I am from India, I will be studying Master of Management (Project Management) in La Trobe University City Campus. Along with me there are two more friends who will be arriving (or moving) on the same day. I am extrovert and open-minded, The same implies to other two.I am a non-smoker and non-drinker ( not even occasional), I don't mind smoking or drinking unless I'm insisted so please take a note of it. Also I'm quite possessive to my religious aspects (like eating non-halal food, drinking and others) but not extreme. I respect privacy and never do something that will embarrass or disappoint my fellow roommates. Apart from this I like to go out, play games (indoor or outdoor), gym, cooking, reading, helping the fellow roommates the best from my side, being clean and hygienic, taking care of myself and little OCD to few things :P. We don't mind sharing room with people from any background. If you are from India or Muslim, we would love to be with you. So either way I will be fine. If you have pets like cats or dogs, that will also not be a problem ( we are cat-lovers :P but wouldn't mind a dog. ) Also, If there is any accommodation like Paying Guest (PG) in the city or suburbs I will also consider that. :) P.S : Once again, we are great to live with.
I'm a clean and easy-going person, care about the others. I am quite sporty, and love design, photography and like watching movies. I guess I'll be spending most of my time in lab, but also like to talk or have fun with my housemates.
Hi, I'm Jess, I study English and teaching at Flinders Uni (and work there sometimes as a Student Ambassador). I also work as a kitchen-hand. My hobbies include; always paying my rent and bills on time; immediately connecting with new housemates; watching cartoons and films; playing guitar (quiet, non-obtrusive acoustic); video games; writing; reading; skating blah blah blah... My girlfriend is also named Jess (saving YOU, potential housemate so much time remembering our names or even distinguishing us). She's a musician and were moving to Melbourne to pursue her music career. She's into most of my aforementioned hobbies but slightly more of a hippy, beachy sort, and slightly less of the 'brooding writer' thing I've cultivated. We would love to find somewhere 4:20 friendly. I'm a smoker, but more than happy to do it outside. I'm happy to live with any race, sexual orientation, religion, gender etc. Basically, it's all good.
Male, Indian, IT-Professional, non-smoker, friendly, easy going person seeking accommodation in any Melbourne suburb (walking distance from train station) for a period of 2-3 months.
IT student in Monash Work part time. Easy going, curious, kind. Have a girlfriend and would like to have her come around once a fortnight. Hope this won't be a problem. Respect others. Quite clean. "Nerd". Not loud. I get along with people. I'm willing to make friends with my flatmates if we have common hobbies. This uploading system is confusing where is my face.
Engineering student, Monash University. Tidy, easy going, respectful of personal space, and love a conflict free environment. Not usually home, but when I am I keep busy with cooking or catching up with coursework (am known to have questionable choice in degrees). Like to think I'm kind of funny.
I'm a laid back person studying at Monash University that likes to feel comfortable and relaxed around the people I'm living with. I am willing to chat to anyone about almost anything so I get along with most people quite well. My friend, Kiara and I are looking to set up a share house with someone who won't live as just a stranger but as someone we can have a chat to and have fun with. Share houses shouldn't be this awkward experience of strangers they should be a great way to get to know people. I am a clean person that loves a good discussion and to have a bit of fun. We are looking for somebody to share a house with that feels and is looking for the same kind of experience. Both of us are country people, living in Melbourne for uni who both work and have over a year's experience each of living away from home, paying rent, etc. Happy to take on first-timers or experienced people so long as they are reliable!
We are a couple (aged 25 and 28) looking for an apartment or room to rent for few months up to 6 months or so. Offers for shorter time are welcome also right now. We might stay here for longer but we would prefer not to commit to a long lease right now. Argo is currently working full time (near St.Kilda) and I do photography and graphic design and I am looking for a job in the area. Argo likes gardening and has a B.Sc in Landscape Architecture. I studied Biology back home but lately, I have been more interested in photography and arts. I've done cleaning professionally and we like to keep clean. We are rather quiet but we are also happy to socialise and have a glass of wine on the weekends!
Hi My name is Yu-Lin, I am Taiwanese, I came to Australia when I was one. I am moving down to Melbourne to start my university life at RMIT and I am looking for a place that is either close to RMIT or has public transport within walking distance, preferably a train station. I make great flatmate as I am quite organise, I get things done when needed. I am great with chores, be it cleaning, cooking or anything else. I am a quiet person but fun to be with.
I'm a 22 year old female working full time in a promotional/brand ambassador role. I like all the typical things - food, wine, going to the beach, going out with friends, a bit of exercise etc. I usually spend a couple of nights a week staying at my boyfriend's house and I'm barely ever home. I'm looking for a place I can rent for a long time (1yr+) as I hate the stress and uncertainty of always moving. I'm quiet and tidy and I always pay my rent on time. I'm pretty introverted and just chill in my room most of the time. I also have a small ragdoll cat called Nala who is toilet trained and isn't any trouble:) I am an organized, openminded and easy going girl looking for an unfurnished room around the Elsternwick/Bentleigh/Mckinnon/Caulfield/Brighton/St Kilda areas.
