Hi! I am a part time receptionist who will also be commencing university in August 2017 studying finance and accounting. I am looking for a modern house that I can share with 2 or 3 other females. I would preferably need to have a built in wardrobe or an included free standing wardrobe. I am a very responsible, funny and clean person who would like to share with people who have similar qualities. I am looking for somewhere that would be reasonably quiet as I would be studying in the house. However, I am an outgoing person who likes to socialise so having movie nights and cooking dinner together would be something I would love to do. Please get in contact with me if I sound like the right fit for your share house! :)
I'm a 25 year old backpacker from the UK. I've just spent 4 months on a farm and am now ready to experience city life. I'm currently looking for work, so seeing what's around. I love movies, worked in a cinema for 4 years before leaving home. I attend music gigs and festivals as much as I can/my purse allows me. I don't drink loads, but will happily have a night out with my friends every once in a while, but also like to sit and watch Netflix with a nice home cooked dinner. I can cook, I'm not great but I'm learning a little bit more with every meal I cook. I'm looking for a furnished let preferably for between 3-6 months, as I need to be in Sydney by Christmas, and my working visa will only allow me 6 months with an employer.
Hi, I'm a 23 year old student currently in my masters. I'm undertaking placement in Adelaide. Incredibly easy going,
Hi future housemate! I am looking for a house to move into. It is exciting times for me as im moving into the next chapter of my life. I am hoping to find a great house/housemate to add to my exciting new changes. I am 25 year old and lived in 5 different countries so I know a thing or two how to get along with diverse people and extremely open minded. I love to watch a movie or enjoy dinner together with my housemate but also enjoy my own relaxing time. Please if you think you have the perfect house for me, don't hesitate to send me a message.
I'm a very quiet tenant who is full-time employed at an engineering company and I'm involved in a number of community organisations. I'm very socially engaged and have a very wide and extensive group of friends that I visit however rarely have over. I like watching old movies, listening to old music, and reading old books (there's a pattern there) but I'm very interested in new things and look forward rather than backward. I'm open minded on social issues and enjoy a good belly laugh. I try and keep myself in good condition though I am susceptible to a nice shiraz. A great day for me is breakfast at a nice cafe and a walk or swim at the beach. My life is an open book so if you'd like to know something then just ask me. I'm looking for long term accommodation however never say never. Please note I am not looking for share house accommodation.

Hi There! I'm looking for a housemate (preferably long term) to team up and share a property of which we can choose together, or I am happy to sort out for us. I would like to find a place in the Daw Park/Melrose Park area or neighbouring suburbs (I have a long list of suburbs; south, south west and south east of the city I'd be willing to live in), modern-ish, with 2 bathrooms, air con, low maintenance, preferably a dishwasher, preferably 2 living areas (or a spare bedroom). A house, or a town house, somewhere with at least a little space and privacy. Pet friendly because I will most likely have a cat. I would potentially like to find somewhere soon, but I am flexible with my time frame. I'm thinking somewhere around $400 to $530 ish (total). I've seen some nice places that fit all this coming up around ascot park, edwardstown, millswood, plympton type suburbs recently. I am late 30s. Pretty laid back. No false pretences, I'm very honest, but avoid and don't like confrontation. I work full time despite not wanting to. I can be quite lazy in my free time and spend a lot of it sleeping in and watching tv and movies, if not brunching with friends, so I don't want to share with you if you have a tendancy to be judgey. I'm very close to my family and they may occasionally visit me. I like things tidy-ish and would like someone who will be on my same wave length and help me clean the place when we've decided it needs cleaning (or maybe we could splash out on a cleaner!). I don't expect you to be perfect either. I don't expect you to be cheery all the time..... I'm not. I don't garden, but I do like gardens, especially herbs. I love food and coffee and tend to go through phases of no will power when it comes to food, so again no judgement please. Looove music, but only the good music that I like. Sooo, I've been living by myself for the last however many years and so have all the required furniture, but you might too, so a place with a garage would be good so we can work it out together and compromise and be fair. This, and my love of tv (and not sharing) is why I'd like a place with a second living area or spare bedroom so we could both have our own space to do what we want without being stuck in our bedrooms. We don't have to become friends, but that would be nice.... I would prefer a female, just because I can be pretty shy around strangers, but if you're a guy and you think our personalities will work, I'd be happy to meet with you. I know I said I wouldn't judge........ but........ *not a smoker *not a vegan (I can handle vego so long as they respect meat lovers) *need to be reliable about money. i.e. splitting and paying bills. If you think you could stand to live with me after reading this, and agree with at least most of what I've said. Please email me a bit about yourself and we can arrange to meet. Cheers Margot
Hamish and I are highly respectful of the place(s) we live, especially so if it belongs to someone else. We take pride in keeping shared and our own private areas clean and tidy. While we are relatively quiet and tend to keep to ourselves most of the time, we're quite open to having a friendly chat here and there. We both work 2-5 times per week and I am currently studying in preparation for university in 2018. Regarding our pets, we have a few pet rats that are kept in their enclosure 90% of the time and they will not be entering public/shared areas if you so desire.
