Im easy going. Been in sydney for the last 5 years but moving back to the central coast. Im generally pretty quite but social once i get more comfortable. Very reliable. Looking to rent with people of similar age.
I work full time split shift as a commercial cleaner, I have a great rental record and I pay all my bills on time. In my free time I usually spend time with my puppy, clean the house, cook, dance and relax. I have a 1 1/2 year old puppy who is house trained and clean. She's quiet friendly and is good with young kids once settled. Her only bad side is she likes digging small holes occasionally. I currently live in a house in Narara, the contract is up but I'm able to resign the lease. I do prefer to stay here but I'm happy for any house in the Narara area.
I respect other people and there belongings also there privacy and I'm a down to earth Taurus who will be studying fulltime at Wyong Tafe Tuesday-Friday, so won't be home alot of the time obviously just need a room or something as the place I'm staying in is about to come to a end. I'm a quiet chilled back person and do love pets but don't have any myself.
Hi I'm Adam. I'm looking to relocate to the central coast from Newcastle due to work commitments. I'm looking for a room that includes all bills, and internet/wifi is a must have. Furnished and my own bathroom would be a bonus. From a personal aspect I love sport (cricket, nrl, nfl, nba, ufc), travel and food! Next trip is to Hawaii with my girlfriend in August. I'm an Accountant, but I'm not boring I promise :) Thanks!
Hi, I'm Josh. I'm very tidy, organized, easy to get along with, optimistic and punctual. I enjoy reading (psychology/philosophy), producing music (headphones on so don't worry haha), cooking, throwing things (often whilst cooking) and taking my Vitamin D every day I'm a student studying for my Masters in Audio Engineering full time in Sydney. I hope to find a place close to public transport I also have some very generic furniture and kitchenware if it's needed.
Hey there, I'm a second year nursing student at The University of Newcastle, Ourimbah campus and I work part time in Gosford. I want to move out of home, not looking at anywhere in particular, just somewhere not too far from uni and the beach. I'm bit of a neat freak when it comes to shared areas but ironically my own personal space tends to be quite messy. I'm very easy-going and love going on adventures to explore the wonders of the world. I'm always up for a few drinks and a boogie, but I'm not a major party-goer. So if you have a spare room, hit me up! Thanks :)
My name is Angie and I am interested in renting an unfurnished granny flat/whole or self-contained property anywhere in the Central Coast area within the 2261 postcode or any other suburbs that are not too far from the M1 freeway as my job is based in Sydney. I would prefer that the property has an oven in the kitchen (I'm no Masterchef but I do like baking, so no kitchenette's where this is not possible) and a secure lock up garage for my vehicle . I also wouldn't mind a property with a small yard/garden as I do enjoy gardening. I find it very rewarding and therapeutic 😊 About me; I'm 39yrs young, single, no kids and work full time as a long haul flight attendant. I travel overseas 4 - 5days every week so I will literally only be around half the time. When I am home, I tend to keep to myself and just enjoy winding down. I'm a very organised, house-proud and neat person, and would treat the property as if it were my own. I am actually a home owner myself, however I have great tenants who I don't want to displace and part of the reason why I am looking to rent myself.
Hello! I'm Aaron - I came to Australia on the 14th of January and have been working for a small company in Tuggerah while living in Tascott on the coast. I am mainly looking for a change in scenery and would like to possibly live closer to the city. I am perfectly happy where I am at but I would still like to see what's out there. Thanks! About me - 29 year old American Male, clean, quiet, tidy, and respectful to my surroundings. I do my own chores and don't need someone waiting hand over foot for me :). Music is my forte. I play guitar, write, record music and love other musical activities as well.
looking for a quite place to rest, I'll be spending most of my time there at night and away on the weekends. I'm friendly reliable with payments and trustworthy, looking for stress free family home. Im currently studying at Ourimbah campus where I spent most of my time and work in Sydney on the weekends.
Easy going and clean. Most of the time i'm at Uni or working. Not a party person and don't have friends over. I enjoy staying at home and relaxing while watching netflix. I can cook and do my own laundry and cleaning.
Looking for shared accomodation either on the Central Coast or in the Hornsby area. Currently working on a permanent part-time basis in Hornsby while studying at Ourimbah and living on the Peninsula. I am reliable, friendly and helpful.
I'm 22 and Currently in my last year Business/Commerce I work Full time. I'm a super busy person so I like my down time and my own space but also love a chat and making friends. I'm easy going and love to have fun. I'm also clean and tidy
My name is Ben. and I'm 27. I'm into my fitness, so I'm quite active but also easy going. I'm respectful and positive. I'm definitely motivated and I work hard, especially for the things I want. I currently work and Dominos and live on my own in an apartment in Gosford. It's a nice spot and I definitely keep it clean regularly but the reality is, it's steadily becoming unmanageable financially. The lease ends on June 9th, I've flatted before for 6 months and I quite liked it, I wanted to try the apartment side of things from an individual point of view but I'd like to go back to flatting as it's a lot less stress, a more positive and social environment. It's been nice, I certainly have appreciated the opportunity to live individually in my own pad if you like but at the end of that day I don't think it's for me. Ideally I'm looking for somewhere around Terrigal or Erina, Springfield, Wyoming or Lisarow. My Budget is set to $200PW but will consider upping that if the right opportunity comes along.
I am easy going! Get along with everyone. I'm very quiet and respectful! I don't work at the moment as I am helping my mum out but I am seeking employment and currently receiving centrelink. I don't smoke or party but I do enjoy a drink here and there! I can be a bit of a neat freak at times and love a clean house!
I love cleaning, I have 3 lovely cats who I keep exceptionally clean. I maintain the place I am living in. I'm a bit of an everything person. I love music and art. I am currently looking for work or to get onto a course. I love walking and going to the beach for relaxation. I drive and have my own car.
I am a quiet man who lives a quiet life. I am easy going some say I am lay back, and am very easy to get along with. I am currently employed part time and am looking at studying once settled in a place. I am an active person who enjoys the outdoors and am regularly going away on adventures. I am a very clean, tidy and organised person with a good sense of humour.
My name is Shannon. I am originally from Perth, WA and I've moved back to the Central Coast for a new job in Town Planning and Project Management I work regular working hours Mon -Fri. I like the outdoors and spending my weekends' camping, fishing, sailing or spending time down the surf coast surfing. I'm clean and tidy and feel I'm easy to live with. Basically, I like to think I am chilled person seeking a relaxed and fun house to share.
So . . . I've been house-sharing for the last six years! During that period I've lived with a variety of personalities and realized the need to be giving and considerate of others within the living space. In conjunction with extensive yoga and meditation I work in the disability industry supporting young men with autism and 'behaviors of concern'. Which means that I have SEEN IT ALL and have cultivated the ability to be supportive of others, clean up after myself, whip up a healthy meal to share with others, address issues which require urgent attention, add humour to difficult situations in order to make them tolerable. I thrive on being present whilst others are talking to me, listening to the opinions of those I live with. I willingly poke fun at myself in order to make others laugh and, perhaps more importantly, accept and embrace the emotional highs & lows which are inevitable with being human during this crazy period on the Great Southern Land. P.S. If I can find happiness in Melbourne I can find it anywhere. It's rough down here.
