Rose is a research & evaluation consultant (Indigenous education & community development) from NZ & Joe is a primary school teacher from Perth. We have recently relocated to NSW from remote WA. We are both tidy, respectful, and enjoy sharing a meal and a cup of tea. We also have a 5 year old kelpie who is possibly the greatest dog of all time. We both love the outdoors, hiking, rock-climbing & gardening.
Hey, We are Justin and Joshua!! We are looking for a Double Room or Studio either furnished or unfurnished. Our own bathroom would be great! as well as some form of parking as we have 2x cars. Our Combined Budget is approx $400 week. We are organised tidy people both working/studying.! :) Joshua is finishing up his studies to become a teacher and I work in Retail Merchandising. We are friendly people and very easy to get along with. We enjoy our privacy and are respectful of noise levels and cleanliness. So we're looking to live somewhere that reflects these values! Even better if you're gay friendly :) NOT into party houses.. So that's pretty much us!! So if you like what you've read so far, please feel free to send a message. We can't wait to find somewhere amazing to live!
Looking for a quiet and clean place to stay, I have a lot of "brand new furniture" that i could bring in if required, would be ideal if you are looking to furnish your places at the same time. I'm currently working a full-time overnight shift, so i normally sleep during the day time. I tend to be quiet and make a very minimum noise on the daily basis. Other than that, i'm a very social person, easy to get along, respect others privacy and i don't mind pets as well.
We are courteous and very clean. We have a beautiful newborn baby girl who would be living with us too (she's fine in the same room as us). We like to get out on the weekends for walks or to the beach etc. Very relaxed and quiet. Like to cook, exercise, enjoy a wine or beer and a good movie. Rasita is from Thailand and currently on a partner visa, she would be working most weekends. I work most weekdays as a teacher and have a small business as a carpet/commercial cleaner for extra income too.
Female student, male- self-employed full-time worker with 2 dogs: 1 medium -American staffy ; 1 Labrador-medium-large: friendly. American staffy warms up to everyone pretty quickly and loves lots of pats and cuddles. The Labrador takes a little bit more time to warm up to people but should be fine once his established you’re not a threat. But loves pats once he gets used to you. They are adapted to both indoor or outdoor settings so they don’t mind either. Looking for long-term accomodation. Preferably 1-1.5 years. We are quiet, clean, love going to the gym, healthy, love watching Netflix. We don’t smoke and we don’t throw parties. But my partner does get up between 3:30am-5:00am for work depending on where he travels and can get home late. But usually that’s only 1-2 days a week his away at a time. Sometimes 3. We also like going out to the movies once or twice a week. Both have licenses. We are family oriented so we like going to visit my family on Sunday evenings. Between 6 & 9:30pm. I will be home most of the time except when I go to the gym or if specified. But are sociable.
Hi, I’m Jared Mishlove! I am currently a senior attending college in Flagstaff, Arizona but, I am coming to Australia the first week of August for a 4-month internship. I will be interning at a gym as a personal trainer but I also live a pretty balanced life in terms of going out at night, adventuring and keeping up with my gym life. I am a very outgoing individual and I love meeting new people and trying new things, but just like most people, I also value my alone time. I am trying to make the most of my time in Australia, so I am looking for people to live with that will want to do new things frequently (preferably between the ages of 20-25). I always try to look at every situation in an optimistic way so I'm good at turning any bad situation into good ones. I'm up for living with males or females, either way doesn't bother me, I'm positive I can get along and have a good time with anyone! I look forward to hearing from you all!
I am in my first year of nursing at WSU Liverpool, I work as an AIN at a hospital in Macquarie. I have rented with people before so this wouldn't be my first time, i just havent had the best luck in finding flatmates and a house that is good. I am a very social person and very easy going, I can get along with just about anyone. I'm very open-minded. I can cook quite well, and I know how to clean up after myself. I am usually not home too much, as I'm usually with my friends a lot of the time or at work. Im looking for a place to live where im allowed to have my friends around and be able to be social with the flatmate/s. i rather live like we know each other then act like strangers. I'm open to sharing a meal or a glass of wine every now and then, but i also dont mind some space to myself to listen to music or study for university. I'd love a place where i can have friends over occasionally, and be able to have my boyfriend over sometimes. im open to paying an extra 5 - 10 $ every time someone sleeps over, but that wouldn't be often.
I work in the Construction Industry, so I work long and sometimes odd hours. I’ve lived in Sydney all my life and come from a big family, who I spend most weekend with. I love training, watching movies, reading and watching an array of tv shows from the reality and trashy shows to crime and drama!
Hi I’m a responsible, clean and tidy full time uni student looking for a quiet place to live and study. I will be out on weekdays. Please message me if you have a room available for me. Thanks.
Im in my 20s working full time as a physio. Looking to move closer to work. I've been living out of home for a while so I'm pretty used to cooking, cleaning and keeping things tidy. I'm pretty into my sports so you'll find me out a fair bit in my spare time. I don't smoke but I do enjoy a few drinks on the weekend or after a super long day (I won't be randomly inviting anyone over don't worry, if i do i'll definitely be running that past you). I'll be more than happy to socialise and get to know you, but if that's not your thing thats totally cool too.
