I'm a clean person, I'm easy going, I'm a home girl, I work full time, I put bills before leisure, I keep to myself but I'm very friendly and approachable and will happily enjoy a wine and build a friendship with my future housemate. I'd prefer to live with just one other person, and I'd prefer not to live with a couple with kids at all. Just needing a room really, I have my own furniture for my room. Looking to move out of my current situation in April. Would like to live with someone chilled that doesn't throw house parties every weekend, just want a place to call home really. Won't be able to move in until mid April as I'm going on a trip in March and would like time to get things sorted. Thanks
I'm extrovert living an introverted lifestyle. I'm a 30 year old software engineer working full time who grew up in the suburbs of Sydney. In my spare time, I enjoy writing apps to surprise friends and family, chill by the rocky landscapes of Gordon Bay swiping through my favourite books on the Kindle and pedalling away fighting the wind on my wannabe racer bike. At home enjoy staying tidy and respectful but always open for a chat!
We are nice quite and peaceful couple, one working full-time in city and the other doing research at Sydney University. We are looking for neat, tidy studio, granny flat or one bedroom flat. We could rent minimum 6 months if things are ok.

Hello, I am Ujjwala from India. I have just come to Australia as a Permanent Resident and am looking for a job. I am friendly, accommodating, easy going and respects other's privacy. I tidy up after myself and like to keep my stuff neat and clean. I'm looking for a private room (not shared)- well ventilated and furnished with a bed and wardrobe preferably with a desk and chair. I don't own a car and depend on public transport hence looking for an area with good public transport and close to shopping center.
Hey! My name is Jordan, I'm 20 years old and consider myself to be a pretty good room mate. I am clean and respect that other people live in the house, I work full time and am very reliable. I am a happy, easy going person looking for somewhere to call home. However, I do come with a fur baby named Ruby, Ruby is a 3 year indoor Persian cat who is completely toilet/house trained and has never done her business anywhere other than her litter. She has had all vaccinations is desexed and gets a bath once a week. She is quiet and doesn't go outside so she won't bring any nasty surprises home. So I will need roommates that don't mind having a kitty around, thank you! ☺️
I'm looking to team up with someone and find a new place in or around Parramatta. I'm a friendly, outgoing person. I work Monday to Friday so like to keep it chill and quiet on week nights, wouldn't mind a drink or two on the weekend. I'm a clean person, I'll never leave a mess behind. I'm an outdoor smoker. I'd like to find a housemate on the same wave length as me, someone I can call a friend and hang with, although I do respect others quiet time and privacy. I don't want to feel like I'm living with a stranger, I'd like to be comfortable in my home, this is why I am hesitant to move into an existing sharehouse as I don't want to simply rent a room and fell like I'm imposing when lounging around the rest of the place.

So I have a quiet busy life, but when I have free time, I like to do some social drinking, hangout, BBQ at park, beach, ...etc. Easy going, a good nonjudgmental listener, love food, love cook, and love to share, a big time home cook. As a chef, I can't stand people who doesn't clean after them self. That's pretty much everything I can think about right now. Hope can hear from you soon. Cheers :)
Hi! My name is Lyla, I'm a student about to start studying Social work at uni. Would love to move closer to UWS as its real struggle getting to uni at the moment. I'm really laid back, I'd consider myself open minded and easy to get along with. I'm tidy and respect where Im living, I'm always keen to do my bit around the house and definitely down to cook a 'family' meal for everyone. I can respect personal space but also love to socialise. I moved to Australia 6 years ago from Ireland and before that I was in South Africa. I'm young but Ive travelled to a fair few places and believe I can get along with a variety of people :) I'm also keen to team up, so if you think we might be like minded people I'd love to grab a coffee with potential housemates and see if we get along! Hey all, I'm a friendly & outgoing Canadian (Bilingual in French & English). I work as a receptionist in a 24hr club and do occasional hospitality bar/waitstaff jobs on days off. I am looking for 1 or 2 rooms in a flat/house share for 3 people. The rooms are for myself and two Italian boys who I lived with in NZ last year. Nicola & Nicolo are friends from Italy, they are both working in Hospitality and Nicola is also studying Business. We are all very easy going, enjoy to chill - not interested in a party house, we don't drink much other than the occasional beer or glass of wine. We are clean and enjoy to socialize/cook together when we have the chance.Very respectful of others and their space, we have lived in hostels for too long now so it will be nice to finally have a bit of our own space.. and to get away from bunk beds!

