Quiet, easy going, clean and friendly person. I work Mon to Fri as a logistics coordinator. Non smoker, I have a very friendly 18m old dog named Lucy and would like to find a place for both of us. I have my own transport and furniture so it does not have to be near public transport and needs to be unfurnished. If anyone is interested in renting a place with us I'm happy and able to meet up and discuss. Thanks.
I am respectful, considerate, responsible and like the same in return. I work long hours so am a great flatmate/tenant if you prefer to live independently or like peace and quiet! My job is demanding and when I'm not working I'm usually studying for work or cooking. I have to tell you - I am a shiftworker, so I would like to live with someone who understands these demands or at least is respectful and courteous of that (and that sometimes I will be sleeping through the days). I'm a friendly person and can get along with most people. My greatest need at the moment is peace, quiet, and a comfortable safe/secure home as I'm very focused on my exams. As such, I'm trying to avoid places with lots of road/traffic/animal/other noise. Hard to find in this busy city, but I know it's out there! *** looking for a room with aircon Thanks for reading :)
Hi 👋🏻 My partner and I are looking to rent a room with a ensuite or private bathroom. We are both happy considerate friendly people who are wanting to live with like minded people 😊. We would like to do a trial of 3 months with the potential to stay longer. I am a research assistant who works full time in Brisbane and Dylan is a Clinical Instructor who works full time in Miami, so Ormeau/Pimpama is the perfect midpoint for us. If you have any questions or have a place please contact us. 😊 Thanks, Bri and Dyl
What makes us great to live with is our hardworking, easygoing personalities. My bf grew up in NSW and I'm I was born on the Goldcoast so we know our way away. We both are into fitness and we also love to take our motorbike out when we have time to.
I'm a student who is working part-time. I love reading, Netflix and spending time with my friends and family. I enjoy cooking and am interested in looking for a place to stay long-term.
I'm a full time accountant, working in Brisbane. I'm very tidy, and like the house to be clean. I'm always thoughtful of others, so I would never do anything to anyone else's property or disturb someone else with noise. Not a party animal! Love a quiet night in, with yummy food, movies and friends. I do have a partner, and we take turns staying at each others place. So I may not always be home, or there will be times when he is staying.
Hi everyone, We are a friendly couple in our mid 20s looking for a flat. My partner is employed full-time and I am currently looking for work being new to the country (from NZ) however there are no issues with paying rent/bills etc. We are both easy to get along with, tidy and respectful of flatmates privacy/space.
Hi, I am currently studying full-time at University and I work part-time at a resort in Surfers Paradise. As a side project I run an online personal training business, which I enjoy doing since I like to stay fit and healthy myself. I'm a non-smoker but I do like to have a drink now and then. A lot of my time is spent studying and running my business, so I tend to be reclusive in that regard. In saying that, I am very social. In my spare time I like to workout, read, play my guitar, go on bush walks and go to the beach. I'm very respectful of others and very clean and organised! Thanks for taking the time to read my profile. Mark
I'm easygoing and respectful person that would much like the same type of household, I love to cook (my dad was a profession chef) so I usually meal prep for the week so there would be a meal there if you didn’t feel like cooking that night, Keeping my room clean and organised is part of how I live and stay organised so making sure household essentials are stocked up would be apart of that I like to think I'm pretty tech savvy so I'm able to help out with any tech issues that might occur.
Hello potential housemates , I’m Michael. I selected I have children because I am a father to a 13 year old boy, however I go away to see him. I am an easy going guy who is saving to buy a house but needs a place to call home for the mean time, I’m currently living with owner/occupiers of a awesome home in Coomera Waters which they are like my second family .. however they are down sizing now their children have moved out. Hence why I’m looking to move. I understand the dynamics needed to live in a share house as I have been doing this on and off since I left home. I’m a non smoker , don’t really drink and no drugs. I pay my rent on time , I do my fair share of the cleaning. When I’m not at work I enjoy watching Netflix, digital drawing , playing guitar and getting out and about. My move date is Flexible if I find the right place, I have to move out by January 2019. My rental budget is “upto” $250. I work full time 6 days a week and am volunteer fire fighter.
Prefer to move into a new place with someone (teamup) or a place on my own Clean (not a neat freak tho) but like to clean up up often especially vaccumming, out nearly Monday to Saturday and home usually only half day on Sundays. Have a non shedding toy poodle that's a qualified Assistance dog, short hair domestic cat and small parrot. Perfect rental hisotry last place I stayed 5 years house before was 6 years. Great references.
Hey, I'm Matty, I'm looking to move late September into a place in Upper Coomera. Closer to the woollies the better, as I'm working full time in the industrial estate behind woollies. I clean up after myself, get along great with nearly everyone including all animals but I don't have any pets myself. I wanna feel at home and be able to talk to the people I live with but equally need my own space as well and will respect others that need theirs too. I need a house with a bath, if it's not in my own bathroom I would like to use yours at least once a month. I'm easy going, barely ever drink, very respectful and it's important for me to feel like I'm at home, also I would like a place that has a desk that I can do some studies on and a quiet private place to lay my yoga mat down, bonus if my rooms big enough for the bed and yoga Mat and internet is a must and trees and gardens are a bonus as I love nature, let me know when I can come to check out the place :) 64
I’m a fun loving very social person I love have a joke and enjoying myself. But also very respectful of people’s privacy I work full time. And I always try to put a smile on peoples faces Move date and length of stay are flexible
I'm super chill and very tidy, I'm hardly home since I work 2 jobs but when I am I just like to relax or hang out with my friends.
Hey guys, My name is Tanya. I am 28 years old. Currently living in Canberra but hoping to move to the goldy in the next couple of months. I am a primary school teacher and have currently taken leave to do relief teaching so I can explore my options and figure out where I want to live etc. I am easy going to live with but I am a bit of a clean freak. I like to have bbq’s and some quiet drinks etc but also like to chill and LOVE a good binge on Netflix! Love reality trash tv and girly tv series! I love getting outdoors- camping, beach, SUP, movies and eating out for EVERY meal possible lol (I do love cooking for others too though) I would prefer to find someone who has furniture for now... I do have furniture in Canberra that is currently in storage so would prefer to leave it there for now until I am sure I want to settle on the goldy long term. However, I am happy to contribute and buy things if needed. Would prefer to share with a girl of similar age and interests :) and make some new friends! Would love to hear from you!
Very quiet and cleanly. Working full time as a tradesman. I go to bed early and don't have much partying left in me. No pets, partner or kids. Not much stuff either. Friendly dude. Looking for a temporary place close to work until at least mid next year then I'm off travelling again.
