Young professional originally from the UK and a permanent resident of Australia. Have just come back from the UK after some time off and have just taken a new job in the tech industry in Melbourne. Before this I lived in Brisbane for 10+years. I love my sports, being active and meeting new people and i'm looking for a room to rent in Melbourne with some great people and to enjoy this new chapter of my life with.
Hi fellow house hunters!!! Names Gemma, have recently accepted a job offer in Melbourne and will be moving down from bendigo at the end of May beginning of June. I am looking for a very pet friendly property as I have a beautiful gentle giant (Great Dane) called Odin. I am pretty relaxed, I’m not a clean freak, but am tidy...... like a good night in watching tv, up for a drink and a chin wag, but am respectful when others want space. Odin is very easy to get along with, and I haven’t met someone who hasn’t fallen in love with him. Odin is an inside dog, he is also incredibly lazy, due to his size... he also does not require a lot of space, as he sleeps most of the time. 100% toilet trained, can shake your hand, and can also give you a kiss 😂 Odin is Ok with other dogs, but generally only really calm breeds, and bigger dogs. He has also lived with 2 cats and tends to ignore them. Especially if the cat lets him know who’s boss lol. I am happy to join anyone who has a pre existing house. Would prefer to only have 1 other housemate who loves animals. I am also willing to team up with someone, if they are looking in the same area. Drop me a line if you have any questions, a place available, or interested in a team up. Gem States I’m a non smoker, at present I am trying to quit... 😬
Wanted: Dog-friendly accommodation. Always pay rent and bills on time. Have done so for 8 years! Worked since age 9. I'm ambitious, and a hardworker. Only on hiatus til I find a place in Melbourne, out of town right now, but will be back down for meet and greets. Don't have facebook, do have skype. Looking for an ideal place to call home for at least 6 - 12 months. I can provide a pet bond, and references if you need Taco: A chill, house-trained Pointer X with oodles of personality! Isn't destructive, loves people and animals, and catching Zzzzzz's. I'll be working on training Taco to get his jacket, so when we have the time, we can go cheer-up people stuck in hospital! Would also love to one day train companion dogs for children with autism etc, and blind people! :) Dogs are truly amazing, understated, creatures! They save and enrich lives all the time, have fought in wars, they do so much for us! Science even proves how just being around a dog makes people happy! ♡science ♡animals Me: Animal rescue, hospitality work, music therapy/teaching children, selling art, performing, charity work, and studying! Also love music, reading, open minds, visual/performance art ♡ ♡ equity, exhibitions/gigs, dancing! I take care of Taco 100% clean as I go, all the usual stuff! Am easy-going, enjoy good conversation, a good laugh, adventures and looking up at the stars ☆.☆ The place: Secure outdoor area. Private room. And anywhere close to a station is mint! If you're genuine, chill, experienced, and love Taco then it'll be fun! N.B. Twister and drinks are a great icebreaker 😄🐙🍻 so if you love boardgames a big plus Hope to hear from you soon, Lalaluv Luna& Taco! ^_^♡☆🐾

Hey peeps, Looking for somewhere to stay close-ish to the CBD, if anyone has a room free please let me know! I am also open to starting a new sharehouse if anyone is looking for someone to join-up with them. About me; I recently moved from Perth - enjoy a bunch of things like cooking, gardening, camping/outdoors, seeing live music, festivals, skateboarding and taking photos. I like a good balance between spending time on my own and with housemates and would be up for dinners and drinks together. I'm flexible with move-in date and length of stay, I'll be studying in Melbourne for the next two years.
I’m a chef from the UK, love cooking for friends and listening to indie music. Not the party type of person, easy going will be out the house a lot due to work. Love dogs/pets if you have any!
Recently relocated here in Melbourne from Sydney to focus on my art practices while working as a screen printer full time in Coburg. I am usually to myself and don’t mind chatting or catching up with roommates. Caught my mums OCD so I like things clean and tidy. I also wake up early for work. Weekends I like to hang out with friends and catch up on laundry. I’m keen on getting my routine back up and running seeing I haven’t totally settled in to Melbourne yet.

Hello! This is Debjit Bhowmick (27) from Kolkata, India. I will be arriving in Melbourne with my wife Anwesha (24) on 26 April to pursue my doctoral studies from The University of Melbourne. We are friendly, respectful, tolerant people. We are non-smokers. We are always up for occasional chit-chats. We are clean and tidy, so you don't have to worry about the apartment getting messy because of us. We respect people's privacy, so won't be irritating you. We will be able to inspect or give an interview only after 26 April (if that is needed). We are in need of a place to stay. Your apartment could be our dream 'home away from home'.
Hello! About Me: I'm an outgoing, creative, naturally social person who enjoys good conversation about almost anything and love a good "gossip" on current happenings. Left leaning politically with a keen interest in fashion, food and music. I'm the proud owner of two small fur babies (cats) and they have to come with me. They're indoor kinda girls (like mum) and mostly eat and sleep about the house. One is quite inquisitive and social. The other is shy, and may keep you company on the couch if she's not too scared. My social life consists of brunch dates with friends, op-shopping adventures, dance classes, Netflix binges and sharing a stories over a cup of chai tea and some tim tams. I'm straight edge, so that means no drugs, no smoking, no drinking. House Stuff: Looking for a bright, clean and tidy place somewhere in the inner north side of town. upto 250pw (flexible depending on utilities), but would prefer a monthly rental inc. bills. I'm Ideally looking to share with 1 or 2 people with outgoing personalities and individuals who want to create a happy social atmosphere with the occasional shared meals during the week. Similarly neat and house proud folks, as I'm big on cleanliness. Looking for people who have respect for people of all genders, races and sexual preferences. (a misogyny free home being a must!) My Stuff: I have my own bedroom furniture, more clothes than I should, a TV and retro sideboard (which can fit in my room) , but I'm completely flexible with furnishings. Have some home appliances, but anything not needed I can put in storage. Hope you have something suitable, please email me with info and available inspection times, I'm looking for something ASAP and I never flake on plans. Cheers! Chloé x
