I'll stay at Airbnb for the first week, so I'll move into on 15th Apr as early as possible. @ about me @ * non-smoker * 25 years old Japanese girl * with Working Holiday visa (the 1st year) * love sports and music (both playing and listening to) * about 6 months stay * considerate, tidy and clean @ my request @ * under $200/week * furnished PRIVATE room and OWN KEY * CONTRACT with Residential Tenancies Agreement * all bills included (unlimited Internet with WiFi) * I bring my bicycle from Japan. So there is any place to park it(If no place, in my room) * if possible, gym and pool * I'd like to rent a room in "Preferred locations" but I want to live in ZONE1 or inner half of ZONE2. Feel free to message me if you have any questions!
Hellooo my name's Maddie and I'm a QCA (Griffith) student doing my Bachelor in Design (graphic design and interior design majors) I stay in my room a lot, a bit like Harry Potter in the cupboard under the stairs. But I do socialise, I just sleep A LOT and try to study. I'm in the process of trying to live a ~healthy~ lifestyle after gaining a few kg's after Christmas, it's March now so I don't have the holidays excuse. So I love to go to the gym, hate cardio, love wine. It's a love triangle. I'm an artistic person as well, I love animals, love audrey hepburn, a lot of things that start with 'a' apparently. I'm not a party person. My mum thinks I'm pretty cool too. I'm looking for a home with some gal pals or guy pals, not really picky about that, as long as you're nice and don't eat my snacks. I am hoping for housemates around my age so I can form friendships as well and relate to the young adult struggles. My partner usually sleeps over one or two nights a week, he's pretty laid back and respectful. I'm wanting to live somewhere newish and with a lot of light and white walls. Picky, but I need the lighting for art projects at stuff haha. Anyway, hopefully, we can be roomies and have many wine times together and deliver good banter. Also if you have pets, massive brownie points for you. :) Also if you don't have the early bird like me 100% feel free to find my social media to message me. Just search “Maddison Field” use them FBI skills.
My name is Brooke, I am a 19 year old working full time in Brisbane City. I am looking for a place close to the CBD and public transport, I would enjoy living with someone easy to get along with, laid back and relaxed lifestyle. A bit about myself; I enjoy a relaxed week, consisting of movies and cooking/baking after a long 9 hour day. As I am working full time I like to make the most of my weekends; usually heading down to the beach, to gigs and festivals and always having a few casual drinks with friends. My hobbies include; baking, animals and painting/forms of art from time to time. I am tidy, reliable and a fun, easy to live with roommate who tends to keep to myself but always up for a movie and some friendly banter around the house (:
I am a Turkish lady working as a civil engineer. I am 25. I like to chill&drink on weekends. I love meditation and I love doing yoga. I love nature, I love jogging ,running and hiking. The "home" must be clean and tidy. I am an ex-smoker, I don't prefer to smoke indoors, but smokers don't bother me. I love socializing and making new friends. I always love meeting with new cultures. I love all the animals so pets are not a problem for me. I'd love to live with them. I want to stay with people who are clean, friendly and funny.
Hi! My name is Connie, international student from Chile looking for a place to live and chill. I’m currently studying Medical Sciences at Griffith University Nathan Campus. I'm a quiet girl, friendly, clean, respectful, non smoker and I work night shifts part time at the moment. Hope to find the right place to stay long term :)!
Hi, I'm a 34yo professional that is looking to settle in Brisbane after spending 10 years in Western Australia and 3 years in Victoria. Looking for a place with friendly relaxed people and that is relatively close to the Brisbane CBD for a short commute (hopefully by bike or foot) and so that I can enjoy what this beautiful city has to offer. I’m locking work in right now (9-5 in the city) with some travel from time to time (I’m a geoscientist). I've spent a lot of my adult life in share houses so it's something that I prefer over living alone. Do like to socialise and get to know my flatmates but also happy rolling by myself and working on my hobbies. Although I am a lover of outdoor activities and adventure...I am starting to find myself mellowing in my old age and becoming a bit more of a homebody! 😮 I'm not looking for a party house but I can definitely get on board with a get-together or party from time to time. I can go for stretches of time focused on relaxation and fitness, and then periods where I am intensely focused on hobbies such as hiking/skiing/salsa dancing. I'm open minded and I try to be positive and supportive of those around me. It's important that I find a chilled, drama-free house-hold ideally with 2 others. I have a car which is my freedom machine and sanity, so finding a place with adequate parking is a must. If I sound like a good match, please get in touch! Would love to meet you.
I’m a Canadian backpacker coming from Southeast Asia. I’ve lived out of home for a year prior and was an excellent tenant, never late on rent, keeping the space clean and always cooking the tastiest food. I’m looking for a space to call my own at the moment as I find a great job, in the meantime I have a pile of savings to last me for awhile. My ideal space is chill and cozy. Being friends with my roomies would of course be a plus but not a necessity. I’m not picky on the size as I don’t have much stuff and I’m pretty big on minimalism. Feel free to message me so we can see if we get along!
*AVAILABLE NOW TO START RENTING* Quiet couple. Flexible schedule - require ability to easily come and go from property. Looking for short term accommodation until we sign a new lease unless we find a long term arrangement through Flatmates. I work part-time and will start study in Semester 2 and my girlfriend Alex works casual/part-time, she is starting her TAFE course mid year. We both have active social lives but don't frequently have guests over. Rather we will be out of the house a few evenings per week, either meeting new people at language classes or having drinks with friends. Our previous lease ended Thursday 7 March, so we're needing short term accommodation until we sign a new lease within a couple of weeks, unless we find somewhere through Flatmates quickly that would work long term (6months+). We both have past rental references available. Thank you, Jack & Alexa :D
I enjoy live music and a beer, I’m chilled and social, like to cook and entertain, and spend the weekends highlining in the mountains. I'm clean and tidy and used to living in share houses. I just finished up with my marketing agency (sold it), and have moved to Brisbane for 3 months before i move to NSW for the ski season. In the next few months I have slackline instructing work and casual event work lined up.
I am timid and quiet by nature and spend my time learning piano or playing games. I make it my goal to get along with every person I meet. Looking for somewhere to base-camp while I look for work in Brisbane.
Hello; My name is Carlos and I am a spanish boy who I have just arrived to Brisbane. I am 33 years old and I was working in Spain like Engineer but I decided leave my job for came to Australia for improve my English. I am going to study a General Course of English for 9 months, but I am looking for a room from immediately to 30 of June, because I am going to make a break to travel in July and August. (Ps I’m the guy on the left) How u going guys I’ll be making my way over from Canberra late April/early May so I thought I’d jump on here to see what’s available. It’s a bit difficult not being able to physically meet and check out the place since I’m 1000km away but if anyone is willing to offer, I will shout you food for the rest of your life. That’s my proposition. I’m open to anything, just as long as there is plenty of parking out the front. I do have a massive 8x5 tradesman tool trailer hooked on to my Ute most of the time. So that’s my only concern. A good spot to settle down in bris for the first couple of months as I set myself up would be great. About me, 23, full time qualified tradesmen(carpenter). Bit of a footy head and love a few beers or a dozen. Honestly I reckon “I’m not that bad a of a roomie” says the boys back home. I don’t know what else to to say here but if you want to know more , I’d be glad to have a chat 👍🏽 Nel
I’m super clean and friendly. Looking for a home as opposed to a house. I love gardening and cooking and animals so it needs to be pet friendly! I’m respectful of other people’s spaces and keeping common spaces clean, I’ve been in sharehousing for 3 years now.