I'm new in Sydney, just arrived in the country and looking for job opportunities in software. For fun, I love drawing n painting, yoga n meditation, traveling and meeting new people. I'm looking for a flatshare (preferably all female) with a private furnished room to myself for 3-4 months. I will be at my computer almost the whole day, so I'm looking for a spacious bedroom with a computer table. I don't mind a small bedroom as long as there is an extra study/living room space wih a table where I can set up my laptop and monitor and work on it the whole day.

Hello ! I am French and I am currently looking for a flatsharing. My goal is to find a job near the flatsharing. I am a respectful person, knowing how to live in community and who will adapt to the rules imposed. Of course I will participate financially and humanly to the flatsharing. I am looking for a flatsharing in which one feels good, where each respects the privacy of the other but why not share common activities. Thank you in advance and hope to meet. Kevin.
Hello ... We're a married couple who live in Southern Highlands [about 2 hours inland] and work in Ashfield and Allawah. Looking to rent room to fit double bed, tv unit, cupboard. We're over 40 [but not dead] but could possibly look 39 with the right wind direction. Very easy going and mad about each other. Work long hours so we are homebodies at night. We go home every Friday arvo, coming back Monday morning ... so you'll have the weekends to yourself. Thanks for checking out our profile, message with any questions.
Hello! My name is Jessamyn Maumill, and I am 18 years of age. I am a full time student studying nursing at the University of Notre Dame, and will be undertaking casual work. I am a mature and quiet person who focuses on their studies, but doesn't mind hanging out with friends from time to time. I like keeping things clean and manageable. I would be looking to move in between the 29th of January to the 5th of February, depending on what suits. I am looking to stay for a long term up to a year, possibly longer. I love horses and animals, and enjoy talking to people with similar interests.
Hi there, we are a couple, Jackson (24) and Nicola (25) looking for a place to live as we are relocating from Newcastle where we have lived together in a share house last 2 years. We don't smoke or have pets. We are looking for something longer term, preferably 12 months but we'll take anything over 6 if that's what you have going. We are looking for a place to move in to anytime from the beginning of February. We are respectful, friendly and easy going people who are reliable with rent and bill payments, and always do our part to keep our house clean and tidy. We aren't party goers, but we'll never say no to a bit of pub trivia or some beers and board games. We really like living in a share house environment and being able to have a chat and share a meal/drinks with our housemates, but we also appreciate and respect personal space. A little bit about us- Nicola: I have lived in share houses for 5 years while I went to uni. I'm currently doing my masters at USYD and working as a casual high school teacher. I'm originally from Rozelle and looking forward to moving back to Sydney. Uni takes up a lot of my time at the moment, but when I'm not doing that I like to bake (I make a mean chocolate mud cake), home brew beer, doing a bit of gardening, and doing crafty things. I love dogs and sunflowers. Jackson: I have lived in a share house for 2 years. I completed my honours in biomedical science and I will be tutoring high school science while I look for a job in my field. In my spare time I enjoy cooking (especially curries, asian food, and delicious salads!), playing video games, going on reddit. and listening to music, particularly aussie prog (e.g. Karnivool). We hope that's enough info, if you have any questions feel free to ask :-) (p.s. I couldn't figure out how to make the profile pic of both of us evenly!)
I'm friendly, very tidy, like to meet new people and go out. I will spend most daytime working at the university, thus I am very easy to live with, since I basically just need the flat as a place to sleep (and eventually eat).

