Hi! I'm Joey - I'm eighteen years old and from country Victoria. I'm looking for some accommodation in Melbourne for 2019, while I study at University. I'd love a place to make the transition from country to city a little easier! I'm an easy-going, LGBT chica who enjoys a bit of sociality with balanced personal space. In my spare time, I like to dabble in some dancing, walking or art-gallery inspecting. I'm a foodie who enjoys keeping clean and decorating my area with little bits of my personality - such as photos of my pupper from home and some of my artwork from school. I'd be a great asset to your company as I love watching shows and movies, I enjoy a long chat over coffee or red wine, and I certainly love making new friends!
I’m new in Melbourne currently studying at the University of Melbourne. I love traveling. I was born in India, grew up in Africa in a very European culture. I’ve been to many countries around the world and got many stories to share. I’m a friendly and easygoing person. Love getting to know new people.
Hey there, I'm South African, 37 yo, been in Melbourne about a month now. I'll be here until the middle of next year at the very least, hopefully longer. I'm currently working as a bicycle tech while mulling over more career orientated work options: either a PhD or a position in an environmental consultancy role. About me: My background is in the natural sciences, working as an ecologist at the University of Cape Town. I've been on a sabbatical for the last year, fulfilling a dream of cycling up Africa. The second part of the dream was to live in a new city for a couple of years, so here I am! I'm excited to be here and looking for a place to settle so I can get properly stuck into a new life here. I'd consider myself easy going, uncomplicated, neat and tidy, and totally happy to pull my weight around the house. I wouldn't say I'm the life of the party, but I can wiggle my extremities if the mood strikes me. Honestly, I'm more comfortable at home with friends, good food and conversation...and maybe a board game, some friendly banter. I enjoy a drink and good conversation and I'm partial to a good book or series. Don't mind a bit of cooking either. I'm happiest outside though, doing something active. Specific outdoor interests include rock climbing, hiking, cycling, surfing, kayaking, camping etc. I'm keen to get involved in those activities, with others, as I settle into a Melbourne routine. Hope I get to meet you :) Sam
My name is Marco, 27 from Florence, Italy. I'm a PhD student with a scholarship at the University of Melbourne. I am a friendly person, I like cooking, meeting new people and having fun together. I like sport. I do not smoke.

Hey everyone, I’m looking for a private room around Brunswick area or somewhere that’s close by, to move in by the end of this month at the latest, I'm a pretty laid back person and won't bother your personal space but I'm also down for a chat or a few drinks here and there. Looking for a home, not just people who co-exist. & hoping to find a relaxed household that doesn't mind having people over - although I am not a big partyer. Currently teaching myself french, and into hiking, spontaneous adventures and circus arts :) (And I loveeee dogs and cats.)
Masters mechatronics engineering student at uniMelb. I'm some one who enjoys having a laugh every now and then. I'm a Big fan of sports, enjoy working out, a FIFA legend. Keeping it short and simple: - I work full time as an electrical engineer - I've been dancing since I was 7. Specialising in rnb and the occasional MJ hip thrust - I love to cook. I love to meal prep and get people to love my food. You honestly have no option but to love my food. - I enjoy staying active; gym, hikes, long romantic walks on the way home intoxicated. - I like to keep my mess to a minimum. If you'd like to know more feel free to hit us up. Peace my peeps
Hey potential flatmates! I am Kevin, currently 19 years old and a second year commerce student from HK studying in the University of Melbourne. I am a reasonable neat freak but definitely not ocd about tidiness/ cleanliness at home so your place will stay cleaner than ever! I spent 5 years in Indonesia for my high school so I embrace cultural diversity to its fullest extent! I am also very outgoing and thoughtful, I am sure we will learn a lot from each other. I study full time and work part time so I run a pretty tight schedule, otherwise in my free time i love playing guitar at home or playing basketball, but would definitely love to grab a drink or hang out if our schedule aligns! Do hit me up if you would like to know more about me! Cheers :)
I’m Kay! 31 year old from Scotland and fell in love with Melbourne so much the first time that I decided to come back! Working for an engineering consultancy in the CBD, work and keeping fit takes up most of my time during the week but looking for somewhere to call home and flatmates who like a laugh, movie night, game night, and to cook together - but who also like to have their own space and do their own thing! Weekends are spent biking, running, eating out, travelling, meeting with friends, beach, BBQs...all the perks that Melbourne has to offer! Looking for somewhere I can settle and call home! Get in touch if your after the same! Thanks! K x
I am a 28 year old girl from London who has been in Australia since January. I have recently returned to Melbourne after a few months in Queensland where I did my farm work. I am a bubbly person that loves to hang out and chat but enjoys my own space too. I'm working full time (and sometimes weekends too) for a creative marketing agency, so not looking for a party house. I am very tidy, and actually enjoy cleaning! I don't drink but still like to go out and socialise. Am into pretentious health foods, house plants, goats, fitness, the circus, art and photography. I'm looking for a room, preferably in Richmond/Collingwood for 12 months. If I sound like your kinda gal and you have a room to offer, send a message right my way. Looking forward to hearing from you lovely humans...

Hello there! I am an architect , pursuing masters from University of Melbourne and I work in the construction industry in the city. I have one semester to go to finish my post graduation. I have been living by myself from the age of 18 and I know how staying with roommates work. I am friendly, open minded and have a good temperament. I like to keep myself busy with my University and work, but on my days off, I like to explore the city, chill with friends, cook or just catch up with a movie or series on my laptop. I try to make time for some fitness as well. I would like to team up with someone who is like minded, clean and tidy (especially with kitchens and bathrooms), up for a drink or meal but respects my privacy as well. I am looking forward to make my new place a home. If you think we could get along, hit me up!
Hi, my name is Marina. I'm currently doing my PhD in microbiology at Adelaide uni and will be moving to Melbourne in January 2019 to continue my studies at the University of Melbourne. I'm flexible, but prefer female housemates. *Please only message me if there are two or less housemates!* Some things about me: 1. I am at the lab at least 9-5 Mon-Fri, with some experiments/assignments keeping me there 8am-8pm. 2. I grew up in North Haven, Adelaide, but I have been living out of home since July this year. 3. I am quiet (I'm not the party type nor a confrontational person), tidy (I don't leave mess for other people to clean, and I like being organised with storage) and respectful of other people's space and belongings. 4. I'm happy to split/rotate chores, and I'm easy to get along with (despite some innate awkwardness). 5. I value honesty and transparency, and I like to keep detailed documentation of all transactions (PhD scholarships aren't very generous!). When I'm not studying, I'm playing Pokémon on the 2DS, browsing cat pictures/videos, or blogging :)
A little bit about me: Originally from Perth, WA. Have lived in Melbourne for the past 2 years. I work an 8am-6pm job in the property industry. I'm neat and tidy but also not obsessively so. I try to get out of the house as much as possible but also love a cheeky night in. I'm looking for an unfurnished room to rent for up to 12 months at this stage. More than happy to answer any questions so please ask away.
Hi, I'm Chris and I work in IT. I'm very sociable, clean and enjoy staying busy. There is an element of travel in my work so sometimes I will be away for small periods. Looking to live with similar people (sociable, clean, busy). Hopefully they enjoy being friends with the people they live with who also have lives outside of their living arrangements.
