I'm a Mechanical Engineer moving to Melbourne on my PR from Pakistan on 18th May and looking for a place in craigieburn area. I'm looking for a single furnished room with internet. I would prefer an ensuite washroom/toilet but if not possible then a shared will do :) I basically need a place where I can sit down and start applying for jobs. I'm not interested in a place which has a 6 month minimum stay period. I need a place where I can pay a month's rent in advance and 2 week notice period coz I need a place till i settle down and get my own place. I smoke occasionally but only outside.
I am a 30 year old single mother to a 5 year old boy who has just started prep. I am in the process of relocating back to Melbourne and require accommodation asap. I am currently unemployed although i am in the process of gaining employment with the same company i previously worked full time for 6 years. I am responsible neat and tidy and always prompt with payments. I am currently looking for 2 bedroom fully private accommodation not shared housing (a granny flat/unit/studio apartment would be ideal) please do not hesitate to contact anytime.
Hi guys, I just started a full time role in accounts in Preston and currently living in Hoppers Crossing so I'd really like to live closer to work and bypass the hour and a half drive to and from work. I'm not a drinker but I do smoke which is restricted to outdoors. Not a fan of cats and would love a place to myself or a house share with only one other person. I do prefer my own bathroom. Really really don't want to share sorry. I am single so there won't be a significant other coming in and out. So I'd prefer not to stay with a couple. My idea of a night out or in is trivia with some friends... Food and some good banter. Hoping to move beginning to end of July so I can save some money for bond. Please let me know if you have something available. Una ☺️
I work full time with a reputable company, with early morning starts. This means my daughter and I would be out of the house by 5:30am. Saturday morning is spent out of the house until mid-afternoon doing extracurricular activites. I like to keep fit, I do this by running and yoga. We're a great team and have a schedule that keeps us busy, so when we get home we like to chill out and relax by watching movies. I work in a lab environment, and prefer to have some order and cleanliness at home. I'm happy to share a room between my daughter. Also I'm very interested in teaming up to find a home. There is much more involved in the process but the rewards are worth it. With the right people sharing the same objectives and values there are great rentals on the market at the moment.
Hi, my Name is Tjelcey, I'm a 20 years old exchange student from the Netherlands and i'm looking for an apartment in or around the CBD from the end of June, I'm a second year student business administration and i'm going to the RMIT University in Melbourne. Looking for a room $200 pw max. I am very artsy to say the least and totally have a go-with-the-flow personality. I will be going to school full time but also plan on reaching out during the weekends and doing awesome things. In spare time I usually being adventurous, and simply hangin out with friends. I am very respectful of the space I share with others and clean up after myself. I get along with damn near everyone and have 0 allergies so pets are fine. If you would like to know more about me don't be afraid to send me a message!
I'm a young 21 year old Australian looking for a place, I can cook and clean and I respect others as long as they respect me. I am friendly, however at first I will be shy, I tend to keep to myself and I am looking for people who are fine with that. I am a gamer so I am known to be loud, if I am too loud just come tell me. Not necsssary, but it would be nice if I could also find other gamers. I have my own car which I WILL need to set some strict ground rules with, for your sake and mine. Now about what I do, I am an apprentice Diesel Mechanic, so I come home dirty, dont worry though, I leave my boots in my car and I don't use anything thats not mine until I have showered. This does mean however that I will need to use the washing machine twice a week for my uniforms, however at work I will be mostly wearing overalls, which if I have to wash them, I will take it to a laundromat. If you find that I am your guy feel free to contact me and hopefully we can sort something out.
I am a layed back individual, always down for a chat or a movie night, I love gym and food Ofcourse. Looking to move in with some friendly, reliable, tidy people. I've lived in a couple share houses prior with guy and girls so I know to give people space and keep a good vibe. I’m at work most of the time or gym, Preferred to meet up with the person before inquiring about the house :)
For work i do warehousing. I'm generally laid back easygoing. My hobbies include writing music, drawing and gaming. I'm a tidy/considerate person and always rinse/wash my dishes and keep my room presentable. I do have a pet, her name is Bella and she's a 7 month old kitten. I'm looking for somewhere to move ASAP so if you're interested please reach out.
I work from home writing learner guides for various industries. I work a lot and tend to go away every few weekends as l love to travel. At the end of September, l move to Adelaide before heading up to QLD. I respect people’s space. Do not need full furnishings, just a bed. I only need a corner of the room to set up a desk for all my computer screens.
I am very good at compromising and talking things through/finding a way to make things work. I'm clean and like to live in a clean environment. Must be a friendly environment. My downfall, I'm easily controlled so specifically looking for chilled laid back people. Walking away from a marriage so just looking for a peaceful environment.
I’m a very laid back, friendly and clean person. I’m also a hardworking, people person but like time to myself. I’m looking for something long term, something I can call home with great roommates. I have a little bunny named Bunnings, he’s super friendly, well behaved and toilet trained. You’ll literally fall in love with him, he’s the best! (He’ll be in a hutch also)
Just a bit about me I am an extroverted person who is ready for a conversation any time. I sometimes can get into a conversation , as long as it is constructive for both parties and can end up talking for hours. But I always respect the space of the other party and knows when to leave the space as well. I love to cook in kitchen and can make a mean pasta, varieties of Asian food infused with my own fusion and twists in recipes. I love to not only cook but also make dinner for the friends and housemates with whom I share an abode. I can easily clean up after myself and a responsible person. So in the end, I am simple, honest, responsible 28 year old guy who is looking for a quiet interesting place to stay.
Relocating back to Melbourne to begin work with the CFA. Moving with my 15 month old Mastiff X. Both entirely house trained and very tidy and friendly. She'll give you many many snuggles if you want them! I am also a strength and conditioning coach so my jobs demand me to keep fit and healthy, so aside from work I'm always out and about with my pup adventuring, training, travelling back up to Wangaratta to my old gym, so am out and about or away quite a bit. I am all about balance though, so love cooking up a good feed and having a relaxing glass of red or a beer in summer. Love recharging my batteries chilling in my beautiful home, reading or watching a movie. Definitely well past my party days.
I've been in the share house scene for 6 years now. Am super easy to get along with, very tidy and always pay bills on time! I'm a quiet person but in saying that I don't mind chilling out with my future housemates and having a drink 😊
Clean, friendly and tidy Prioritise rent always. Moved to Melbourne last year for a change of lifestyle, endeavouring to become a jeweller (silversmith) (Currently living in an apartment and its unsuitable for this as it lacks the space.) My lease doesn't end for a couple more months, but out of the need to find something more suitable and longer term I've started the search. Hoping to find a whole property where there will be an area/space for creative works in silversmithing. (Outside space is fine) Budget is $475 PW, or under and a year or longer lease would be preferred if it's a possible option. There would be two of us living in the property, we are good friends and currently live together. Fully able to tend to any garden work etc. whilst maintaining the property to a lovely standard. Please feel free to contact and look forward to discussing any offers with you. Thankyou
