Easy going, almost 26 y/o, Scottish lass looking for a cozy abode to call my own as I take a leap back into studying. A reliable and trustworthy roommate who is always punctual with bills and rent. Having a relaxing, clean, inspiring home to live in is really important to me. A place where I can have fun and wind down, but also know that I won't be woken up at all hours or stare at an ever growing pile of dishes in the kitchen sink. I'm definitely not a prude - just respectful of sharing spaces with other people. A wee bit about me: The world has been my oyster for the last 6.5 years, from swimming alongside whale sharks to riding the train through the barren desert in America. I won't be short of any tales to tell should you wish to hear them. I'm a very laid back individual making me an extremely easy person to live and get along with - basically I'm a pretty awesome all round housemate to have. Whilst I love to socialise, I can also respect personal space as everyone needs a bit of time to themselves. If I'm not curled up with a book and a hot cuppa (or a glass of red), you'll find me out enjoying a gig or on a spontaneous adventure. Immersing myself in nature, getting creative, being active (my idea of active is yoga, dancing and moderate exercise), cooking/baking, taking photos, slothing in my home watching movies... are among the many things that I love doing. I'm a very open minded person and like to try out new things too. Also...Jimmi Hendrix is King! As I am going to be studying for the next 2.5 years I am ideally looking for something long term and hope that whoever I end up living with will become a good friend (Insert cheesy smiley face here). If you think I sound like someone you'd like to live with then please don't hesitate to ping me a message and ask me any questions that you have. My arrival will be on the 14th of June, so am hoping to arrange some viewings pretty much as soon as I get to Melbourne. Look forward to hearing from you.
Hi! I'm Sido, I'm a French exchange student coming to Melbourne to study at the University of Melbourne for two semesters. I love to cook in my free time and I'm really sporty (volley ball, basket ball, skiing, sailing...). I like to travel and meet new people, I'm really sociable and like to hang out and have a good diner with friends! I'm Sunday brunch addict and I'm always down for a run but I also enjoy relaxing at home in a calm atmosphere! I speak French, English, a bit of Spanish and I'm currently learning Arabic! I really enjoy music (no worries I won't sing ,I'm a terrible singer!), books and good movies. I'm open minded and a bit curious about everything! I'm really interested in environment, sustainable development, food and international relations. I'm eco friendly (vegetarian, farmers market lover...) and I love being outside! I am really tidy and organized. I come from a family of six, I've lived in a host family for a year in the USA already and I also lived with roommate so I like living with many people and know how to respect everyone's privacy. I would like to live with flatmates or in a host family with whom I share more than the rent!

Hi, I will go to Melbourne to work at the University of Melbourne for 4 months. I am planning to arrive in the city in June 20th. I am biologist and I am currently working with seaweeds in my PhD research. I am easy going, a little quite, tidy and clean. I am looking for a place that I can have good experiences with the flatmates and can rest after work and weekends.
Hi there! My name is Nathalie. I'm 20 years old and currently live in Germany. I am going to study Business at Victoria University in Melbourne for one semester, starting in July. I am a tidy and easy-going person who will help in the household and respect others privacy. In my free time I like to enjoy nature, socialize and go out for a meal or have a relaxed evening. As a friendly and out-going person, I would love to explore Melbourne and meet new people on the way. If you have a room for me, feel free to contact me any time. Kind regards
I'm easy, outgoing, drama-free and clean. I'm looking for a long term stay since i'm doing my internship as an accountant. I think its better if you meet me in person. I'm friendly and easy to get along with.
Hey guys, I'm originally from Brazil, been living overseas for the last 12 years, in Melbourne for just over a year and planning to stay. :) I work full time in the Fitness Industry and like to cook and live a healthy lifestyle. I'm very easy going, clean, tidy and considerate of other people's space. I'm sociable and enjoy sharing dinner and a glass of wine, as well as having friends over from time to time, but most of the time I would prefer a quiet home to come to rather than a party one. I'm looking for like minded people to rent a house together primarily but would also be open to rent a room at the right place. ;)
I'm a web developer working in the city. I'm also a singer/songwriter and guitar player and currently studying blues guitar online. I absolutely love cooking, practice meditation and keep fit and healthy at the gym. My karaoke power song is Bohemian Rhapsody! A lot of my social life happens at gigs.. I'm a huge fan of live music and standup comedy! Super chill, drama free, very easy going... pretty to move into a place that has more a home vibe rather than be just renting a room.
I'm Ryan, 25, full time electrical engineer working with robotics startup. I like music, going to gigs/festivals, having beers and hanging out, looking to move into a fun sharehouse where everyone gets along. Looking to move immediately for the right room! Some things that are on my wishlist but aren't deal breakers: -NBN or fast internet -Garage/Shed for tinkering Some things that are important to me: -Unfurnished room - I have my own stuff -Parking (permit/off street or quiet street)
Hey hey! I'm Nesceda, and I'm currently studying theatre and performance at Monash Uni in Clayton. I'm potentially looking to move somewhere in 2018 in order to be closer to university, and closer to the CBD as I spend quite a bit of time out at shows, rehearsals, and also work casually at Athenaeum Theatre. My other occupation is once a week near where I currently live (Essendon), as a venue manager for Australian Girls Choir. I'm very independent and self-sufficient, and enjoy spending time alone. However, I'm always up for a laugh, philosophical chat or Netflix binge. I'm good with housework too, and like to keep things neat and tidy. I'm guaranteed to contribute by responding with bad dad jokes and always being available to give advice. I'd prefer to stay with people close-ish in age to myself. Not a massive party animal, but do appreciate a good time and good company.
