Hi, I work unloading shipping containers of wine in the Dandenong area an average of 25-30 hours a week. I'm a huge music fan so most of my spare time is spent listening to music and practicing guitar. I use headphones and computer software to so you won't have to hear me practice. I'm also into comedy whether it be cartoons like South Park, Rick and Morty, or stand ups like George Carlin, Russel Peters or Bill Burr. I'm respectful, clean/hygienic, and mature person. I don't party, smoke, or do drugs, besides the occasional drink. My limit is $200pw including bills and internet connection. I've been saving for a house for about 2 years now, so paying rent will not be an issue. I'm a Libertarian, so I hold personal responsibility over forcing others to pay for ones lack of responsibility, poor life choices or just outright laziness, therefore I will not be teaming up with people who rely on centrelink / tax payers money or child support. The only exception being disabled people and army veterans. Anyway please contact me if you want to team up, have a spare room, or have any questions.
I'm a Canadian student from McGill University completing a 3-month internship at Monash from May-July. I'm neat and easygoing, preferably looking for a place near Monash campus but would be open to other suburbs!
Heya, my name is Raelene..I am easy going Canadian girl with a laid back and chill attitude. I am currently on a student visa. Studying furniture design and technology at holmesglen in chadstone. I need a place as close to holmesglen as possible!!! As I have to rely on PTv!! I would prefer something furnished and that includes all bills, internet. I am very clean and quiet but i do enjoy chatting, watching movies, having a bubbly or two or sharing a meal. I do love to cook and make different kinds of things with my hands. I love animals but unfortunately I am allergic to birds! If I sound like a good fit pls feel free to get a hold of me anytime.. Cheers
I work full time as an IT Consultant and still continue with my University studies online, my hobbies are Jujitsu ( martial arts) and gaming. I am a bit of a proud nerd with glasses! I live an honest and decent life, I drink alcohol on special occasions or if out with friends. I make a good friend and flat mate because I pay all my bills on time, clean up after myself, keep a moderate clean room, also, because I am a great listener and will give good advise if needed. I am currently sharing an apartment with an old friend, however, he wants to move closer to his work in Flemington and I would like to remain in Oakleigh which is closer to my work.
Howdy friends, My name is Emily, I'm 19 and I'm studying a Bachelor of Management at Deakin in Burwood. My landlord has just given me notice so I'm looking to move into a new place within the upcoming uni break (I *may* possibly find time to move out sooner, so if you really love me let me know and I'll see if I can swing something!) I work Monday-Friday mornings in Hughesdale and could not possibly fill my time with more AFL than I do at present. I play, umpire, watch, and work at Etihad and the MCG so it's pretty full on but I do really love it. If you also love the weird ball sport we will get along splendidly. What I was mainly trying to get at was that I work enough to pay my rent and bills on time (my landlord can attest to that) but now you know a little about my greatest hobby. I'm either looking for an existing sharehouse or to start a new place with similar friends. I can only sign a 6 month lease because all things going well, I'll be taking off end December to the USA for a trimester abroad. I'd potentially be open to resuming a lease at the same place upon return if we get on like a house on fire (pun intended but can we not burn the house down for real that'd be alright). I drive so the place needs to have some element of parking, off street would be dandy but I'm not fussed. I also love PT and convenience so I'd love to be close to a train station/bus route that takes me to work/uni, but I'm good with logistics so I can always sort something. I can't afford more than what I'm paying now, so the most I could go to would be about $200pw including bills (or less excluding). Location doesn't bother me, I have quite a broad scope. The above listed suburbs are a general reference so if you live anywhere in the vicinity of the inner-ish south eastern suburbs please sing out! Keen to find a new joint with a rad fam. Look forward to hearing from you soon xo PS. the pet is a maybe and it's a frog. I haven't gotten her yet, I've been trying to get her for a year now but getting her set up is more expensive than I'd accounted for. She would live in a tank in my room/communal area if allowed and I'd be completely responsible for her. Your pets are fine with me too!

