Hi! I need to move to Sydney as I have been offered a full-time job as a registered nurse starting in Feb. I will be working 5 days/wk. I am looking to team up with other females to rent out an apartment/town house. My other option is to look for accommodation with my friend who will be working full-time also so 2 rooms is preferred but we don't mind a shared room. On-site parking is preferred but I don't mind parking in the streets. In addition, I am looking for sociable and easygoing housemates! :) I enjoy staying at home as much as I enjoy going out. I like to hangout with people. I enjoy travelling and exploring different places. I am friendly, open-minded and most of all respectful (And sometimes, funny :p). I'd like to have my own room & bathroom for some alone time. Also, I prefer living with non-smokers. Overall, I'm a very chill person.
My name is Emy and I'm from England and just turned 30. I work as a portrait photographer in and around Sydney and have spent some time this year traveling the country in my van & seeing lots of cool places. I am on a working holiday visa but will be changing visas next year to be able to stay in the country for longer. My boyfriend is called Michael and he's 28 and is Australian (from Dubbo originally). He works full time as a video editor for a wedding video company. He's lived in Sydney for a while and studied film here. He also works on short film for film festivals in-between his editing job. We don't smoke and I don't drink (just really don't like the taste!). Michael only drinks a little bit. We are both into eating good food and like to cook (always wash up after we have eaten!) After work we tend to cook food and chill out with netflix, or go out for dinner or cinema. We both try to keep fit and I regually go to fitness classes in the city. On days off from work we catch up on sleep, socialise and take trips out to the beach or shops. We are both pretty chilled out and don't like drama so are looking for a friendly and chilled out place to live. I'm pretty chatty where as Michael is quite shy so it takes him a while to get chatty with new people! But we are both super friendly and positive people who are clean, tidy and respectful of other people. We totally respect other peoples space and privacy and are looking for the same whilst also being able to hang out with our future flatmates if they want to. We don't have an ideal set amount of time that we would like to live in Sydney so I wrote down 4 months but it's rough! This is because we plan to travel at some point next year but we need to spend some time to work hard and save up for it and we don't know how long it will take! So a flexible lease agreement would be ideal for this reason. Our ideal place would be within a 10 minute walk to the train station and walking distance to supermarkets. Own bathroom and outdoor space like a balcony or garden would be a major plus but not essential. And an apartment that comes with gym facilities or is near to a gym would be even more awesome.
Hi! I'm Meg and I will be 20 at the end of January. I am looking for somewhere to live next year as I will not be renewing my current lease when it runs out at the beginning of February. This is because I would prefer to live in South Sydney, as it will be closer to where I will be studying at Ettingshausens in Kirrawee. I would prefer an unfurnished room, living with one other person (any gender), however I will definitely still consider other arrangements. I will be at school at least three weekdays, and most other days I will be at work, which is doing promotional work, meaning I will have a steady income to pay bills. My parents currently pay my rent and will continue to do so whilst I am studying until the end of 2017, so the correct amount of rent will always be paid on time. I have lived in Sydney for a year now, after I moved from my hometown of Tamworth to study dance full-time at Village on Broadway for a year. I am clean and respectful, and also a very happy and easy to get along with kind of person. Love to socialise with my housemates but of course give you your space and privacy. I am also not a party animal so won't have heaps of people over/come home super late all the time/make a big mess. I'm very active, and also vegan and really passionate about healthy eating and cooking! I'm also very creative so I'll usually be making something arty in my spare time. Love catching up with friends, going to art galleries and markets and spending lots of time at the beach!
Hi I'm Michael, 29 in a couple of weeks and recently back in Oz after living in Canada for the past 5 years. I work 6 days a week in the city doing remidal and cival work on the mls building. When I'm not at work I'm either out working on my car, at the beach getting back on the board or catching up with family and friends. I make a mean old fashion cocktail and can get on with pretty much anyone.
I'm Caio, now 27, brazilian, going to live in Australia for 3 and a half months to study english. I'm organised, clean and tidy. I really like to socialise. I'm easy going and I like to chill. I love the beach and the summer! Caio
I am from New Zealand moving to Sydney to start studying dance at a school in Kirrawee. I am 20 years old enjoy skating, being active and having a good time. I am keen to meet new people who re of similar ages and are on the same vibes. I like to cook for myself but don't mind an occasional flat meal. I am also reasonably tidy, I would be after a room with a bed of any size.