Hi :) I'm Pavani, an Australian-Sri Lankan student from adelaide! I'm a pretty clean and tidy person, and a decent cook to boot too haha. I love to read and swim and I'm just coming out of my gap year in 2016 so I'm looking forward to getting stuck into my degree which is Biomed Science at Monash. Whilst I'm looking for friendly and open flatmates I also really appreciate people that can respect each others' privacy and space. I've had a hell of a time finding somewhere 15-20 mins by foot from Monash, so I'm interested in starting my own sharehouse too! I've seen a couple of pretty decent 2-3 bedroom apartments and houses so please let me know if you're seriously interested in starting a sharehouse!
Hey there! My name is Elly and I'm a friendly, down to earth, (nearly) 26 year old looking to move closer to my workplace. I work full time and enjoy being social, having a cheeky drink and chat with housemates but also respect others' own/private space and appreciate my own as well when needed. I don't smoke but don't mind if others do, love pets but won't be bringing one of my own. There's about a 99% guarantee that I'll want to bombard you at some point with photos of my adorable family dog though. I do drive so somewhere with parking would be ace (happy to obtain a council permit). Hoping to find a place with a balanced, easy going and social bunch of rad housemates! I'm organised, tidy and pay bills on time. Move date is flexible. Looking forward to meeting you!
I am a 23 year old Norwegian/Australian currently working in the real estate industry in Bayside Melbourne. Consider myself an outgoing and relaxed person but also respectful of other people's privacy.
Hello! I am an exchange student studying at Monash from the United States. I'm looking for a flat where we can share a couple drinks in the evenings/weekends but also where everyone's privacy is respected. Must be LGBT friendly.
I am a Malaysian student going on a student exchange to Monash University Caulfield therefore my leasing period will be from 10th Feb - early July. The period of stay is roughly 5 full months. I am a friendly, clean and respectful housemate. More importantly I do pay rentals on time :D Prefer walking distance to Monash University of no more than 15-20 minutes. Message me and I will get back to you real quick. Thanks.
Chinese, easy going person! Student and a good person to have a beer talking about many things. I want to increase my english language and know other cultures. by the way. i will study in Le corden blue and l really love cooking and music.
Im pretty easy going and down to earth, very work and study orientated and am pretty mature for my age. I come from New Zealand and moved out of home when I moved here just after I turned 16 and have been flatting/boarding ever since. I know I'm a bit young but I'm desperately in need for a new place to live in as I have to move out of the current house I'm in by March/April. Im also transgender just thought I'd put that out there because I know some people may have a problem with that. I'm very tidy and clean and am very good at cooking (perks of growing up with a chef for a step mum). I'm also about to study exercise and sports science full time at uni and I work part time at grilld (usually nights). My hobbies include going to the beach, bike riding, fishing, anything water related, writing, playing guitar and dance. I also like having my own space but can also be very social and im alway down to chat and chill out. I also turn 18 in may if that helps.
I'm a student at Monash Uni currently living in Brunswick, which is a million miles away from campus. Looking to move out around mid February. Looking for people who are keen for a party but also understand the need for study time. I'm usually pretty easy going, I do bake and clean when I get stressed, shout when I get too excited (soz). Always chilled unless I drink tequila then you may find me trying to swim on the floor (sadly a true story). I have grown up in a very wog family so if you want a good pasta hit me up. Always up for a drink, a party, a political discussion, poetry reading or a session of meme analysis. As long as the feng shui is tight and you're not affraid to tell me to shut up once in a while we should all get along fine. I am a pesceterian but always up for a meal share as I don't understand portions and always cook for 10 instead of one. Peace x
I am easy going and friendly person I'm working part time and study full time. I like to keep things very clean , neat and organised. I like to socialize and love to meet people. The majority of my time I'm either in my room, at work or out with friends. I pay rent on time. I'm looking for a room spacious enough to fit a queen size bed and a desk and chair for my laptop.

Hey everyone! I'm more or less a full time sales professional for Adidas with a love of soccer, films and gaming. I like to think I'm a happy, easy going person with a tact for privacy and just general sensibilities in what constitutes as a good flatmate. I believe I do have a good standard of cleanliness and am hoping to find like minded flatmates! KEY THING! I have quite literally all the furnishing one would ever need so I'm looking for 2 roommates to team up with and hopefully pen a years lease into a new property!! Hope to hear from you soon, Matty
I'm a 25 year old artist/musician living in Melbourne. I work in a toy shop to pay the bills. I'm easy going and love to have a good time, whether that be going out to see a gig or staying home just kicking it with friends.
