Hello I am currently looking for a room before the end of my lease in January. I would like a room with my own bathroom and house ideally within walking distance to train station. I work full time, very neat and organised and looking for great respectful housemates. Thanks 😃
My partner and I are transferring to Flinders University from Melbourne and looking for a fun, positive environment to live in. We do have two beautiful female dogs who would need to come with us! However both very calm, relaxed, and of course toilet trained. I am studying Language and Law, my partner Science. We both will be working part time whilst studying.
Hey guys! My name is Ellie and I have lived out of home for the past 3 years. I am working part time in healthcare and studying nursing part time at Flinders. I am tidy, respectful, and easy to get along with. I love a good chat but appreciate the value of time alone too. As a bonus I come with a super cute kitty who is good value, even when she's sleeping too often, and who loves to keep you company. Please send me a message if you think I might be a good fit for you 😊
Hi, I'm from South Korea currently working as a chef in Adelaide with my wife she is also working at the moment at sushi restaurant I am in my 30's and very quiet and tidy We are interested in sharing flat or house with others I look forward to hearing from you guys Best Regards
i'm a pretty easy-going person, tidy and a little quiet at first working full time at the moment love the beach, cooking, wining and dining, music etc etc. enjoy a night in with a few drinks and netflix, a night out is always good too love time to myself but am always up for hanging out or a chat first time moving out of home so am looking for a few people to live with! send me a message if you're interested :)
I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range. I am looking not just for a room for me, but for a place that has a rumpus area (or similar) that I can use for recording podcasts with half a dozen friends a couple of nights a week. I've just had to downsize from a 3BR house, so I still have a fair amount of stuff that I need room for as well. (Most of it is in plastic tubs and can be stacked vertically.) Note: Thanks to factors beyond my control, I have a hard limit for rent of $148/week at the moment. I can pay separately for utilities/internet but the rent has to be below that number. Bond can probably be fudged if I pay an extra week or two.
We are a couple looking for somewhere nice clean and friendly to live! Both are students who work part time (full time hours) in hospitality meaning we are rarely home to get in anyone’s way
Hey I don't know why it keeps deleting my bio thing, possibly because I'm not using the paid version, so I keep having to write it again! Hahaha, so nice and simply put, I'm a SUPER friendly, down to earth guy with a passion for bodybuilding, music/playing piano, animals and work full time with nutrition. Don't drink, smoke or party, I'm a pretty quiet dude and like to keep to myself for the most part, but I'm always eager to listen and learn about people and all things! Have a GF so I'd like to be able to have her stay over every now and then, but obviously wouldn't be disrespectful or greedy in use of facilities if she was over. :)
Paramedic in a former life from Victoria and now moving to Adelaide to start studying Medicine at Flinders Bedford Park. Not looking for a party house, those days are behind me, I'm more of a cheese and wine kinda person! Love to cook and self confessed clean freak. Ideally would like to live with some other students or young professionals. Home is still going to be based in Victoria so you would get plenty of breaks from me during the uni holidays =)
I am from Edinburgh, Scotland and just arrived in November. I like sport and going to the pub. Hoping to find work in Adelaide starting after Christmas. Not very picky on where I stay, a reasonable location and decent price are all I'm after.
Hello! I’m Georgia. Twenty year old working part time as a 2IC In fashion retail. I am outgoing and easy to get along with. I always keep my house clean and tidy!! I have a 5 year old maltese-shitzu that will also need a home. He is extremely low maintenance, inside dog. Also sleeps inside. If I am not working, I will be doing yoga, playing netball, binge watching a new Netflix series, taking my dog for a walk, drinking a beer with some friends or spending some time with my partner. Looking forward to hearing from you!!
Hi! I'm a 19 year old girl from Norway moving to Adelaide to study at the University of Adelaide. I lived in Adelaide during my exchange two years ago, so I'm well used to the city. I'm an easygoing girl who's always looking to learn something new, meet new people and make great memories. I love going to gigs and hanging out with my friends, but am also a huge fan of quiet nights in watching netflix or listening to music. I play flute and guitar, so any future roommate should be comfortable with some repetitive rehearsing every now and then. Other than that I am pretty okay to live with, I know how to keep to myself and try to keep a clean and organised space. I am looking for someone who I can potentially become friends with, that I can talk to when I feel like it and whom I can have dinner with and watch movies with. But I have no problem keeping to myself if you'd prefer that.
Uni student at Flinders (Masters Physiotherapy), go to the gym and train BJJ so will be out a bit, like to watch TV in spare time, like to keep things tidy, easy going and repectful of other people's space. Will be back in Adelaide around late February. If anyone is keen to look for a new share house together send me a message.
I currently work full time as a retail manager in the city and am looking to move closer for work. I’m an extremely easygoing, clean, independent, sociable person. I attend the gym quit regularly and like to see my friends and socialise with my time off. I’m adaptable to all types of people and also love my quiet time to myself. Love to have a laugh. Please feel free to contact me for further information :)
Seeking self contained granny flat or studio with own bathroom and cooking facilities. Independent with work taking me away from home up to 4 days a week. Seeking room with ensuite/own bathroom, not willing to consider a shared bathroom with unusual shift times for work. Suburban Adelaide preferred, south, east, west or north-eastern all considered. I am semi-retired but work part time for SA Government agency. Accordingly I have all expected documentation available regarding national Police Checks, accreditation from Dept of Communities and Social Inclusion for all screenings including working with; vulnerable persons, children, aged care and persons with a disability. I also hold a current first aid accreditation. All available on demand. I am a quiet non-smoker single still working part-time to supplement public service pension. I have references available from real estate agents and other work related referees. Ideally I will be available to move December 2018 any time period but negotiable for 6 months.
Hi, my name is Aleasha, I am currently studying a bachelor of education/bachelor of science at Flinders University and also working part time at Westfield Marion and would like to find a room in a house close to these areas. I am flexible, easy to get along with and tidy. I like socialising but also value time to myself. I am studying full-time and put my studies first.
Hey! I'm Jess and I'll be moving over to Adelaide from Melbourne in Feb 2019 to start Medicine at Flinders University. Looking to find a place to rent with other students or people around my age group (24-30). Would love somewhere quiet and low key to come home after a long day to crash. Having said that, im in no way opposed to a late night wine and harry potter marathon. As i'll be on a pretty strict budget with full time university (and i mean 8AM-6PM most days) and hopefully a part time job on the weekend- I'm hoping to keep my budget for rent + bills (water, wifi, electricity ect) to $200 a week; (ie: $170 for room, $30 for bills). Ideally an ensuite or more than one bathroom would be preferred, but i'll just be happy to have a nice warm roof over my head. Want to make Adelaide my home, and hoping for a longer term rental if all things go well Can provide an amazing book collection, Stan and Netflix accounts as well as no culinary skills Also- highly allergic to animals, so a house without them would be preferable :)
Easy-going, fun and friendly. Would prefer to be in a social household with like minded people. Hospitality worker that works a different roster every week but mainly nights and weekends. Enjoys cooking, music, having mates around and watching the footy with a cold beer.
