Hi my name is Leisa, I'm 20 years of age and I am looking for a new place to live whilst studying in Sydney. Currently, Personal Training is my chosen field of study at a school called the Australia Fitness Institute located in Parramatta. I also work two jobs part time in small cafes in the same area/ Parramatta most nights and on the weekends so I will be out a lot of the time. I am someone who likes things very neat and tidy. I love watching movies, listening to music, dancing, art, photography, drawing, working out/exercising and eating. I absolutely LOVE food. So get ready for extravagant breakfast creations and the clicks of the camera in the morning. I'm looking in the general area of Parramatta and the surrounding suburbs, however if a place a little further away takes to my fancy I won't hesitate to write back.

I'm a busy, full-time primary school teacher. I often drive to the Central Coast on weekends to visit family. I'm a tidy, respectful housemate who likes to be social but also likes time to myself.
Hi all, I work full time in health care so I am not home during usual work hours. Love to cook, go out to eat, be social, watch movies and be outside. I love to be social with housemates but also like my privacy. Main priority for location is being close to a train station. Looking for a room in an existing house share or looking for housemates to start a new one. If you are interested, contact me!

Hi! My name is Lizzie, I'm 21 and studying a Bachelor of Ancient History full-time at Macquarie University. I've lived out of home before so I know the drill. :) I live in Canberra at the moment, but am looking to move up to Sydney (either near Macquarie Uni or near public transport that’ll take me there, listed suburbs are just ideas) in late April/early May, until mid July with the possibility of staying the rest of the year. I’m generally pretty quiet, a bit of a hermit and I like my own space, but I’m also very friendly and don’t mind a chat or to hang out occasionally. In my free time, I play video games and other dorky stuff like that. And of course, you can have access to my consoles if you like, but I warn you, I’m a demon at Mario Kart! :) I’m currently in the process of cutting down and quitting smoking. When I do smoke, I try to be considerate about it. I NEVER smoke indoors (or even near open windows/doors) or in the vicinity of non-smokers, and I keep my space clean. I try not to smell of smoke, either. Am happy to wander down the street to do it if smoking on the property isn’t permitted. Other than that, I’m pretty easy to live with. My party days are behind me, I just enjoy an occasional glass of wine. Very happy to share meals or catch up every now and then, and to give you space when you need it. I'm also fine with living with children and am happy to babysit (I worked in childcare for three years!). Pets are definitely fine with me, but I can’t live with cats, I’m deathly allergic. I clean up after myself, particularly in common areas. Furnished room would be helpful but not a requirement. Own bathroom would be a huge plus, happy to pay a bit extra for one. Not wanting to share a bedroom, sorry. I receive a regular income and my scholarship pays for most of my other expenses so you don't have to worry about my rent/bills being paid on time! Well, I think that’s it! Any questions, send me a message. Hope to find my new home soon! :)