My name is Brittany and I have a kitten named Snow (female, 3 months old, indoor and sometimes outside). I'm looking for a place temporarily for us until ready to move into my own house. I am clean, bubbly personality, relaxed, can cook, will help around the house, love to communicate but sometimes prefer to be on my own, very reliable. I can babysit and/or pet sit if wanted, I love doing both so it's really no bother to me. In relation to study and work: I am an early school leaver due to moving around so much. Waiting for the end of this month to hear back if I got an interview for 2 Childcare Traineeships, if not, I will be doing a hospitality course. I have been offered work at my mother's friend's cafe hopefully starting this week. Hope to hear back from you :)
💻📱🖥⌨⌚️💾🛰 IT Professional (I can legit fix all of your tech woes in a heartbeat) - fresh IT Graduate. 🎓 Quiet, very clean, keeps to himself, studious/analytical type :) but isn't afraid to strike up a casual chat if we can relate and get on well, even if it's just about the weather I suppose. :) I take great and constant steps to ensure my health is top-notch. I love to go for walks while listening to my best tunes/music to exercise when I can, or bike rides / tennis / indoor soccer, but don't play sports too often. 🌠⚽️🎾🏓🚴🍓🍒🍉 I also drink a lot of water regularly because it's important to maintaining great health and I highly value my sleep and getting in at least 8 hours a night at around the same time although this can sometimes be offset by stress. I am an IT Professional and have just graduated, looking at working full-time early this year (2017) (I have been through several interviews at top tier companies). I need an ensuite bathroom so we NEVER have to worry about conflicting toilet times or always doubting cleanliness among each other. :) Hmm, so... what I do for fun, is there even any more time for that any more? I enjoy taking photos of landscapes/buildings/nature and Progressive/House/Deep/Trance music to relax. Mostly just get my kicks from browsing the web, being productive and always learning something new, either professionally or through personal web searches / reading historical tech events / recount books of how companies were founded and documentaries too! :D I don't like uncertainty, it makes me feel extremely anxious, so I am more of a dedicated long-term trooper, but if I don't like something I find a way to better it or change it completely until it's better for me or everyone involved. Best of all, I try and find the right solution right from the get go before ever committing to something big. Overall, I am a very knowledgeable and versatile guy intellectually (always have been the meticulous/thorough type, but I try not let that get too much in the way and sometimes it's just best to go with the flow, but other times in ain't). 🤓 But I never feel TOO nerdy, I feel more hip with a social factor to myself :) Please drop me a message if you think I am a good fit, here are my property requirements: - Looking for 1 bedroom with an OWN bathroom /ENSUITE which the bathroom has a WINDOW to breathe fresh air and rid potential mould fast. - 2-3 flatmates max. - I have my own room furniture: Spacious King Single bed, 180cm X 80cm long desk (I am looking to downsize the desk though), 43" 4K LG Smart TV (which can go in my room) and small filing cabinet (fits under desk) and small bookshelf (64cm L x 34cm Depth) although I am in the process of selling some of that. - Please send me your room dimensions so I can calculate how everything will fit if it all does and also send me when you would be available for inspection / which date you're looking for someone to move in. 📅🏡🏠🏢 - Has to be close (10-15 min max walk) to a train station since I rely on public transport, and buses don't seem all that too reliable or on-time from my past residency and experience on this Earth. :) - No loud or overbearing pets (I'm mild asthmatic, and like my sleep :) ), no smokers please. - Quiet location and neighbours - Bright sunny filled place. - Aircon preferred but not essential. - Constantly well ventilated place (through window drafts) is a MUST! (No stuffy or dark feeling places). - Gas cooking. - No long / tall trail of stairs. - Quiet, not near any main roads. Thank you! Kind Regards Stefan IT Professional and recent Graduate
Hey guys! I'm arriving in Sydney on 1st February for working holiday and looking for an accommodation in Sydney. I am a sociable person. I don't smoke. I like to drink sometimes but I don't get too drunk and crazy. I'd like if my housemates can be friends to hang out with as well. I am an Indonesian Chinese female on WHV. Initially, I think on most days I will go out to explore the city and find a job. I am usually a night owl but I'm trying to change a bit, wake up in the morning to exercise. I don't cook many kinds of food, just simple things like grilled salmon, pasta, salad, ramen. And I'd be happy to share if you like :) I speak English well, and also Mandarin Chinese. I mostly like to live in a clean house so I don't mind cleaning the common rooms whenever I have time. But, I'd also like people to take responsibility in taking care of the house.

I'm a friendly public school maths teacher looking for a sweet share house to call home. I'm usually out all day during the week and some nights of the week hanging out with mates. I get up pretty early, 6am ish and out the door by 7. I do like sharing vibes in a share house but Im a flexible person. The share house I came from shared the occasional meal during the week to lighten the workload. My background is Italian so my main cooking trick is pasta. My best dish would be broccolini and potato orecchiette with fennel sausage, add chilli flakes. I play in a band so would also like to occasionally practice my lower brass instrument in my room. I work near a costco and am a member so have been known to do the occasional costco shop for the house. I have a permanent job so I look good on an application I guess.
I am an energetic, easy-going, fun, married 29-year-old girl, graduated as an MD, living in Perth with my husband, coming to Sydney alone to participate in a 9-week clinical course on Granville TAFE. I am clean and tidy and respectful of different ideas and tastes. Love to know new people and socialise with them, yet respect their privacy. Enjoy reading and listening to music. Since I'll be in Sydney for a short course, I need to study hard. So I prefer a peaceful and quite place with friendly people. Can't bear smokers because of frequent headaches. Can pay 200/W.
Hello! I am a student who works part time as a tutor and in retail. I am a cheerful girl who enjoys binging on TV shows, going hiking and catching up with friends over brunch. I love animals and will not mind if you have one.

