Im working full time as data consultant in circular quay and looking for a place of my own or share a 2bed 2bath apartment with maximum one other female (no couple) in suburbs with easy access to circular quay.
I am very clean and organised. Like to keep to myself but can also be social when I'm free. I'm a full-time uni student but also work part time as a dog walker and pet carer. I spend most of my time at home studying, working or hanging out with my dog Bruno. I am looking for a pet friendly stay with my furbaby as he is like my family, he is extremely gentle, friendly, obedient and just likes to lay around in the backyard all day. He is a English Staffordshire Bull Terrier (Desexed) He is medium sized and about 50 cm tall and weighs 20kg. He is an outdoor and indoor dog.
I'm a clean, considerate, adaptive and sociable IT consultant who has lived in shared accommodation over the past 9 years and I've always gotten along well with my flatmates. I've spent the last 4 specifically in Chatswood! I'm looking for a room within a 2-3 BR apartment with only 1-2 flat mate(s) that's located within <15 mins walk from a train station, is on quiet street (away from main roads and highways) and has decent amount of storage space (I've got an electric drum kit). I enjoy hitting the tennis courts, working out, drumming, hiking, k-boxing (like most azns) and dancing. I'm always up for a chat and would be keen to meet like-minded people to team up with!
Looking forward to stay in a clean, safe, furnished environment & be good company at your place. I'm seeking a furnished room. Hi, I'm Hefner, ...yep that's my mum's sense of humour, naming me after Hugh Hefner :-).I'm an easy going, warm, friendly and enthusiastic 39 years of age. Currently in Perth, moving to Sydney due to my job. Since 14 years I have been in the same profession as a Graphic, Multimedia & Web Designer. My creativity & zen thrives in neat surroundings and hence I keep my cosy residence clean, tidy and up-to-date. Currently I am seeking a furnished room for myself. Just the basics will keep me happy: a bed, desk, chair & a few shelves for clothes. Being genuinely friendly by nature, I usually get along pretty well with almost anybody and age. My culinary skills are quite on par and wouldn't mind pot-luck, sharing a dish together as well, maybe making a house feel more like a home. I do not smoke, occasionally on a weekend wouldn't mind a beer/or wine with company. Not a big fan of having home-parties especially during the week since I have to get up & reach office on schedule every morning. Looking forward to stay in a clean, safe, furnished environment & to be good company at your place.
I'm Easy going, awesome breakfast cook, very clean, good conversation, good sense of humour, honest, generous, friendly, hard worker, considerate. I'm coming from WA for a work contract and need a nice place to come home to. I work 12 hours a day, 6-7 days per week. Non drinker

Moving to Sydney from NZ to take up a job at UTS. Looking for a large private room in a share house close to the CBD or close to a bus/train station. I'm a clean, active, easy-going and social person hoping to find some fun people to live with. I will have a full time job so will likely be busy during the week but am always down for exploring the city, binge watching netflix or having a wine on the weekends. I'm not sure how long I'll need the room for but at least three months and possibly up to a year.

Hi! Good day. I'm Dex, a 24 y/o software engineer, looking for a place to rent for a year. I usually spend my time on my laptop learning about new technologies. On my free time, I workout, go on food trips, take long walks, and have occasional beers with friends. I always keep my living space clean and am respectful of others' spaces. I am planning on staying in Sydney for a year or two. Looking for a place I can call home and pretty chill flatmates who interact and I can befriend, and not just lock themselves on their rooms. Thank you! :)
I have a very quiet lifestyle, am extremely reliable and always pay bills on time. I'm very clean (but not a clean freak!) and independent. I love a great chat but am totally fine on my own as well. I enjoy travel, cooking, reading, netflix and catching up with friends and family. I'd love to live with friendly, clean, respectful, stable and reliable flatmates who can communicate well!
Me and My wife are open-minded, easy going people. We are both students, we are a bit geeky and like things like: Books, Movies, Sci-fi and Fantasy, Board Games, Philosophy, Graphic Novels and DIY. We like spending time with friends but also value our time alone, and enjoy being in clean and orderly environment, without losing homeliness and personal charm. We would love living with 1 or 2 singles of any age or another couple just starting out. My wife is allergic to cats, so unfortunately we won't be able to live with any of you cat-lovers. We're looking forward to hearing from you! :)
I am a respectful, reliable & trustworthy person, with a slightly dry sense of humour. I have been house and garden trained ( Can cook, clean and maintain gardens, as well as handy with tools) I am , mmm 50 and a bit, which doesn’t mean I have one foot in the grave or can’t hold a conversation. I have been and still am fulltime employed with a federal government agency now for 21 years Looking for a minimum 6 months stay, possibly longer Preferred move-in date would be approximately 2 weeks from date accommodation accepted or as agreed. I prefer off street parking space for car. On street parking ok if close to property I enjoy a quiet drink after work to unwind and weekends may be spent going to the footy, visiting friends and relatives or just chilling in front of the box. Used to ride motorcycles, however I am in between bikes at the moment. Can provide personal references only as I haven’t rented since 2000 at least Txt is probably best initial contact method, with your name naturally, should you want to chat further.
