I am working full time in construction project management and also go to the gym during the week. I have to leave the house very early, coming back in the night time. I am always keen to do some sports on the weekends. I am quiet, clean and easy to get along with. I respect others privacy and property.
Hi I'm Allanah! I work full-time as an Occupational Therapist, whilst enjoying a social life, sports and fitness. I am originally from the Sunshine Coast. Unfortunately, I am moving out my 1-bedroom apartment in March, due to wanting to save some $$$. I keep my current apartment clean, tidy and organised (I don't like dishes in the sink, or clothes/towels on the bathroom floor). I am more than happy to share housework and utility costs. I'm ideally looking for one or two other housemates of similar age, to move into a new place. I have my own furniture, and even have enough to furnish a second bedroom! I'd like to find someone who shares the same values, respects my privacy and someone who is up for a chat/ drink every now and then. Send me a message if you're keen!
I'm currently a permanent part time manager. I do have late finishes sometimes at work but won't be noisy coming in. I'm not pedantic with cleanliness but do like to keep the place tidy and am happy to be sharing out the housework. I would generally keep to myself but would also love to be a part of a friendly home with people happy to chill together.

Hello! We are currently looking for a long term place to rent, we are looking for a granny flat or 1 bedroom apartment and wishing to rent for 6 months or longer. We both work-full time and sometimes even Saturdays too We don't have any pets We don't smoke We are a quiet couple but are happy to socialize and sometimes go out. We like our privacy but more than happy to help out with anything. Although we wish for our place to be separated from the main house (i.e. granny flat) We are currently both living in Cromer but need to move as our first lease is ending and we wish to stay in the northern beaches. I work in a law-firm but my boyfriend is a mechanic. In case you are scared about us being new to renting do not fear as we have a guarantor organized in case something goes pear shaped and we cannot pay rent or something along those lines. We are looking to pay $300-$480 a week in rent (with utilities included, please) We are also hoping for parking to be included, at least off street, we are willing to pay up to $30 extra a week to include parking, this is a priority for us as at our current place we only have street parking and things have been stolen off my partners car. Feel free to message me! Thank you! :)

Would you and your housemates like to knock some money off your weekly rent? Have an empty garage or shed that doesn't get too hot or damp? Hi. I'm Jane, I live in my van and work 4 days a week as a bush regenerator all around Sydney. I love to make stuff and at the moment I'm sculpting and working with stained glass. I usually camp out near work and friends, but I'm looking for a little bit of a home base where I can come and go as I please, leave my computer and art space set up and I would like to have use of a kitchen, bathroom, internet and laundry. So I would be kind of like an extra housemate except I would only rent the garage and wouldn't be around that often. I think between $60-$90 a week sounds reasonable but that's totally open to discussion. (I just put $250 so I come up on searches) I'm a respectful and easy-going housemate and looking for the same. If you are interested, call me for a chat!
I'm an easy going person. I like to go out and have drinks but I'm not a crazy party animal.. would love to have flat mates that easy going and friendly, and don't mind having a drink. I'm a vet nurse so love animals and have a cat of my own that keeps to herself
I have just moved here from New Zealand for a new adventure. I am working full time in Manly and love the vibe here. I am tidy, clean, friendly, respecfull, considerate and a good flatmate. I enjoy hiking, camping, fitness, the outdoors, reading, cooking, wine, going out with friends and many other things.
I've just started working in Brookvale and am currently driving nearly an hour to get there, so I am looking for a place closer to work. I'm 23 and am working full time as a beer brewer, it is also one of my hobbies so having a spot for a keg fridge is preferred. I like to cook and to keep things tidy. I spend most of my weekends at bars, breweries or the beach. I tend to stay quiet in the week as I am currently doing shift work, so I am either sleeping or studying. I'm looking for some roommates to either accept me into their share house or to start a new one. Cheers, Tim.