Hey! I am a 28 yr old professional currently working as a Project Manager for a technology company in the CBD. I am a polite person who enjoys keeping fit, reading and learning about anything and everything. I love sports but am most passionate about Rugby League and the NFL. I also don't drink, which means you don't need to worry about me rocking home at 3am every weekend. I mostly cook my own meals as I am a clean eating nerd, but I would be keen to cook up and share a meal or hit up a gastro-pub once or twice a week with housemates if that's the vibe... Most of all, I am a normal human being with a genuine interest in and empathy for all fellow humans.

I spend my spare time with friends, at the gym or playing football(soccer). Im preferably looking for a furnished double room, an ensuite would be great also but i don't mind sharing a bathroom. I'm Rosie, 22, 23 this year! clean and tidy. Am originally from Melbourne and have come to Sydney to try something new, get out of my comfort zone and meet new and different people. I work in Law Monday - Friday in the CBD so my week consists of early starts and late nights unless my boss is in a great mood and lets us finish up earlier. (Very rare) I love travelling and have learnt many skills whilst being abroad, one skill i pride myself on is cooking. I come from a big ethnic asian family on one side so i tend to cook up large feasts that may put you into a food coma (a great one though). I believe i am very easy going, I've lived with an array of housemates in my time. Including an all male household which i found to be extremely enjoyable and they've assured me i would be a great addition to have as a housemate. They were not bribed to say that :D I am big on respecting other housemate's privacy and space, as i like the same for me. Although being young the days of wild partying are done for me, I enjoy grabbing a few drinks at some funky bars with mates or just hanging out at home with the gang. Being new in Sydney I'll probably try and pick your brains on some cool places to go and visit. I like to head out of the city most weekends and go on a hike or find some decent burger joints and more than happy to be accompanied whilst going on such adventures! Other than all that, i like animals, and all around banter, pretty basic stuff. Hopefully I'm a suitable housemate for you :)

Im a really easy going, laid back guy, always happy for a chat or a movie binge, games night, whatever you're into. Im generally tidy but not a neat freak - would always do my own dishes etc. Would love to make new friends wherever I'm living but also will probably be crazy busy at Uni so I'm happy with easy going or outgoing housemates! Im good with animals if you have any and am respectful of peoples personal space. A furnished room would suit me best as I'm more or less coming over with the clothes on my back but I'm flexible with whatever is available. Please message me if you think you have something that might suit me - I'm currently available to meet potential housemates/view rooms now that I'm in Sydney. Thanks for reading

My name is Maricel. I am 27 years old and an American moving to Sydney to pursue my Master of Occupational Therapy degree. Currently, I am a Case Manager for a non-profit mental health organization here in the San Francisco bay area and also part-time working as an Occupational Therapy Aide for a pediatric clinic serving children who live with autism. I love what I do and these positions have pointed me in the direction to achieve my Masters in Australia. When moving to Australia, I am looking to have a private space of my own to detox/download from the day. I anticipate being out of the house often for class and a potential part-time job. Additionally, I expect to be studying very often and will be keeping to myself to be productive. I'd like to think that I am a bubbly, spirited, and social person to anyone/everyone. I am respectful and responsible. I pride myself on practicing good communication skills and manners. When I'm out and about, you can find me exercising, hiking, being outdoors, and traveling to see new sights. Also, I love to dance! At home, I pretty much keep to myself but enjoy the company of others: small talk to insightful conversations. I enjoy reading, listening to music, engaging in relaxation strategies: yoga/meditation and Do-It-Yourself crafts/activities. I love animals, especially dogs! I have one here in America but will NOT be bringing my furry companion. The ideal space I am looking for is within proximity of University of Sydney, Cumberland / Lidcombe area but I am open to other regions. It would be great to have a separate entrance in the event of working/studying at odd hours. Currently looking for ensuite/private bathroom within a studio flat, granny flat, 2-room share, or 1 bedroom flat. I look forward to moving to Australia!
