Hi, I’m a 32 yr old male from New Zealand. I’ll be moving to Sydney start a new job there. I work full-time and will be out most of the time. I'm happy to have a drink with flatmates or leave them to their own. Tidy and clean but relaxed and low maintenance. Looking to stay for 6 months to a year ASAP. Cheers, Chet
Hey I'm from the UK (Belfast originally) and have been living in London since the start of 2012 and have very recently moved to Sydney. I'm pretty active (love skiing and scuba diving) and planning on making the most of the good weather in Sydney. Also do my best to keep fit at the gym! I have a job lined working as a lawyer in the city with a 4 year visa (for the moment!). Ideally looking to live with fellow professionals somewhere within a reasonable commute to the city. I've been living with flatmates in London for the last 5 years so I know the score! I'm pretty social and outgoing but also tidy and respectful to my flatmates. Looking for someone with a similar attitude. Ideally looking for somewhere for at least six months. I'll be working pretty hard and hopefully out and about a lot at the when I'm not at work to make the most of Sydney! Flexible up to a point about the move in date for the right place. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Hi I'm Hannah :) I'm yet another Brit in Aus. Moved in February on a Working holiday visa. I'd be looking to move in the next few weeks (End of march/beginning of April). My happy times are lying on the beach with my kindle. I love a quiet night in with wine and a good book or film. Equally love a good night out and letting my hair down. Put a glass of bombay sapphire & lemonade in front of me and I'm a happy girl. I actually quite enjoy cleaning, so i'm a tidy person. Non-smoker, and dare I say it, not actually that much of an animal person. Wouldn't mind a pet being in the house though. Ideally i'd always be looking to live with people who like to have a laugh and be sociable. Wouldn't hurt to have someone to coerce me in to exercising either...
Hi :) I'm Annika, 28 years old and from Germany. I study Fitness and Sport Management 2 days a week and work part time as a travel agent at the moment. I like to be outdoors, to be active and love food :) I'm out of the house a lot as I'm quite busy. I need my own space to relax after work, so not looking for a party house but would love to live with like minded people my age to socialise and hang out with sometimes.
Hey we to sosial, tidy an fun guys, one from Norway (20 years old) and the other from the Netherlands. We both work full time as bartenders. We like to get to know new people, take a drink and go out to eat. Looking forward to meet you.
Julia and me have arrived in Sydney after travelling around India and Asia for the past 3 months. We were both living and working in London before that, but decided it was time for an adventure! Julia works as a financial crime consultant and Joe works as a learning and development guy, both for international companies. We are excited about living in Sydney and planning to use weekends and holidays to explore Australia. We are chilled, respectful, clean (personal hygiene, and shared spaces included) and upbeat! We've lived in shared houses for around 6 years so have a good idea of how to make house sharing fun and successful. We are good at chilling, and always up for communal fun (did someone say BBQ?!), but also happy doing our own thing, and we like cooking with/ for housemates. We are both from Wales (the awesome country that England is next to), so we can tell you loads about castles and stuff!
Clean brit who loves pretty much everything. Easy going, happy, sociable and work full time at a bar where I can give you cheap drinks.
Hi! Looking for a relaxed Person to potentially look at leasing a two bed place, I work full time in medical and busy days so generally like to chill at home but also enjoy a catch up with friends / gym / go to a event or gig etc through the week. Would ideally like to team up with someone in a similar position, enjoys home chilling also but has their own social life / does their own thing but also likes to chill out over dinner/a drink / invite friends back etc :) I do have a cute little baby Cockateil that is very tame & friendly :) so am looking for a place that allows birds. 😬 Get in touch if you think this sounds this something you're looking for also Liss :)
23 year old professional, working full time in the CBD and studying full time in the city as well. Friendly, polite and social - love to chit chat over a wine but also enjoy personal downtime.
