Hey there. I'm currently looking for a new home. Have lived in house share environments most of my life, I enjoy being social and friendly. I moved to Bris from n.z last year, so pretty fresh off the boat. I work full-time in construction, and have done for over a decade. I'm always out and about, keeping fit, catching up with mates etc. Early nights during the week for me. I'm clean and tidy. Will always pay rent on time. No drama's with me as your housemate :) If I sound like a good fit please get in touch. Cheers, Jeremy
I'm a fun person to hang out with but I also like to have time to myself. I love baking so chances are if you live with me there will often be some kind of goodies in the kitchen to snack on. I'm a full-time nursing student so I can empathise when exam season is stressing you out, and I'm always down for a wine and a chat.
Hi! I work full time on the southside and I'm looking for some awesome people to find a place with. I'm interested in teaming up with 1 or 2 other girls. I have all household furniture. Preferably would like my own bathroom and am happy to pay extra for it. I like to exercise and keep fit when I'm not at work. I'm quiet and clean to live with, but am always up for a movie night. I also love dogs and hope to be able to get one soon!
Hi Everyone! I am currently wanting to live in the middle of the Gold Coast and Brisbane. I work full time in the finance industry in Brisbane and I am at work quite a lot with different shifts (sadly). On the weekends I love to go on hikes and be out of the house but on occasion it is always good to be alone in your own place/room watching Netflix and cooking an amazing dinner. I am extremely clean and very hygienic when it comes to my home and I respect the space I am in, I love to cook and experiment in the kitchen when I can if I am not too busy. I am looking for a place where I can be alone in a granny flat or some split level but if I did have one roommate I would not mind but I just want an awesome clean place (close to a train station preferably also!)
I am an independent person who enjoys her own space. originally from Nigeria moved to Aussie years ago. am currently working full-time and i work 5 days a week including weekends. enjoy staying in my room watching movies when am not working. am able to do a few cleaning and clean up after myself. Am happy to go for a granny flat or a studio flat is availabe
I am after an existing room to rent, or even someone to find a new place to lease... preferably the second option so we can start fresh. Females only preferred. I am not a party person, I’m pretty clean, reliable and can definitely fend for myself. I’m pretty quiet, but always up for a catch up and a glass of wine or something at the end of the day! Definitely would like to make some new friends out of this anyway. I come with 2 Ragdoll cats (strictly indoor only) who are pretty chilled out most of the time, they just wanna hang out with humans most of the time and love cuddles and scratches! I have put that I am only looking for 6 months at this stage but am happy I am definitely open to staying longer if it’s the right fit!
Hey future housemate!!! Looking for somewhere July 20-ish, message me if you think we could be friends! I study science at UQ, in first year and moved from North QLD. I'm looking for somewhere to live from July until the end of the year. I want to choose somewhere that's not only a place to live but with people I can get along with! I'm fairly social, although I'm at uni all day every day, and usually doing something on weekends. Always up for a chat or some drinks though! I would consider myself mature, and I can't deal with mess so you don't have to worry me leaving the kitchen dirty ahaha. I'm looking for somewhere reasonably priced (max $200/week) will bills included. I think I'd get along best with people my age who are studying or in the same situation! Feel free to message me if you think I could get along with you and your housemates!!
I'm an easy going physio student over at ACU, I like to keep my stuff clean and tidy so there won't be any worries there! Looking for a flat or flatmates to team up with for a place around toowong-ish in june-ish but that said I'm not too fussy on dates at all!
I am a well adjusted guy, who likes his footy, particularly as the World Cup is coming shortly. I am considerate and friendly and aim to be as tidy as I can be. Not always achieving everything but certainly not for lack of trying. Currently I live in Toowong which is an excellent area to live, however my flatmates are not the tidiest of people and I feel it would be better to make a new beginning elsewhere, as I don't need to spend so much time cleaning up after others. Now they are excellent people and considerate in their own way. I look forward to hearing back from a like minded person, I work hard and love to get away from Brisbane when the opportunity presents, like to stay fit and eat properly which admittedly I don't always succeed with and my ideal of healthy eating is really just to eat less of the bad stuff but still eat it, just not in such large quantities as some might indulge. Currently looking at obtaining a new position with the Federal Government so super keen to have a stable home environment from which to better concentrate on succeeding in the new position.
I am a quiet responsible and respectful student who likes to read and write in my spare time. I would like to find a home that is shared with a group of mature aged people. I like to come home make food and to have space... I don't mind socializing when I arrive home but I am more interested in finding people who acknowledge that I need to have space while I am trying to finish off my studies. If I sound like someone who you would consider as a roommate. I will be able to move in by the 16th of June.
