We are a french couple both performing an internship in Melbourne from April to August 2018. We are seeking a room in a sharehouse and looking forward to discover Australian culture and meet a lot of people from several origins.
Hello, I am Felipe and I am doing my Master's degree at Victoria University. I am currently looking for a place to be closer to work and uni. I work in hospitality, so I keep busy with uni and work. When I am at home, I am a very tidy, respectful, clean guy who loves to enjoy his free time, resting, watching tv. I also like to socialize when I have time, I enjoy playing board games, video games, going out for a coffee/drink or even planning to go to events. Ideally, looking in the area of Ripponlea - Elwood - balaclava - Elsternwick, I'm also opened to other suburbs as long as they are near to public transport. Feel free to shoot me a message if you need further questions. Looking forward to being your new housemate!
My name is Qawi. I have recently moved back to Melbourne after a long holiday. I used to live in St Kilda. I am a chef by profession. I am usually working on the weekends and long hours, so I am hardly at home. I like to keep my house clean and tidy. I don't mind having social drinks sometimes. I am able to move straight away.
I'm pretty chilled out, very clean, and I love cooking/baking. I'm aiming to work full time during the week, and spend the rest of my time at the beach so I won't be hanging around the house too often. I play the guitar and love music, but I'm definitely not going to be keeping you awake with it! I'm looking for somewhere semi long term (4-6 months) initially, but I would love to stay longer if I can find the right job!
My partner and I are great to live with as we are very chilled out, we don't mind going out for a drink or a night on the town once every blue moon but we love to go out and have a nice dinner then come home and relax and enjoy one another's company as well as others, we love playing board games and we also love cats and dogs, we have 1 baby kitten who is very well behaved and well trained, we are looking to move as we live too far from my work in south Melbourne at the moment and my partner would also like to get a job in the city, thank you for taking your time to read about us we hope we are the right candidate for you, Kind regards Aaron and Brittany. (We are looking to move out soon within the next month or so)

Wanted: Dog-friendly accommodation. Always pay rent and bills on time. Have done so for 8 years! Worked since age 9. I'm ambitious, and a hardworker. Only on hiatus til I find a place in Melbourne as I'm out of town right now. So having a nice place to be welcomed home to/hang my tophat (soon) would be marvellous! Taco is my fur-child, a chill, house-trained Pointer X with oodles of personality! I can pay a pet bond, provide a pet cv and references if you require them to feel comfortable with leasing or teaming up! We're about as fun as bubblebaths🐙🐳 and looking for a stay at least 6-12 months. Taco loves to tapdance and walk around nakie, he's funny, and will even lapdance for cookies! He takes good care of the house if I leave him alone inside, and likes to chill and play outside plenty! Me: Animal welfare and hospitality work, music therapy/teaching children, selling art, performing, charity work, etc. I take care of Taco 100% clean as I go all the usual stuff, am easy-going, enjoy good conversation, having a laugh, adventures & looking up at the stars ☆.☆ Love: Music, poetry, reading, open minds, visual/performance art ♡helping animals & children ♡equity, exhibitions/gigs, dancing, insightful comedic types blablabla I can provide references for me of course, should you wish. The place: Secure outdoor area. Private room. And anywhere close to a station is mint! If you're genuine, chill, experienced, and most importantly respect Taco, then it'll be fun! We make friends wherever we go, and boardgames/cards are a plus! Hope to hear from you soon ^_^♡☆
Single 28 yr old non smoking female, no pets or kids. Quiet, clean, easy to get along with, respectful of other peoples property and privacy. Working full time Monday to Friday as a Pharmacy Assistant. Like to have a social wine with friends/housemates, will happily socialise with those I live but also will respect when privacy is needed. Not a party animal. My kind of party is a 3 hour nap and some retail therapy. Any other questions please feel to ask. I am wanting to move now as I moved from Tasmania 6 weeks ago and only temp boarding. I am looking for a private room, don't mind sharing a bathroom and it needs to be furnished (as I only moved here with no furniture)
Hey guys! I'm looking for an awesome new place that's a bit closer to the city with some awesome and interesting people (a furnished room would be ideal too :). I'm a PhD student (perception/attention/consciousness kinda stuff) at Monash uni. I'm super easy going, pretty quiet through the week (though I do love a chat over a beer or wine and cheese), enjoy relaxing with a Netflix binge (crime docos, ridiculous reality TV shows and anything funny). LOVE music (prog rock, indie, alt pop, psytrance... anything good haha!). Most weekends I'm out trying new foods/beverages/places --- and of course, I'm respectful, very clean and reliable! I'm flexible on moving dates but am preferably looking to move at the end of May. Let me know if I sound like I'd be a good fit :) Cheers!
I'm Dani :-) I'm 27 and looking for a place for 2 months preferably from Mid May - July. Seeking temporary accommodation whilst I settle back into Melbourne after living interstate to be with family for the past 4 months. I love music, red wine and most of all- I am really keen to meet new people and love a good social occasion. I have no other prerequisites other than a furnished room and internet! **PLEASE NOTE I WILL BE IN MELB TO HOPEFULLY INSPECT AND LOCK IN A PLACE NEXT WEEKEND ON 28-29TH APRIL. I am also flexible with move in dates so please don't hesitate to contact Me!