Hi, We are an Australian couple originally from the small country towns in the Southern Highlands. Chris is in sales for software and I am in sales for wine and also pursuing acting. We both work Monday-Friday. We are of mature nature and our lifestyle reflects this, so we are more keen on living with people older say late 20's to early 40's. We like healthy living and go to the gym together. We don't want a party house, dinners and BBQ's are fine though. We are moving out of our 5 bedroom place in Leichhardt because we want a tidier/nicer/closer place. We would take care of the lease and fully furnish the lounge/dining and equip the kitchen/laundry with appliances. We are looking at inner Sydney suburbs only for convenience and want to team up with others wanting a modern and clean place for long term stay (1year+). Looking around the price range of $340-450 per bedroom and 4 bedroom minimum house. Preferably with a backyard that we intend to put a chicken coup and compost bin in...because whats not to love about free eggs, birds, and caring for the environment? If pets are allowed we may eventually get a puppy. Some perks of living with us: - I work as a wine advisor so I get to bring home a lot of wine which others are more than welcome to, we prefer red so I will literally give away the whites. - I have a keen interest in interior design so the house will look very stylish - Chris is extremely organised so bills and rent will be dealt with efficiently - We are 6ft+ so can get things from high places for you - We enjoy gardening so maintenance would be fairly simple - Respectful, friendly and clean!! - Will keep to ourselves but enjoy a good chat If this sounds like we could be a good match for living arrangements, shoot me a message about yourself. We are on the hunt for a property now so will be looking to move in around April/May time. Look forward to meeting you, Kate and Chris
Professional. Working in Learning & Development. Positive glass half full person with a great sense of humour. Life is too short to be little! Easy going, social, happy to share an occasional drink whilst respecting privacy & space. Neat & tidy. Will leave your place in a cleaner/better condition than when I move in. Always pay on time.
Me and my friend are looking for an apartment, we are happy to share a twin/double room. Very tidy, easy to get along with. Both working in Sydney area.
I'm Victor, 21 years old and French student in an engineering university. I come to Sydney for a 4-month internship at UNSW, so I'm looking for a flatshare close to the University ! I speak French and English fluently, I like to go out and spend time in the lively quarters of a town. I like running and reading books ! You can visit my Facebook profile at the following address : I just arrived in Sydney, so I would be happy to meet you so that we get to know each other a bit more !
Hello!!! My name is Toni, I'm in my mid twenties and I work full time as an Executive Assistant in the city. I'm also starting my own business on the side. I love keeping fit, socializing especially if that involves wine! I'm very clean and friendly and easy going. Looking to live with some go getting, like-minded people that I feel like are family. Also looking for decent wardrobe space in a modern apartment/house - because not being able to see all my clothes (currently in my room now) are killing me. Yes I know - first world problems?!
23 yo full-time student at Sydney University and working part-time near Martin Place. I'm extremely easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I love share glass of wine and have a nice chat after work/weekends :) Cheers Silvia
Hi, I was born in Seoul, but I've lived in NZ and England for a few years - truly excited to be back in Oceania. I am an active person who likes running, acrobatics, and poledancing, but I can also be as lazy as a pug in food coma. I occasionally enjoy wine but, as I am quite lightweight, it'd be great if my potential flatmates also love sharing a bottle. Due to a short-attention span, I can't sit in front of telly much, but can hold a good conversation. I like meeting people, going for a swim at the weekends, and visiting some art gallery from time to time. I also love animals (I could walk your dog if you have one!) and achieve therapeutic effects from washing dishes. Hope I sound like an alright roomie. Mona
28 year old Brit looking for house share in inner west or city. I'm a social worker! Love wine (sav blanc) my palette is not mature enough for red, music being social and I like to think I can hold some form of intelligent convo!!