Hello! I am moving down from Brisbane to Melbourne around the 10th of May. I'll be moving down to start a full-time position, so I won't be around during the day. I also expect I'll be a bit busy as I settle in. Otherwise, I'm quite laid-back, very clean and respectful. I do enjoy sharing a meal, or relaxing with roommates but I'm also conscious of other's space and privacy. In my spare time, I enjoy cooking, watching movies/tv and reading. I'll probably also spend time exploring the city, and catching up with friends. I don't currently own a car, so I do need to be within walking distance of particular train stations and a shopping complex, with Coles/Woolies. I'm looking for people who are social and don't mind hanging out, but not always. I would prefer those with similar expectations in terms of cleanliness, privacy and shared responsibilities. I realise it's a bit tricky because I'm currently in Brisbane, but I am happy to chat/call/Facetime! If you think I'd suit your household, I look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi! I am a 26 year old female, originally from Cape Town, South Africa, and moving to Melbourne to start my PhD in Biological Sciences at Monash University. I have lived happily with flatmates on and off for the past 5 years and I'm now looking for a place to call home, as well as have good company and get to know the city. I value cleanliness very highly, happy with pets, am quiet and studious. I like to spend time outdoors, exercising, love my coffee, and also perfectly happy to watch Netflix and knit.
I am currently second-year Law/Commerce student at Monash! I work part-time at a cafe in Doncaster. I am a super friendly and sociable person who enjoys having a good time with others! I love attending gigs and painting.
PhD student and Sports lover! Bachelor in Oman, master in Germany and now PhD in Australia. I'm coffee lover and love to have it in cafes and have good chats. I will like to share a meal with my flatmates from time to time. I like walking, running, swimming and tennis. I am busy with my research during the week in the day time and I like to hangout with friends/flatmates in the weekends. I am PhD student in information systems/IT field. I did my bachelor in Oman and my master in Germany. I am from Oman (YouTube it and you will love it) I like the place I'm living in to be clean and tidy and to be able to call it home. (I am willing to pay a bit more if the rent includes access to a gym and a pool) My flatmates have to be: - not more than 2 (I'm third) - clean and tidy (including keeping the common area and toilets clean) My flatmates preferred (not a must) to be: - above 24 years old - like sports (will be very good if they like running) - speak French, Spanish or German (I know some of each and I want to practice them in our free time)
I am very young for my age...fit and healthy...love travel and just returned from teaching and traveling in Asia for 17 years. I am open-minded and not bigoted. I'm a non-smoker, love pets (don't have them), easy-going, quiet, studious, clean and tidy, social but respectful of other's needs and privacy. In other words, I do my best to accommodate others.
I’m a 22 year old health student at Deakin Uni and also working at a fight gym, my hobbies include martial arts etc. I am an easy going individual with a good outlook, so I get along with people quick! I’m a welcoming person who respects space as well.
Easy going, clean and tidy guy who likes to have a laugh. I have just completed my biomedical engineering degree on the Gold Coast and have found a job that requires me to move and work in Mulgrave Vic. Being new to the area, I am keen to meet some new friends and require some furnished accommodation relatively near my new work place. I also enjoy wakeboarding and snowboarding.
Hi there! I'm Lena. I'm a quiet-but-friendly 23 year-old, currently studying Sociology and literature at Monash Clayton. I'm a nonbinary queer person, so very understanding to fellow LGBTQIA+ folks. As far as housemate 'style', I deeply value honest communication, and respect. I've been sharehousing for roughly 5 years. I'm hoping for somewhere that is safe and restorative for all of us. My cat Eli is friendly with other cats (once introduced responsibly) and very chill. He has (to my knowledge, he's a 9-year-old rescue I've had for a year) never damaged any soft furnishings. I have a new fridge, and bedroom furniture but no washer dryer or vacuum etc. Because of my disabilities I need to be close to public transport as I sometimes can't walk far. I'm a spoonie (person with limited energy as a result of chronic illness). I love a good cup of tea, book, succulent garden, chat, netflix evening. I'm an experienced share-house-erer and I've lived in Melbourne a year (NSW before that). Please let me know if you or anyone you know have a safe room I can rent ASAP! Looking forward to meeting you and your home :)
