed and easy going, likes to keep things neat and organised - Happy to chat and socialise but value my own space (hence I can appreciate other people's need for their own space). More of a quiet weekend person, but more than happy to hang out with roommates
Hi everyone! I'm going into my 3rd year at ANU and looking for a place to stay while I finish my degree, and this is my first time looking for a place to live online. I'm a pretty chill guy who loves a healthy balance of me-time and social-time. Super clean and enjoy keeping the house and garden clean when I have the time. I'm big into music, long distance running and traveling around the area to discover great hiking trails so I'm looking for ideally somewhere close to Black or Ainslie. Also enjoy playing card games or nintendo switch in the living room and having a wholesome time with some friends every now and then, while allowing some time to ourselves. Looking for people who would like to team up or rent.
I’m super chill and easy going, I’m a clean freak so I’ll keep the house nice and tidy. I love music so it’ll be a constant whether it’s playing out loud or just through earphones. Currently I’m working at a winery doing and apprenticeship and working at zambrero on the side. Yeah
Im a very easy going and bubbly individual who loves to have a laugh !. I’m a very tidy person myself and funny enough I love cleaning😂 . I wouldn’t mind having fun times with my room mate whether that’s having a cocktail on the weekend or watching a movie . I always help out with anything whether that’s cleaning or respecting the other persons space , Sometimes we all need our space to relax 😋. I work 5 days a week in the construction industry 10-12 hrs a day :).