Argentinian 33yo. Professional working from 9 to 5. I want to move into a place I can call home. Share an occasional glass of wine or have dinner together. But also independent and respect others space. I love photography and arts. Also I practice aerial yoga :)
Hello I'm Hannah, I'm 25 years old. I have just moved to Sydney and I work full time. I would say I'm a pretty chatty and social person. But I also value down time. I think it is good to have a mix of both in a shared living arrangement. I clean up after myself and know how to respect shared common areas. Looking for a place I can be comfortable in to call home.
**Due to contract ending I'm looking to move somewhere in or near Sydney CBD vicinity by end of March. Please get in touch as i'm currently residing in 2047 area, so won't be an issue to visit available rooms or know of people who like to team up.** I'm Berto from Gold Coast of Macauese descent , wishing to find a room/place or team up within Sydney vicinity. I'm friendly, clean, tidy guy who likes travelling, food and more. I'm happy to cook for myself or others on odd days and up for occasional night out or just stay in and chill on sofa with others watching movies/tv shows. Not only will i be your housemate but also want to know all well so we be comfortable around each other from the get go. Indeed I also respect others personal space and privacy. I embrace diversity and up for making new friends as I am new to Sydney surroundings. I've studied and worked in U.K. since teens but recently back Oz to settle. I'm a self employed mixed media guru although open to many other interest as i like to learn new things. Cheers! :)
Living in shared accommodations in the UK, France, Spain, Canada and Australia I am a great and respectful flatmate. My perfect home is a calm and friendly place with open-minded, friendly flatmates. Preferably females only. I love traveling, languages (speaking 4), learning about different cultures, volunteering, being in nature and dancing mostly Salsa. I am a social person but I also like my quiet me time. If my flatmate turns out to become a friend that would be a big plus ,-)
Myself and my friend Laura are looking for a place to stay for a few weeks until we move up to Cairns. We're Irish and have been living in Australia for the past year and a half. We both work full time in the city and go to yoga every day after work so won't be around much!
Hey there! My name is Marita and I’m 29 years old. Arriving to Sydney on 27th of March. Looking for a room or shared room. I’m moving from Poland to enjoy Sydney and Australia experience for 5 months. I’m a professional, will be working part or full time in place and from home continuing current job. I’m looking for some people and happy people to take me on board! I’m an easy going person to live with. Ideally, I’m looking for a place close to metro or train station. Fully furnished and clean with internet. I love traveling and sport, running especially. Planning on run a half marathon in Sydney so will have a sport mode on I’m vegetarian, I like to eat out, I’m addicted to coffe, actually coffee meeting with friends. I enjoy hanging out with friends and constantly do something! Can’t wait to learn to surf:)
I spend most of my time studying, working, or at uni, but would enjoy going out for a few drinks and some good company! I'm looking to make my next place more of a home, rather than a place I don't like having to come home to. I'm quite, clean, and respectful and looking for a long term lease of at least 3 years in the right place. I work in Bondi Junction and go to university in the city. I would prefer a place in between, on the closer side to Bondi Junction. I would be after a large bedroom (to fit a king bed), and my own bathroom, and a place for my desk that is quiet to study. I would also prefer building amenities such as a gym/pool, etc. I come with stuff for my room and study, and some kitchen utensils (looking things, cutlery, plates).. If you're looking for a team up, please contact me too :)
Hello! My name is Ruby! I'm 22 years old and in my final year of Law and Communications at UTS. I also work at UTS in student engagement and as a research assistant in the Law faculty. During the week I'm not home much but on the weekends I like to hang out, read, watch movies and cook! I'm an easygoing housemate who is respectful and tidy
