I work for a design consultancy as a UX designer. My employer is located in Surry Hills and I'm currently working on site at Qantas. I was born in Taiwan, raised in Vancouver (Canada), and have lived in London. I work Monday to Friday from 9-5 and plan to spend most of my free time in the city, with friends, or exploring the natural beauty Australia has to offer. I like my down time and enjoy spending time in my own space. I’m quiet but friendly, and enjoy a chat every now and then. I like yoga, travel, and sci-fi. I'm tidy, like to keep clean and live minimally.
Hey! My name is Seleena 😀 I'm originally from New Zealand but I've been living in Sydney for a little over a year now and absolutely loving it! I work as a nanny in Coogee, and I'm an artist on the side. I'm an excellent cook - due to countless hours of watching the food network or my family cooking. I enjoy doing new things in my spare time, and getting out and about exploring new cafes/bars/art galleries. I enjoy a glass of vino, or a jug of Aperol Spritz on occasion. Loves a good banter or a heart to heart! 😂❤️ I'm pretty easy going, basically looking to find a place that have housemates I can also call friends, eventually! Hope to hear from you soon!
Hey I am Rory, a final year medical student from Aberdeen, Scotland. I am travelling to Sydney in order to complete my final Medical School placement in a Trauma unit and I would really like to find a great place to stay to make this the trip of a lifetime! In a nutshell, I am: clean, considerate, and wanting to go out and discover cool, fun things in Sydney with new people. I will be working in a hospital on the week days so I won't be around until evenings and weekends. I am always up for a laugh but can equally give any flatmates the space they need - I am easy going. If you would like references from previous land lords then that is no problem, it can easily be arranged. Thank you!!
I am a clean and fun roommate who is just here to have an amazing time in Sydney! When I'm at home, I love to bake and watch Netflix! I'm also respectful of people's schedules so you don't have to worry about a bunch of noise! To your advantage, I hope to travel most weekends so I won't be in your hair too much. But I also love having roomie bonding sessions, be it mani-pedis, ice cream dates, seeing good movies, or just chilling in the apartment playing funny card games!
I am an Acupuncturist and Doula from Brazil, studying Childcare at the City Centre and work as a Nanny/Babysitter. I like to dance, listening good music, cook good meal and see movies.
Hi, I'm Kat and I'm looking to relocate. I typically spend my time practicing ceramics, dining out, trying to learn French or volunteering at a community garden. I also work mainly in the evenings so truthfully I would not be at the house too often but I would like to come home to a place that is neat, tidy and really feels like home.
Hey there, My name is Anna. I am moving to Sydney from Sweden in order to undertake coursework in Business and to work as a solicitor. I am looking for a 1-bedroom apartment or a flatshare with maximum one other person. I am social and easy-going, however I need my alone time. Since I will be away working or studying during the days I keep to myself when I get home, although I do enjoy a friendly chat. I am not after a party house :) Since I am organised and tidy, I am great to live with. For me it is important to respect the privacy of those you live with and that is what I expect from my future flatmate. Cheers
Am so chill - so cool working all days of the week at a company and i take care of everything keep things clean at all times. happy to clean toliet shower and anything needed. young vibrant and keen to meet new people
Hi! My name is Ania, I'm 27, Polish. I'm looking for a private room only. I'm in Sydney since May and I'm looking for a room from August 16th till may 2018 ( can consider shorter stay too). I'm very neat and social person. As much as I like sharing moments, I like to spend some time by myself too. I study and work full time so I wish I could come back everyday to a place I can call home. I had my party years some time ago and now I rather chill.