Spend my spare time/days off with friends or on my own going for walks or at the shops. I respect other people’s personal space, keep to myself. I am a beauty therapist at Endota Brighton Beach.
I am a really outgoing and sociable french student, I would love to make my super flatmates some french food when i get here. I have lived with flatmates for 4 years now, so I am very clean and respectful of others privacy also. I will work full time but I am always up for a beer or pizza and series with my roomates :)
Hi I’m Andrea! I moved to Melbourne a couple months ago from Canada and am looking for a place to call home with like-minded flatmates. I work as a Massage Therapist and will be attending a few school courses in the near future. I am positive, friendly, clean, reliable, easy going.. to name a few. I live a healthy lifestyle and am mindful and respectful of other people’s privacy/space
Hi! My name is Hyung. Looking for an accommodation preferably on Sydney rd or within 20 minutes from the CBD, from late June to 20th of November! I am 19, studying Pharmacy at Monash University Parkville. I’m a chill, easy going fella who likes to keep things clean and quite. I am a responsible human being who can clean up after oneself, and I respect other people so it is unlikely that you will get into a fight with me. I will be out 4 days a week and come back in the afternoon, but I do enjoy chatting every now and then. I play baseball and alike every ball player, I'm always up for a bottle of beer(or bottles, either way). In terms of pets, I LOVE CATS, but I also like dogs as well. Please get in touch if you are interested! Cheers
I'm looking for a whole property to rent. I rented out my own apartment and would like to rent a property with 2 bathrooms (or 2 toilets and 1 shower), and at least 1 parking spot. I'm a genuine, reliable, happy, tidy and warm person. I don't have children and pets. Looking for a whole property for myself, also don't mind to share a property which I will be getting with other females or males. Please send me a message or SMS if you would like to team-up/share a property I will be getting. I'm friendly and get along well with everyone. Australia has been home for me for the last 20 years. I am a non-smoker, non-drinker and I don't host parties. Looking for a whole house/townhouse/villa uint/apartment with at least 2 toilets and 1 shower, 1 parking or garage for 1 car, and was built after 1985, around the areas listed or surrounding suburbs, or city fringe areas such as East Melbourne/North Melbourne/West Melbourne/South Yarra. Move-in date: Any day between now and late August 2018 is fine. It’s fine whether the property is furnished or unfurnished. Rent budget: Up to $720 per week depends on number of bedrooms and location. I will provide the relevant ownership documents/Body Corporate bills of my own property and driver licence/passport if requested.
Hi! I´m Anna, 21 years old and from Germany. I am currently studying Psychology in the 6th semester and I will spend the 7th semester at the Monash University in Melbourne. My courses will take place in Clayton. I am a really active person. All I need is my coffee in the morning and I am up for anything! I would love to spend time with my roommates and get to know them while cooking together or watching movies. Besides that I would describe myself as a tidy person. I like things neat and enjoy cleaning up while listen to good music.
Hello, future prospective housemates! I am looking for an awesome place to move into. I am flexible with the date but ideally looking for something by the end of May at the latest. Ideally looking for a house, or spacious apartment with, 1-3 other people. I have my own bedroom furniture that I would be bringing along with me (queen bed size room required for this). Unfortunately I cannot live with cats, but all other pets are fine. A bit about me: I have years of house share experience (Will share cleaning, keep the communal areas tidy and pay bills/rent on time), am 32, work full time in a wellness clinic. I love keeping fit and healthy/cooking, eating at new places, reading and a good banter. I work hard during the week, so am fairly chilled/quiet weekdays at night.. and then I love to enjoy my weekends out exploring Melb, catching up with friends, going on day trips or a wine bar etc. I am looking for a 'home' environment where i get along with housemates and can sit down for a friendly chat or glass of vino rather than just a room to rent in a space. I also enjoy having my own down time and am respectful of my fellow housemates' space as well. I am looking to live with other working professionals, who are of similar age and share similar house share values. If this sounds like a good fit please get in contact!
Clean and organised, work full time so will only be around at nights and will spend most my weekends probably with the boys so wont be in your hair too much. Also a pretty good bloke dont mind a few beers and the footy. Can pay bond money and the first few weeks rent forward too if that helps. Thanks :) Have been living with two girls in Windsor but am looking to move on to a new place because lease is up.
Hey! I’m very easy to talk and have many travel stories for some laughs. I’m super chill and always smiling. Good banter, clean, tidy and happy to relax on the couch but loves a good drink every once and a while. I’m a chef, I snowboard when possible, grew up near Byron Bay and have lived overseas ☺️
Hey there - I'm a Melbourne local looking for a room to rent somewhere preferably walking distance to a train station or trams. I work full-time in social work around the Frankston area. I do have a car and drive often around Melbourne for work so it would be great if the place has off-street parking, though on-street is fine too :) I'm tidy, clean and quiet - I work weekdays and spend my weekends generally relaxing, cooking, visiting family and going out with friends. I enjoy chatting with my housemates and having a laugh but also enjoy winding down and spending time to myself. I love finding local brunch spots and bars - any recommendations greatly appreciated! I'm a vegetarian but have no problems living with people who eat meat. I also like to try to live somewhat sustainably. Would love to live with people who are also working full time! Or a combo of working + studying. I like living with people who are relaxed about having friends and partners over every now and then - within reason of course :) I love cats and dogs as long as they're trained and friendly
