Not a big partier, like going to the gym through the week and socialising on weekends. Like my own space but also don't mind a chilling out and having a chat.
I am looking for a single room close to the city (1 - 4 km). I am tidy and clean girl, so I would like to live with people how are organized as well. I work most part of the time and going to the college 2 days per week.
Hi, I'm Kaz, I'm 45 and work full-time in a popular retail store in the CBD. I recently transitioned from the military back into civilian life after 7 years service and have been living in Brisbane now for about 8 months. I frequent my local gym either before or after work. On weeknights, I enjoy a balance between relaxing with my roommates watching whatever happens to be on the box or chilling in my room reading a good book. On the weekends, I like to get outdoors (usually hiking) or relaxing at home working on my online business. I'm a pretty easy-going person and am very easy to live with, compromise is a skill I possess in abundance. I enjoy living in a clean and tidy environment and always clean up after myself (good military discipline), although I'm not a neat freak and am pretty relaxed and flexible with sharing household chores etc... I am tidy and respectful of shared spaces. I am very proactive at getting out and socialising with friends or to meet new people, but I also like to form solid friendships with those I live with, if possible. I hold integrity, respect and honesty in high regard as these are values that I continually strive to embody. I like to eat relatively healthily and prefer to prepare my own means most of the time, although I do enjoy having the occasional meal or drink together. I have a large s/steel fridge/freezer if needed, as well as a front loading washing machine. These will be sold if not required. I have no pets but I have a weakness for cats, they make me melt. Sorry, but I'm not a dog person. I am a lesbian woman and am looking for a room to rent with other lesbian/bi women.
I’m a mature 23 year old. I’m professional within the logistics/healthcare industry, often working 12-13 hours a day Monday to Friday. I like to live as much of a healthy lifestyle as I can, I enjoy going to the gym in my spare time. I consider myself very respectful and easy to get along with. I don’t party often at all but don’t mind a few drinks here and there. I’m tidy and enjoy having a laugh but at the same time respect others privacy. I have recently gone through a break up with my daughters mother, this room will be just for me though. I’m looking for somewhere to focus on my goals and get back on my feet. Thank you for reading! Get back to me if you have somewhere that might suit me 😊
Hi! I am a post-grad uni student and I also work for the QLD government. I have lived in Brisbane for over a decade. I enjoy music, art, fashion, reading. Currently in a house which is splitting up and looking for a new one somewhere not too far from the CBD (hopefully). I am a helpful, honest, respectful, tidy and chill housemate :) I would prefer an unfurnished room as I have a few items of furniture that would otherwise need to go in storage (bed, chest of drawers, desk, two chairs, bookcase).
Clean, happy, friendly and creative couple, looking for a chilled place to stay. Hi we are a couple of European Backpackers working full time in the City. I am from the UK and my partner Jeremy is from Belgium. We are both working full time during the week, but will never say no to sharing a glass of vino! We are chilled, happy, like watching movies, going out and exploring what the city and surrounds have to offer. We are not huge party people during the week as we work, but defo up for the occasional night out! We have shared small and large house shares with people all over Aus, and we have never had any problems, we just like making friends! We are looking for somewhere, that we can walk into the CBD, (within 35 - 40 minutes walk of the CBD). We have had some problems with our car, so we are wanting to sell to a mechanic, but due to this we need to unregister it, so require off street parking for a short while. We both have jobs. Aimée has a 2 month contract with a possibility of extending to contract. So we would like to find somewhere for her minimum contract period with the possibility to extend up to 6 months. We just don't want to sign on a place for 6 months without a guaranteed income, so if you can be flexible with that, we are your people! We look forward to hearing from you!! Thanks for reading! Aimée and Jeremy :)
Hello, Myself - Lucy - and Louie my three year old Schnoodle are looking for a home. I'm currently living in Chapel hill and would like to stay in and around this area. I enjoy both the peace and quiet of my own company as well as the company and conversations with others. I live a healthy life style, practice and teach yoga, as well as enjoy having a red wine on occasion. My family lives on the Sunshine Coast, so I travel there whenever I can. As I do spend a lot of time at home, I would prefer to live with others who work fulltime. You must love dogs! Louie is a very affectionate high energy loving individual whom would appreciate copious amounts of hugs and long walks. He also wouldn't mind living with another furry-friend (dog). Looking to either find an already existing houseshare, or to start one anew. Warmly, Lucy
Hey, I’m William, I work full time in the city and study on the side. I’m clean, respectful, and tbh rarely ever wear a suit. Have a healthy lifestyle, but more than happy to revert to Netflix cave man. Likely to have a book in my hands during the week, swapped for a drink on the weekend. Like to socialise but appreciate people’s privacy when it’s wanted.
