Young married couple; have lived in London and Dublin while studying / working. We are relocating to Sydney, both on working employee sponsored Visas (457). We love nature, sports, cooking, movies and are looking to make friends.
My name's Nilson and I'm from Portugal. I'm moving to Australia for a new life experience and I plan on staying for at least 1 year while working at a International Health & Medical Services company. You would enjoy living with me because I'm neat and tidy and I enjoy cooking (Mediterranean-style). Also, I'm told that I'm a fun person to be around. I enjoy working out daily (playing tennis), I love music (Adele, Sam Smith and Ed Sheeran are among the artists I enjoy currently) and enjoy singing. I consider myself an open-minded and down-to-earth person as my multicultural upbringing has allowed me to live in many countries from Angola to the USA.
Im from Ecuador, Southamerica. Full-time science student at Sydney uni. Very tidy and wash my dishes RIGHT AFTER i finish my meal. Respect other people's things and space. Enjoy painting, gym, cooking, swimming, wine over dinner, like pets but i dont have any, quit smoking but if you do i dont mind. Enjoy a good chat after uni and over the weekend but sometimes i just want to go straight to my room after a long day, who doesnt? Go out every weekend, NEVER arrived to make a mess or disturb my flatmates, looking forward to meet new people. NO SHARED ROOMS, PRIVATE ROOM ONLY.
I'm a 25-year Irish girl from Dublin looking for a private room in Sydney - I'm brand new to the area so am hoping to find somewhere fairly short term while I find my bearings and get to know people in the city! Will soon be working full time in either the marketing or administration area. I'm a friendly, sociable, clean person who is hoping to live with similar people around the same general age. I'm usually a bit of a home bird on weekdays and like to spend my free time going to the gym, cooking or just chilling out. At the weekends I always enjoy going out for drinks and socialising. I love animals, so any pets would actually be a huge plus! Ideally looking for somewhere furnished (or with a bed at least). I'll be arriving to Sydney on the 28th June so would love to move in somewhere asap! :)
Hello, I'm Minh, young mature busy individual looking for a decent size unfurnished room ideally with my own bathroom for a long term. I've lived in a number of share houses/apts and always stay longer than 12 months as the idea of moving in and out frustrates me.. At this stage, i'm doing software development degree at CSU and working long hours in Japanese fine dining and also doing internship for an I.T firm in Bondi few days per week. Yes, it's quite full on. i'm mature minded, independent, organised, reliable and especially considerate about others and the sharing environment. I have a huge passion in cooking//baking and i enjoy music as well as aged rum. However, my schedule is very very tight so i barely have free time to cook up a storm. If you like a classic risotto and freshly baked croissants, you've just found your new flatmate! and there is still half bottle of Sauvignon Blanc after making the risotto! Ideally, I prefer to live with mature individual which is not based on age as it is just a number. i've shared house with people in their late 20's and my current flatmate is in his late 40's. I'm very sociable yet totally respect privacy. I'm really open-minded, bit flirty and always up for a good time while living together. At this stage, i get caught up with lots of work and study so i'm out a lots and barely have day off but I like to keep myself busy with lots of activities anyway. I go cycling and going out and about with friends for brunch and some beverage when having some spare time. There are way too many places to live, lots of apartments that is available to share in Sydney but for me, i'm looking for a place that i can call "home" not just some random AirBnb room so it will come down to the people i'm going to live with. Like minded people are great but sometimes being different is fascinating too Text and call me anytime. if i am occupied, I will get back as soon as i can. Cheers.
I have recently moved to Sydney and am looking for a room in the Eastern Suburbs. Would like my own bathroom (ensuite or just my own) as my GF will be spending a few weekends a month in Sydney, so it makes it easy for her. I am super clean and tidy, to the point of OCD but am always up for a family dinner or a beer at the pub. I am a full time banker so work reasonable hours and like to keep busy. Thanks and look forward to hearing from you.
Hi all, am currently employed full time on the WestConnex Tunnel project and am seeking suitable accomadation near St Peters and adjoining suburbs. My roster is rather demanding with 7, 12-13 days, 3 off followed by 7, 12-13 hour nights 4 off. Despite the long hours I still try and endure several activities to maintain my strength and fitness including gym, muay thai, circuit traing and basically anything that gets the heart going. Im very clean and tidy and am well able to pick up after myself. As a housemate you may see me once in a blue moon as my routine is rather demanding time wise. On my days off I generally relax and am more often then not enjoying the many culinary delights Sydney has to offer. I enjoy interaction with my fellow housemates and am definately no introvert but have the uptmost respect for they're space and privacy. I am down to earth and love a good laugh, even if its usually at myself. Please dont hesitate to contact me for any further information via email and with suitable listings. Cheers
I'm a fun and friendly 24 year old who works full time in events and entertainment. I love what I do and enjoy both being social and out and about but also having down time. I am a tidy, clean and respectful person and am looking to move closer to the city for work.