Names are Tyler and Ned , looking to either find a 3rd to rent a house with or move in with. Both country boys, very clean , quiet and independent people. preferably a pet friendly house.
Hello! So I'm just here to look for people who would like to team-up and rent a house with me. I'm looking and applying for places now and would like to move in mid-August. I'd like to stay in the southern suburbs because thats where I work and because I love the beach :) What I really want is somewhere I can live for a few years and some wonderful people to share that with. For the house I have my own bedroom furniture, a fridge, washing machine, lounges, bookshelf, coffee table, most kitchen utensils and also have an internet plan. About me, I love cooking and basically anything DIY. I love gardening. I have a boyfriend who comes over a lot and is very sociable. I like my time to myself but also want someone I can chill out with and form new friendships. Please feel free to message me with any questions! :)
I currently live in Prospect, Adelaide. I quit my job, packed up my life, gave my family lots of hugs and moved here in February 2017 from Tumby Bay (near Port Lincoln). I am a huge family person and I call my Dad almost every day. I am currently living with a 23 year old male named Tim he's wicked and my bestfriend in the world, we game and eat dinners together. I'm wanting to move on to an area more quiet/secluded than Prospect. I don't mind living with boys at all so don't be shy! I am very, very clean. Working in Aged Care gave me a big cleaning bug. I have minimal belongings. I have bought a bed while living here which I love and I wouldn't like to part with so I'd prefer a room to be unfurnished! :) I handle responsibility well. I manage bills extremely well and I am fantastic at budgeting. I study Disability cert III at the moment and I am looking to study in January 2018 to further my career to an enrolled nurse and experience more opportunity in the city. It's either that or RN at UNI I still haven't fully decided yet. I'm always looking for a job but I'm not fussed about employment until I've finished my studying. I love to play pc and console games and socialize with my friends over lunch or during weekends when I have time off. I'm fairly quiet most days, I'm not a huge party goer. I socially smoke cigarettes or when I feel really stressed though I wouldn't consider myself a full time smoker. I occasionally drink maybe once a month or if there's a concert/DJ I want to see but I do not drink excessively. Although I don't mind a cheeky wine on a Sunday night ;). I don't spend money impulsively. I'm a huge bargain hunter and SAVERS is amazing seriously I didn't know second hand shops that big existed until a few months ago and I cried. Anyway. I don't do drugs. I absolutely love to cook and eat food but I don't eat red meat though it's totally cool if you do and if you're a vego I'll buy my own frying pan to cook my chicken and fish on don't worry and keep my stuff totally separate don't worry. I LOVE tea. Especially chamomile tea. With like 5 sugars. I am a very easy going, reliable, honest, open and friendly person. I am all about personal choice and I don't discriminate or judge anyone. I am allergic to cats though I can totally live off of anti-allergy tablets if I need to. I love dogs very much. I have my Ps but I don't have a car (I sold it when I moved) :(. I am a huge music nerd and I love every genre. I play the guitar and I sing in the shower. I like to draw and read books. I love to go on walks during sunny days. I am always willing to help out anyone in any way I can and I am very supportive. I 100% NEED the internet as I do study. I love kids. I don't have a partner although I am seeing someone, he's great and you'll definitely meet him. I would prefer a quiet home. I like my own space and I respect other peoples space but I'll also happily welcome you into my life with open arms. I would love for us all to be friends and get along great. I can't think of anything else to write here so message me if you would like to know more!