Hi There :) I'm Claudia, a "young" 36 years old and as a profession I'm a life coach:) I'm relaxed, tidy, enjoy my personal space but I'm always up for cooking a family dinner (I'm Australian but I was born in Italy). I have been in Brisbane for 13 years and currently living in the Valley Mall and given that my contract is up soon I'm looking into relocating for although I absolutely adore my flat mates I'd like to live somewhere a bit quieter than the mall lol:). I'm very punctual with bills and rent, clock work, you'll never have to chase me up:) I smoke but obviously I would never smoke inside the house. Please feel free to text me or simply reply to this. Look forward to hearing from you, Cheers!
I'm clean, tidy and clean up after myself. I'm a very social person and very laid back also. I'm not the typical teenager to go out partying every weekend, but I do enjoy having a couple on the weekend to relax. I work long hours so you'll hardly see me during the day. I love going out to eat, and socialising and hanging out with people in general.I also love going to the gym too.
Really clean and laid back. I work and do outdoor activities so I am basically full time busy! But of course I don’t mind a drink or two with my flatmates! I have been travelling for a long time now, so Respect of personal space and different cultures won’t be a problem at all! Cheers, Massimo

Hello! I'm a researcher/research student at UQ, and I also tutor in architecture. I have previously lived on the Gold Coast and in Hobart and I enjoyed it. I'm organized and clean up after myself. I enjoy the occasional chat (technology, education, architecture) but also value personal space. I'm looking for a place to call home - let me know if you're looking for me. :)
Hi, my name is Marina. I'm Japanese uni student and taking a gap year for working holiday. I do love music and movie, it might sounds boring tho... I enjoy trying new things, getting to know people who have different background and sharing cultures. I've studied in Newcastle for a year before, but I decided to come back to Australia again since I do love Australia. And this time I’m planning to work part time and do some internships. Thank you!!!!!
I'm doing Bachelor of Psychological Science in UQ (first-year uni). New to Brisbane, originally from Shanghai, China. I'm tidy, easy-going and respectful for others' personal space. I enjoy cooking and also love dinning out and travelling.
4th Year Physio student at UQ currently undertaking my clinical placement year. Just looking for a place to call home for the next 3-8 months. Happy to bother you as little or as much as you please, so don't hesitate in letting me know if you've got a room up for grabs!
Hello my name is Paige. I'm a very laid back person who loves the outdoors , especially being at the beach and movie nights. I enjoy my own personal space but always up for a chat and a laugh 😊 Huge animal lover even though mine will be back home, open to adventure day hikes and looking for work in my field of study as animals scientist
Ive recently moved to Brisbane to complete my clinical counselling placement and finish my degree. Im vegan and health-conscious (non-smoker, non-drinker) but not a Nazi about anyone elses diet or lifestyle. I practice yoga and would say Im a positive person who always starts each day with a genuine outlook. I am a member of the LGBTI community and would ideally like to live with the same or people who are supportive and ok with who I am. I love a nice home - and while Im not a "neat freak" im still clean and enjoy beautiful surroundings. I am also respectful of other ppl's space and request the same. I am a reliable, tidy, outgoing and positive person. My "partying" days are extinct but still head out now and again when the mood randomly takes me. I pride myself on being honest and value my personal integrity, and would like to live with ppl who have the same core values. Im not in a major hurry to move - so I am happy to find the right place and ensure I will be living with sane, normal, healthy people. I will also message you if Im interested in the listing, so no need to send me any messages. If you are requiring a bond of 2 - 4 weeks? i would also ask that it be officially lodged with the RTA. Just for my peace of mind. And I also have my own internet connection so wouldn't need to contribute to anyone elses. Im also ideally looking for a room with an ensuite or my own bathroom but am aware thats not always possible ... my weekly budget is also bills inclusive and can be upsized if something is amazing. And Im not looking for a single room, furnished room, or to live with couples or straight males. sorry. Ps to all the spammers who are messaging me (and ignoring all of my search criteria) please dont. My profile lists my criteria and Im unsure why your ignoring it. Ive had to block so many ppl and its becoming a real drainer. Chat soon!