Originally from London but been in New Zealand for the past 3 years. Moving over to Sydney to start a full time job at a management consulting after finishing my degree in Auckland. Likely to be working long hours during the week but down to socialise and see Sydney on the weekends. Pretty clean & tidy, always keen for a beer & to watch some netflix / sports of any kind. Open to any lengths of stay from a few months onwards
Details about me includes: - name: James Ray; - date of birth: 10/10/1992 (age 24 as of March 2017); - occupation: technical support engineer at Sungrow full-time, and learning C++ and other programming skills to use for local electricity trading with the blockchain; - industry: renewable energy; - Background Nationality: Australian Citzen (born in Katoomba, grew up in Springwood and Winmalee, been in Sydney since I started studying in 2011—finished B Eng in 2014) - days and times for meeting, discussions and viewing: preferably on weekends. I don't drink or smoke. I'm a vegan. I try to avoid imposing my views on others, especially if they don't seem like they'd be receptive or interested in my views. (Doing so is generally a waste of time, I would be better off working on changing myself). I do my best to be friendly and get along with others. As of the 25th of March 2017, I'm working full-time as a technical support engineer at Sungrow, and will probably continue working full-time for the next few months. I'm also learning C++ to use for development of local electricity trading with the blockchain in my spare time. My work days at Sungrow previously varied between two, three and five days per week, depending on demand and staff availability. I do my best to follow Self-Realization Fellowship teachings, meditate and go to a chapel every week (or a few times per week) in Surry Hills for group meditation, listening to a service reading, and chanting. For more information about me, visit Sustergy.co. Currently I live in Surry Hills. I want to live as close as possible to work at 61 Lavender St, Milsons Point NSW 2061, and so that I can live somewhere that is quiet. I'm looking for a place to stay for the long term. Here is my wishlist for a place (most are preferred and not a requirement, althought the more wishes are met the happier I'll be and the more likely I will be to stay long-term!): - have a furnished room with a single bed, chair, desk, wardrobe, and chest of drawers. I'm open to sharing a room so long as the rest of my preferences are met; - have storage space for two bikes (I may be able to get rid of one); - be quiet (ideally no speakers with TVs, computers, music, where tenants use earphones or wireless headphones); - be clean (no problems with pests such as cockroaches, ants, etc.), in reasonable repair (e.g. no leaking roofs, flyscreens so that mosquitoes don't get in), and secure; - have access to a kitchen, bathroom, toilet, and free laundry (i.e. not a washing machine where you put coins in); - have fast, reliable internet that has a data limit that is always higher than the data usage (I don't use a lot of data as I don't watch many videos, download music, or play games); - have some bare soil to put two compost bins on (I make sure it doesn't smell by using a lid and covering it up with leaves or the like, and I don't put fecal matter or urine in) and have some gardening space; - have access to sunlight; - be less than $250/week; - have a landlord who is courteous, willing to do repairs if needed, or failing that, to let tenants do repairs or minor retrofits (like adding flyscreens, wall bookshelves, ceiling fans, external roller blinds, hooks or screws in walls or furniture to hang things); - sharing with spiritually minded, meditative, non-smoking, non-drinking, vegetarian/vegan, conscientious people; - be preferably close to Milsons Pt. Surry Hills is also OK, however Milsons Pt is preferred as of March 2017, as that is where I work; - payment available by bank transfer. Payment in cash only is something that I do not prefer due to tax evasion, inconvenience and insecurity. - OK with regularly letting guests that sleep in vehicles or on the street enter the property to use shared facilities, but not use my room. I am open to finding a vacant place to rent with suitable people who are also looking for a place.
Hi! I recently moved back to Sydney after working in London for a couple of years and am looking to rent a room within ~30 mins commute of the CBD. I currently work full time for a fund manager, so it would be great to find a place that is easy to get a full night's sleep without too much disruption during the work week...but weekend parties are fine!

