As a person to rent with Im a very quiet and clean tenant and i like my personal space after a long day but i like to be comfortable with the person i live with so we can enjoy our time were both in the apartment. unsure about a move date as I'm open.
- Work for the Airport full-time - Starting my studies early February - Organised, responsible and more mature than most 19 year-olds - Mostly keep to myself with my busy schedule - Laid back - Enjoy shooting hoops in my spare time
My name is Carla, I'm in my mid-twenties, and I'm a Filipino-Australian who's been living in New York the last three months, though I'm back in Sydney now. I used to work as a copywriter at Groupon Australia and would be looking for a job in a similar vein. I am definitely looking for a place where I can stay for at least six months. I grew up in Manila, Philippines and lived there til 2015, when I moved to Australia. I'm an avid reader and will probably fill up the room with my own private library of fiction and graphic novels - willing to lend them out to housemates if anyone is interested! I'd say I'm a pretty chill, laid-back person who's sociable and extroverted, though I'm also a big fan of 'me-time' spent watching Netflix and reading in my room. I used to live in a sharehouse when I was last in Sydney, and never had any problems with getting along with people. I'm also a good cook, if that helps any! I'm a generally clean person, though not especially tidy - I'll have some clutter but never have piles on the floor, though. I hope to hear from you :)
My name's Lina and I work full time in the city. I've lived around the city in a share house for the past few years. I'm neat, tidy and respectful of others. I'm a big foodie so more often then not, I'm out finding new places to eat and drink at, but when I am home, most likely I'll be chillin' in my room binge watching TV shows and/or movies haha. I do like to cook but haven't had much opportunity to in my current share house so would like to do it more if possible.
Hi! I'm from Jakarta, Indonesia I'm planning to continue my study in University of New South Wales (UNSW) that is why I'm looking for a place to live near from there. I'm looking for a private room preferably in a flat where there are other students. I love to relax and do crafty things as well as keeping fit and healthy. I love meeting new people, discovering music, exploring and adventuring out, roaming the cities, and learning new things. Hence, I am a very friendly and sociable person and I love dogs so it not a problem if you have a pet. I am also clean and tidy. That's why a sharehouse with young, like-minded people (students) would be perfect for me. I do like to have my own space and often retreat to quiet places. You don't need to worry about noise and privacy with me, I am responsible and respectful, as well as often being out of the way. When I say that I'm sociable, I still understand other people's need for quiet spaces as I would expect others to respect mine.
New to Sydney from interstate and starting full-time work in the CBD. Looking forward to making friends and finding roommates who share a good sense of humour, respect for privacy and reasonable dedication to cleanliness. Importantly, I also rinse dishes after sudding them. Because I'm not a monster.
Jess is literally the loveliest person ever. She's so chilled out and will go with the flow. She's an artist who is also working full time to support her creative career! I am Mykaela. Almost as lovely as Jess, and probably just as cruisy. Everything else, we have in common. We're both really clean people. Like, don't leave dishes in the sink, or around the house, and generally like to keep the bathroom clean... Both like red wine and a good dance, both have a friendly nature and we make friends with just about anyone. Let's live together Xo
I am a 22yo female moving to Sydney to start a full-time job. Heya! Firstly, thanks for having a look at my listing. I appreciate the time, we all have busy lives after all. A bit about me so you can see if we are on the same level. My name's Jordan. I'm 26 and I work full time in hospitality and advertising. I'm currently working with Huberts so....potential discounts at all the best bars. I have all the hobbies. I used to sing professionally but now it's all about that salsa and learning spanish. I'm quite busy with friends and work so I'm usually out of the house but I like having an awesome home environment to come back to. I'm moving because whilst I love where I'm at I want somewhere that's more central and closer to where I work. I'm looking for some awesome flat mates who know how to human and have a great vibe. I figure that if you have a bit of social acuity all the other stuff like respecting personal space, cleaning after yourself, communicating, etc, all come pretty naturally. For me, I want to live in an awesome place because it makes a huge difference looking forward to going home at the end of the day. Don't hesitate to shoot me a message if you feel like this is something that could work.