Hi i'm new to Melbourne! I'm a Perth girl who's working full-time as a flight attendant so most of the week i'm usually away on work trips. I'm pretty active, enjoy travelling, think i'm a pretty good cook 😀 very respectful, i'm easy going and friendly natured Looking to find roommates who are similar, social but not party animals
Hi I'm Yuki from Japan. I'm easy going and tidy. I work during the week and usually quiet night time. I usually start early in the morning. I enjoy company but at the same time I enjoy my own time.
I'm quite a relaxed person but will be working hard to earn money so I can go travelling. I'm a member of the Trinity College Choir. I love to keep things neat and tidy. I'm the type of person that will give you your personal space, but is also always down to watch a movie, drink wine and socialise.
Hey I'm Chris, a 27 year old audio engineer/music producer originally from Wellington, NZ who's recently made the move across the ditch where I am working as an AV technician in the city. I'm a positive, social and respectful guy who enjoys hanging out as much as I like working on my own projects in my spare time. I'm also tidy, responsible, and always able to pay bills on time! Be great to hear from you, cheers!
I'm a 22 years old guy just arrived from Italy. I've a working holiday visa so I can stay in Melbourne 1 year max. I'm a positive person, friendly and reliable. I just can't wait to begin this new experience with people of different culture.
Hi, I'm 27 and work full time. Looking for a room in a shared house preferably 15-20 mintues drive from the city. About myself - my work routine keeps me very busy during the week. After coming home I like to put my feet up and watch tele/ netflic. I clean after myself and I'm mostly quite. I respect other's privacy too. I'm hoping to find a housemate/ girl pal who shares mutual interest, doesn't mind sitting down for a meal together once in a while, is clean and respect my space as well. :) Cheers!
Hi guys I'm currently living in Tamworth NSW but looking to move to Melbourne to be closer to my family. I work full time in optics but I'm also a fully qualified makeup artist. I'm really friendly and easy going and always down for a chat!
Max is Italian from Florence and makes the best spaghetti pomodoro and loves listening to old Italian love songs. Max is going to further his studies in website design and is looking for work in hospitality Lily also loves to cook ( anything but pasta). I have just finished my Masters of Law and am about to start working full time. We are both friendly and easy going. We love to eat delicious food and get out and about. We are looking for somewhere to stay from from mid June for either a month or longer.
I'm from Brisbane making the move down to Melbourne. I've been living out of home 3 years, very tidy and clean, very laidback and chill. Easy to get along with. I'm very sociable but also keep to myself. Enjoy a few beers and a boogie on the weekends and a good movie/show marathon through the week. I work as a pharmacy assistant and am financially secure. As for hobbies, I skateboard a bit, collect records and I have my own etsy jewellery business and sometimes do market stalls. I have a good sense of humour and I'm pretty chill and fun to live with! Wine and record nights!
Hi! I'm Mara , I'm 20 this year and looking for a room for the end of June or beginning of July. I am currently living in Hobart, but am moving up to Melbourne in time for semester two at Melbourne Uni, studying Arts. Random interests include: cooking, drawing, green spaces, my gorgeous 14 yr old dogs who I am very sad to be leaving behind! I've spent the last year and a half working, but took some time off over the European Autumn last year to go backpacking around western and central Europe which was fabulous ! You'll find me clean and tidy and respectful of peoples space and things. I'm friendly and hope to live in a house where everyone takes the time to get to know each other. I'm not a party animal so not well suited to a party house. Ideally looking for somewhere cosy, clean and not really far away for the uni. Also happy to consider a sublet from July / November. Thanks, Mara !
I'm from the UK and am moving to Melbourne on July 12th for a year abroad studying at the University of Melbourne. I want to travel as much as possible and make lots of new Aussie friends :) I like socialising, am easygoing, clean and love cooking! I want to find a sharehouse with 4-6 people, feel free to message me! Xx
I'm a 29 year old kiwi girl, just moved to Melbourne and I am working full time in sports management, which is my dream as I am a massive sports fan! I have lived in several flats throughout my twenties and have always got along well with flatmates. I am easy going, happy to hang out in the lounge, talk shit, have a laugh and watch Netflix.. with wine, beer, tea and/or snacks.. definitely cheese. I am not a fan of cooking so I tend to throw together quick meals but I am good at cleaning! I like to spend my time watching, talking and reading about sport, seeing friends for food/drinks, exercising & sometimes just doing nothing haha. I am happy to socialise in the flat but also good at being independent. Ex-flatmate reference "Emily is a legend and we were sad to see her go!"
