Hi! My name is Hyung. Looking for an accommodation preferably on Sydney rd or within 20 minutes from the CBD, from late June to 20th of November! I am 19, studying Pharmacy at Monash University Parkville. I’m a chill, easy going fella who likes to keep things clean and quite. I am a responsible human being who can clean up after oneself, and I respect other people so it is unlikely that you will get into a fight with me. I will be out 4 days a week and come back in the afternoon, but I do enjoy chatting every now and then. I play baseball and alike every ball player, I'm always up for a bottle of beer(or bottles, either way). In terms of pets, I LOVE CATS, but I also like dogs as well. Please get in touch if you are interested! Cheers Preferred move in date: 4/7/2018 Move out date: 21/11/2018
Originally from NSW I've been living in Melbourne for over 10 years. I'm a fun-loving awesome guy who's trustworthy kind, reliable and easygoing. I love dinners with housemates, chilling over a few drinks at home or watching sport or Netflix. When not at home I'm into photography, 4WDing and bushwalking. I have a good tenancy record, always pay rent and bills on time and have references. I look forward to meeting you.
Looking for 1 other to sign a lease with. Idealy a 3 or a larger 2 bedroom place so we are not in a shoe box. Love to hang out and be mates with house mates but also like my own space. I'm an easy going, 27 year old who works full time. I have enough furniture to furnish an apartment so have the essentials covered. Would love to grab a coffee and have a chat to see if we would be a good fit. I would potentially be getting a dog in the future, so would love a house mate who is animal friendly :-)
Hello Everyone! I'm a courteous housemate who mainly keeps to myself, however, I'm not one to shy away from friendly banter or flat bonding. I love to keep a clean environment at home to chill out in. I love animals, so would be fine moving in somewhere that has pets... I would prefer not to live with children, or students who are frequent "partiers". I am looking for a place to live long-term with stable flatmates who may occasionally like to watch a film, or bake etc. I would like to move into a flat before I'm due to start full-time work on the 5th of June. Not really sure what else to say besides I'm reliable and have had previous flatting experience. Also, I do not have many possessions, so will not move a wave of clutter in along with me. Call me any time and leave a message if I do not answer -. (Fully furnished room with a double bed is preferred)
HIIIIII! I'm born in Malaysia, raised in Vietnam, studied in New Zealand and now working in Melbourne! I've been here for a year and absolutely loving it! I'm a graphic designer by day and an event promoter by night. I like to mingle and meet new people but at the same time i like having my own space as i'm very easy going and bubbly. Netflix and food is my best friend and in my spare time I go on nature walks/hikes, to the gym or go on a food hunting.. Inbox me if you think we'll vibe~ ** FEMALE ONLY HOUSE **

I am a french student doing a research project at Monash uni (clayton), so I need to be close to a train station. I like travelling, sharing with people, watching and practicing sports, chilling, discovering more each day about our amazing world ! As a flatmate, I am super cool, clean and tidy. Cheers
I'm creative, friendly, easy going and I have a great sense of humour. Clean, tidy and organised. I'm not a party animal but I love socialising over a glass of wine! I'm into the gym, netball and outdoor activities. I love making new friends and making everyone feel great to be around me.
I'm a nurse from Canada moving to Melbourne and am looking for roommates! I'm active, and enjoy spending time outdoors. I'm clean and organized, and that's also a requirement for my flatmates. I'm looking for social housemates to find my new home :)
Hii :) I'm a 25year old female looking for stable accommodation for myself and my 28 year old male best friend , preferably for a period of 12 months or so. I'm currently unemployed but on government payments , As is my friend we are honestly fairly quiet and tend to keep to ourselves , we are very friendly and respectable honest and very clean. I'd really like my own space to get settled into to make it feel like a home for myself in an environment that I feel comfortable and make comfortable for others , whilst I'm staying in there home . The max I could comfortably pay is about $200P/W & my friend $200 the following week , ($400 fortnightly ) we would preferably like bills etc to be included with that figure.(but if it's not then that's fine) Were are hoping not long after getting settled we find employment so hopefully being unemployed is only for a short time . I'm really interested in getting a bungalow , or a studio apartment or even a room with an ensuite but honestly I'd really be great full for anything at this point, Feel free to message me as I am more then happy to tell use a bit more about my self and my friend if need be , Thanksssss heaps :) :)

Contact me if you are interested. Live long and prosper :)
Hi, I'm Anna from Taiwan. I can speak English and Mandarin. I come to Melbourne due to business trip, and I might need to stay 2 - 3 months. I'm currently work as a sales for in IT industry, I will work from home and sometimes go out to meet customers. As a roommate, I will keep everything neat and not disturbing others. I'm very easy-going, if there's anything, just speak straight and I'm fine with it. I like cats (but I'm not keeping any pet while staying), if there's one in the house, that will be good :) I'd like to keep regular exercise, so if there's gym nearby, that will be great. (if not, that's also fine, I will have a car to go around) I don't smoke, and I hope roommates are not smoking too. If you have great place to stay, I'm looking forward to chat with you :D *by the way, I will move in around June 20 - 22 *all female roommates will be better, but if with few male, I'm fine with it. Not with all male *I will need a parking place
Im Dimitri, 23 yo guy from Mauritius.I am currently living in Prahan and would like to stay around as I know the area and always love living around. I work as a full time painter and will be able to provide proof of fund and that I am employed if required. What would be perfect for me is a long term accommodation that I will be able to call a home, a place where my housemates will also be my friends but also would like my privacy from times to times.
Hiya. I am a full time uni student and work full time as a nurse. Love to be around people and cook, enjoy meals together occationally, but also love my own quiet time. I’ll generally either be at uni, work or home sleeping or studying or resting. My partner may be over on weekends to stay too, hopefully not an issue. Looking to rent a room or place somewhere between work and uni. Hit me up if you have any questions!
I am easygoing and introverted. I work as a nanny and an artist and I plan on attending university in 2019 to become a teacher. I love to spend time in my room by myself but I will also come out and have a chat too. I respect people’s privacy and personal space which is important in a share house. I have a beautiful 6 month old Golden Retriever x puppy. Her name is Autumn and she is undergoing training to become an Assistance Dog as I have a medical condition. As she is an assistance dog in training she’s not counted as a ‘pet’ if your property has a no pets clause in your rental agreement. Federal legislation makes it illegal for a landlord to refuse to allow an assistance dog in a property. I’m happy to provide further information if you like. She spends her days outside unless there is very bad weather and is inside at night in her crate. I have recently quit smoking but I selected smoker just in case I fail at it and start again. In my spare time I love to paint, walk my dog and spend time with friends. I’m really not wanting a party house but I would like to be able to have friends visit occasionally. My sleep schedule means I’m usually awake late at night and I sleep in a bit in the morning. So I rarely will be up and needing to get ready before 10am. So no bathroom sharing issues there. If we sound like a good fit for your home then please get in touch.
