Do you have a flat bit of land where I can park my House/Caravan? I'm a 49 year old nurse with background in travel and tourism. My 2 kids have grown up and I am building a Tiny house on wheels (THOW) for me to live in once completed. My 11yr old dog is friendly and quiet but does like to hunt cats, possums and birds (although she is way to slow to be successful). I am looking for a place to put my Tiny home which will need connection to power and water but not sewage as I have a composting toilet. Do you have a big back yard or paddock with easy access to park my Tiny House (approx. 7m long x 2.4m wide x 4.1m tall) on, with me living in it? I basically BYO my own room and if connection to power is a problem contact me anyway as I am looking at getting solar panels installed. My dog and I are both low maintenance and like to live healthy lifestyles but not fitness fanatics. I'm a very positive person, happy and friendly and value respect and honesty. I want to live sustainably and love nature. A fenced yard for the dog is preferred but I would also be able to put her on a chain or create a run at the right property. Send me a message if you think you can accommodate me. My THOW can help pay your rent or rates and you can still rent out that room to someone else.
I'm a clean and tidy guy. Easy to get along with. Good physical and mental health. No baggage. Currently living on the Mornington peninsula in a share house and wanting to move closer to the city. I do need a place to keep my motorbike.
I'm a quiet guy and usually keep to myself but I don't mind hanging out once in a while if you're up for it. I tend to get along with others quite well. I don't smoke or drink. Bit of a neat freak and I tidy up after myself. Loves food, movies and pets
Hi there potential landlords or housemates, I'm a female, 37 year old (young at heart) friendly and clean. I am a great housemate/tenant because I can adapt to any situation and place pretty easily without complaints or stress! I want my future house to be a home not just accomodation! I want it to be my sanctuary where I feel safe and peaceful. I don't mind what age you are or what you do or don't do.. that's your business! I respect ones privacy and also am happy to socialise or have a chat every now and then.. I also need privacy lol. I'm honest and direct. I prefer to sort out any problems immediately and believe trust and honesty would be very crucial if sharehouse is to run smoothly and harmoniously. private person but occasionally. I'm a huge dog lover!! I have a small/medium female dog whose 13mths old and super friendly towards humans generally to other dogs however she's been attacked a couple of times and can get protective of herself hence quickly when playing too roughly. She plays with bigger dogs better too. She is well taken care of and I clean up after her. So I do require some type of yard space. Doesn't have to be huge but a normal size backyard with grass not concrete!! The bigger the better though! We currently live in an apartment so it's not suitable. I have to move ASAP due to a bad break up and currently living with a family friend in Doncaster but I've overstayed by 2 weeks already to finding somewhere suitable is detrimental!!! It doesn't have to be available right now but not much longer than a couple of weeks time would be good. Just need to let friend know I've at least secured a place. If you'd like to know anymore pls feel free to call, txt or message on here. Thanks. Hope to hear from some good sorts... Cheers 🙂
Hi there, I'm open minded, flexible and adaptable. I'm interested in a wide range of subjects from music to art to social justice. I have family in the area and have moved from Bendigo to be closer to them, originally growing up in the Yarra Valley. I live fairly quietly at home and enjoy my own space, as well as sharing a meal occasionally and interesting conversations.
Leah & Yogi. Female, 33, works in hospitality. I have an absolutely amazing dog who loves everyone and everything! Enjoy a beer or wine with friends and maybe a nice cooked dinner. Love sitting outside relaxing... work a lot of hours but try to enjoy the time I’m not at work.
Have been renting in Ringwood for a numbers of years. Relocation required due to sale of property. I need to move by mid April but am hopeful of finding and moving to new accommodation sometime in the near future. I'm independent, reliable and responsible. I love animals and although l don't own a pet l would welcome the opportunity to befriend yours. An intellectually curious person who enjoys learning new things and am happiest when l have a new project of some sort on the go.... classes, courses etc. l'm currently delving into the world of bee keeping. I don't own a hive but would be happy to start one should this be compatible with the situation and all concerned but definitely not a necessity. Enjoy to cook, trying out new recipes etc. and sharing with those around me occasionally. I work full time in Richmond for a well known company in administration, customer service and account management. I live fairly quietly. Don't hold wild parties etc. I don't do drugs and am not interested in living with those who choose to use. Looking forward to finding my next home and meeting those l will share with. Please feel free to shoot me questions if you wish. Cheers, Vicki
I'm pretty outgoing and always up for new adventures. Enjoy making new friends & learning new things. Generally fairly active and like to anything once, but can be quiet and relaxed and a bit of a bookworm. Any excuse to be outdoors where possible. I'm from the UK looking to complete my Pharmacy registration in Australia but also have family close by so may not be around all that often as I'll be helping out with them as well as attempting to get settled. Pretty easy to get on with and flexible. Easily approachable and honest.