Hey! I'm a 22 year old Aussie who's been living in France for 6 years. I just landed a full-time job in Sydney so here I am back again! I cook up a storm (but always clean up afterwards) and love to have the occasional beer at the end of the day with flatmates but other than that I'm generally not intrusive, and I'm very well organised and clean. In my down time I'm usually out exploring the town and taking photos, cooking/eating, watching movies/TV series or reading. I've recently (very recently) taken up running and wouldn't mind a gym partner! I also love meeting new people and just hanging out. Though I'll always respect your privacy, I'm really keen to make some friends, and I'm not just looking for a place to crash at night. As I'll be working full-time I'm not looking for a place that's loud during the week but the occasional weekend party/chill would suit me! I love animals, if you have a pet that's a bonus!
Hi :) We are Nik and Chris from Germany and we both will do our exchange semesters at USYD (Business and Economics). We both love doing sports, we are easy to get along with, food lovers and sociable. Also important: I brew the best worst coffee in town :) We are searching for 2 bedrooms as of now. We would love to get in touch with you Best Niklas
I'm moving to Sydney for to start a Post-Grad at UNSW. I'm flexible with moving dates, but the 25th would probably be the latest I should arrive. I'm looking for a place with some chill people who want to chat and have a few wines, maybe cook a little sumthin' sumthin' from time to time. I'm easy going af and I'm excited to be coming up to Sydney! I'm into drawing, my post grad is at the school of art and design so I like a lot of creative stuff, arty-type... I'm into tattooing, I make a little bit of sculpture but I wont clutter the house with weird stuff, I swear, I'll have a studio space at Uni. I like true crime docos, they're my guilty pleasure. Cheers
Hi there. I'm Taleih. I'm a 26yo full time professional who has been living in sharehouses for 8 years now (4 years of them in Sydney). I'll be adding part time study to my routine this year so I'll be a very busy human. I'm looking for a clean and tidy place to call home in the inner west. I enjoy having a few beers on the weekend and binge watching The Simpsons every other day. I try and get to the beach whenever the unpredictable Sydney weather allows it. I'm a pretty easy going type - I'm social in the house but also respectful of my housemate's space and privacy. Let me know if you want to know more! Cheers, T.
I'm a clean considerate roommate looking to live in inner Sydney. I'm starting work with Westpac bank in the CBD and looking for some cool people to share a house with. I enjoy others company on weekends and happy to do things together but also like my own space and understand the needs for someone else's downtime. Appreciate a quiet space to retreat to after work and like to come home to a tidy and peaceful environment. Love sports and getting involved with club and community events so on weekends my committments will keep me out of the house mostly. Send me a message if youre looking to team up Thanks
Responsible, professional woman; clean, tidy & easy going with a good sense of humour. Seeks own room with own bathroom in shared house/ flat.
Hi I'm a new postgrad student at USYD looking for somewhere to live closeish to uni. I study a lot, so tend to keep to myself and am very respectful of others space. However super friendly and keen to make new friends. I am clean, tidy and know how to cook. Huge animal lover. Keen to check out some new areas of Sydney.
Hey, I moved over from England last September and have been living in Newtown for the past few months. Looking to move out ASAP to a friendly shared house so would be great to hear from you if you have anything available! I'm a very sociable person who loves meeting new people but also very chilled out and happy to stay in watching movies on the sofa! Look forward to hearing from you :)
Hey guys, I'm moving to Sydney in the next week or so to study in enmore. I'm a Pom, so I can supply you with an unlimited source of banter whilst you ridicule my beautiful accent. I've spent the last 6 years living on and off in Adelaide, so I'm new to Sydney, not Australia. I'm a very easy going and open minded guy, I can get along with anybody, and I'm pretty much into everything and anything. As much as I need a roof over my head, a few drinking buddies and decent house mates would be ideal.
