I'm an interior design student at QUT and I paint as a hobby. I'm a bit of a hermit during the semester, but I enjoy sharing a chat or a drink after classes in the afternoon. I've been renting and living in sharehouses for 5 years now, so I know the drill with paying rent and bills, and I'm good at sharing spaces and keeping things tidy.
My name is Lorena and I'm an international student at UQ. I'm looking for a long term place to be my new home. I prefer somewhere quiet during the week so i can study but i don't mind spending time with roommates in the weekend.
I am a Kiwi living in Aus. I’m friendly, clean, respectful, have lived in many share houses, know how to have fun and also be responsible. I’m single, don’t like putting up with bullshit from disrespectful and untidy flat mates. Just need a nice comfortable place to call home for either a good time or a long time, not too fussed on the duration of the stay. Would love to be long term if it’s going good. Males or females not too fussy just as long as you’re respectful!
Hi 😁 My name is Jasmine, Half Ukrainian and I am a first year University student at KG QUT, looking for accommodation close to the campus! I’m respectful and quiet, I love going shopping on the weekends or visiting friends in my spare time
Hi! I'm looking for a nice place to live close to Milton. I have good references from my past landlords and flatmates. I always try to keep the house tidy and clean. I'm studying Mondays and Tuesdays and working full time most evenings. I'd like to live with people around my age that enjoy outdoor gym, video games, long chats and learn new languages (I'm Spanish). I find almost every single geek thing interesting. So, if you passion isn't in my list I probably will give it a go. I'm really open-minded, sociable, pet friendly and LGBT friendly. I'm a fan of laughing and having good moments with some wine but I'm not a party person. Also, if you think you drink too much I probably won't be too keen. I'm open to team ups and get a whole unit with somebody else. I just need a good quality/reasonable price accommodation where to live in the long term. If it sounds good don't hesitate to send a message. I'm pretty flexible if the offer is good! See ya :)
Hi I’m Catarina, 22 years old and from Germany. I’m an open minded person and would love to meet new people !! I like to go to the beach and shopping on weekends, also sometimes to party :) but I’m also a very chilled person who love evenings with good talks, some snacks and Netflix! Back in Germany I have three dogs and miss them a lot, so if you have a pet it would be amazing and no problem! :) I’m looking for a room close to the inner city Brisbane and can’t pay more than 120$. I’m a backpacker at the moment and want to settle in Brisbane. I could move in around March
I’m looking for somewhere to live that’s a little closer to work- preferably within 5km of the CBD. While I’d prefer to live by myself, I’d happily consider living in a two bedroom place with the right person! I work full-time in the city and so will spend most evenings at home or visiting family. Im social, but will happily give you space if you have guests coming over or just need some time to yourself. I’m trained in both First Aid & CPR and Mental Health First Aid. I cook most nights as its cheaper than eating out but I love ordering some cheeky Thai every now and again. I have my own bedroom furniture and tend to be pretty self sufficient. Although my bedroom may be a little untidy at times, I’m always sure to keep common areas and bathrooms clean. Message me if you’re in one of my listed areas! Please keep in mind I’m looking for female only accommodations and would rather have no more than 1 roomate at most. 😊
My name is Hannah, I am a full-time professional and continue my studies on the side. Although I work in the city, I'd much prefer to live in a more spacious and quiet suburb. I'm a non-smoker, extremely clean and minimalistic, I live a healthy lifestyle and I love to cook. I work 8-5 throughout the week, gym in the afternoons and study at night. On the weekends I'm social and active, I love the beach, exploring and having a couple of drinks with good company. I am looking for a spacious and modern place to share with another full-time professional, but I'm in no rush. I'd like to find the right type of person, so please contact me if you would like to catch up over a coffee. Thanks!
Hey guys I'm currently studying 3rd year full time (double bachelor of creative industries/business at QUT) and working part-time in retail. Looking to move closer to uni into a shared house. I'm easy going, keen to make friends, would love to live in a sociable environment where we can have a chat or hang out occasionally. But also love my own quiet space to relax and recharge in-between. In return i'll be respectful of your space. Usually pretty busy with study and work but every now and then I like to have fun and go out to gigs/have some drinks/outdoor activities/anything involving food etc. I have a 14 year old dog Missy the border collie who i'd ideally love to bring with me (she's usually an outdoor dog). But if that's not possible she can stay at my family home. If you want to know any more just ask!
Hi there! I'm an 27-year old female from Sweden who´s looking for short-term (3-4 weeks) accommodation asap in the Brisbane area. I´m used to sharing and are very respectful, tidy and considerate. If you have something that might fit, then I would be really glad to hear from you.
