Hi everyone, my name is Steven.. I enjoy nutrition, working out at the gym, attending concerts, socializing, and travelling. I am also a drummer but I use an electric kit during prac time which is quite and neighborhood friendly,. I work casually fulltime for Woolworths Distribution. Work is in Mulgrave so looking for something reasonably nearby (not super fussy). I am secured financially and can pay rent/bills on time. I'm easy going, keep to myself but also enjoy mingling with the other renters
I sleep from 5am-4pm. Except if I have work haha. Quite organised, very clean ( why I'd only consider bedrooms with private bathrooms). I work as a mobile technician 2-4 times a week, all other times I'm sleeping, reading, or wasting time on my phone, I'm usually out going if I'm not sleeping 😂.
Hey there! We are a couple (with a very sweet and friendly elderly cat) searching for a single, preferably large bedroom with easy access to Monash University. Tim is a Maths student who does theatre, is a video game enthusiast + musician while Tina studies Nursing and adores fine art, vegetarian/vegan cooking and adventures! We are both tidy, respectful and very easy going people with an excellent sense of humour. While we both enjoy going out and partying during the weekend we'd prefer to live in a chilled out/peaceful environment (gotta study sometime). While our cat is super affectionate and loving to most people she might need some time to adjust to other animals in the house if there are any since she's spoilt asf. Anyway, message us if we sound like the right room mates for your house and we'll arrange for a time to meet you.
I am a friendly person with respect and good communication with others. I am smart and tidy. I am currently studying business management and working as well for orora packaging.
I'm clean, easy going and have a great sense of humour. I work part time, go to uni full time and play in a band and therefore have great time management and organisation. I'm moving out because my family are moving to Tasmania and I want to stay in Melbourne for uni.
Hi! I'm a 22 year old Scottish/ Malaysian design student studying full-time at Monash Uni, Caulfield looking for a place around the area. About me: Friendly, quiet, mature and very tidy.
Hi guys, I'm a friendly and clean person looking for somewhere preferably South Eastern suburbs. I've lived on my own for 4 years and now am looking towards saving rather than working majorly to pay rent. It also doesn't bother me whether the room is furnished. I would say I'm a private person so this seems like a great opportunity to get out of my comfort zone and make some new friends too!
Hi. I'm James, my girlfriend Fern and I are looking to find people to set up a share house with. I'm a student pilot at Moorabbin Airport, and Fern is studying Early Childhood Education and Care. We are looking at apartments within 10/20 mins of the airport.
Hi! My name is Umaya, I'm 24 years old and from Sri Lanka. I'm hoping to move to Melbourne in June (after the 15th) for my masters at Monash University (Clayton campus). I'm doing a full time masters in Actuarial Science so I'm looking for a place close to the university. I'm easygoing, friendly and clean and I enjoy cooking, baking, watching movies and working out during my free time. Looking to share an apartment/ flat/ house with another girl for a period of 6 to 12 months. Happy to negotiate depending on the circumstances!
Hi! I'm Katayoun from Singapore and will be studying business at Monash Caulfield starting July. I come from a Chinese and Persian background and have traveled quite a fair bit. I'm rather quiet, mature, considerate and tidy. I appreciate personal space as much as I would love having a chat, hanging out or even having some drinks from time to time. Cooking, watching movies, shopping, listening to music, going to gigs, pilates, photography are just some of the things I enjoy. I'm looking for any kind of furnished accommodation, preferably an all-female place for the July semester as i'll be heading back home for the Summer.
Hey, my name is Zac and I’m 22 years old. I’m employed full-time at the Municipal Association of Victoria as a Communications Officer after graduating from RMIT University last year, and I host trivia one night a week at the Tudor Inn in Cheltenham. I am seeking a private room near the Cheltenham area so I don’t have to travel to far for trivia hosting. I'd like to be in a share house with more than just one or two housemates, preferably around the same age as myself. I am currently still living with my parents, however I had lived with flatmates overseas for six months on a semester abroad in Newcastle, England. I am now looking for a place to live – hopefully on a long-term basis assuming everything lines up. I’m excellent with money, actually going so far as to loan money to both of my siblings last year as we booked our flights to America for a family friend’s wedding. I am contracted to the Municipal Association of Victoria until February 2019, so will have both a reliable and consistent source of income for a minimum of nearly two years. As for personality, I get along with pretty much any personality type. I will always be up for a chat or a drink, and I’m also happy to have quiet night-ins by myself. I like to keep the common areas of my house clean, but am willing to admit that my own room often requires frequent bouts of T-L-C after more frequent bouts of L-A-Z…iness. My party trick is knowing the words to almost every song ever, but it’d be more helpful if I wasn’t tone-deaf. I’m also coeliac – which means I’m gluten free (the medically diagnosed kind) and have been since I was 2 years old. If you’d like to know any more about me, shoot me a message.
I am a 36 year old female working in the promotional merchandise industry in Mitcham but i currently live in Caulfield north. Our place recently got sold and now we have to move. I work full time but i am also studying to be a Personal Trainer and I do some freelance Digital Marketing stuff. Although I like to keep busy, I am also open for a chat and a meal. I like to keep a clean house and think its important for shared spaces to be kept in an acceptable state for everyones peace of mind. I have some furniture in storage but i am also flexible. I am looking to stay for at least a year as I will be busy starting my own business and need to have some consistency as I try to manage my expenses. I like to be outdoors and socialise with friends outside so there will almost never be people coming around the house. If so maybe one friend or 2 never a big group unless i choose to host a dinner. I am free most nights to come and view the room if you are keen to meet. Hope to hear from you. Cheryl
Hi I'm Natasha, A 25 years old working professional, who is looking to move closer to the city and to my work as I currently live in Pakenham. As I work full time I don't really get up to much during the week, mostly reading, watching Netflix, cooking and if really motivated going for a workout. On the weekends I love to go shopping, even grocery shopping. I am one of those people that goes down every aisle, checks every rack to make sure I don't miss anything. I love go out for brunch, lunch, dinner (I should mention I love food!!) and catching up with friends. I also like reading so on weekends you will see me come home from the library with a mountain of books. I am a clean and tidy person who don't like conflict, so I'm pretty chill about most things. I respect others space and belongs and would expect the same. What I really hoping is that I can find a place to call home and people I can have a chat with over food and wine.
Hello, we are migrating to Melbourne and planning to be there in mid May. Keen to meet new people & make friends with them. We do love cooking. Friendly, respectful of everyones background and livelihood. No children & non-smoker too.
Hello there! I am looking for a place to stay for a long period of time. My name is Alicia, I am 23 and I am from Malaysian. I am going to be working full-time at the city starting this mid-April. I prefer a place that is at a walking distance to the public transport (preferably a train station). I am super friendly and easy to get along with and also respect other people's need for their personal space. I also like a clean space and we do not like dramas.
