I prefer a place that is within 5 mins walk from a train station or main bus stop, and a grocery store. It must have a separate private bathroom. Potential length of stay 2 - 6 months. I am: Fun and lighthearted. Clean, quiet, and tidy. Responsible and reliable. Easy-going and considerate. Well travelled and adaptable. I enjoy: My private time as well as great company. Cooking healthy and exercising regularly. Relaxing indoors and exploring the city. Learning and doing new things. Feel free to ask me anything.
My brother and I are looking for a new Home because the owner of the house we living now will sell the house. So we have to find something new! But first of all something about us: We both were born and grown up in a small city in the north of Germany. Jonas is 28 years old and Mechanic in a Truck Workshop and nearly 3 years in Australia. He is insterested in cars, car tuning, the nature and computer. He is a very friendly, helpful guy. Theresa (thats me!) 31 years old and Function and Boardroom Waiter and since the end of december in Australia. I´m interested in Hospitality, Design, love to build my own furniture, like to hike and cooking. Both of us are very tidy and always well organized and we are smoking but never inside. Jonas and I are good friends and try to share most of the time together. We are very affable, friendly, helpful, quiet guys looking for a new Home.
I have recently applied for a job in Huntingwood, NSW, in which I had an online video interview for on Tuesday 20th March 2018. It is an internship which requires me to only work 2 days a week (16 hrs / week) on a 3 month contract, if I get the job. I got offered another job to apply for, in that same interview, in Albury with similar conditions (2-3 days a week, maybe more if required). I have recently just completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical), and have just started an online course through Central Queensland University (CQU), for Applied Science (Chemistry). I will be required to attend 1 or 2, 1 week residential schools every 3 months. The university only transferred 2 of 24 credits from my Engineering Degree to this Science Degree, so I am looking for other options to study Chemistry via online/external/distance mode. So if I got the job, in either Huntingwood or Albury, I would be balancing a work, study, and social life. I love cooking (especially baking) healthy foods, and am also a gym junkie, as well as a long distance runner (max. 10km so far). So, in other words, I am creating this profile as a "potential" option, not a "100% confirmed" option, just encase I get the job.
I am a French chemistry student in the National Graduate School of Chemistry of Montpellier (ENSCM), I study the whole chemistry, particularly materials chemistry (polymers, ceramics, metals, composites). Other than that, I practice martials arts (kung fu wushu, sanda) and I like all kind of sports. I play videos games (maybe too much :p), and I am a bit interested by creating images, videos, etc. I am the kind of personne who "break the rules" (legally, hein :D), but above all, I am very understanding. I would like to travel and meet new culturs and new people, that's why I'm here !
Hi! My name is Ilhaam and i'm 23. I just graduated from UNSW! Currently I'm living on campus and I'm hoping to move out soon. I'll be working in mascot...its a boring accounting job. Thats all you need to know about me...for now. And oh yes, i LOVE tea. So whoever chooses to live with me, brace yourself, i'll be making you a cuppa or two or three..
I'm a really chill and creative person. A social being but also loves reading a book under the stars. You'll probably find me dancing constantly around the house. Pretty hippy - loves to meditate and yoga. Loves the outdoors and will go to hike and travel. I'm respectful of everyone (lgbtqi+, culture and ethnicity, mental/physical health issues). I tend to want to make friends with everyone and learn from them and share experiences. Will clean up after myself, that may include lighting some candles to calm me down. I'm open to in depth conversations, or some jenga such games.