Hey future flatmate :) Im a fun, friendly and happy person. I have a deep passion for animals and hope to find a place i can have my 4 year old border collie x lab Zyla with me! she's a gem :). I keep to myself most of the time, quiet and very clean and tidy. I currently work at a pub so will be working most nights !! I love keeping active, going on adventures and doing things with my dog. Im very laid back and relaxed and would love to find a place asap ! Regards, Steff
Hello, future housemate! My name is Shy and I'm a friendly, relaxed individual who is open-minded and easy-going. I'm conscientious and respectful, and like to keep a tidy, harmonious home. While I do enjoy the occasional social event, I usually prefer quiet nights in with my two gorgeous kitties, preferably with one or two other friendly individuals for some more conversational company. I am full-time employed in the IT/digital entertainment industry and work in the Sydney CBD, so location is negotiable as long as it's within a reasonable commuting distance. 30 minutes or less would be preferable, though I will consider anything up to an hour! Ideally I'd like to find one or two like-minded others with whom to share mid-to-long term. Let's build a haven and a home! :)
Seeking a safe, harmonious household for a longterm tenancy. Ideal move date: mid-December 2016, before Xmas chaos kicks in. I am quiet, considerate and reliable. I'm house-proud and want a housemate who is reliable about doing their share of the housework to keep the place spick and span. My current realtor will provide an excellent reference. I'm only moving because the owners of my current house have sold it. My deadline to be out is 2 JAN 2017. Ideally, I hope to move by 24 December (Xmas Eve). I'm a non-smoker and would strongly prefer a smoke-free home (including outdoor areas). I own a lot of furniture and my first preference is for a whole unfurnished property, either alone or to share. However, I would also consider a share house if the situation was right (and put my furniture in storage). If you're 1) female and 2) don't own much furniture and 3) are looking to move to the same suburb/s I'm interested in, please contact me about a TEAM-UP. I'm private rather than social, I have friends over only very occasionally and would prefer similar in a housemate. That being said, I'm friendly and a good communicator, but when I'm at home I appreciate my space and would respect your space and privacy too. Quiet is very important to me. If you watch a lot of TV/Netflix hopefully you're willing to do so using headphones. Because of noise, I don't want to live too close to major roads or train lines. I have a car and if you do too, we would preferably have off street parking for both (i.e. a double garage)
We are two friends who've been traveling more or less together for two years. iia 23 yo, on a working holiday visa from Finland, been in Australia for a year Val 21yo student Italian/Colombian been here for 3 years. We speak fluent English are friendly, tidy, respectful and outgoing. We both work in hospitality in the city. We have lived in sharehouses and hostels so plenty of experience sharing bathrooms and kitchens etc. We are looking for a room to share in a fun social house with like minded people to stay for a minimum of 3 months. Near a train station would be a plus! On our free time we enjoy going to the beach, having a few drinks every now and then, or just chilling at home watching movies If you wanna know more about us drop a line! :D
I'm an easy going and social person currently working full-time in the city. I'm clean, respectful and considerate of others. I love the gym and just hanging out in general, but I also enjoy my own space. Can provide a fridge, washing machine and microwave if needed.
Hi there! I`m Nela, a digital nomad from Austria. I`m Art Director and CEO of my own design agency visual.addiction. My passion is design, art, travelling and standup paddelboarding. I`m an SUP instructor as well - so if you`re curious about it, I`m happy to share my passion with you :) ... At the moment I`m living in Bali and learn how to surf. I love sharing stories with people all over the world, spending great time together and having fun. I`m a very optimistic person who loves life! Hi, I am 26 and am originally from Cronulla however left about 3 years ago to travel and live in London. Since returning home i have been living in Coogee but I am finally ready to move back to the bubble. I dont have a place as yet but have a few lined up but would love to find a room mate first to help with the application and moving process. I am like to think that I am fun, easy going and pretty chilled out. I work full time at Qantas so I stay pretty low key during the week, coming home from work and go to the gym, cook dinner, watch some trashy TV and go to bed. On the weekends you will usually find me out locally with friends at a quiet dinner with a few wines or taking over the dance floor at sting. I am looking for someone who is like minded, is a bit of fun and will enjoy a laugh together but also appreciates space and does their own thing. All I ask is that you clean up after yourself and I will do the same. If you would like to chat further, please get in touch. Thanks, Michaela

Hi, I'm Allison. I'm looking for a clean and modern/new furnished double bedroom in a flat or house, in Hurstville, Oatley, Tempe or Marrickville ONLY, to share with one or two others max. Fun to be around, worldly, mature and very respectful of others' privacy and space. Non-smoker, open minded, clean-living. As for work, I am a Clinical Nutritionist and am also undertaking further study. I have plenty of experience living in different houseshares around the world, so I have a good understanding of what works and what doesn't. Hi I'm annalice, I'm a friendly, easygoing arts-worker, an excellent cook, a woman of faith, a coffee devotee and Aunty to 6 adorable neices and nephews. Have always been based in Sydney but love a good overseas trip. Reasonably tidy and organised, generous, kind and responsible. Grew up with 4 sisters so good at getting along with all different personalities and sharing. Mix of introvert/extrovert personality. I organise fun and creative family programs and events for a museum in the CBD and enjoy my job heaps so I spend a reasonable amount of time there, sometimes weekend days or evenings for events and have odd days off during the week. I'm also a committed christian so I spend some of my time in related volunteering activities. I love organising events, starting creative projects, shopping, hanging with friends, taking dance classes, drinking coffee, baking, writing, crafting and spending time with my family for fun. My weekends are usually an equal balance between time spent socialising and housekeeping, am out a lot during the week so enjoy spending a day at home when there's a chance.
