She is the world to me. Second, i work casual in childcare and i am a law/business student at Griffith. Just relocated back from Melbourne after my work contract ceased. It is important to get a fully furnished place and all bills included (water, power, gas and internet) But, it is not a big deal if internet is not included as well. I would prefer to park my car away from the street if possible. I would respect your place as if it were mine and with that said, you don't have to worry about me at all as i don't do parties, i don't smoke, my partner lives and works in another state so, can only meet him once in a blue moon.
