Project Manager looking for temporary space away from family home. Sounds sad but it’s not! Have two teenage daughters who I’d like to know can stay over (one at a time, I guess!). The tidiest lodger you'll ever meet, very polite, very flexible, very self-sufficient and happy to have a low-key presence. Cook a bit, read a bit, cycle a bit, watch TV a bit, go see friends a bit...and am a non-smoker. Love pets. Looking for somewhere within walking distance of train station on Frankston line between Highett and city so the girls can easily and safely drop by. Need some on-street parking for the car and off-street for the midlife crisis scooter! Hope to meet you soon...Oli
Hello, I'm currently from the country looking to move to Melbourne in a team up. I have two dogs who are my main priority I do not mind paying more of the rent in regards to the dogs and being eligible I really would appreciate someone who likes my dogs so I can trust you. One is a 5 year old husky named oak Who's a gentle giant his personality is just pure happiness and I have a four month old rough collie scout who is a cuddly little fire cracker as she's a pup she's still figuring out the world. Both dogs are of beautiful nature :) I work everyday Monday -Saturday I work night shift on weekends and would please prefer someone who could be respectful with sound on Saturday and Sunday mornings till 1pm. I have pretty much all furniture needed for a home but a couch as of yet im clean , good at fixing things ,cutting wood mowing and trimmings. I'm very respectful and polite I find this will create a good environment for living with someone as we all have our own space and wind downs after a long day or night haha Happy to share dinner with you or some whisky , rather us be friends and open in a home
I am working, studying and playing sport full time. I am very easy going, clean around the house and hardly home due to a busy schedule. Looking to move in ASAP as my landlord wants my current place back :)
HI all, I have already got a place in Oakleigh, just looking for someone cool to share the spare room. I love cooking and having a nice chat. i have always enjoyed living with a housemate or two, as i am easy to get along with and love to have a laugh. I am respectful of peoples privacy and always considerate when it comes to living in close proximity to people on different schedules As for a job, i am a HR manager, so chatting to people is pretty much my job. I used to be a ex nightclub dj, so i love good tunes
I am down to earth ,easy going guy looking for similar minds
Hi, My name is Andrea. I’m 49, single and straight. I’m enormously tidy and clean. I have a great sense of humour, am a great cook and baker. I completely respect others privacy and need for time on their own. Having said that, I am a homebody, so prefer quiet nights and weekends in, but I’m equally happy to be in my room as the rest of the house. I do have a two-years old Cavoodle, so I’m out early evening a few times a day on weekends exercising her. She’s fully house trained and only destroys her toys. She’s never eaten shoes, bags or clothes, but she does love cardboard and paper. I’m currently in a shared house with a man and his teenage daughter. We all get along well, particularly the daughter and I. The only problem is my dog hates my male housemate! He’s the second male housemate of mine she’s hated, so I’m looking for a FEMALE ONLY housemate. No males, sorry. LGBTQIQ friendly. I’ve just begun working weekdays full time again after a long break. My furniture, kitchenware, fridge, washer and dryer etc is in storage right now, but it’s enough to furnish a two bedroom home. The only thing I don’t have is a spare bed, so you’d need to bring your own. Prefer to team up with someone and find a place together, but I’m open to moving into a furnished house too.
I am clean, reliable, honest, easygoing and have a great sense of humour I am always very positive and motivated, not much gets me down. I am a non smoker but don't mind if you are. I like to go out occasionally and have a social drink and a couple of games of pool while listening to good music or a good band. I am also a good golfer and snooker player. I wont be home much as I work six days a week and tend to keep to myself anyway. I am hoping to share with people that are like minded, positive, fun, honest, easygoing, reliable and consistent as I would always prefer to have a laugh and will refuse to take part in any form of conflict. I am also very reliable with the rent and any agreed shared expenses. I am also a Foxtel VIP customer so will be bringing free Foxtel boxes and access with me.
Hello! I'm looking for apartment / sharehouse with max 4 housemates near train station (along Frankston line) , housemates preferably all female and aged 28 & above. Looking for a furnished room with stove + oven in the kitchen, will take good care of them. I'm 28, from Singapore, patisserie student (Le Cordon Bleu in Moorabbin) who enjoys baking, cooking healthy Japanese-inspired food ,jogging, hiking, playing jazz/classical guitar, painting. :) Quiet and neat. I'm a easygoing, morning person who don't smoke/drink.