Hi guys, I work for the Big Four in England and coming over to Sydney on secondment for a few years, ideally looking for somewhere with sociable people who will show me around. Although also like to have a bit of time to myself during the week if works busy. I like to think I'm a pretty decent housemate but I guess everyone says that. Would like to be within walking distance of a beach if poss! Into sport so flatmates with a vague interest may be beneficial but if not as long as you can put up with me talking about it endlessly we should be fine... Would like to look round any potential places when I come over wc 1st May
Hi! My name is Charli, female, full time employed, ex hairdresser now working in an office. Work in CBD, currently residing in Wattle Grove. Looking to move into a new already furnished home exclusively FROM the 1st June 2017 need a bigger room, closer to work. CBD or Inner West is preferable. I've came home from a 3 year stint in the UK in March 2015 and I'm looking to do more travel. Ultimately looking for a long term double bed room furnished or unfurnished with lots of light! I'd love to hear from anyone that's like minded. I'm big on Sunday brunches and try to go on a coastal walk every so often. I don't smoke but I love my wines. I don't have a car and don't want one, so will need to be extremely close to a train station or bus stop. Budget is max $300 (bills inc) per week. I'm easy to live with, clean, considerate and am not much of a partier or socialite when I'm back here - saving all my money for travels! I don't party much, I work alot, but im very friendly. I consider myself clean and considerate. Let me know if I suit your household dynamic! Charli
Hey guys! A little about me, I moved to Sydney from Canada for a digital marketing job last year and I currently live in Glebe. At home I’m either reading, working, listening to music, or netflixing. On the weekend I like checking out movies at the Dendy or going out for drinks. Would love to live in a social house and share dinners, vino etc! Feel free to message me if you have any other questions. Cheers!

Currently in my second year of Bachelor of Business in Hotel management at the Hotel School Sydney in the CBD. I also work at the Intercontinental Sydney part-time (4 days a week). I usually work night shifts while going to class in the morning so I won't be home much. If I do I would be in my room sleeping. I enjoy cooking and a very good cook as well. Would love to share a meal with you or have house dinner. I alway clean after myself and would consider myself to be a clean and tidy person. During my free time, I enjoy watching movies, going to the beach, hang out with friends or just relax at home.
Available on the 1st of April. I am a male 24 years old that recently got out of defence. I work full time and study part time at tafe which means i'll be gone very early in the morning and come home very late.I am an easy-going person. Hey there! My name is Peyton, I am 20 years old from Perth and moving to Sydney in July as i've been accepted into NIDA (National Institute of Dramatic Art) studying acting. I am a chill gal who enjoys meeting new people. I love to have fun and go out on the town but also love relaxing at home. As an aspiring musician/actress I obviously have the best taste in music and films so if you are artsy or love any of those things you are in luck! (P.S I am an avid David Bowie fan!). Some facts about me: Titanic is my favourite film, 80s is my favourite era, I am vintage store obsessed and sweet potato chips are my life. You will also probably get first priority to any shows I am performing in or venues i'm singing at! I'll always be down to binge watch TV Shows. I like to think i'm good at rapping so if you enjoy Kanye, Kendrick or NWA i'm more than happy to jam out with you. I've travelled the world and have lots of experience and understanding in the etiquette of living in a shared environment. I enjoy healthy living, exercising, meditation and I am vegan! So if you care for the enviroment and/or an animal lover, I am probably perfect for you! On the other-hand if you're not a vegetarian/vegan I am also perfect for you as I most definitely won't be stealing any of your food! It's a total win/win. Please hit me up, and I look forward to staring this exciting chapter!

Just started working in the city. I live clean, tidy and I try to stay organised. I like to take advantage of the weekends, heading out, seeing my friends or family, because the week is almost always a grind. I also play soccer, but I'm not any good at it. Looking forward to moving closer to work to make my life easier on those early start/late night days! Cheers :)
Friendly, easy going, and respects privacy. Recently moved to Sydney from Adelaide, hoping that sharing a flat will help me get settled in to a Sydney lifestyle. Recently graduated, working part-time here while looking for full-time work. I'm a fairly quiet and organised yet relaxed person. Not a party-er but do like to have fun. I try my best not to inconvenience my flatmates. I will carry my own weight around the flat in terms of responsibility and am happy to share supplies and ingredients. Flexible with moving date.