Hi - I am looking for a share house whilst I save for my own place . Clean, quiet, have tools and can fix things. Benefits include cafe level coffee making, chilled attitude to most things. I am a shift working emergency doctor (pro: at home weekdays to collect your eBay deliveries con: sometimes I need to sleep during weekend days). I am not looking to move until 20th of August.
28 year old professional working full time from Brisbane, moving to Sydney in August work.. In Brisbane I played touch footy 2-3 nights a week, hit a weekly trivia night and tried to get out and about on weekends. As I'm picking up my life and moving, my social life will be on hold until I settle in somewhere. I ran my Brisbane apartment with regards to shared rent/bills etc. for over 5 years so I understand how these things work. Ideally looking for roommates around my age (+/- 5 years) who are social and up for a drink together but respect privacy etc. I don't know a lot of people in Syd so ideally roomies that can sometimes hang out on weekends, but also do their own thing. If you think I'm a good fit for your place, hit us up.
Hi All, I am looking to move closer to the city for a change in lifestyle and proximity to work. I am fun, friendly and flexible. I work full time in the tv industry and about to start marrying people on the weekends! I come with pretty much an entire apartment worth of furniture and hope not to have to put everything in storage. I've lived in a range of share houses in London and Melbourne and continue to maintain many of those friendships to this day. I am very social and like to go to events, restaurants, festivals, bars, the AFL etc but I am also very keen to binge watch TV. I am really good at that. I am looking for flatmates that are social like me but respectful of personal space and house proud. If you have a flatmate moving out and taking a lot of stuff, get in touch with me and let's see if I can help to fill the space! Cheers.
Hi there, I am looking for a shorter term place to stay as i am currently waiting on tenants to move out of an apartment I have purchased. I am a social smoker, love a chat, am very social and gregarious however also respect downtime. We all need balance. Give me a call and we can meet so we can see if we click :-)
I'm an easy going, no hassle, respectful flat mate. I have lived in share housing for over 10 years as-well as rented my own places where I have had mates, and housemates living with me. I along with my best mate Bonnie (a 6 year old, friendly, playful, house trained indoor) are looking for a short term place to live. I work full time, enjoy a drink, am sociable at home either with food, movies, a few drinks or both. I don't have parties but sometimes like to have a few people over every now and then, although more inclined to actually go out. I'm a bit of a gamer (ps4 most recently but also pc). I live living in stress free, clean places with anyone who is the same. I am not pedantic about cleanliness but a basic level of hygiene is a must. I prefer living with sociable people, although if someone likes to keep to themselves mostly, thats fine too, I will just be more inclined to go out. I like cooking so if you're happy to share meals at home, awesome. Pretty open with age, as long as you are mature, easy going, respectful and have a bit of experiencing in share houses awesome. I basically just want to get along. Bonnie generally likes every human she meets, but isn't overly fond of other animals. She is an indoor dog and sleeps in my bed but is more than happy to get up on someone elses lap for hugs. She does sit on the couch in my house, but obviously when moving into someone elses house, this would be at their discretion.
Peruvian-American woman and an Irishman moving to Sydney from Brisbane. Both of us are recent graduates from university and are now traveling across Australia! We're easy-going people who love to cook, watch movies, and explore new places. Added bonus: we are very clean and enjoy living with others!
Young professional just moved over from Manchester U.K., will be working in CBD as an accountant. Friendly, clean, like going out at the weekends, love a good gin and tonic, Netflix is a must haha! be good to make some new mates over here too!
I am a happy and friendly person who is very easy to get along with. I like to relax at home on weeknights with a book or netflix but tend to be out seeing family and friends on weekends. I am tidy and like to be on my own sometimes but also like socialising over a vino and a nice meal. I work full time in Sydney CBD and would prefer to live with someone in their mid 20's or 30's who is also working full time.
Hello, future housemates! my name is Inga, I'm 24 years old, living in Sydney already for 7 months for now searching for a new apartment to move in. I'm student and working full time job. As a roommate i really like tideness and coziness. I would respect my roommates and their private area also it means no parties ( i was a student already so i know how it feels to study in loud environment). Also I'm very friendly, outgoing and willing to make new friends which could share their life stories. Looking forward to hear from you. See you soon!;) Inga
Hi there! My name is Tahnee, and my partner's name is Keri. We are both full-time workers and students. We are incredibly outgoing, tidy, friendly & easy-going. We're both very independent, love outdoor adventures and a good laugh. We're looking to move somewhere close enough to the city for study purposes, and we're after a private room for us. If you have two rooms spare, we wouldn't mind taking that up for a study room also.