I have recently moved back to Melbourne after working non-stop for the past few months, and am looking for a sharehouse in Melb. I spent 8 months here last year payin between $600-$1200 per week for serviced accomodation, so am looking at something different this year to enjoy financial freedom. I would love an apartment building that has a gym, and pool/tennis court as I love swimming and tennis. Alternatively, somewhere with a beach would be great too. I always clean up after myself straight after using the kitchen, and am friendly and easy going. I am starting my second university degree in March after completing my bachelor of accounting already.
i'm a 19 year old (Naga) student, from Monash university . I'm not too talkative or annoying but friendly. i like to eat clean and stay fit. I'm all about the good vibes. i've been told that i'm neat and clean and a very motivating person. cheers
I am clean and tidy, I am friendly and respectful person and I believe that we all related to each other we do not exist in vacuum therefore we need to look after each other.
I am super easy going and love a wine or two with cheese, or without cheese! I love having a laugh making new friends and watching AFL, football (soccer), hockey and hockey to name a few! I love having a chat with my housemates after work and adventuring but also like my own space so I won't be to much in your way. I'm being transferred to Melbourne and my office is in Notting Hill so I'm looking about halfway between the CBD and there or a little bit closer than halfway.
Haydn and myself have both moved from Perth to Melbourne recently and are looking for our own little space to stay! I study full time in Glen Waverley and Haydn works full time as a chef. We are really calm room mates who love a good chat with a few beers :)
I am a 22 year old student at Monash University. I like cooking vegetarian meals and I love having conversations over a cup of tea or coffee, both deep and light. I am currently living with my parents and siblings outside of Ballarat, but I am very excited to move back to Melbourne and start another year of uni.
Hey! I'm a Monash student completing her honours year in Psychology . I currently live with my family on the Mornington Peninsula and am looking to move closer to university. I work part time at Coles and will hopefully continue to work part time throughout my honours year. I'm a clean person and a great cook! I'm vego but am not opposed to living with meat eaters. I love being social and going out for drinks with friends, but I also really value quiet time and privacy. My hobbies include baking, binge watching TV series and reading! I have a backpacking trip booked in late November so I'm looking for a place that will allow me to have an approx 9-10 month lease (Mid-late Feb to mid Nov). Look forward to hearing from you!
I have a small dog who is extremely friendly and social. No cats please. I work full time in the city as a public servant, and have friends and family in the south east area. I tend to be quiet at home, watching TV/movies and playing video games, and just relaxing. I am social and friendly however like my quiet time as well. I just have my bedroom furniture, including a TV and computer desk, so I may just require space outside of the bedroom for the computer desk, depending on the size of the room. I am a non-smoker, and prefer the same.
Hey, I'm a commerce honours student enrolled in Clayton Monash this year. I'm new to the area as I lived in the northern suburbs for the past 3 years. I'm generally a pretty quiet and laid back housemate and would enjoy living with other students. I suspect I will be quite busy this year, however I still enjoy a good chill sesh or night. Always clean up after myself and can't wait to start the new year and get to know new people. I don't mind teaming up to find a place and I'm welcoming to all types of people. Send me a message so we can have a chat, thanks.
Hi! My name is Mia, I'm 24 years old, looking to move out of home for the first time. I am tidy, friendly and respectful. I don't party hard, but I am sociable and always happy for a chat or a glass of wine. I'm studying psychology and a cert IV in Mental Health, I volunteer at a telephone crisis line for women, and I work 4-5 shifts a week at a part-time hospitality job. When I'm not working I love to write, read, watch movies, visit museums/art galleries, and hiking/going to the beach. I also love to travel, if only I had more money for it! :'( If you are LGBT+ friendly, smoke-free, and looking for a female housemate in the areas of Hawthorn, Toorak, South Yarra, Richmond etc., then I would love to get to know you! (Move out date negotiable).