First things first: I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my second cancer removal surgery, scheduled sometime between Feb-April 2018. I keep to myself, friendly and quiet. I clean up after myself and can cook. I work full time, been at my place of work for over 7 years. 40 years old, recently divorced. I host my own radio show on community radio, Apple 98.5 FM, located in Bacchus Marsh. Back in February 2017 I had major surgery to remove cancer from my body, with a temporary stoma put in while my rectal area repairs itself. In May I began aggressive chemo treatment for the second time, which completed in late September. On Jan 23 2018, it was discovered that cancer has unfortunately returned to my body. Tests will commence ASAP with surgery and more chemo to most likely follow. The person(s) accepting me into their home (if that is the case) will need to be aware of my health issues and be understanding and ok with it. I am also a high functioning autistic, better known as Asperger's. Doesn't really mean anything, doesn't affect anything in any way, just best that I mention it. I'm currently living at both my father's house in the eastern suburbs, and a share house in Darley (Bacchus Marsh). A transition period, where my father wants me closer to him while I go through the things I'm going through at the moment. However eventually I need to make a decision on where exactly I want to be living. I won't be wanting to move into a new place until after I have recovered from my 2018 surgery, which will be anywhere from Feb-April.

I’m caring , trustworthy and also a very clean and respectful person. Have been looking after my grandparents for the last three years and now are in palliative care , So I’m looking to either share or team up with someone for minimum of 12 months . I’m quite busy with work and other commitments - usually work 7 days a week , I will also be going back to study part time mid year, I also volunteer for the RSPCA . I have fur babies of my own they are well behaved/trained and like to be outside, so somewhere with some greenery would be nice and I also appreciate a nice nature settings to just chill and read a book or play with my cats in the garden. I prefer to live with mature people/students/professionals/animal lovers/ people with etiquette and respect for others .
Hi, i'm an easy going generally quiet guy who likes to have a laugh and loves playing music. If your a music house that has room for a drummer then hit me up. I'm clean always pay on time.
I am mature, responsible, respectful, clean/tidy, quiet, friendly, pay all rent/bills on time and in full. You will never have a problem with me. I normally stick to myself but love a friendly chat also. I currently live in a sharehouse but unfortunately due to circumstances i'd rather not advertise on here(happy to discuss in messaging); i'm forced to find alternative accommodation. I need to find a place to live URGENTLY! I do not study or have a job but I am looking to find a job ASAP. I do however have a stable income and will not have any problem paying rent and bills long-term. I also have multiple goals i am striving to achieve. If you choose me, you will not be disappointed! Thank-you for reading and i hope to hear from you soon.
Hi, URGENT .... LOOKING FOR A HOME ...I AM VERY EASY TO LIVE WITH AND HAVE A GOOD SENSE OF HUMOUR... I am looking for a nice relaxed place to live, I would like my own bathroom, and I am very flexible with the location I am more interested in having a home rather than just a room. I am a writer/director working on the third draft of an Aussie Comedy hoping to shoot the film early 2019, I am in the process of raising the budget. I am a clean tidy considerate person who has a great sense of humour, I like a laugh a meal and a glass of wine, but I also value my space and give you yours, I also pay my bills and rent on time. At the moment I will be writing from home so a study or my own lounge, or even granny flat or studio would be helpful but not a deal breaker as I am looking for an office this year. I am studying film editing on final cut pro. I do have a 12 year old WELL TRAINED AND LOVED DOG AND A LITTLE BLACK CAT so it's important that they have a little space and are safe. I am flexible with moving dates bathroom and budget. Cheers Peita:)
Im fairly chilled easy to get along with. I have my daughters every second weekend. I've just broken up with my partner so my own house isnt really an option for maybe 6 months to a year. MY DAUGHTERS are super well behaved. Look forward to seeing you.
Hello, my name is Finn Rowley, I am a 21-year-old female currently living in Brisbane and wanting to relocate back to my home town Melbourne. I work full time as a nanny and love having fun with friends on the weekend but also like to stay at home. I'm a respectful, super neat and tidy, non smoker person who's super easy to get along with! Would prefer to live with females :) Hope you hear from you soon! Thanks!
Hi, I am an outgoing and easy-going girl who currently working part time. I like hanging out with friends for a healthy meal or going camping, hiking....I like going to gym and cooking as well.
I work full time and am neat and tidy. Im originally from Ireland and have been living in Melbourne for 3 years. I work in the Doncaster area so a location close to there would be awesome!
I'm looking for a quiet location, with public transport in walking distance, for at least 6 months, ideally near Box Hill or Blackburn. Must be LGBT friendly. Moving date is flexible currently. I'm very clean, neat and quiet. I do not work or study due to diagnosed chronic pain, but my income is reliable. I have been sharehousing for 2 years so far and never had any trouble paying bills. I have my own mattress (it's a really good one), otherwise not a lot of stuff. I don't drive. I am single and I'm a very quiet shy person, though I'm fun once you get to know me! I don't drink or smoke or anything like that. Gluten free omnivore. Happy to share my cooking sometimes if you're up for that, I make great roast pork :) And of course I contribute to cleaning. I like to write and draw on my computer, I enjoy art and I love cats and birds. I hope to live with people who are compassionate, relaxed and responsible. I would like a peaceful home where everyone does their share and has their own space. Am I right for your house? Please send me a message if you have any questions! Thanks for reading!
