Hi, we two guys are international students who come from China and we've lived Melbourne for half years. Now I'm studying a master full-time and part-time working as well. I want to have a different experience can get along with different people with different culture background. I hope we can have more chat when we both stay at home in our leisure time but I'll still respect everyone's private time and try to keep quiet. I'm pretty good at cooking especially Chinese food such as dumplings and I'd like to share my dishes with my housemate. We are very welcome cleaning person to be not only the housemate but also the intimate friends
I am a full time student and would like to find a place that I can call home. Love to hang out with fellow flatmates but fully respect to other people privacy, differences in culture, religion and ways of life. I am a social smoker but never inside the house (Big no no).
I'm Ryan, 25, full time electrical engineer working with robotics startup. I like music, going to gigs/festivals, having beers and hanging out, looking to move into a fun sharehouse where everyone gets along. Looking to move immediately for the right room! Some things that are on my wishlist but aren't deal breakers: -NBN or fast internet -Garage/Shed for tinkering Some things that are important to me: -Unfurnished room - I have my own stuff -Parking (permit/off street or quiet street)
Hi all i'm looking for a new place in late July till Mid December. I'm 23, work full time in asset management and have a car. I am also about to study my masters in finance. I have a Greek Australian background. Easygoing, reliable and clean. Let me know if you have a furnished room available! Thank you
Hi! I am a friendly, social and humble person looking for a home to share with my future flatmates. I will be travelling to Australia for the first time and would be pursuing my Masters degree. I'm pretty clean, respectful of other people's privacy and accommodating if required. I'm very easy going and prefer not to get involved into conflicts. My ideal place to live would be with a group of people who I can become good friends with and spend some good time together. Although, I do like my own time in my room as well. I love sports and am always up for Cricket, Badminton. I like to watch movies and TV shows, read, travel and explore new places, try out new cuisines ,restaurants and pubs so you can count me in for hangouts or marathon sessions of Netflix. I like to work on my fitness and everyday try to devote some time at the gym or visit the pool for a swim or just do some home exercises. I am a self motivated individual and like to try out new things in life which I believe can help me develop so I'm always interested to learn something new. Recently, I have been working on increasing my cooking skills. I am a non smoker, not too much into parties and don't mind the presence of animals especially dogs. Please drop by a message and feel free to ask more questions if you consider me an ideal fit for your home or if you would be interested to team up! Looking forward to meeting my future flatmates!
Easy going, neat and tidy. Not a party animal, so minimal noise in house. Good with pets.
Hi I'm Minnie. I’m going to be an exchange student at Melb U next semester and I'll be living there for a year. So i'm looking for a house to share with other flatmates. I'll arrive Melb early July (around first week). I'm currently a third-year industrial design student. I've been to Melb before last year but only for a couple days and I can't wait to go back. I'm turning 21 soon. I'm pretty chill and I love travelling so I'm always down to explore. I can sing and play guitar for fun. It will be like my year off so I will pretty much be chilling haha just take this opportunity to find what I like and wanna do in the future. I'm planning to do a part time job once everything falls into places and my parents will support me financially anyway so I think I'm probably gonna pay the rent on time haha. I drink occasionally like I go out once-twice a month. I’m living in Bangkok, Thailand right now. I live on my own in an apartment so I can handle all the houseworks and I can cook and bake basic food.
- neat, tidy and clean - new to Melbourne from interstate - health professional - length of stay 9+ months - car park required (off street would be ideal)
I am a student and I'm looking for a room. I don't smoke but don't mind living with smokers, so long as boundaries are maintained. Is there a room near Monash Uni, or at least near active transport services where two people can share? Please call or message me if you want to share a room with me. Thanks
German, currently living and studying in Amsterdam, moving to Melbourne to study for one semester. I can teach you some German, how to cook my favourite veggie dishes (really good bread!!), and all about good German movies (yes they exist!). And you'll always have a place to stay in Amsterdam. I am really into sports so you'll have a running buddy who'll always be there if you need motivation to get up and move and I plan to explore the nature around Melbourne as much as possible (always up for hikes and spontaneous trips to the beach!) :) Looking for a place somewhere close to Uni Melbourne (preferably Fitzroy, Brunswick, Carlton...)
Hi :) I'm a clean, quiet, chilled-vegan student looking for a cozy abode with friendly people! I'm looking for a place for 6 month for the second semester of uni. I like going out, running and my quiet time at home watching movies xxx
Young and fully employed with a stable job and new to Melb. Looking for mates in this big new city and love a night in just as much as a fun night out though usually one to stay home over a few drinks and chat watching movies. Happy doing my own thing as much as I love group meals and hang outs. Enjoy music, reading, movies, the beach, random drives, and hanging with mates.
Hello,I am Sky,looking for a room close to tram or train station to Brunswick. I work fulltime 9 to 5,friendly and considerate for every flatmates as we share the home sweet home together. Would love to find a comfortable home where after one day work or study we can relax and enjoy life itself!
Hi future housemate/s! We're looking for our next home (obviously) and would love to be a great new addition to your house! A bit about us - we've been together for 4 years are incredibly clean, active and healthy eaters. We love running and going to the gym but also enjoy the couch time and binge watching Netflix. Olivia works full time for a tech company and Tim is finishing his masters of education so quiet time during the week is essential for us and relaxing on the weekends necessary. Pet peeves include - Dirty dishes and rubbish outside of the rubbish bin! Heavily allergic to cats so if you have one it probably won't work with us. :( Look forward to hearing from you!
Respectful and clean, I am the most positive experience you will ever have sharing a home with, come see for yourself. Benefits for you! I can cook, teach you to dance, teach your first aid, take you camping and have a deep meaningful conversations about life, science the future and human psychology.
Hello! I'll be moving to the city in July for university (Bcom @ Uni Melb) and i'm looking for a great place to stay as i (hopefully) do well in university. A little more about me: I'm 22 this year and i'm from Singapore. I'm really into tech and startups. Started my first startup - a crowdfunding platform) when i was 18. Started a mobile networking app after. I'm pretty clean and tidy - been in the army for the past 2 years. I exercise rather often. We could go for runs or play soccer/badminton together! I like to cook - probably should and have to do that more often now. And i like to party occasionally - definitely out of the house though (: Thanks for reading and hit me up if you have an awesome place to offer! I'm open to teaming up as well.
I previously lived with 5 roommates, and am a student at University at Buffalo NY. I am coming to Monash Clayton for a fall semester foreign exchange program, arriving in July, leaving at the end of the semester. I am in my 3rd year in bio-medical sciences. I love sports, have played a few, am committed to good grades and the medical profession, and would like to room with some locals at Monash to share some experiences and historical perspectives. Walking to Clayton campus preferred.
I will be coming to study at the University of Melbourne for one year as an exchange student from Glasgow (originally from London). I'm very sociable and friendly, but also understand personal space and like my alone time too. I'll be studying Sociology, but I'm a big reader and also do lots of art in my free time such as painting, stamp-making, and life drawing. I'm really easy to get on with and like to have a laugh and just relax with flatmates, would just love some flatmates to make a nice homely atmosphere with. I'm relatively clean and tidy and am always more than happy to help clean around the flat, and I'm quite quiet so no noise disturbances should happen! Very excited to be moving to Melbourne and hoping to find a nice place to stay and friendly people to be staying with!