Currently looking to move closer into Brisbane due to work. I am 39, a non-smoker, and do enjoy the occasional drink. I am a relatively quite person and easy to get along with. I go to the gym at least 5 times a week and enjoy cooking when I feel inspired.
G'day g'day, Twenty-three year old from the Sunny Coast here. Having just arrived home from the vortex that is Central America, I'm putting in the hard yards to earn back all that I've spent on tacos and tequila, but am currently having to commute to Brisbane for work. Open to residing just about anywhere reasonably close to the city. Not wanting to lock down anything longer than a six month stay at this stage, and ideally would like to stay off the lease as I'm not sure what the later part of the year holds for me just yet! Flexible moving dates between Feb and March 2018. I'm super easy going, friendly and open minded. I work in the disability support field and currently care for a legendary little dude in Greenslopes, but have a crack at music production/DJing on the side. Bonus points if you share a passion for bangers! Also love travelling, having a yarn, brewskis, cooking up mad vego meals and I'd love to meet ya mates. I'm looking for a somewhat sociable home where a drink/laugh/meal can be shared every so often. I've lived in all sorts of beautifully sticky situations, from a 1984 Ford motorhome with five of the best lads you could know, to a four bedroom flat accommodating fifteen big personalities and a colony of small rodents (it was as fun as it sounds), so I'm very used to sharing living space while also being considerate of other's needs, privacy and belongings. To be honest, those I'm sharing with matter much more to me than the place itself. I'm all for sh*tholes with good vibes! If you reckon I'm fit for the job, I'll be going off like a bucket of prawns in the hot sun to hear from ya. Lucy x
Hi! I am a clean, considerate tenant. I have lived in a sharehouse for four years but now that I am a young professional (recent graduate in finance and economics) I would like to rent a two bedroom apartment with my friend. Hobbies include reading, netball, chess, hiking, volleyball, snowboarding and knitting (I took it up while listening to lectures in university). Please consider us as tenants for your property and if you have any questions or would like to meet us, please do not hesitate to do so.
Hello, my name is Sally and I just graduated from Bond Uni, plan to move back from Gold Coast to Brisbane to be close to my friends because I used to study at UQ for two years. I’m a easy going person, currently focus on my academic English language test so I need a quite place with good internet for daily practice. Normally I would like to spend time with my friends at weekends to hang out, jogging or hiking. I come from China, can speak Chinese, English and Korean. And I would like to find a ensuit or own bathroom room. I would happy to talk with roomies at any time but also respect the others. If you have a great house to share please let me know, I’m currently live in Gold Coast but could drive back to Brisbane every three days. Thanks
Hi, I'm easy going and easy to talk to. During the day I'm usually just at work then I generally have training for netball of nights. Willing to cook etc, I am extremely clean and will do my own washing etc. Looking for something long term but happy with anything at the moment. Am hoping to move asap.
Heyo! I'm in my final year at UQ studying community development and economics. I have an obsession with food and love a casual bev every now and then. I will cook food that will make the whole house smell delish. I love living in social houses and having a good laugh but love my own space and respect other people's space. I'm no bullshit so ask me anything :)
I'm moving to Brisbane in February. I am originally from Melbourne but have spent the last 9 months living in Canada. I am tidy, respectful and social person who also likes having some downtime. I enjoy going to the gym and drinks after work and on weekends. I'm a little bit past my partying days so i'm looking for a chill, quiet yet social house.
Hi, I’m clean, quiet and respectful. I work part-time and I study at uni. I mostly keep to myself, I like to watch movies, TV shows and hangout with my friends in the city. Please message me if you’d like any info about me.
Very active person pretty laid back. I'm involved heavily in Paralympic Soccer and helping other young kids with disabilities coaching them as well. I love to hang out grab a drink and chill out most weekends or chill out for a night in! But also very mindful of when you need your privacy and such. I’m looking for somewhere where it’s in the middle of everything and has got good public transport system for me to get to work and save driving from time to time.
Hey! Looking for a couple of decent girls/guys to start a new share house with. (I'm the one on the left) I love a bit of banter, a drink or two and to put on some tunes on the weekends but definitely enjoy my own downtime too so no worries there. Ride a motorbike so hey if we've got that in common it's a bonus! I'm a full time childcare worker (but trying to get into an apprenticeship) so rent/bills are always paid on time. Not interested in anyone who hasn't learnt how to clean up after themselves. But other than that, like to keep things pretty easy going. It made me pick a move date, but really in no rush, just depends on others. Would love a place with a deck/outdoor area to hang out in. Keen to meet some new people and set up a sweet new home. Hit me up for a chat :)
Hi, 29 year old female, working full time in Brisbane CBD. Looking for a new home, easy going, clean and respectful. Enjoy keeping active and socialising, but also enjoy a night in binge watching tv with a glass of wine.