Hi there!! :D I'm Edlyn, 21yo this year, from Singapore. Most people say I'm very friendly and open and funny, but personally i consider myself just pretty weird haha. I'm open to meeting all sorts of people and I can make friends with just anyone ^o^ I'm LGBT+ friendly so don't hesitate to let me know if you feel uncomfortable being/talking with me, and you can also talk to me about anything if you feel comfortable with it too :D I'm typically a fuss-free tenant and I don't like to cause inconvenience to others, and vice versa. I'm a tidy person when it comes to common shared areas and I like to keep things clean, especially the kitchen and bathrooms. ^^" But my personal area is always messy~! Hahahahaha hahaha therefore i prefer not to have shared bedrooms. I'm open to that idea though! I'll have to learn to be more neat and tidy that way. I have a Diploma in Animation and 3D Arts, so i do have a background in drawing/arts. Feel free to talk to me if you have the same interests!! ^^ I'm also a fan of anime, manga, k-dramas, j-dramas and all movies in general. I'll watch whatever is nice :D I'm going to study a Bachelor's in Psychology at Monash starting from Feb 2017 :) I'm not really a party person so be rest assured i won't be making a hell lot of noise :) I love to eat and snack a lot, so if you love that too let's be great friends lol. I'm also fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese, and have learnt basic Japanese :)) I'll arrive in Melbourne on 11 Feb 2017!! Because I'm currently not in Melbourne, and I want to settle my lodging ASAP, I don't mind not viewing the listing too. As long as the place is true to pictures and if you trust me enough. :)
I am a young professional looking to move to the city (inner-east) to commence my graduate job in the Melbourne CBD, available to move in late January 2017. I am an easy going and cheerful person, who enjoys the outdoors. I am happy to socialise or keep to myself, whatever works. I am clean and respectful of others spaces.
I am a former IT consultant who decided to pursue my dream of becoming a Medical doctor. Therefore I am studying full time, working during holiday periods. I am quiet, organised with my things & the house, tidy and clean. I spend a lot of time studying at my room so a quiet place is important. In my free time I love reading, going to the beach, travelling, hanging out with friends for food or drinks, going to concerts etc.

Hi, my name is Paula and I'm 23 years old. I'm from Brazil and I'm going to study at Monash University during the 1st semestre of 2017. I'm a very easy going, relaxed and clean housemate. I love being social with my housemates although I also enjoy having my own space. My hobbies are reading and watching tv series. I also love travelling and knowing new places/people.
I'll be in Melbourne on a working holiday visa starting towards the end of February, but I'm looking to establish a settled life for the time I'll be there (I'm shooting for around 6 months at the moment). I'm from the US, and have been working in the hospitality/tourism industry in California and Colorado since I graduated from university a few years ago. I'm an avid reader and like to run, hike, and generally be active, but I also love a good Netflix binge. Brunch is my favorite past time. I'm ideally looking for a furnished room in a friendly flat, with people who like to hangout together but also respect personal time - I'm sociable but do like to have time to myself sometimes. I like to cook and bake, so as my flatmate(s), expect treats! I'm a generally tidy person, and have no qualms about pitching in to clean. I'm not a huge party person but do enjoy having friends over or going out for dinner and drinks. I plan on spending my weekends exploring and getting to know Melbourne. If you'd like more info, please message me!
I am going to be studying Nursing in Monash this Feb. Needless to say, its 2017 and I haven't found a place yet because on-campus accommodation screwed me. I am responsible, respectful, spontaneous and out-going and I enjoy a good drink every once in a while. Hoping to find housemates and a place with equally warm and good vibes.
I'm moving down to Melbourne from Queensland in February for my first year of university as a Bachelor of Fines Arts student. Being the aspiring artist I am, I enjoy the simple things in life things such as following various dogspotting sites, sketching real life portraits at cafes and watching 90s/80s sitcoms and films alike. Super easy to live with, I understand and respect the concept of space and believe cleaning is daily activity not a sometimes job. 10/10 friendly and would actively join any end of week catch ups.
We're a fun, easy going, tidy and considerate couple. We love TV series such as Game of Thrones and How to get away with murder but are also sociable. We own an awesome rescue dog called Tyson. He is 3 years old, fully vaccinated, flea/wormed, house trained and human/dog friendly. Steph has completed her studies in Arts/Business degrees at Monash uni and is currently work at PETstock Ormond and RSPCA Burwood East. Celia is completing her PhD at Monash Uni, fully funded by 3 scholarships. We both play soccer and futsal and love taking Tyson to the park or beach. We are looking for a friendly and open place who also likes dogs. We are great at paying rent on time and are financially stable.
The most hardworking siblings you will ever meet, also the funniest! We love our fashion, video games and travel! Living in Bondi, Sydney we can give you some interesting tinder nightmare stories ;)
We are Vanessa and Daniel and we are currently living together in St Kilda. We would love to cut some rent cost and meet new people along the way so we were hoping to move in to a shared apartment with another couple. We both work full time and are very easy going. We love making new friends. We enjoy catching up with friends, travelling, cooking and going the gym. We like to keep busy but definitely enjoy our down time and Netflix! We also LOVE food and are always keen to try new and different cuisines! We are originally from a country town in Gippsland and often travel there for weekends to visit our family and friends. We are neat, tidy and definitely respectful of other people's space and privacy and hope for our future housemates to share those same qualities. We are looking to ideally move into a new place with a couple - something spacious with a balcony or outdoor area. A more modern place would be great but open to all suggestions. Send us a message if you think we would be a good fit!