Hey, I am Nora and I am originally from Europe. I moved to Melbourne two years ago, doing a PhD at Monash University where I spend the normal office hours. In the evening and on weekends I like hanging out at home with my flatmates, going for a beer with friends or being active (handball, swimming and other outdoor stuff). In the house I like to be social (sometimes more, sometimes less) but also respect everyone's privacy. Ideally the room/house I am looking for comes with 2+ awesome flatmates, has wooden floorboards, is close to public transport etc.. :)
Hi there! I'm a 27y/o female, working full time as a specialist in archaeological material culture. I'm a pretty relaxed person, my spare time is mostly spent listening to music, or catching up with friends. I'm pretty clean, especially in shared areas, and every now and then I'm prone to procrasti-cleaning instead of doing things I'm meant to be doing. I'm also a non-smoker. I'm looking for a private room with iwn bathroom to rent for 6months+ . I'm looking for somewhere within walking distance of a train station, about half an hour from the city.
We are both clean easy going and love meeting new people. We are also barely ever home and we can stay out of the way if need be if not we also love to interact. I currently work full time and I love to train my girlfriend works 2 jobs and also studies. In our free time we love to chill or have a few drinks to wind down from the week. Weekends she works also. We are easy to get along with and very respectful and trustworthy.

I enjoy keeping to myself and respect others space but i’m always open to talk. In my free time i enjoy watching movies, shopping and going to my friends house and also I am really creative and like to sing and play the piano and guitar. I’m studying online currently and work at a supermarket, i also love animals and would give them alot of attention.
Hi! I'm Jenna. I am a disability support worker who works with adults with disabilities. I have a cat called Dusty so I need somewhere pet friendly. She gets on well with other cats but isn't a huge fan of dogs. I don't drive so I need somewhere that is easily train accessible. I am a lover of cats, movies and the odd cocktail. I'm quite social but at times I do require my own space. I love to bake - so expect lots of yummy treats.
Friendly relaxed housemate but most importantly respectful of others and communal areas. Interested in sports, food and art and happy to either spend time with others or be on my own. Currently working part time in the city and studying full time.
Hi everyone! :) I'm Tommi, 27, originally from Finland but I've lived the past 7 years here in Australia. Some of my interests include sports, travelling, languages, video games and spending time with my friends whether it's, chilling at home, camping in the woods or having drinks at a bar. I'm very easy going, laid back and I enjoy having a bit of banter with my friends. However, I'm also responsible, tidy and like living in a clean environment. I currently have a very hectic life style. I work hard 7 days a week and probably can't spend a lot of time at home. So I definitely will be giving my future flatmate(s) a lot of personal space. But when we all have time I wouldn't mind socializing a bit :)
Hello! We’re a student couple who are both working and looking for somewhere to live! We’re very friendly, clean and love to have fun but also chill! Our hobbies range from sport to having some beers after work, we’d love to hear back from you!
Hey everyone! I’m looking for a place around the south eastern suburbs so holla at me! I’m an international student from the USA! Half American and half Mexican! I love sports! Really into AFL! I try to go to at least 2 games a month and we can’t forgwt about the World Cup! I also like to eat and stay healthy! I’m working at a bar/club so I can make you all my signature drinks 😉 since I’m only allowed to work a certain amount of hours a week my budget is to stay lower than 150$ a week including bills so if you have a room then feel free to message me!:)
Howdy ! I am a student at Monash returning from a semester exchange in China, coming to continue my Bachelors degree in Global Studies. I used to live far far away from campus, but this semester would like to move closer to concentrate on my studies. I am looking for a 4-month rent in a room in the vicinity of Monash University, Clayton, available to move in from July 23. I am also happy to negotiate an earlier start date to the rental period, although I can only move in after this date. I am also open to negotiate a longer-term contract if I have the freedom to sublease over the summer, as I still have a number of years to go at ol' Monash. However, short-term is much preferred. I like to consider myself a clean person ~! As everyone would. I worked in hospitality a number of years and can clean up after myself, especially in the kitchen, efficiently. I am also a clear communicator and am looking for housemates who can be honest and direct about any cleaning, interpersonal or other housekeeping issues, so they can be addressed quickly. :D I'd like to think I am approachable; you can talk to me about anything really. I am social by nature in that I enjoy being around people, but I don't always have to talk to others or hang out, and enjoy my personal time as much as anybody else. I am a massive homebody and often invite one or two friends over for dinners, wine or chats. On the weekends I will most likely not be home, either visiting my parents or my boyfriend in other parts of the city. Other things about me... I love learning languages, I love cooking, reading, having picnics, walking barefoot in the grass, going to the beach in winter, and pastry shop-hopping. Om nom. If you have any other questions, just let me know ! Sarah xx .
