Im currently looking for a room to rent from the end of this month (June) when I get back from visiting my family 😊 I work as a babysitter and I start full time study on the 14th of July. I’ll also be on work placement with this. I’m very independent and have been renting places on my own until recently. Just looking for an easy going place to live with friendly house mates! I’m pretty quiet and keep to myself most of the time, enjoy spending time with friends and my partner. I love dogs! sadly allergic to cats though. Non smoker/drinker if it’s important 👍

Thank you :)
I’m an interstate transport operator, doing an express/linehaul run between Larapinta and Eastern Creek NSW. I’m not home very much, but when I am, I generally just do my laundry and rest up for the following weeks work. I typically leave one week on the Sunday afternoon, and return Tuesday morning and sleep, then go again Tuesday night. Then I return on the Thursday morning, sleep and go again Thursday night. The week concludes on the Saturday morning. The following week I leave Monday night, returning Wednesday morning to sleep, leave that night and conclude on the Friday morning. I work that schedule pretty much all year, and it’s only different due to public holidays. I need a place where I can lock my car in a garage and also park a prime mover. I do smoke occasionally but not indoors. I drink occasionally but never more than a few because I need to be zero BAC for my job. I don’t do drugs, and get drug tested randomly at work. I don’t require cooking facilities as I generally don’t have time to cook. I’m interested in a share situation where I can have a place to sleep and shower and do my laundry and park my car securely. As you can see from the above, I’m not home much.
I am a very sociable person who is always willing to participate in the upkeep of the house. I enjoy interacting with housemates but also know when people like their space. I work full time during the day and I go to the gym few days a week. I enjoy music and sports. I have moved up from Adelaide roughly 2 years a go to be closer to my daughter. I do have her every second weekend, but please don't be scared off by that she is a really good kid who keeps to herself, and would not get in the way or cause trouble. If this is an issue I have options to help so no biggie. Hope to hear from you and any questions please do not hesitate to ask?
I'm a PhD student who is currently working at Griffith University (Mount Gravatt). I'm looking for an en suite private room or any flat (private bathroom is a must) from 3 September 2018 to 18 January 2019. I will be in Brisbane from 1 to 7 July 2018. Would be enormously grateful if my potential landlord lets me inspect the place prior to my stay. I love socialising, but as a PhD student, I also want more quiet time for my own study. So, I'd rather party outside. I cook very simple things like salad, sandwich, pasta, steak, etc. only, but won't make complicated, greasy Chinese food (as I don't even know how to use a wok). To me, quietness, cleanliness and privacy are extremely important. Thank you.
Easy Going down to earth guy and easy to get along with. I enjoy the occasional netflix and pizza afternoon but also like a great night out. Trying to eat healthy and ultimately would say trying to find the path to enlightenment.
I'm pretty easy going. I like clean and tidy. Absolutely love to cook. Everybody likes their own privacy and space but at the same time no one wants it to feel like they have to no contact with other people your living with. I work alot and schedule is hectic. But I do enjoy a weekend off and a couple of drinks 😊 I also have a dog. His name is Dodge. He is an Italian mastiff x great Dane and an absolute sook who loves attention. His worst attribute is slobbering all over you to get a pat but he had the best nature

Retail-slave on a salary. My three year old son currently lives with his dad. I’m respectful. I have a positive attitude, impeccable hygiene, I’m super clean and tidy. I keep to myself. I don’t own a tv. You will never see my room messy. My carbon footprint is minuscule. I love my indoor plants. Hi I'm Maddie, I'm 21 and will be studying a Bachelor of Education specialising in Early Childhood at USQ's Springfield campus commencing Feb 2019 and am looking for a place to stay near by. I work casually for Goodstart Early Learning and I am putting myself out here early to check out the options available and to also see if I can find people in the same boat to find a place with. I have a pet Bearded Dragon named Calcifer who I adore and who will be moving with me and I would like to have the option to have a parrot, cat or dog at some stage as my course is 4 years long so an animal-friendly household is preferred. I am single, straight, an omnivore, I don't have any children, am a non-smoker, don't do any sort of drugs and don't really drink much. I am a tidy person but certainly not a neat freak. I have pretty basic morals and respect and I will be studying so a quieter more laid-back environment would be nice. I would prefer to find other uni students. I am not fussed with the number of people or age/sex/religion of the people I live with, just the way those people treat each other and each other's property. I am a pretty laid back person and get along with nearly everyone, I haven't met a person I haven't been able to relate to in some way as I have a lot of interests and have had a lot of good and bad life experiences and enjoy most hobbies. I love camping, fishing, bush-walking, boating and exploring; but also love gaming, reading, show and movie bingeing and being a lazy bum. I love most genres of music and you could probably find any song ranging from Disney soundtracks to metal and I'd know it. I play piano and guitar and started