I am 19 year-old UQ students and very easy going, clean and tidy person. Flatmates are preferably females. Also I am thinking to live in long-term as long as it is comfortable.
I am employed full-time as a professional which keeps my week days full and busy. I regard my home as my Sanctuary, so I love to create a peaceful environment for myself and I’ve that is respectful of others. I am clean and quiet and live a healthy and mindful life. I spend a lot of my spare time in the outdoors, doing yoga, and travelling.
What makes me great to live with you ask? Well...let me tell you. I'm a stand up bloke, 26 years old, Work as a Commercial Manager in the Construction Industry. I've just moved back to Brisbane after working in Perth for 3 years. I have a Commerce degree and am doing my MBA. I'm a social and outgoing person however will respect your privacy and I tend to do most of my socialising outside of the house. However am looking for folks who enjoy a drink or two after work and wont lock themselves in their room all the time. I am clean however not OCD. Interests are varied I'm into art, theatre and a bit of a book worm however love my sport (rugby and cricket) camping the beach, hiking and 4x4. I'm also a netflix / media fiend currently binge watching Handmaids Tale and Vikings. I travel a fair bit for work so you’ll be without my awesome company now and then. I’m currently in the process of selling my place in Perth and the plan is to buy before the end of the year. However I’m happy to commit to a stay of up to 6 months. I’m also interested in entire places with a few months left on the lease. Edit: I require a place with a carpark if it’s in a busy area. On quieter streets I am happy with street parking.
My name is Laura and I’m a full time child care worker. I moved to the Brisbane area in September of last year because I got a live-in nanny job. I’m no longer nannying and am wanting to find my own space. I’m a neat and tidy 20yo who is looking for her own space and downtime after work but isn’t opposed to having a couple of wines and a chat after a big day! I play sport so am not home that much over the weekend. I do love socialising with others as I’m still quite new to this area and would love to meet some new friends to have a good laugh with
Hi, I’m Sarah! Friendly easy going girl in her 20’s. Work full time, and spend most of my free time away at my boyfriends place in Ipswich. Needing a place to live within the next 5-6 weeks, and open to staying there anywhere from 3 months up until a year + Access to public transport is important. Furnished or unfurnished doesn’t matter as I have bedroom furniture of my own but can also leave that here. Ideally bills will be included as a part of the rent. Open to team ups also! Let me know if you have a place that might be suitable! Thanks :) Sarah.
Hello There, I am a female in my 20's looking for a granny flat or self contained-unit to live in around the Sunnybank area or other suburbs close to Brisbane city. I'm a full-time student studying cello performance at the Queensland Conservatorium for Music in South Bank. I'm in need of a place I'll be able to practice my cello (only during appropriate hours, of course!). I also need to be very close to public transport, as I have no car. I'm friendly and neat, and usually like to keep to myself.
Need 1x off-street parking spot for my car. Not looking a party house, I like my own space, but like to have a chat when others available. Looking for a clean, quiet house. A room with an A/C. Maximum of 3 people or less including me would be ideal. I work full time in the Brisbane airport, so, a house within 30 min from the airport. Happy to pay upto $300 for a good accommodation. Would consider all options, a granny flat, or even renting two small rooms, so I can use the second room for study, TV and to store some of my boxes if its ok with you.
Respectful, generally quiet and mostly do my own thing but also happy to socialise and hang out. I work full time in retail/hospitality and sometimes side as a barista so I’m generally out most days. I try to travel as much as my leave and wallet allows so there’s a good chance I’ll be out a bit. Looking for somewhere to live and maybe make some new friends :)
Hey guys! I’m a super sarcastic, independent, fun-loving, and adventurous person, originally from NSW (sorry in advance for supporting the Blues). I’m a learn to swim teacher, as well as a squad coach for Sam Riley, and I also volunteer for Youth off the Streets. By the time I plan to move in I will have just finished my under-grad in Psychology and Criminology. I’m pretty chill, I can cook and would cook for you, I’m a clean person, and have all my own kitchen stuff and a bar fridge. I love a good house party, but I’m not a big drinker, and I don’t smoke (unless very drunk) or do any kind of drugs (ever), though I am fine with anyone who does. No judgement here 😂 I go the the gym fairly regularly and also love to do Park Run. I have my own car and generally like to come and go as I please, however am never too far from my phone for quick contact. I love dogs and cats, however (funnily enough) I am allergic to cats. Will still give them all of the chin scratches though. I’m planning to move to Melbourne by June/July 2019 to do my Masters Degree in Social Work.
