Hi there, I'm a semi-retired 57 year old male, originally from Scotland, but have been living in Perth on and off since 1986. I'm easy going, tidy, responsible and a non-smoker. I've traveled a lot in the past and have a relaxed outlook on life. Looking for a quiet house with sensible occupants. If you want to know anything else just ask. Kind regards; Alex
Studying full time at Murdoch University in my second year. I am a quiet and clean person who keeps to themselves but doesn't mind a quiet drink with friends. Looking for a place close to uni or with easy transport there. Wanting to live in a nice friendly house, preferably with pets.
Im a friendly, quiet, chill chicky. Love food, my plant babies and the beach. Aussie/kiwi mix. I'm looking for a spacious room in a homely house, hopefully with a nice garden/outside area. With the option to be social/hang out etc, but I also love my own space. Not a party person. Pretty clean and tidy. Respectful.
heya I’m jas I work part time @officeworks and studying my first semester of Psychology at Murdoch. If I'm not out studying or working, I'm seeing family, friends, in nature, going to art classes etc etc. I am a bit of a socialite when I want to be and enjoy sharing a drink, but otherwise I enjoy down time. Ive had previous experience flat sharing and really enjoyed it. I'm tidy and respectful 😊 my only request would be that me flitting in and out of the house isn't an inconvenience because sometimes I can be out late, or I forget something and come back for the thing twice...sometimes three times haha
Hi, I’m 42 female - friendly, easy going, clean and tidy. Looking for a space I can call home. I’m into clean healthy living and nature. I enjoy meditation, walking, beach, learning new things, gardening, yoga/qi gong, getting out in nature. Love to learn stand up paddleboarding and other things. Pref areas: south Freo, Beaconsfield, white gum valley, Freo, palmyra, Hilton, Bicton, east Freo, attadale, Melville etc (love the Freo doctor air!) I also own my own home and have rented out rooms so I know this process and what it’s like on the other end! My house is north of river but I want to live south closer to friends and it’s more “me” (alternate, enviro conscious, healthy etc) Currently studying part-time. Being new to the area, I will be looking at working part time once I’ve settled. I am financially stable and am out most days. Non smoker, rarely drink. I’m not after a party house. I have chronic fatigue and some sensitivities (can’t be in house with mould or lots of chemicals) so I’m just looking for a place I can heal, look after myself and enjoy a new environment. I’m told I’m great to live with, I enjoy cooking and super clean and can socialise when suits. I’m generally pretty easy going but also like my own space (and respect others). I would prefer - more modern facilities (tend to be better for mould!) - open to either male or female (or a couple). No more than 3 people in house - Own bathroom and air conditioning (but not essential) - Private space, studio or granny flat also ideal - Genuine easy going nice flatmate/s Look forward to hearing from you! Georgie

Hi, I am a writer that has been based in London the last couple of years travelling the world with my son Eli and dog Winston. We are returning to Perth for Eli to finish his last year of high-school and are looking for accommodation while waiting for our shipment to arrive. We have flatted with many international people over the last few years and are happy to either share or have our own place. Clean, friendly, quiet but social.
Hey, I'm a 22 year old Aussie girl looking for a furnished room to rent in either a one person apartment, a room in a shared house or shared apartment. I am looking at paying around $150 rent, preferably with bills included and wifi available. Happy with men and/or women and I'm keen to meet new people - I love animals and pets; don't like smoking. Would prefer to live in a quiet street/environment :) I do have a car so some kind of parking would be required. I am looking for a place in suburbs in or near Fremantle (e.g. East Freo, Hilton, Palmyra, Beaconsfield etc). I am currently between jobs and looking for work in that area too, as I have just returned from a student exchange in China. I'm a student at Curtin University (Film and International Relations) but am deferring my studies this semester to work and be close to family. That's why I would love a place to rent for a minimum of 6 months, however if I really love the place I may want to stay longer. I am a super happy, easy-going person that loves travel, art, life and adventure. I would love to make new friends but I also appreciate my own space and am very independent. Please send me a message if you would like to know more! ☺️
Fun outdoors adventurist! Love everything sea orientated. Full-time employed. Busy active lifestyle, always doing something! Love entertaining and cooking however also enjoy my downtime!
Howdy folks, I'm looking for accommodation while I'm studying nursing at Notre Dame, as living at my folks place just isn't working out for me. I'm a fairly neat and tidy person, and I like to consider myself as reliable when it comes to making promises and accomplishing tasks. I love to cook and if you're nice to me I'll make you a cheesecake. Heck, I'll probably even make you one if you're an asshole. Regardless, I'm definitely able to pull my share in the kitchen if shared meals are a possibility. Depending on my mood, you'd probably find me either at home or at uni, but I have been known to get shitfaced every once in a while, so I'm definitely not opposed to the idea if it comes up. I'm looking forward to hearing from you soon. Have a good one, Tom
Hi I’m Wayne 👋 I’m 43 years young, and I’m looking for somewhere laidback and fun to live, yet at the same time neat and tidy with a degree of organisation so all parties know exactly where they stand. I work full time as a Trainer & Assessor in Building & Construction. Working with today’s youth keeps me very grounded and I’m young at heart so I relate well to teenagers, however I don’t have any issues talking to a boardroom full of CEO’s. I am a very patient person as I tend not to sweat the small stuff. I am quite an active person and enjoy most things from having a hit of tennis or kicking the footy to skateboarding or mountain bike riding. More low key hobbies I have include painting and drawing or tinkering around and building things. I also have 2 beautiful sons, 6 and 8, to an ex-wife whom I have a very amicable relationship with. I do have my boys every 2nd weekend and ultimately I would love for them to come and stay with me on those weekends. Now as I can appreciate some people may not want kids around, so I can take my boys to my parents house and stay there with them so they can see their Nana & Pop. I hope we can discuss that anyway. In a nutshell I’m an honest, respectful, tidy and easygoing bloke who can hold a conversation and has a great sense of humour. I hope you consider me as a flatmate/tenant In your home!? I promise, you will not regret it. Cheers. Wayne
Hi, I'm a 24yo animal-loving nerd, working as a disability support worker. I like the quiet life, binge-watching Netflix and snuggling with my cat. My schedule is dictated by my stop/start shift work (and the whims of my fur-child!) I'm vegan (for the animals, not a health snob!) and would like to live with likeminded people ideally, but haven't managed it yet so I'm easy. My cat is dog-social, and I would love to join a house with a dog, but my allergies would probably only cope with one extra animal. Also because of my asthma I need to live with non-smokers only! I like to be friends with my housemate/s, and am not the type to hide in my room and only cross paths in the kitchen etc.