I am an easy-going person. I don't smoke and drink. I am allergic to perfume, fragrance, spray, dust, smoke so I'm sure I love cleaning. I love swimming and hang out with friends especially beach in Manly. I am friendly and interpersonal. I'm 40 years old. I run own online business and am doing PhD at University of Sydney. I love cooking and my favorite food is Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, Korean foods. Also, I love Italian & Lebanese & Maxican foods. I love eating cheese so much. Anyway, I am busy woman so I could cook sometimes at home. I worked in oversea for several years in Kuala Lumpur, Manila, Ho Chi Minh city, Singapore, and Bangkok. I studied in Melbourne during 2010-2013. I'm originally from Bangkok. I was born in Bangkok and grew up in Bangkok. I studied business & IT in Bangkok as well as Network system in Melbourne. I love traveling. My hobbies is knitting scarf. I love karaoke and listen to some mesmerizing songs in my free time. I am a highly responsible person. So no worry I will pay bills on time.
Seeking a room for a couple Twin shared or private couple room either is fine. New zealander and Japanese couple moving to Sydney. I work in IT company in the CBD and my girlfriend is lined up to finish a hospitality diploma while working part time. I don't know sydney that well and at this stage I'm open to any location that would allow a 40 minute (from door to door) commute to Kent street (my office is near the corner of Kent st and Erskine Street). Personality wise, we are both mature, sociable and enjoy having a healthy balanced lifestyle. Our hobbies include: cooking, exercise and spending time in nature (sun/parks/beaches ) , gardening and the occasional dvd. We are not party/noisy people. My office has showers so Monday to Friday I showered there before and after work which means no rush in the morning if we are sharing a bathroom. other notes. Do not intend on buying a car so parking space or garages are not necessary I have written "1 year" but we would definitely consider a location that was 3 months or longer especially if it was furnished. No drugs/smoking. Would like a location that has a gas stove top for cooking and a laundry (washing machine + dryer/outside place to hang clothes) Both perfectly fine with pets. especially cats. I am happy to give out information such as facebook profile or LinkenIn Profile via message so you can find out more about me or Mikiko.
I'm looking for a room in a house/flat with clean, social and considerate housemates. I'm an easy-going, social and considerate individual who works in the Financial Services industry. I like traveling, philosophy, arts, films, current affairs, etc. I also enjoy good food and wine, going out for dinners, and brunches with friends. I have to move by 5th August but can move anytime from now. Please get in touch if you have a room in my preferred areas or would like to team up to rent a house.
Hey everyone, My name is Jordan, I'm originally from the US but I moved to Australia in April. Looking for a private room. I'm fairly laid back and like to go with the flow. I work full time in the CBD at a Law Firm but I will be switching to University next year. I'm pretty sociable and enjoy making friends where I can. Hobbies include swimming, gaming, hiking, working out, etc. Looking forward to meeting you all!
Im a young clean woman that is currently renting out a studio in Rushcutters Bay. It's great having my own space but I'm getting over living in a shoebox. I work full time from 9pm until 2-4:30am. Mondays are always off and rotate for my second RDO with Saturday Sunday and Tuesdays. I sleep throughout the day generally, waking up for lunch and get straight back in to bed! I love my Netflix and having a few casual drinks. I'm really chill to live with, not bothered by much as long as the house is clean! Happy for others to have guests as I would occasionally. I like to have the person I'm seeing over before work sometimes (Dating world is hard when schedules are so different!) Hope to hear from you. Megan.
Hello everybody! I am looking for a place to move in middle August. I am a student working part time at an office. When I am home I usually do some yoga or stay at the computer. In my free time I love being outdoors and get to know a new place. I am an honest, neat and polite person. Looking for a flat with maximum 4 people living on it. I consider myself very mature and really dont like house partying or leaving anything dirty behind for someone else to do it for me. I am friendly but always know the limit to respect and live with other flatmates. Cheers :)
Hi there! My name is Lauren and I'm looking for my new set of epic housemates! I work for a food and lifestyles website full time, but also study part time at UTS (night classes) so I'm very busy. I'm currently living in Manly so keen to move OTB so that I'm significantly closer to work (in Paddington) and also uni. I'm a fun, easy going gal who loves keeping fit at the gym, socialising on the weekends but also chilling out and Netflix binging. I'd hope to have flat mates who can respect my personal space but also hang out with and also come along to some of my work events (always in need of a plus one, promise there is plenty of free wine and food!) Please let me know if you have a lovely room for me.
