Hi guys, Recently moved to Sydney, social, like to travel, open minded, will try most things once. The accommodation needs to have easy access to the city and Western suburbs. Always up for a laugh, humour can be dark and sarcastic. If you cant laugh at yourself, I probably will. Massive Lord of the Rings fan. Not read the books or seen the films, but I like to tell people I have. Like tidy people. I don't care even if your mother looks like me, I'm am not going clean up after you. Professional (whatever the heck that mean - I could be a waiter are far as anyone knows. I could also be an Assassin). Full-time working professional. Looking for anything from a few months to a year. Looking for cheap accommodation because I am saving for a mortgage and not, as some might think, I'm cheap and easy. Although I am both those things.
Hello my name is Owen! I am 27 years old and from Holland. I go to school 2 days a week and work 4 days. I go to college to become a bricklayer. And the days I don't do that I'm a brick labourer. I like to cook, do groceries and chill with my flatmates. I'm a social person who is always up for a laugh. I don't go out because I'll pass out fairly quickly after a busy week. I'm neat and tidy although my room can be more messy. If u want to have a social person who will make u laugh call or text me!!
I'm friendly and sociable. I like going out, having a few drinks and laughing but I don’t ever do that at home. I'm a clean person e.g i wash my dishes after i use them, i keep my room pretty tidy, i won't leave any mess in shared living areas, I do my own washing, I sweep and vacuum. I keep to myself mostly. I do enjoy having a good conversation with like minded people on a variety of topics. I'm a very open minded person, so someone who is like me and enjoys having friendly discussion. I work 2 jobs, waitressing and bartending and i do closing shifts often so I'll get home late usually. I’ll also begin studying in April. I use public transport to get anywhere and everywhere so being close to a train station and a bus stop is key. My max for just rent is around $300 and that would preferably include bills. I want to stay for 6 months and if everything is okay and we get along, we're both happy with the arrangement, then I'll stay for longer. Key points - *ensuite *bills included (preferably but if you have an estimate of what all bills will include and it’s under $300, including rent, then that’s perfect) *smoking (outside) *close to a train and bus services *okay with me being out a lot and working til late (I am always quiet) If you think you’ve matched all the ke
I like to live in a neat and clean environment so I make a conscious effort to maintain that . When I'm at home , you can either find me in the kitchen or chilling in my own space. I value quiet time but enjoy socialising when I'm not too tired. I believe that living together is a team effort so I'm hoping to find a room mate who will pull their weight to ensure our home is clean, tidy and liveable. I'm not a perfect housemate but I'm willing to listen and improve and I'm not afraid to share my thoughts. Please message me your number (I don't have early bird access) if you think I will be a suitable room mate !
Hi, Looking to move into a place with chilled house mates. Im a easy going bloke. Usually pretty active so rarely around. Neat and tidy and always clean up after myself. Easy to talk too and dont mind helping when needed :)
I’m studying at bible college at the moment and working as well so I’m pretty busy but keen to hang out and do my bit around the house. I’m hardly home, but when I am I love to just relax! Looking to live with other Christian females/families. :)
Hey guys, I'm in need of a new place to call home as work has required me to relocate. I am a clean, tidy and considerate person who enjoys socialising and meeting new people. I'm extremely respectful of other people's privacy and own space, and usually love a night in watching some Netflix with a wine in my hand. I absolutely love animals but sadly don't have any of my own, so if you have a lovable pet who enjoys cuddles I'm ya gurl. I do require my own room as I enjoy my own space at times.. I will require a place which is close to a main train line into Sydney or a bus which is easier to commute to Leichhardt. please be in mind that i am currently living in Newcastle and would not be able to attend inspections without sufficient notice.
Hey guys I'm a fun quirky little red head, I'm very down to earth and love to meet new people! I'm originally a Melbourne gal but moved to Sydney about 2years ago and have loved it ever since :) wanting to live with really relaxed chilled people who don't mind to socialise but also respect personal space.

Hi, I'm looking for a single room or granny flat in or near Parramatta for maximum 280$ a week (including WiFi, bills negotiable depending on weekly rent). I work as a vet nurse part time and do traffic control at night. Private room is a must, happy to share kitchen, bathroom etc. I don't have any pets at the moment, but pet-friendly offers would be very welcome, as I'd love to get a kitten one day.
My life pretty much revolves around my work. I am definitely considered an extravert who is not shy to have a conversation but also appreciate my own alone time to find balance. I am 39 years old and work full time as a Master Designer for Australian Outdoor Living located in Minchinbury. I have a great sense of humour and have been told by many that I am fun to be around.
PLEASE READ MY BIO AND CONSIDER MY BUDGET before messaging me.Please note I'm looking for a PRIVATE ROOM. Hi future flat mate, I'm an early childhood educator. I love working with children. This should justify the fact that I am very tolerant, fun and responsible. I’ll be going back to uni from March to pursue my career in social justice. I love to paint when I have time and cooking. Friendly, chilled out early 20’s girl. Wouldn't mind having a drink or two over the weekend and chat.
I am currently a masters degree student of Macquarie graduate school of management. As a cosmopolitan traveler, I have travelled and lived across cultural diversities, I hold and value our differences in high regards and hope it will be a greater assets to us tomorrow. I am looking forward to a like minded individual, someone who values fun and friendship a lot but has the focus to see ability in disabilities! I kinda of function most actively in a quiet environment, so If possible an accommodation with 5 housemates maximum! I ain’t looking for just a house mate, but a friendship.
Solo backpacker from London exploring Australia and working along the way. Neat and tidy easy going, up for a casual drink with friends but nothing to outrageous. Avid reader, animal lover, I enjoy hikes and bush walks. always keen for a beach day. I like to sing but I’m awful, sorry in advance
Hi, I'm Rachelle. I am looking for a FULLY FURNISHED self-contained studio unit, a granny flat or a PRIVATE room with ensuite for 9 months to 1 year approx. Anywhere near the city (30mins away or less) or near a train station works for me. I am a friendly and quiet Filipina who loves the beach and loves to travel a lot. I am currently a masters student at Blue Mountains International Hotel Management School - Sydney Campus and a part-time receptionist at a hotel in Chippendale. My work and studies usually keep me busy throughout the week and mostly keep me in my room (assessments are such a pain, I know). However, I would like to bond with other people every now and then especially if they share the same passion that I have. One thing that I value most in living with others is respect. I will respect your space and I hope that you do respect mine as well. I am totally fine living with pets (esp. dogs but cats are okay too), but not really comfotable living with kids/toddlers/children. Let me know if we are the right fit :)