Hi Guys, I am Nitin, friendly,Easy going full-time professional (Sales/Application Engineer) working in the Western Suburbs, mostly busy with work so guaranteed no dramas 🙂 Looking for a clean fully furnished place with professionals within my age group and preferably no couples. I am not looking for a party house. Love relaxing over the weekend as my week is mostly busy or I make plans for the weekend with my friends. Don't mind a beer over the weekend though if I am around. I am looking to lease something around first week of April. Hit me up if you are keen to offer a rental arrangement or interested to team up. Kindest, Nitin
I am a full time professional account manager who enjoys my privacy but also am social as it’s a prerequisite for my job. Most of my weekends are spent with family and friends but there are times when I just like to unwind by myself. I work in the cbd and am off to work pretty early returning towards the evening. I love playing and watching sport as well as watching reality tv. Anything else feel free to ask me.
French student coming to Sydney for an internship, gonna work full time but still want to enjoy, walk around Sydney Harbor, go to the beach, visit national parks etc. I'm very frindly and the most open minded and nice person that you will ever find :) I am looking for cheerfull flatmates and people who have time to share with others. I have already been in Australia for 3 months and I enjoyed doing bbqs with friends and this kind of thing but also visiting many places, so if you are this kind of housemate dont hesitate to write to me, I will consider all options as long as the house is in a safe area and not too far from my working place and Sydney CBD! I am also interested in team-ups to create a houseshare, I will be happy to receive any message and find potential friends before arriving to aussie so don't be afraid to write to me!! (People who only advertise their house to anyone in this website and are not actually looking for new friends, please dont write me!)
I’m friendly, fun and respectful I people’s space, I actually enjoy cleaning so won’t have issues with “a messy roommate” I work as support worker so do shift work including sleepovers and can be at work for 24 hours at a time. I enjoy going out here and there and getting dressed up but also have my chill time too.
Happy. Healthy. Runner. Fit. Eat well. Divorced. Re-establishing. Sales Professional. Work in FMCG industry. Super clean and tidy. Organised. Respectful.
Quiet, clean and friendly. I'm also respectful of other's privacy and space. I keep cooking to a minimum, and will sometimes eat out with friends. Happy to chat in the afternoon or weekends, but generally keep myself busy with personal projects or reading. Preferred length of stay is 6 months currently, however I'm happy to stay for a shorter or longer period at the right place. Please note (as I've received a lot of messages): Rent budget is including bills! Please do not message me if it's over, especially if not located within 5 minutes walking distance from a train station. Please also include a link to your listing if texting my mobile.
PLEASE DONT CALL FROM FLATMATES ME IF YOU NEED TO CONTACT ME SEND ME SMS OR A MESSAGE. Friendly, respectful and very tidy mature female. I'm currently working part time in fitness industry. I have been living in Sydney for 5 years now and at the moment I am looking for long term accommodation. I NEED a room with at least DOUBLE BED. I hate single beds as I'm 5'10" and Im not going to settle for a small room for a big price. If the room is spacious enough I am willing to get my own bed. The area I'm interested in is preferably with great access to the city (close to train station) and surrounding areas by public transport due to the fact that I don't own a car. I am at uni hence I would prefer a quiet place but I like socializing from time to time over a drink or two ;) I like cooking and I'm prepping my meals in advance so I need a place where I am comfortable doing it without restrictions. I wanna feel like home not prison. Thanks!
I'm funny, very social, considerate and always clean up after myself. I'm quite outgoing, and love to have a laugh but I do like my silence at times. I am part of an up and coming restaurant that is expanding into Parramatta, so to find a place near to Parramatta CBD is desirable. As I am part of the management of the business I am set to work quite a lot for the next 6 months or so. I will probably be working 45-60 hours per week, over 5-6 days. I do live a bit of an opposite lifestyle to others, as I work until about 11pm and arrive home at 11.30pm, eat dinner, shower and go to sleep between 1am and 3am.. but don't worry, I am VERY quiet and considerate of my housemates. I have a reference from my last housemate who can confirm what I've said above. Look forward to hearing from you!
Im a very tidy person, quiet, and respects the privacy and personal space of others as i would expect same to be given to me. I will be in sydney for the 11 weeks bridging course. I only need a room to rent from May 26 til June 16 preferably in Parramatta area.