I am a 25 year-old fulltime English teacher at a language school in the city. I am reasonably quiet (it takes me a while to get out of my shell) but can be quite fun and lively once I get to know people. I occasionally like to muck around on the piano (they come with headphones don't worry!) and sing a bit (only when no one is in the house!). I enjoy a drink and every now and then but would probably prefer a cafe date with friends rather than huge nights out every Friday (Don't be surprised if you find me on a Fri night with a good movie or book or engrossed with some good music with my beloved headphones on). I am not a huge cook but will sometimes prepare Asian food. I enjoy a neat & organized environment and am also obsessively on time with payments and rent. I am also quite adept at making groan-worthy dad jokes! Thankyou Chamberlain Zhang
Hi everyone. My name is David, I'm a 30yr old Taiwanese boy, currently studying cookery and working to pay the tuition fees at the same time. So I have a quiet busy life, but when I have free time, I like to do some social drinking, hangout, BBQ at park, beach, ...etc. Easy going, a good nonjudgmental listener, love food, love cook, and love to share, a big time home cook. As a chef, I can't stand people who doesn't clean after them self. That's pretty much everything I can think about right now. Hope can hear from you soon. Cheers :)
I'm a 23 year-old student doing design and working part time. I love design :). I need a room for at least 6 month soon, starting from around 31st January 2017. I'm not a smoker and I only drink occasionally. I always respect other people's space and would like to keep public space clean when living with other people. I'm OK with people who smoke as long as they smoke at reasonable places. I am very independent and can be quite busy sometimes due to work and school. But of course I always hang out with roomies and spend time to enrich our living experience. I'm passionate about all creative industries and am open to people with different views and interests. I currently work and practice in architecture and design related fields and also do sculpture in my free time. I need a place to stay for at least 6 month soon, starting from around 31st January 2017. Please let me know if you have a room available or would like to share an apartment with me. :)
29 year old nurse working at RPA hospital. I'm considerate, house broken and tidy! I'm a relaxed person just enjoy the simple things: baking, seeing friends occasionally, chilling at home. I'm seeking a place within walking distance to RPAH!!! The room must have a large built in wardrobe and be big enough for a double bed, desk and drawers.
Hello hello, Journalism / photography student who has just moved to Sydney from Perth. Being new to the city I am looking to find a home preferably in the funky little hub of Newtown, Glebe or surrounding Inner West areas, however, happy to check out other areas if the housemates are troopers. I will be studying at UTS so would be looking for good transport links into the city, I also have Jerry the Jeep who will be looking for a space to park somewhere on the street. When I am not being a beach hooligan I enjoy watching art house films, checking out small music gigs, or just generally enjoying a vino or crafty beer at the house with friends/ other roommates. I have lived in many shared houses when I lived in London so know how to respect a home and people's space. Please get in touch if you have a room that you think suits, as I am looking to move ASAP. Thankyouuu, Annie

Hi, I've recently moved to Sydney on a working holiday visa, with the aim of landing a professional job and gaining sponsorship. I'm 25, enjoy most sports, gym training and I'm generally a tidy individual. I own an apartment back in Scotland so I appreciate the importance of finding a suitable tenant/roommate. Would potentially stay longer than 4 weeks, accommodation is dependent on my work circumstances.
Hi, I'm Eva, 29 years old and recently moved (for long term) from the Netherlands to Sydney. I work full-time within an international Consulting firm. I have an active lifestyle and after working hours I love to be outside, socialise and exercise. I love exercising in general but mainly run (the 25K Tasmania's Gone Nuts run is first on my list), play tennis and try to improve my surfing skills. I also really enjoy discovering the best soy cappuccinos and lunch places in Sydney, drinking a glass of wine with friends and watching a good movie. As a housemate I would describe myself as friendly, tidy, clean and respectful. I like to have a chat and a good laugh but I am also respectful of personal space. I'm looking for a place to call home.

I am a very respectful British male, I enjoy a quiet lifestyle with not too busy a social life, I occasionally like to go out and have a few beers! I am extremely respectful of others (everyone has to live in the house hold together) and consider myself a clean and tidy individual who does not like to live in a dump (who does?). I am currently in Australia on a Working Holiday Visa but have complete all my hard (some of it at least!) farm work and now looking to spend the next 2 months minimum in Sydney. I currently work for a Car Share company on a Tuesday through Saturday weekly basis, so the majority of my weeks will include coming home from work, light socialising before retreating to my room! I usually spend my days off socialising with friends, going out exploring Sydney or sometimes (most of the time) chilling and bingewatching my favourite tv shows/movies. I am grateful for any consideration to your homes! Brad :)

Hi! I am 22 and am working two jobs as a hotel receptionist in Bondi and as a children's entertainer. I am currently renting in Randwick but need a new place by the end of January as my lease it up and I have decided not to renew it. I'm very bubbly and easy to talk to. I am always tidy and always reliable to pay rent on time. I am looking for a place that's more like a home than just a place to rent.

Hey! My friend Luke and I are both in our final year of university and Sydney Uni. We're doing our honours year so will be focused on that a fair bit but we still like to have a drink and a chat with housemates whilst respecting that we all have our own lives that we're getting on with. We're both originally from the Northern Beaches but I've been living in Darlington for the past 6 months and have loved the location but now we're trying to find a new place that we can both live in. If you have some rooms available or if you want to team up to find a place I'd love to hear from you! Kind regards, Sean Marshall