when I was 9 with my dad and self-taught from then on. I am a massive animal/insect/arachnid creature lover and have a reptile, native bird and mammal license and have raised, rescued and captive bred then released a number of wild animals. I grew up pretty rural and have always had a decent number of animals around (my parents have cats, rats, mice, guinea pigs, chickens, ducks, pigeons, doves, turtles, snakes and fish to name a few haha). But I have always had a passion for working with children even when I was one. My close friends and family would describe me as a bit geeky, dorky, bogany, princessey, hippy-ish, goth-ish, and a hopeless romantic. I have always been on both ends of the scale and fit equally into pretty much every personality genre but not fully into one. On the same token I am pretty predictable and have a normal routine. House/unit wise I would like to have an en-suite but shared bathrooms are fine, a double bedroom is required because of Calcifer's enclosure and my double bed and study area. Wireless internet is essential for studying and phone reception as well. If you will have a room available or are someone looking for people to rent a house with around Springfield in January-February 2019 and think we would get along please feel free to contact me :)
Recently picked up a full time job at Queensland Rail and looking to move out. Would prefer to move out with one other housemate who is easy going and someone who I can get along with. Don't mind the occasional drink up and social gatherings but also enjoy my own space. Enjoy playing the xbox (fortnite addict), watching the footy, binge watching netflix and chilling listening to music. I'm also all for splitting the house work and cleaning up after ourselves. Would prefer to start a friendship and getting to know someone before moving out with them so send me a message and we can go from there.
I have recently gotten a job in Creastmead for 6 months so I am looking to move to the area. I am still a part-time uni student but am graduating at the end of the year :) so internet is needed for my studies. I would also prefer a place with my own bathroom but this isn't necessary. I am quiet and very chilled, I like living in clean house so I will clean up after myself and keep up with the weekly chores. Im looking to live with somebody around my age so we can become friends and get along with each other and have a chat after work/ Uni :)
I’m mature, respectful, clean and tidy. I’m also easy going and down to earth. I’m social and friendly with a good sense of humour and like the odd glass of wine. My weekends are spent catching with friends and family, exploring new places or just chilling at home.
Hey There, Potential Housemate! So you're looking for a someone to share your place with? Look no further because you've found her! Here's a little bit of information about me. I'm one the most quite people you'll ever meet. Probably. I do sometimes sing in the shower. Previously lived with a shift worker, so I know how to stay quite during the day. I like to read, walk, and occasionally talk. During my leisure time I can usually be found enjoying the words in a good ol' paperback, attempting to knit, or trying to veganise Jamie Oliver's latest recipe in partnership with Coles. I don't drink or do drugs, so , y'know, that's a good thing. I'm not going to toot my own horn, but with my great sense of humour, mixed with amazing housemate qualities, I won't last long on the market! Get in quick before you miss having the greatest housemate of your life! If you're having doubts feel free to contact me via message or phone and I'll put your doubts of being housemates to rest! The only downside to me is I am currently on Centrelink because I'm unemployed. I currently live down on the Gold Coast but want to move up closer to be near family. (Who won't be visiting) TL;DR - I'm a broke student, looking to live as cheaply as possible because I don't yet have a job and Centrelink only stretches so far.
Older model guy. Hobbies pistol shooting and car racing. Financially secure, clean, quiet. Like a glass of wine, educated, well travelled. Non smoker, ok with animals and kids. Sociable but respectful of others. Easy going nature.
I work full time at a dirt bike shop. I am very big on being clean and tidy so I never leave a mess! I am usually a quiet person so you won’t hear much from me while I am home which isn’t often anyway. When I am not working, I am usually always out with friends or just doing outdoor activities. I spend a lot of time out with my dog as well. I do have a big puppy so you must like dogs! He is super friendly and the biggest sook you will ever meet.
Hiii, I am 19 years old and am starting uni in July at USQ in Springfield. I am looking for a place that isn’t too far away from there or somewhere on the train line (not too fussed though). I work in hospitality so occasionally have a few late nights but am quiet coming home, I swear! I am clean (not overly anal about it) and I am quite sociable if I am comfortable. Also if you're a good cook, bonus because I need someone to teach me haha. I’d prefer to live with people who would like to be friends and not just housemates to make the place more fun and comfortable to live in, although as a student I do respect down time :)
I am very friendly and open minded and I love going on an weekend adventure or two, I like having a chat but I also like to stay to myself sometimes. I love going to the beach and just general out in the sun activities, I work full time as a Metal Roof Estimator for a National family owned company and have been in my career for 4 years now. I'm originally from Maryborough/Sunshine coast in my very early years, moved up to Mackay for a year and have been living in Brisbane ever since growing up.