Need two rooms Have a boarder collie that comes for a few days to visit every month or so Two full time working relaxed guys that dues to unforeseen events now have to find a place asap Very clean guys that always clean up after ourselves and very relaxed
I'm Dawn, a Singaporean dietitian who was formerly a Flinders Uni graduate. I will be returning to Adelaide in mid July, which is the time I'm looking to start the lease. I am an excellent tenant as I always pay my bills on time and I'm a clean and responsible person. Being an avid swimmer, I would prefer to stay near the SA aquatic leisure centre. Also, I would be traveling to the city a lot, so I would really appreciate if the place is located near a train/tram station.
Resonably quiet, easy going person. I enjoy my own space but also enjoy other peoples company. I work a lot, with early starts so I'm looking for someone who doesn't stay up all night on weeknights.
Just moved back to Adelaide to be closer to my family. Looking to share a house with people for both company and to save some dollars. Free of the obligations I am responsible for overall for the next 6-8 months and being as highly motivated and energetic as i am would like to keep distracted during this time Looking for someone who could use some help around the house and with any general assistance they might require. Or just good company!! I do not know many people in Adelaide and due to circumstances need to remain here for the foreseeable future. I am lonely and going bonkers even though I study online and help a good friend occasionally with her small business i am still with too much spare time. For the moment I have no real purpose until my situation finalises around December. So if your a busy or just lonely person who could use a hand or company as well as a reliable friendly house trained tenant to share your home and / or life with no strings attached for the next 6-9 months give me a call
Hey! I'm a 21 year old female looking for long term house share. I work full time so I spend a lot of time out of the house but enjoy relaxing at home too. I love to cook, and am tidy & easy going :) I I am moving with my 3 year old kelpie Narla, she loves a cuddle so somebody who likes dogs is perfect for us to live with!
HELLO!! Your looking for an AMAZING housemate right? Keep reading!! Born in Adelaide and actively looking for a awesome house mate/s to live with. I have recently completed a Child, Youth and Family Intervention Support Work Certificate at TafeSA, working part-time at a Record/Music store and doing volunteer work with HYPA (Helping Young People Achieve) teaching students, to get their SACE certificates so they can finish their schooling. I have a positive "CAN DO" attitude towards life, fun, friendly, happy, clean, trustworthy, respectful and helpful. I love cooking delicious food (usually lol), reading, most music, comedy, fringe shows, having a few social drinks occasionally, keeping reasonably fit, the beach for a swim, sports, animals, and most importantly living life!! I own a pet turtle who I've had for about 5 years and he's always hungry... so watch your fingers :) I also have legitimate reference/contact details from my landlord/business owner for your peace of mind. I always pay bills/rent on time and looking for minimum stay of six months or more depending on how things work out. I have been offered plenty of other housing options, but am looking for what best suits me (and YOU), and I'm in no rush to move in with just anybody. I have house shared before and not new to "washing dishes, putting out bins and vacuuming floors" :) I would prefer good friendly housemate/s who can get along, socialize and have a laugh with from time to time, but also respect space and privacy. I will do my best to reply asap to any questions etc, good luck.. :)
Hello future housemate(s)! I'm a full time, first year student studying Arts at Flinders, and I moved from Tasmania three months ago. I'm easy going, open-minded, friendly, clean, tidy and respectful. I like to give things my own flare but I'm also very conscious and considerate of others. I'm quite social so I'd definitely be keen to hang out sometimes but I also respect people's self time and boundaries. I am passionate about art, human rights , music, travel, learning and am keen to meet new people! I love crafty things, indoor plants and food! I also have a small freelance apparel embroidering business which I try and balance with my uni :)

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I appreciate it. PS the 200 maximum rent per week is each. And also the move date i have no clue about so i just put my birthday haha.
