I am turning 21 this year in August and I am new to Melbourne! I am neat, funny (I'd like to think so), and also very sociable, if you are. I think I'd be able to click with mostly anyone! oh! and I'm from Singapore, I'll be studying in the RMIT City Campus for 4 years so I hope I meet fun and nice people! Cheers!
Hey there! I'm a respectful but sociable 29 year old woman from Toronto, Canada. I'm in Australia for a one-year Working Holiday Visa and looking to set up a home base in Melbourne. I work full-time in Fitzroy at this awesome Spanish tapas restaurant. My hospitality background has made me extremely intuitive about the needs of others, and very skilled at keeping the space around me clean, organized, and welcoming. I work 5 nights a week and doubles on Sundays; I also have plenty of creative and fitness-related hobbies that keep me occupied during the day. With that said, I'm always keen for a chat or a hang when I'm home. Feel free to reach out if you think I'd be a fit for your place :)
Hello!! I am a 25 year old OT who is moving back to Melbourne after 7 years in country NSW. Looking to team up or join an existing share house. I have lived in share housing since moving out at 18, so hopefully have the do's and don't covered. Recent convert to reality tv (bachie is my thing). Harry potter nerd. Love to travel. Bit of a grandma monday-thursday while I have work, but always keen for a bevvie or two when the weekend comes around. Looking for a place where there is some social atmosphere but not dependent on hanging out every night. Message me if you have any questions or you think I might fit into your house :)
Hey I'm Flo and I'm a Registered Nurse from the Gold Coast (QLD). I've been living in Melbourne for just over 2 years now. I have a pretty chilled personality and get along well with other people (and their doggos and cats). When I'm not at work, I'm usually binge watching a series on Netflix, at the gym, reading a book at the park/beach, exploring new places, driving to far places for short distances of time, going out for a few (or many) bevs, attending gigs and festivals or I'm napping (nurse life). I enjoy cooking and usually like to meal prep for the week depending on how busy my week will be. I love having a chat and spending time with my housemates but I also enjoy my alone time too and respect others and their needs. I'm essentially looking to join an already existing share house but I'm also open to team-up! :)
I have recently moved from Brisbane to work in Melbourne. I am extremely clean, respectful, and easy to get along with. I really enjoy sport (esp football), physical activity, and exploring the city in my spare time. I generally work long hours during the week, but I'm always keen to hang out and do things on the weekend.
Hey hey hey! I (ash) am a psych student at Swinburne by day and bartender by night. I am sociable, easy going, clean, and an adventurous 22 year old looking for a new abode. I enjoy a beer or bev after work (or uni) and exploring all the pubs, bars and restaurants over melbourne! Bush Doof enthusiast. I am also an aspiring actress and will often be off auditioning or taking workshops! I have all the essential furniture (bed, fridge, microwave, washing machine etc if needed) with the added bonus of a lemon tree and a herb garden!! xxx
Hello! My name is Rob and I'm a 26 year old Design Manager from the UK recently moved to Melbourne! I like almost all sports and am a keen golfer. I'm a huge film fan. I'm a clean and tidy housemate looking for a double room in a social household. Ideally looking to share with 2± people. Always keen for a pint and a Netflix session.
I have recently moved to Melbourne from Sydney and I am looking for somewhere north of the river to be closer to work (and embrace my inner hipster). I am working full-time in hospitality both in a pub and a Hunky Dory franchise. Being chilled out, having a chat and cleaning up after myself are things I love to do as a flatmate. I am very friendly, but I am also respectful of other people's privacy. I like movies, YouTube, good food, beer and coffee, exercise, music and generally just having some fun. If I sound like the right fit for you, please hit me up :D
Hi, I am tidy, easy-going, drama free, respectful and awesome 26 year young guy who is looking for amazing place to stay near Richmond area. I was studying psychology, marketing, communication. I do social media and attend gym very often. I don`t smoke and I love to read books and make videos. I was playing saxophone for a time in my life as well, but I am not planning to do it on my room, so no worries about that. I hope to make everyone life better just by being your flatmate. Positive vibe guaranteed ! I am working full time as social media manager for a store so I have steady income and I always respect paying in time. Thank You for your time and hope to hear from You !
I'm a recent Uni graduate (bachelor of Arts, specialising in fashion) and have recently moved to Melbourne. My plan is to find work, then go up the career ladder in my own field when opportunity allows. I'm tolerant of other cultures, lifestyles, etc. I mind my own business normally. I'm pretty quiet, I don't drink to excess, I have never smoked and never taken illegal drugs. All I ask for is a room, bed, wardrobe and somewhere to put my computer. I would like a private room in an existing share house. Sorry, not interested in teamups or room sharing. Dealbreakers: - nowhere to store my clothes or set up a desktop computer - smoker who smokes inside - illegal drug use - intolerant / nasty
Hi, I’m Anna, I’m 24 and have lived in Melbourne for about three months. I work in Brunswick as behavioural economist and also studying, which keeps me busy. Outside of that I’m often out and about either with friends or whatever hobby I’m into that month. I also enjoy reading, cooking and exercise. Basically I try (and sometimes fail) to have some essence of a balanced life! im pretty independent, and I’d prefer my housemates to have their own thing going on too! At the same time, I enjoy having a social dynamic to the house. Ideally, we’d also keep passive aggressiveness to a minimum, respect each other and be reletively relaxed. Though I rarely have the urge to entertain friends at home, I don’t mind if you do. I do however like to always keep a home presentable. happy to work with what house is already doing; if you like to communal cook I can jump on board or do my own thing. No special dietary conditions. Outside of my bedroom, I don’t have any furniture however happy to purchase if needed.
I am a 22 years old french canadian, coming to Melbourne for an engineering internship from September to December 2018. I'm a good living person who likes to have a good time but also likes a calm place to stay. I will be working full-time during the week and I will like to go for little adventures during the week-end.
I'm an engineer from Newcastle. I like the outdoors and I'm generally quite active during the week with a variety of sports usually followed by a nice meal or craft beer :) At home I like to occasionally cook something new, play a bit of guitar or just have a chat. I like to think that I'm trustworthy, easy going and tend to equal other people's efforts. Looking to share with similar people who are active and sociable, but also respect each other's space and privacy.
I'm a relaxed and easy-going 27-year-old guy, and I'm looking for a place in the South Melbourne, Cremorne or East Melbourne areas. I work full time and play a bit of sport on the weekend, so I am fairly busy, but I am more than happy to have a chat and catch up with housemates. I am a clean person, but not at OCD levels, but I am happy to keep things neat and tidy. I am looking to move into a place by late April/early May, so if you have a room free, then sing out!
Both Bo and I are 19 years old. I am studying a Bachelor of Health Sciences/Bachelor of Arts at La Trobe University. I also have a job at the Coffee Mob at the MCG and am looking for a more part time/casual job alongside it. Bo has a mechanic apprenticeship with Kmart Tyre and Auto in Hawthorn. We have moved over to Melbourne from Tasmania. We are both very outgoing and always up for a bit of fun. I am very OCD so the place will always be clean and tidy on our end. I love to cook and adventure. Love exploring different cultural foods. We are looking for a place that is closer to Hawthorn for Bo's work and somewhere to start us off.
Hi! I’m looking to move mid or end of May. I’m working full time in the city, 5-6 days so I’m pretty busy. I’m looking for a place which is ideally close to public transport, and unfurnished. I enjoy watching footy and cricket, going to the gym and also travelling. I like going out on the weekends but also don’t mind staying in and sharing dinner/watching Netflix with housemates. 😉 I do work Saturdays so can do inspections after 6pm or sundays. If you have a room that you think would be suitable for me, please contact me- I’ll try to get back as soon as I can. Thank you! 😊
I'm a 25 girl from France. I arrived in Australia since one month, for a year. I want to stay in Melbourne for 1 month, 1 month and a half... I'm looking for flatmate and job to meet new people before to move to the north. I love cooking, reading, see movies, drink a glass with friends, meet new people and enjoying the life.
Oh hi! I'm Kellyn, Marketing god by day, struggling comedian by night. Pet free, kid free, smoke free, drama free, pretty witty and gay. I enjoy games nights and watching sports. That's about as wild as I get. I'm relatively quiet (at home) like to keep to myself mostly, but always up for a game and a laugh. I'm looking for an exec apartment in and around the Woolworths end of Chapel str. Must include our own bathrooms (preferably with a bath) and a parking bay and hopefully some amazing sunset views - but you know, will also take a cardboard box if it comes with a bathtub. My ideal housemate is a guy (as I will need someone to eat the left overs) A Gay guy would be fabulous, (I'm terrible at decorating) - but you straight guys are cool too. A gay guy pilot, (free flights or housemate specials!) Honestly, if you're just not an asshole and can cover a min $350 rent that would be fine :) If you play games even better!
Hi, I'm Suzie! I am an easy going girl who loves a glass a wine every now and then. I am relocating to Melbourne for work and to find somewhere to live short term with my beautiful 4 year old daughter until we find a rental property of our own. She is very well behaved and we are very clean tidy people.
Hi i am erin, 35, and work as a nanny. Will be out several nights a week with work etc . Respect the need for personal space but happy to socialise too. Will always have ice cream and/or chocolate. Large book collection. Vegetarian, decentish cook but your diet bothers me not! Frequent coffee runs. Avid melbourne demon fan, leftish wing and love jigsaw puzzles. 420 friendly but happy to keep it outside. Enjoy doing laundry!
31 years old french guy. I'm friendly, easy going, clean and tidy. I like food, wine and cheese. Discovering city treasures with my camera is one of my favorite hobby. I like to meet peoples and chat with them. On weekends I like to hangout or stay at home with a good movie or series.
Hey guys! My name is Matt, I'm 25 years old from the South West of England and I have just landed here in Melbourne with my working holiday visa. I am looking for a room on the outskirts of Melbourne VIC, preferably within 45 minute drive of Coldstream VIC where I have employment for a minimum of 6 months. A clean and relaxed space is desirable with parking, but apart from that I am very flexible with both accomdation and room mates as I am looking for destination based properties. A bit about myself.... Having worked within hospitality for 9 years, I love socialising, laughing and meeting new people. Making memories through different experiences is the key to my life, and on my days off I will be off out exploring and its always more fun if it's not alone. When I'm not out and about, I do like a drink here and there and also relaxing watching endless series on Netflix. If you have any questions what so ever, don't hesitate to message me. Have a nice day :) Matt.
I'm a Dutch girl who travelled the last 5 months through Asia. Now it's time for a new adventure and that's why I would like to live and work for a couple of months in Melbourne. I studied in London for a while so I know how to live with roommates: to cook, clean and have fun together etc. I'm an easy going individual who will spend some time in the gym to keep up my health. I'm not really a party person, because I need to save money. So I'm more in for game nights or a good coffee (and cake)!
